Definitely the best burgers, fries, and chicken fingers in town! Reliably delicious and always great, genuine customer service. Dave has a true gift for making delicious food! His creations are all above and beyond and you can tell that he has put a lot of thought and heart into each menu item. I'm a total foodie and know that whatever I get at Nova Grillhouse is going to be delicious!! Highly recommend.
Look forward to trying more off their menu! The bbq chicken bacon sandwich was sooo delicious - the house made focaccia bread was the best part! Will definitely be doing more take out here :)
The family burger deal is delicious, and a great value. The oreo desert isn't something I'd normally have but it was really delicious (included with the burger deal) This was my first time eating eating from here, and judging by the pamphlet menu I'll have to try some other offerings..
I patronize this restaurant once weekly as my take-out treat and honestly, I love everything I tried so far. I used to build my own smashburger but recently started trying the other hot sandwiches! I had the Grilled vegetable focaccia tonight and it was divine! I've never had a veggie sandwich that good before! I've also tried the thai chicken sandwich and that was great too - the sauce is really good. I finish off my meals with a salad (Spinach and pear is my favorite) and I always get a dessert - usually one Nata. I waited weeks to try the apple pie and that was worth it too :) Love this place!
When I say I Love this place I'm telling you I LOVE IT! Excellent customer service excellent staff and always efficient when placing orders either in store or on the phone. Food is always amazing and I highly recommend the Smash burgers, pickled poutine, and the Natas. The lady who takes orders is very sweet. Recommended 15/10 all the stars excellent place to eat!
Yum! Portions are more than generous! Hot sauce for the chicken is perfect. Could use that hot sauce every day. The perfect end to the meal was the Natas tarts. Reminded me of all the bakeries I visited when i was younger.
Ordered the stuffed chicken with potatoes and green beans. It was absolutely delicious. Raviolis for appetizer and natas for dessert. Just like in Portugal. Everyone was friendly. Great addition to restaurant options in the Sault.
This was our first time ordering from Nova Grillhouse. We got the chicken dinner with ribs and natas for our 16th wedding anniversary. Not only was there enough food, so we don't have to cook for a couple of days, but it was incredibly delicious. The chicken was juicy, well-seasoned and melt in your mouth. The ribs were fall off the bone delicious. The potatoes were well-seasoned, and the beans were crisp and flavourful. As someone who doesn't like custard, I even enjoyed some of the natas. My wife LOVED them! Both the mild and the hot Piri Piri sauces were great. The customer service was amazing, and we ordered the day before, and had everything hit, fresh and packed up for when we came to get our order Will definitely be ordering again!

I find the luncheon sandwiches are generous and very tasty. Good value. Parking: Lots of room to park in the evenings, easy yo get in and out.

Me and my girlfriend come here often and the owner is always there ready to greet us and cater to our need because my girlfriend has a dairy intolerance. Plus it s by far the best smash burger I ve had ever.
Amazing prices, very clean, the owners were very welcoming and very accommodating for allergies. Have very personable experiences every time. Will most definitely be back!
The food was amazing. Extra dressing for my salad, gravy is not only the perfect thickness but delicious. I regret not chewing my food longer. Sooooooo good!
Ordered from here numerous times. Chicken is always delicious as are the natas. The potatoes however are a hit and miss. The roasted ones are often undercooked so we started ordering the fries. They were always great up until yesterday. They are now crinkle cut and tasteless. Mccains frozen fries are better. What a disappointment. Not sure if this is a one off experience or this is what us being served moving forward? Please Go back to the original fries.
Food here is amazing and the prices are good. Definitely worth stopping there vs a fast food chain for lunch. Parking: Parking is limited.

Nova Grillhouse is a GEM! Nova had the opportunity to partner with some local hockey teams this season, and they surpassed our expectations! With VERY little prep time, Dave and his staff would get to work to prepare upwards of 60 meals for hungry hockey players with a 25 hour turn around! Not to mention the price was UNBEATABLE, and the food was delicious even warmed up the following day! They are able to pull together ANY meal you desire ( or so it seems) so accommodating, friendly, affordable & delicious! The facility itself it also beautiful, VERY CLEAN, and well maintained! Thanks for everything this season Dave & staff!
So sad you guys started to fall off.. you no longer carry my fav pasta and now your chicken strips are like this? Flat and no chicken? Disappointing and not a happy customer..

The Mediterranean chicken sandwhich was phenomenal. Cant wait to go there again try more of their menu. 10/10 would recommend.

Honestly, the BEST burger in town! No kidding, you gotta try it. Had it 3 times now and all of them was well packed and fresh hot. I wish they had a combo with fries for the burger but besides that nothing to say.

Wonderful from start to finish. The staff is kind and welcoming. The aroma when walking in the door makes your mouth water. Its clean and organized. Our meal was packaged with care. Portions are very generous. And the food?... Seriously amazing!

I have tried their piri piri chicken and penne pasta. I am not huge fan of the sauce they have with that but they provide with good quantity. I think i have tried the wrong one looking for suggestions.
Fantastic little hot kitchen. Went here for lunch every day the week I was in Sault Ste Marie. Staff are extremely nice and food is good. Price cant be beat for a hot and ready meal

Food was tasty but we ordered cranberry apple brie stuffed chicken and got ham and cheese (I think thats a Cordon Bleu.) But $9 for a piece of Tiramisu cake and $8 for a piece of oreo cheesecake that wasnt cheesecake at all. It was a layered dessert. Basically $30 for 3 small desserts. Really disappointing. The dinner was otherwise very fresh and well made.
They DO NOT wear gloves and hand scoop alot of things like the cheese curds for the poutine. The food is alright tho overall but it either lacks flavour or is too salty

Expensive and no flavour, nothing that makes it stand out. Almost bit into gross curly hair in my food. Super Greasy chicken, it looked slimy and I got hot sauce when I only asked for mild and Id rather make my own ribs than buy the ones from there again, pasta tasted like it came straight out of a can. There was a lot of food though, so theres that. The fries were the best part of the whole 60$ family meal.
Spent $110 on a family dinner of rubbery chicken that s barely edible and has no flavour, burnt cabbage rolls, rock hard perogies and mushy green beans. Pretty sad when you spend $110 and the best part is the salad and wedges . Never buying from here again. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the boy at the counter filling the orders was on point and well mannered.

Having moved up from southern Ontario a little while ago it was nice seeing a Portuguese Grillhouse in our neck of the woods. The chicken was good, and the spicy sauce... lovely. Overall the price for the amount of food was reasonable. Well definitely be going back again soon.
Heard about this place from a coworker and it did not disappoint. The food was very good, and the desserts were phenomenal!
The chicken piccata was amazing as was the roasted chicken and the sides! The owners were very welcoming. My husband and I definitely recommend this restaurant. Support local!!

Fantastic and very accommodating Customer Service, Portions and Quality of food 5 star, We had the chicken foccaccia sandwich with fries for our lunch and for dinner we had the special full chicken with 2 sides, rice and potatoes, dessert half dozen natas. Highly recommended definitely will return price very reasonable for what you get
