All dinner items were very good.

Unfortunately we were not able to sit inside ( reservations needed .not aware ) so we sat at the outdoor patio .which was very nice no issue there Pizza was delicious highly recommend it! My husband had the burger and Cesar salad which were also yummy! We definitely will eat/drink here again

Awesome pasta! Especially the chicken gorgonzola penne and the lobster ravioli. Don t order the ceasar salad as take out however, as they only give you lettuce with bacon bits (no croutons and no parmesan) which is pretty disappointing.

March 30 803pm......So I stayed at the Q for 4 nights and a receive a 20% off coupon for a pizza at Pizzatecca. I move to a different hotel as I find out I need to stay longer term to be near the Sault Area Hospital and seek a more affordable accommodation for the next few weeks. I call to order a take out pizza with the coupon and am informed they will only honour it if I am staying in the hotel at the time Id like to order. I indicate that I just left there a few days ago and still have the coupon and including restaurants, spent over $1500 when I was just there. The man on the phone refuses to honour the coupon, which I said I can show him at pick up..... Coupons are meant to expand business and when businesses are unreasonable.... this simple coupon experience ensures I will never stay the Q again. Such a good over all experience destroyed in one unreasonable phone call.

Staff were absolutely amazing and I loved the drinks. The only downside was that there was nothing on the menu that didnt have dairy in it so I couldnt really eat anything here, but the people I went with enjoyed what they got. Dietary restrictions: No vegan/df options, limited vegetarian options.

There were flies buzzing around and were landing on my food.I ended up leaving and going to the view restaurant inside the delta hotel,where the service was much better and I wasnt forced to share my food with insects.

Went there with a group of 6 last night. The food was excellent but so many other things were not. They seem to be very disorganized. Gin and tonic served with Soda water Half price wine special was never told to our group. Even after I ordered a glass for $13, someone should have told us it was Wine Wednesday. Then they served our salads before our two appetizers. Our poor waiter Jaman had his hands full being the only server in a large area. And it was his first night! No fault on him he did his best and with humour Lastly, the music was so loud we had a hard time having a conversation with our group. We asked them to lower the volume at least, but their response was a perplexed Why? It was very loud, not a nice atmosphere for fine dining. Sounded like a bar. Not sure I ll be returning anytime soon.

Steak feature was amazing. Service was great, personalable, light hearted...something we needed especially easing out of this pandemic.

Ive had the food here twice now - once was an order for pickup on Valentines Day, the second time was Room Service at the hotel. Both times the food was excellent with a wide range of flavor profiles. I appreciate food done right and Quattro has yet to let me down. I cant speak to the environment in the restaurant but if the vibe is anything like the quality of food you are in for an experience!

Excellent food, excellent service, music level was more for a bar dcene not a five star restaurant but the atmosphere away from the bar side is wonderful. Great place to celebrate an occasion or a romantic dinner.

Sat on the beautiful patio, our waitress was very friendly and efficient, I had a glass of red wine, the greek salad & noodle bowl with shrimp, it was all delicious, although a bit expensive over all for what I got ($55 with tip) I would go back again though, it was a nice evening out.

Food and drinks were excellent. However, we waited over 2 hours for our mains.

Portions are good for its price.

Got ribs for takeout. Have gotten it before, but theyve changed their sauce to a sort of red pepper barbeque, it wasnt very good compared to what they had before and a strange surprised when I got home. Ribs also didnt seem as well prepared as usual, and takeout food was not kept in any sort of warming area before I arrived, so it was a bit cold when I got home. Pasta, salad, and bread were great.

The best food and beverages in town. The service is impeccable with a very happy staff.

Amazing food great service I reccomend

I have been going here for my birthday every single year, and other occasions too, for years. It has always been my favourite restaurant, and I have been quick to recommend it to everyone. For my 30th birthday I attempted to make reservations weeks in advance, once the announcement was made that lockdown would allow patio dining. They were not taking reservations and told us to call back. Called back once it was in fact lifted and was told they would not be taking reservations and to walk in. This was only a few days before my birthday. Upon walking in on my 30th birthday we were told they were not taking walk ins and that we should have made a reservation. While I understand these are difficult times, this is not an acceptable way to treat a customer who is attempting to celebrate one of the most major birthdays at their establishmemt and who has attempted in advance multiple times to book. And then to be told that I should have made a reservation. Its very sad since the food is very good normally, but customer service matters just as much and I can no longer recommend this restaurant.

Best Panzarotti I have ever eaten the last time I stayed at the Quattro. I had to call them back to tell them this. This time I had calamari and burger and fries wow maybe didnt need to order so much lots of food and great! Thank you very much it is EXCELLENT would recommend to anyone!

Osso Buco was amazing, may have been a little dry, but still so incredibly tender and the bone marrow was perfect. Saffron risotto was soft, creamy and lovely. Charcuterie board wasnt complex, ours didnt come with anything sweet but its simplicity made it exceptional. Birthday boy (not me) got a slice of chocolate cheese cake, it was light and decadent at the same time. Runners and servers were polite and professional. Reasonable prices Extra info: Ive only eaten here once, and the party I was with werent as content with their respective entrees.

alright , let me tell you about my day , there was 10 of us going to dinner .. 4 of us serve,...the other 6 , i knew would be a challenge . luckily the staff had our backs . we requested james serve us , and thank god he did . between james dealing with our neediness and the dynamic duo on bar, elijah and victoria , pumping out the drinks, our table was ecstatic. everyones food was amazing ( thank you to the chef that personally came out to say hello , much appreciated ) the drinks were well crafted and delivered with gusto. i will always come back , not only because the food is a delight , but mainly because the staff around makes you feel wanted. theres something to be said for a team that takes so much pride in their work.

The best ravioli Ive ever had! So my friend Echo recommended me this hotel purely based on the restaurant, and I have to say I was NOT disappointed! There was a seat available at the bar, and I was sat promptly, and greeted by Victoria, who was very warm and welcoming. I asked if she knew how to make a Negroni my favorite cocktail, and to my delight she DID! As a former bartender/server since she made such a delicious cocktail Id ask what was good on the menu, and she recommend that lobster ravioli, so I ordered it! I like asking servers and bartenders whats good because theres a pretty strong chance theyve tried most things on the menu, at least at a good restaurant they do. And yeah, the lobster ravioli was absolutely delicious. Not kidding, it was the best ravioli Ive ever had. Anyways, Im leaving Sault Ste. Marie in a couple of days for Ottawa, after selling my Moms house after she passed away in June. And Ill always remember this comfort that Quattro afforded me before I left, in that I got to try some of the best food Sault Ste. Marie had to offer. Also to note, Veronica is an excellent bartender, she handled the rush of drinks and requests from people around her with no issue. Shes a hard worker, and has a good attitude, definitely keep her around! Thanks for the great experience, Ill be back!

Festive atmosphere with people mingling at bar. Busy and bustling. Waitress exceptional. Calamari appetizer a favorite tonight. Pasta dishes, whitefish, meat entrees around $29 or so. Add ons such as seafood fettuccini for $15 or various salads for $4. Not the type of restaurant I frequent as I prefer vegetarian but the crowd pleased especially with dinner specials.

We enjoyed the lively atmosphere at Quattro and our server was fantastic. My wife had the Osso Buco over saffron risotto. The veal didnt taste fresh, needed salt, and the risotto was overpowered with Saffron. I had the prosciutto wrapped salmon topped with pesto. The pesto was completely flat in terms of flavor and the salmon was overdone. Very tricky to get the prosciutto crisped up and not overcook fish which is very delicate. The menu is fairly large and full of complex dishes, which tells me that they cant possible be cooking them all fresh every night. Shorten your menu and focus on serving fresh and flavorful food.

Food was awesome as usual service was equally as good. One of my favourite restaurants in Sault Ste. Marie if not in all Ontario.

We got there before 11pm and they told us it was already closed.

The service was great, the food spectacular. The only area for looking at would be the choice of vegetable. I am unfortunately a person who is unable to eat salad, I asked for roasted vegetables instead which was no problem but I also should have asked what vegetable they were having that night. It turned out to be brussel sprouts which I love but also cant eat. I consider them to be an acquired vegetable. Even though I was unable to enjoy them my sister in law said they were delicious. We had an enjoyable meal and evening .

Delicious!! The blackened chicken is a must try!! Our server was fabulous also!

On this nights visit, I had a very fresh Greek Salad, A Filet Mignon medium rare served with grilled mushrooms, and side of Penne with house-made pasta and finished with a nicely presented espresso and biscotti. All in all a great meal, the salad was excellent and not too overdressed, my Filet was cooked to a perfect medium-rare, and another guest commented that his Rib Eye was incredibly good. awesome

If you are traveling to Sault Ste. Marie then this is one of the best restaurants to go to. I would highly recommend it to anyone. They have a very good locally sourced menu with a great wine list. 10/10 would recommend.

Extremely Reckless and IIrresponsible. Continuing to host an event for a group of nearly 300 people during a pandemic. will never be doing any business with them. they put profit above the safety of the guests and citizens of the city.

Why on earth this Hotel would host an almost 300 person convention (with people from across all of Canada btw) IN THE MIDDLE OF A GLOBAL PANDEMIC WITH NUMBERS SOARING ACROSS THE COUNTRY is absolutely beyond me. Its not only endangering the lives of their employees, but also all the people in Algoma region. They can say that their participants are following all the rules and guideline, but there is no way for them to regulate or discipline them at all. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone, and I sure as heck wont be staying there ever. VERY disappointed.

Absolutely disgusting that they had no regard for the community. Exactly how did you stop almost 300 people from: getting gas, stopping at convenience stores, or even going to walmart for few small things? Im sure no one cares considering youve planned it for over a year, and it was for religous purposes. Great apology by the way, now we can all relax again. (smh)

Filled with so much greed they put thousands of lives at risk by holding a 300+ person gathering regardless of active limitations. Arrogant subdued apologies issued by the owners are only making matters worse as they show absolutely no care for the community in which they serve in. As this restaurant is a part of a large ownership group within the city, please boycott. Much smaller restaurants are struggling while actually listening to the rules set in place. Many reviewers also seem to forget this restaurant was notorious for failing health guidelines also set by APH. It s not just the pandemic, they have a theme of ignoring APH.

The space felt a little dated and too close given covid. Staff were super kind but one woman kept her mask below her nose. Salad was nice and the gnocchi was satisfying, but a little mushy.

Excellent service. Steak was perfect! Bread rolls (for me) could have been lighter and fluffier.

I wish Google had 1/2 stars, because Id give this a 4.5. Steak was great, wine was great, nice romantic dinner. The runners were attentive thank goodness, because our waitress kind of wasnt. Def try the peppercorn sauce with your steak, so delicious!

Passing through driving from Nova Scotia to Manitoba. Things were just a tad slow at times (waiting to be greeted particularly) but service overall was very good. Food was excellent, we had the gnocchi and the lobster ravioli, and the scallops with candied bacon to start - all excellent! A great old fashioned cocktail and a nice house cab sauv too. This place is one of the few that Ive had gnocchi that I loved. Highly recommend!

I can only give it a 3-star...as I had to send my ribs back because they were way too tough, I got a fresh rack but couldnt eat it either ( terrible cut of meat) ... my friend also ordered the ribs and tried to eat through them because he was hungry...he ended up taking more than half home to his dog. ON the plus side my girlfriend had ordered the lamb and it was amazing! Plus the waitress graciously removed my ribs and my friends rib dinner from the bill. Ill eat there again however I will never order the ribs again.

Ordered the ceaser salad and the ribeye entree. Salad was one of the worst ceasers I have had. Over dressed lettuce and two slices of croutons instead of being bite sized and tossed. The ribeye was really good thou. Service was slow, server didnt check on me or refill my drink.

Very nice and clean hotel, modern decor and one the best continental breakfast I ever had. The staff was great and I loved the recycling bins in the rooms :). Pool area was good but could use some updating but functional and nice. My only complaint is there was only a shower (no bath tub) in our room but its not a big deal and wouldnt stop me from staying there again.

The restaurant is attached to the hotel, but that shouldnt stop you from dropping in if youre not staying. Excellent ambience, top notch service and a fair price for their very well thought out menu are the best ways to describe this establishment. I had the best crab topped steak that Ive ever had here. Cooked to order, with large meaty chunks of crab. The sides were great. No room for dessert unfortunately. They looked great too but I simply had no room. You wont be disappointed. Try them out. Very classy and upscale place to stay too. The rooms are modern and super clean. I cant say enough about quattro. I just hope they maintain their level of excellence. Great work. One minor comment, the front desk staff could be a bit more friendly. Nothing wrong with the quality of service however.

Been here 3 times, one good meal, one okay meal and one bad meal. Very overpriced for quality, and anyone with vision issues will hate it. It is very dark.

We had dinner at the restaurant with no reservation and were seated immediately. All staff we encountered were extremely friendly. We had the lobster and butternut squash risotto and the seafood pasta, both of which were delicious and above expectations The portion of lobster was double what we would have expected. If I was passing through this area I would definitely come to this restaurant again.

Really great farm to table food

I had heard great things about Quattro and I definitely was not disappointed. I had an amazing meal and was very impressed with the service. I will definitely go again and again and again.

We were staying at the hotel and thought this was an easy option for dinner. The menu in our room looke promising and the food didnt disappoint. Nice wine selection and great food down to my espresso and biscotti after the meal. Our server was also fantastic she did everythingn perfectly, knew the entire menu, and made us feel welcome.

The food was pretty good. I ordered the filet mignon cooked medium rare but I found it was closer to medium. I was also surprised by how small the 5 oz filet was but it was pretty filling and seasoned well. I ordered the fried butter tart for dessert which took a while to get there. It was sweet and pretty satisfying.

Fun, friendly, fancy, and slightly expensive, but very fairly priced. Wonderful service! Shantelle was effortless and a great face of your restaurant!

Finally went to Quattro for dinner after moving back to the Soo and I loved it. The service was good and the food was delicious. Will definitely be back.

Service was horrible. Food was good. Very one was friendly. But expect to wait for the check. To the point you frustrated and you want just to walk out. Then they come out and ask if you want dessert. The only reason I am giving this place a one star, is the food was good.

My husband and I usually celebrate our anniversary each year there along with staying at the hotel; We are there often enough during the year as well so we knew how the food/service is; this last time on Saturday evening was to say the least disappointing. So much so, not quite sure well go back. I made a reservation a week prior to our stay to ensure we would have a nice quiet seat since it was a special night. We got there at 7:03 (our reservation was at 7) We were told the table was just finishing up no problem was our response well sit at the bar and have a few drinks while we waited. (We were staying at the hotel as well) Our bartender was excellent! Can not say enough great things about him. He made drinks my husband looked for that were out of the ordinary and was genuinely interested - Thank you Jack for keeping us entertained! Between our reservation being late and by the time we got any food it was OVER an hour! I asked our waitress about bread once we were seated since I am now starving and she said oh I bring it with the salad; guess what - no bread was ever given. The time between our appetizers and main meal was so long that we really didnt even want it. My pasta meal was under the heat lamps way too long it was dried along the edges; however my husbands steak was cooked perfectly. It was disappointing and the service was substandard.

The food was good but service was terrible we had dishes on our table from when we first arrived at 530 and they were still there when we left at 1130pm ,the young server said they were short staffed. You have 300 people there for a wedding and youre short-staffed bad idea.

Used to be my favourite place to dine out but the last few visits were disappointing. I only like white meat and the chicken on their new menu had very little flavour. The atmosphere has changed, where it was once a moderately quiet place to enjoy a romantic meal, has become a roaring restaurant like the rest of Sault Ste Marie. I went for apps one night and I paid $13 for brie that wasnt melted enough and the crackers broke at the slightest touch.. that brie was not being spread on those crackers, I just used bread.

Very nice atmosphere but could use a few more booths for a little more privacy. Service was excellent and very friendly. The food was fantastic and very generous portions. Reasonably priced for what you get. Highly recommend.
