The staff was so welcoming and friendly when I asked a lot of questions related to gluten. It was delicious! Dietary restrictions: All their sauces are gluten free!

Amazing staff, only been there a few times and already know me by name. So kind to other customers as-well, order is always right and ready when I get there.

Both cashier and the cook did not follow food safety and hygiene - they handled the food without gloves, with bare hands. They were quite indifferent in what I asked them like not to put tissues and receipt in the bag because the they didnt completely close the fries box, which should be packed before putting in the paper bag. I asked for the receipt separately - they heard me, while maintaining eye contact deliberately put the receipt in the paper bag with open box.

Today, I tried to buy a poutine, but my Google Wallet wasnt working properly, and despite multiple attempts, it wouldnt go through. The cashier seemed overly frustrated, even though there wasnt anyone waiting behind me and they didnt seem too busy. I was going to use my card instead, but the cashiers rudeness made me feel uncomfortable, almost like she was intentionally being loud so others could hear. In the end, I left without making a purchase. Its a shame because Ive had their fries before and theyre really good, and the other staff members Ive encountered previously were very friendly.

Dietary restrictions: I wanted to tell a story about coming back to the mall after wisdom, teeth surgery. I told staff I desperately wanted to eat a hotdog, but couldnt open my mouth wide enough. I asked if they could cut the hotdog lengthways in haft.... and they did still the best hotdog I ever ate.

Best New york fries Ive ever been to! Amazing customer service, quick to provide orders and amazing people to chat with while you wait.

Like most guests, we didnt read the menu well. We ordered something that could be made into a combo and our server stopped the order to combo it up and save us some money. She was friendly and demonstrated to the younger servers how to not just do their job but do it well. They rose to the occasion and followed her lead. Thank you for the excellent interaction the excellent food, and the money saving tips. We truly appreciate it!

Barb was ridiculously rude to me as a customer. The minute I walked up I was greeted by the f bomb and was ranted to because of a bus full of students, which I was apart of. She said she wanted to kill Herself because of us . -1/10 costumer service do not recommend this location at all.
