Great burger joint, and much much more. They definitely offer something unique. Their smoked burgers are great but the bacon and bourbon glaze is next level.

Great restaurant and atmosphere. The food was amazing, had the steak sandwich and a brisket poutine, prepared by master Chef Shawn. What a great dish, phenomenal job. Highly recommend. A+ ignition.
A $20 order of "smoked" mac n cheese w bacon was more like a side order of noodles with half a strip of bacon broken on top. Nothing about this "meal" (that's what it's under is burgers and more so it's suppose to be a meal) was smoked either. Very disappointed first experience, probably won't be going back.
I've eaten food from ignition twice now The first time was reheated left overs and it was still amazing so naturally i had to try it fresh. I picked up take out from them last night after a family outing and even though I'm a bit of self proclaimed burger snob, the ignition burger is quickly becoming my favourite around town. It so simple yet so delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by the interior of the restaurant it self. I would definitely keep them at the top of the list for an outing with or without the kids. Staff behind the bar were very friendly and seemed passionate about what they as far as I could tell from the quick visit I had to pick up my food. Rooting for this buisness and I hope they're successful and around for a long time! Only critique is I wish they more varieties of burger, because the smoked patty is unreal! So many options to make a good dish!
Awesome spot with a fresh menu! I had the steak sandwich and it's one of the best I've ever had. Sonny was super friendly and we had a good time talking with him. Definitely check out Ignition if you're looking for something new!
Absolutely loved the vibe, the atmosphere, the service was remarkable and the food was so delicious!!! We ordered brisket nachos, they are huge and full of toppings and deliciousness!! We also ordered the bacon wrapped mac and cheese hot dog on a pretzel bun, absolutely did not disappoint!! Ordering that again!! We tried the steak sandwich, amazing !! So good, and the fries are fresh cut and so good!! Great night, great food, drinks and lots of fun!! Highly recommend!
Great food and great drinks done well! The staff are friendly and welcoming the second you walk in. We had the Pizza and Wings combo, both of which were hot and fresh! The wings had a House-made Bourbon sauce on them that was exceptionally good, very sweet and flavourful. I will definitely be trying it on their burger and grilled cheese sandwich. They recommended we try the Candied Almonds and some Cinnamon Sugar dusted flatbread bites. Both items were incredible and addictive to enjoy. Looking forward to trying their Flank Steak Sandwich next time in! For those interested, they did perform an "Absinthe Ritual" for us, which I've not seen done anywhere else in town! 👍
We found this restaurant on skip. We are always wanting to try something new. We decided to venture out to check out the restaurant as we were curious if the menu in house was bigger then the online menu. This place did not disappoint. It will now be our favorite spot. The atmosphere was perfect! The staff was very friendly and attentive. Sonny was a delight. We could tell he is very passionate about what he does and also very knowledgeable. And the food. Omg, the food! My husband had the ribs. 1 piece of rib was bigger then my arm. I had the brisket tacos. The food was bursting with flavor. Such a fantastic meal and the tasty wiskey was a plus. I am so glad we decided to give this place a shot. We will definitely be going back in the near future.
