My husband and I (both hobby cooks and we also travel a lot) had lunch and the food (beet salad with added chicken, grilled cheese, chicken soup) were all perfectly prepared and delicious. The staff seems to take pride in their product, and also cared that it tasted good to us as customers. We were both full until long past supper time! Keep up the passion for your lovely cute cafe !
I was looking for a light lunch while travelling through Sault Ste Marie. Q Cafe & Bakery fit the bill. Had the soup and a salad. The food was made-in-house and very tasty. The portion size was "just right". Would recommend.

The best dining experience I’ve had in the soo! The staff was super helpful and friendly and the food is delicious. Salads and soups are homemade and healthy, and their specials are always made fresh. You can tell everything is made in house. The best lunch spot, for sure!

Ordered through Skip the dishes, I was not a big fan of the grilled cheese. But the soup and coffee were pretty good.
These salads are to die for, they are so darn good! By far my favourite lunch spot to just grab and go. Always little goodies to treat myself to also!
My wife says choosing a café is like golf: if we hit the perfect shot every time, we would be bored and never play again. Halfway through our cross-Canada journey, we have hit many highs and lows in the local coffee shop. This café is a highlight of the trip so far, and I'll miss it when I leave the soo. Premium hand-crafted coffee, warm and inviting service and décor, premium baked goods, and excellent soup.

Its a nice and cozy place, but the coffee and cakes are the best. Well, select from a wide variety of cakes and regardless of your selection you will enjoy it for its flavor and quality. The coffee is another highlight, even if you drink decaffeinated coffee because you will be able to have an intense flavor. The presentation of the drinks is very nice. Maybe this is not the best place to go with small children (3 and 7).
I used to frequent Q Cafe quite a bit, but over the past 6 months or so, their portions have shrunk considerably while still charging the same. Three years ago, their brie and apple salad came with 5 slices of brie as shown in one of the photos in an earlier review. Now, it comes with 3 and in a much smaller container 2/3 the original size.
Very good stop in Sault for a healthy meal. Coffee and desserts also available on site!
Love Q Cafe - a fresh berry salad, chicken, and a blueberry scone. Delicious.
Mostly salads on menu, I recommend getting chicken on any one. Went for lunch, good service.

Best egg salad sandwich and grilled cheese I have had in a very long time! The soup was also home made and paired amazingly with the grilled cheese. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone in the soo!

You have to have their salad with secret house dressing. Even if youre a mans man. Its awesome. All their food is good. Quaint place so it fills up fast. Get there by 12 if you want a seat. They do take reservations but call if you cancel so you dont deprive somebody else of a great lunch. Coffee here is good too.

Very generous portions of soup served with a biscuit, the prices are very reasonable too. Highly recommend for lunch!
