Great atmosphere, friendly service but the food quality has been inconsistent for the few times we have been here.

this is not about the restaurant but about the christmas decorations going up on the property before nov 11 . Very poor taste . the person who made the decision and those who agreed need a slap and fine. boo

I was so torn about providing this review, because the food was delicious, even though one of our plates was a bit cold. Our server was also tending bar, she was run off her feet. I didn t see any of the servers coming to help even when their sections had cleared. Not a lot of team work at this place. The food tasted amazing, best calamari I ever had. But, warning to all, double check your bills. We were double charged for a prime rib dinner, didn t notice until the next day. So our loss. Hopefully they get their serve team sorted out, it s a a create place with amazing food.

Beautiful stop for poutine, outdoor seating that we were welcome to have our dog at the patio!!

I was so disappointed. I ve been to the Mill on several occasions. On this night though we were assigned a brand new server.m for a table of 8. She was so inattentive, I would have walked out had it not been a birthday celebration. My 6 oz bacon wrapped sirloin was ordered well done but came so rare I felt ill. We had to request water at the table. We ordered a bottle of wine which she needed help from a co-worker, and we had to request it be decanted. We ordered the wine and some cocktails. She got drinks wrong and forgot one altogether. She did not come back to ask how our drinks were, we could not find her. My order was the only one not done to my liking. When I pointed out this was not well done she went back to the kitchen, came back out saying it would be another 6-7 minutes. So I declined that offer and I was given a free bowl of French fries. This ruined my night out where we spend on average $225. What a disappointment this one was. As we hear, usually customers don t complain, they just don t come back.

We were here for our 50th wedding anniversary dinner last night and it was great! Our server was wonderful and the food was fabulous! Great portion sizes for the price. Good stuff guys!

Amazing venue, beautiful building

Had the ribeye steak, which was solid. Server may have been distracted by other work or maybe it was the end of the night but the service wasn t as attentive as the fine-dining atmosphere suggested it would be.

We had dinner this evening (Tuesday night). My family made reservations for 6 people. Spending well over 300$, however we left very dissapointed. Our waitress was amazing so no fault of hers she did all she could. We waited an hour to receive our starter salads. Watched tables that were seated after us get served first. Then a larger party came in and was also made priority. Waited another hour before our actual meal arrived. The waitress was very apologetic and gave us complimentary items to tide us over and was willing to provide complimentary desserts. However, by the time we got our meal, we were no longer hungry and ended up just taking it to go. 2 hours to wait is a very long time. We understand it was a busy night but the people seated after us getting their meals was a bit frustrating. Some of them ordering exactly what we did. This place is also not very child friendly menu wise.. if your bringing little ones along. We did not realize this prior to going so that one was on us. We have been before and never received service like this. I think timing really needs to improve.

Ordered the chef cut, aged ribeye got an average New York strip that wasn t seasoned or evenly cooked. They did not offer to take it back for a ribeye. I asked for medium and got rare. The rice and veggies were over seasoned. This place is way over priced and underwhelming.

Lovely place for special occasions. Friendly staff, nice interior design, and soft warm lighting :) Food is delicious, their steaks are the best! Love the warm fresh cornbread. I always enjoy my time coming here

An absolutely amazing gem in Sault Ste Marie. Everything was amazing, and the cornbread was a standout.

We were there in early June. The menu looked delicious. What happened after that was amateur. Our orders were not timed to come out properly, the presentation was terrible and the actual taste was mediocre. The price was 1st class though. We watched one of our appetizers sit under the warming lights 15 minutes before it was served to our table. We were there a year ago and it was very good. What happened? Never going back.

The Mill was absolutely amazing, Samantha was our server and she was wonderful. Honestly I had one of the best meals Ive had in a long time. We will DEFINITELY be returning.

Let s start off with the service at this restaurant was phenomenal. The food was exceptional and priced fairly I feel. The inside was a little smaller than expected but that s ok. Also the bathrooms definitely don t match building. With this all being said I can definitely recommend this restaurant if your in area.

Loved the atmosphere. You get plenty to eat. The rib/wing dish was a 2. The steak was a 5. The risotto was a 4.

The prime rib was 50% fat thats the main thing your paying for. No flavor in the food. Take the mussels off your menu they taste like dishwater., the worst l ever had. Food

I wasnt sure I should leave this review but when it comes right down to it I think people need to know that theyre at risk of being served rotten food. Took my family to eat here for the first time and I got black putrid salad greens in my house salad. I sent it back to be remade and the remake also had rotten leaves. My wife requested milk with her tea and the serving cup of milk that she received was sour. My wifes house salad and my stepdaughters Greek salad both had rotten cherry tomatoes. I dont know how its possible for me to point out that Ive been served rotten food, ask for it to be remade, and then get back more rotten food in its place, but thats what happened. Be careful and look closely at what youre being served.

It was our 40th anniversary. The chicken was dry, The crab was salty ,the asparagus was mushy. I could not eat the meal. Very disappointing.

Server took them both back to the kitchen to put back on the grill.. mine came back over done and tough, my wifes was decent. Not a fun way of spending $150+ on a meal you disliked.

Absolutely love this place!!! The food, service and atmosphere was top notch. Big portions of everything. We had Pamela as our waitress and she was fantastic.

The food is awesome. Had the Calamari to start, and it was very tender. Then I had a Cesar salad again good. Then, prime rib, and it was fabulous with the mash potatoes. Excellent dinner will definitely go back. Our server Pamela was great as well.

The kitchen doesnt know how to read. 3/3 sides were messed up, had better steak at Mr. Steak. Had a better dinner at Subway

Were local folks, ate there approx 5 times over past 4 years, last three times had the rib/chicken wing combo for $37. First time I had this dish 2 years ago the ribs were incredible, fall off the bone kind. 2nd time not as good, wife agreed and chicken wings not great. We splurged the other night and went there again, 3rd time for same rib/wing meal, ribs were brutal, now the bq sause is very flavourful but the meat was over cooked and tough, very disappointing for that price, unless the food quality improves we probably wont support this establishment

Are server was amazing. Good was incredible. Party of 10 and everyone loved their food. 6oz filet mignon with an awesome piece of bacon on it perfectly cooked rare. Mashed potatoes were fantastic.

Flavorless steak with a bland white sauce. Paecorino in Ceasar Salad... a travesty... too much soft bacon on top of the salad. Just wrong. so disappointed

VERY SLOW service when they were not busy. The food was mediocre at best. DO NOT order the tasteless Prime Rib. For MUCH better beef, go to 82 North!

Food was so bad. Steak was super chewy and was served on top of the rice and veggies which made it all soggy.

Beautiful place to eat felt like a genuine downtown Toronto or New York theme. Music was jazzy and the food was on point. The server was kind courteous and very personable. Definately on my to go back list. Thank you a beautiful dining experience. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

My wife and I had our wedding reception in the main restaurant at Mill Steakhouse. It was a perfect setting for our small entourage. Server Pamela was amazing and we all had so much fun.

We celebrated our anniversary dinner in SSM on a Sunday night at the Mill Steakhouse. We were passing through and chose this steak house by chance without knowing much about it. We were pleasantly surprised by the quantity and quality of the food. The dinner garden salads were very large and delicious and the Caesar salad was one of the better ones I ve had with plenty of freshly grated parmesan and real bacon bits. The main dinners were also very good- the steaks were grilled perfectly, the salmon and vegetables were a good portion and the mushroom risotto was very good. The service was also prompt and the waiter gave us great recommendations. A very good restaurant in the Sault.

Menu with some varieties of meat, pasta and salad. Large bar with a large selection of beer, wine and spirits. It is not necessary to book but when recommended to do so just in case! Large free parking nearby.

just stopped in for a quick draft. Bartender took care of my friends then moved 6 feet to chat in a foreign language to what appeared to be his buddy. i then stood there waiting as my friends paid. Nothing from bar tender. Then he says you ok ? i said i would like to order a beer. In an a young fashion asked what wanted . i clearly asked what you have on tap. He told me , i ordered . He disappeared. came back w a glass of draft . Not sure what the challenge is here but the Soo has very little establishments that provide good service . a simple greeting opportunity goes a long way . Total Tire, Winners , Pinos all offer great service regardless of the type of product. This place continues to suck . It s never my first choice and i was there only for my friends . If this troubles the owner please contact me. you have many opportunities to improve here . Would mean more revenue as i m sure you lose a lot of sales due to your staffs poor service . Clueless service . However the atmosphere was nice , lighting, music, cleanliness bang on.

Fantastic place and amazing food

Went for Dinner at a Fine Dining Restaurant and got McDonalds level of service. I ordered a $47 steak and baked potato that looked like it was reheated in a microwave a few times. All this while waiting two and half hours for our entree. Definitely understaffed.

Way over rated.

Lovely atmosphere, but we waited quite a while for entrees, had our app arrive with the kitchen chit crumpled on top, and then a lukewarm steak. Lots of potential, so hope it works out!

Ate here on a Saturday night. The food was great, loved the drinks and the portions were huge. We recommend the Mill Steakhouse, was a great experience. And the location in the canal district of the Sault is one of our favourite areas.

Third time here and disappointing. We placed our full order (drink/appetizers/entree) as soon as the waiter visited our table, a solid 10 minutes after we sat down. Our first round of drinks and appetizer came out quickly and the brie/Grandmount Mule was delicious. We were then to have salads an our entree. After waiting an hour and twenty minutes, our salads arrived. We requested that our entrees be packed for to-go as we had somewhere else to be. I assume that our orders hadn t been entered as there seemed to be some rushed reactions once we called out to time. At no point did our server apologize for the delay or offer any kind of discount. Our entrees were brought out and we then waited 15 minutes to be able to pay. I actually had to request that the machine be brought over and mentioned again that we were pressed for time. The restaurant was not busy. Our server had us and one other table for the majority of our stay. We were both very confused. My entree (chicken Oscar) was disappointing once I was able to eat it. Asparagus, peppers, zucchini was overcooked and the potatoes tasted as though they were out of a box. The crab was overwhelming and did not taste fresh.

All I have to say about this place is WOW. The steak was cooked to perfection. The waitress was amazing. The wine was a perfect selection to the supper.

Service was good but slow. Seemed like they were under staffed. Had the sirloin and wasnt impressed. Wanted medium and was over done and tough. The rest was decent but nothing outstanding.

We went to the mill Steakhouse for dinner with two other couples. It was one of our friends birthday. Heres the good: the wine was tasty, as was the complimentary cornbread and our appetizer which was calamari. The calamari was actually exceptional. Our server was great and we gave him the nickname Uncle Pete. We are a fun-loving crew and just wanted to have a nice night out. Heres the bad: I ordered the ribeye steak because I was informed after ordering prime rib that there wasnt enough for two of us to have prime rib. The steak, based on its price, should have been a beautiful cut of meat. It was very thin and appeared to be cut with a hacksaw. This was not a Steakhouse steak. Any barbecue or could have done a better job. Still I was fortunate as the prime rib that my friend got was reportedly dry and bland. My wife got some sort of seafood pasta dish which she described as okay. Ive been to the mill Steakhouse three times since they opened and Ive been upset every single time. The best review Ive had from friends is that its okay though many of them feel the same way as me that it doesnt belong in any top restaurant list for Sault Ste Marie.

I wish I had read the reviews before I went tonight. The fried calamari was delicious but the steak Oscar is like shoe leather and the topping smells like rotten fish. And the stuffed baked potato is dry! Hard pass. Never going again.

Everything was fantastic! Food service, ambiance... just awesome. Even the prices were surprisingly low for the quality of food. I will definitely recommend this.

The only thing I can say is the service was excellent the food came hot and in timely bases so I can enjoy each course properly. Considering the fiasco that I had earlier this evening at Chuck s roadhouse restaurant I should ve came here first my only complaint they do need to improve their wine list by the glass. Definitely a recommended restaurant to stop off when you re in the Soo.

The food was excellent! Be prepared for a slow evening though as it is very relaxed and can take a bit for your food.

Great service, very good food, but very crowded

We came to celebrate a graduation and left very disappointed. The appetizers were great. The meals were disgusting. The lamb was burnt and over cooked, the seafood risotto was so over cooked you couldnt tell it was rice. The chicken oscar was burnt dry and the holinaise sauce was sour. We order ravioli and received risoto. All the meals came with salad and corn bread. One salad was missed and no one was served corn bread. The manager tried to discount our bill, but we first had to fight the extra meal and charges that were added and never ordered. Our celebration dinner ended up being a disappointment.

Beautiful patio. We ordered from the machine shop actually. We had the pizza (just pepperoni and cheese) and Greek salad. Greek salad is excellent, hardly any lettuce, so cucumber, olives, tomato and feta cheese, yum!

We were too famished to take pictures, but we can say the food arrived in generous portions and cooked as we like it. Prime Rib medium, excellent and OMG the size of the Yorkshire Pudding was truly epic and what it should look like, not like the ones one buys frozen. Blackened Rainbow Trout was described to come with a drizzled butter but with my garlic allergies I needed to be sure there wasnt any garlic in it, so it arrived without it and still tasted perfect! And if you like beets, and they have their beet salad available as the starter for your entrée, do get it. Its not like the diced ones you get at a deli counter, its perfectly seasoned with red and yellow beets, I would go back just to have this salad! I cant say enough about the service, we were well tended-to without attention going overboard, which we prefer. In the past weve had other restaurants push extras on us and never took the first no, this place not only made us feel welcome but also respected as customers. This was our first time at the Mill Steakhouse, and it rivals any similar restaurant weve eaten at in the GTHA while we lived there. Pricing is good to fair, we didnt have any appetizers nor alcohol and the bill came in at just over$80 and we can both say it was worth it, so much food I even took a doggy bag home for later. Highly recommended, for any tourists reading this review, it wont disappoint if youre looking for a fine meal and dining experience. The ONLY thing I would suggest is the walls are lacking in decor and we were only mildly disappointed that there werent like sepia prints of what the mill used to look like or what they did there before St. Mary s went out of business. It would perfect since the woodwork is cleaned up and exposed where clientele get a sense of the place, but not enough to know much. Dietary restrictions: I cant eat garlic although ok it foods touch garlic, i just cant consume it if meal cooked with it.

Huge disappointment! Giving stars because they did gluten free pretty well. Service was acceptable. Server was just serving not talking. I asked if something could be done gf and she didnt come back.. She just put the appetizer order in to get it. Finally flagged her down and asked if she ever found out if it was a possibility for me to eat... She said oh... Yes . So I just ordered it for you. That surprised us. Ok so we went with that. It was pretty good but the flat bread that came with it.. though gf..totally burnt. It being a steak house, I ordered the steak and mashed potatoes. Steak medium rare. 41.00 6oz tenderloin wrapped in bacon. (Well it was our anniversary so splurge) husband says.. Wheres the bacon wrap. The bacon was a tiny string you couldnt see or taste. The medium rare was more medium well done and nearly as tough as shoe leather. Didnt give me a steak knife to cut it.. So just a regular table knife...sawing on the thing trying not to shake the whole table while cutting it. It was also heavily coated in salt and pepper. So it was super salty and way more pepper than I could stand. The veggies were totally over cooked mushy and gross. The potatoes were like a stiff glue and they were supposed to be garlic and cheese mashed potatoes. However I couldnt taste the garlic and barely cheese. They also served a salad. It was a Greek salad. It was ok but seemed a bit olive heavy. It was big for a side salad. Then with all the open tables in the place... They sat everyone that came in when we were there right together. Crowded us all in one corner. Still dealing with covid people.. Spread us out a little if you can. So to top it off the bill was huge for the terrible evening and food. Wont go back. Wish I hadnt gone in the first place. Didnt finish my steak, potatoes or veggies. Didnt bring them home with me. Btw... The choices for wine by the glass are meager. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

well, 6 cyclist looking for food and beer . dropped off the menus walked away and never came back. 10 minutes later we just left . place sucks . was the same last time .

I order the brie with maple syrup and walnut, they gave us stale bread. The barley soup looks like vomit and taste like burnt beef. I did not eat it at all. The server did not do anything at all about the stale bread. Very poor service. I will not recommend this restaurant. With their price you could find better restaurants in the area.

The Mill is a hidden gem and truly has some of the most delicious food we have ever experienced! We had two nights in the Soo and came here for dinner the first night, enjoyed it so much we had dinner again here the next night! Kristy our Server was so kind and had the most helpful recommendations, we were never disappointed with anything she suggested! Get the Caesar salad and corn bread you will not b regret it! ;) We will certainly stop back here every time we are in the Soo!

The washroom has no paper towel or soap and there s pee splatter all over the place nobody has cleaned

Went for dinner with my family tonight as my last dinner in town when they werent busy at all however picked up shortly after. The service was some of the worst I have ever had, slamming cups down on the table, only came once an HOUR after giving appetizers, laughing and chatting it up with every other table but us & was extremely snobby. Ordered the rib eye steak & it came out gray and raw. The vibe is NOT it, for the price take your money to a more personable restaurant where the quality & service matches what youre paying. Ive had better experiences at the self check out at walmart. Edit: salad was a spring mix that was not washed, had wilted slimy black pieces & there was a shrimp tail in our calamari lol

Absolutely delicious the waitress was so sweet and knew exactly what celiac disease was and what I could and could not have. The cooks were amazing when it came to my order they knew to wash their hands in between make sure there was no cross contamination and even when they accidentally messed up my order and contaminated it they didn t even let it out of the kitchen they remade completely and made a gluten free cake because they felt horrible about it. Will definitely be back again.

We came in 20 mins to closing and asked what time they closed . Horacio said shortly but come on in and not to worry he would take care of us. His service was impeccable! He was very attentive and conversational even tho it was closing time . The food was the best we have had in years. My spouses steak was cooked perfectly and portions were generous . Best steak ever!! We are from out of town but hope to find another location in our travels .

So we went out to dinner Friday at the mill steakhouse.. took my daughter there for her first time while she was in town... the waiter/door greeter was not welcoming or attentive.. he took a terribly long time to tend to our table and when he would come it was brief and he would leave dirty dishes at the table when we put them to the side for him to take.. he never asked about new drinks or how things were it took like 20 minutes or more for him to take our entree order after finishing our apps.. however he did pay better attention to the other patrons and shared some laughs..a few examples of the poor service.,, the food... not good... salad had slimy pieces like you get in a bag or box of mix from the grocery store like it wasnt checked not washed.. and steak was grey, wet and raw.., he took it back to bring it back black and burnt! You call yourself a steakhouse? Embarrassing..The cornbread I did like! The atmosphere was horrible as well... the women across from our table continued to stare and whisper at us our entire time there and the gentlemen right beside me wouldnt stop coughing snorting n clearing his throat which was incredible disgusting! I will never recommend nor step foot back at this restaurant! We are completely disappointed and frustrated with the entire situation!

Went in to celebrate our anniversary with a nice dinner and they did not dissapoint. Our order: Reisling, white wine Rye and Coke Maple Walnut Brie 8oz Top Sirloin, mashed, veg, ceaser salad 10oz Ribeye, fries, veg, ceaser salad The wine was a nice selection, the house Rye is a Wisers and not as sweet as I like (crown, jack ect) but thats my fault for not asking. The Brie. OMG the Brie!! Its a must order and a fantastic change from the usual fruit sauces. It comes with a hard bread and a soft bread. The little things that matter, there was more than enough bread for the cheese, we didnt have to ask for extras. The salad came out early and was a meal in its own. A light dressing, tons of bacon and lots of big flakes of parm. It was also served with a warm cornbread and whipped butter that was to die for. The mains, no complaints at all. Generous portions all around, well cooked veg and starches. The rib eye was so juicy and tender the first few bites could have been taken off the steak by simply pulling them off the cut; no knife required. Both steaks came cooked perfectly to order. They offered a cornbread refill part way through our meal but we declined as we where filling up quick. Water came in a large bottle and was refilled when emptied. Staff was very accomadating and even cleaned out a booth and switched us for a more private seating. Atmosphere was great, birthday dinners, business meetings, small intimate tables too. We really liked the stone wall and exposed celling. Could there be more? Attention to detail, they use the good bath and body soap in bathrooms; not cheap bulk brand soaps. Seriously, go here. I travel through from southern Ontario to Northwestern Ontario regularly and usually pick which route based on seeing and trying new places. I may change that to visit here everytime I make the trip.

I had the ribs and chicken wings with mashed cheddar and garlic potatoes. The ribs were over cooked and if there was cheddar and garlic in the potatoes I couldn t taste it. Very disappointing. Will not be back.

We had dinner here after train tour. Dishes are good. The 16oz tenderloin I have to share with my son to finish up.

Very disappointed. The salad was the best part of the meal. It was an average salad. The steak was raw and extremely thin. I have had better steaks at diners. Go to the Keg or literally any other restaurant instead.

If a restaurant puts wine bar in their name, than the wine should be served at the right temperature and in the correct glassware.

Absolutely amazing food! The quality of the lamb is superb and cooked to perfection! My wife ordered a filet, she also sent compliments to the chef. She said it was the best steak she has ever tasted. Our server was great, believe her name was Kristy. We will for sure return for this amazing experience again! Thanks to the Mill Staff for our great date night!

The food was expensive, and we were expecting better. But the food was bland, from the fries to the burgers to the spinach dip. The only good thing that came from this was the wine we ordered. Way too expensive for such low quality. Had the burger with mozzarella and the burger.

Reopening after Covid. Food was ok atmosphere was good.

Poutine burger was too salty and beef was too dry. Patio was freezing as there were no heaters. Ambience was great though.

Had the patio menu, great service, all the food was amazing, the beef and barley soup is a must have!

We ate on the patio, was a beautiful night. Shared a Greek salad, Reuben sandwich with my love. Recommend and then go inside for the gelato.....yummy!

Ordered fries unfortunately they were quite old and not very tasty. Steak was supposed to be medium and it was almost well done. I complained to the server and he took $10 off the bill as compensation. I would go again but be very careful in what I ordered.

Good place to eat

Wait staff were wonderful (shout out to Horacio) and the pizza was top notch. But by far the best part is their fantastic patio which set the mood for a great evening.

Horrible experience. We called to book a reservation for our fiest year wedding anniversary. Booking over the phone was great, cheerful woman that paid attention to the little details such as our anniversary. She is the reason Im giving two stars instead of one. We booked for the patio. When we arrived, we were greeted by a stern server with attitude. He asked if we had a reservation, we said yes, and then he shrugged and said we werent on the list. We said we booked for the patio and he said it was now closed. Wouldve been nice to know this before getting ready and driving there. He rolled his eyes and said he guessed he could put us at a table inside. We waited 10 mins while he cleared the table. When we sat down, we waited 20 more minutes for someone to approach us and offer us water. We then ordered a drink, finished it and by the time the waitress came back we decided wed waited long enough and the experience was pretty ruined. We were expecting a lovely night out but were instead greeted with attitude and bad service and not to mention we werent given a call to tell us our reservation was canceled. We ended up leaving after our drinks and decided to reset elsewhere. We went to Giovannis and the service was impeccable and saved our anniversary night. Not impressed whatsoever with The Mill.

I did not have a great experience from start to finish with this restaurant. Walking in, the atmosphere is beautiful, but I was taken aback when two of the staff walked right up to my sister and I with no mask. When seated everything took place in 10-15 min intervals. 10 mins to order and receive espresso (twice because the original person who asked didn t pass the info along to the server), they sat a large bottle of water with no glasses down, after 10 mins we decided to steal glasses off another table and go up to ask for sugar. 15 mins past that to get the lavender lemonade I ordered, which didn t have any alcohol in it and not the slightest taste or smell of lavender. No one checked on us for another 15 mins, and we finally got someone s attention after asking for the bill before finishing our appetizers which were severely over cooked. This sucked. We were hungry after a long drive, wanted a nice dinner and to go enjoy the view of the water. We had to ask the server if we offended them in some manner. Every table around us was being checked in on, their orders put in promptly. It was just very disappointing. After bringing our complaints to the attention of the server, we paid full price, no attempt at all to reconcile the start and try to get us to stay for dinner. She (we believe her name was Sam, but she took the bill from us after we paid), was pleasant throughout the hour we were there, but not in tune with her guests. I would not recommend.

Nice location for lunch or dinner on the patio after a walk along the river. However, expect your experience to be ruined by the terrible level of service. 30 minutes wait just to receive our menu, which had severely limited options and had only 25% of the options available for the wine bar (so much was out of stock the server didnt even bother to give us a drink menu). After another long wait for our steaks, which both turned out quite overdone. We did not have the time (or confidence) to send the food back, which feels like quite a waste when we paid a LOT of money to not get what we ordered. Overall, this place seems to suffer from a lack of pride and management.

Patio perfect. Ordered from both Mill Steakhouse & Boiler Room. Salmon dinner tantalizing, an artform on the plate. Specialty cocktail Jalapeño Margherita had a hot snap, although I will ask for hotter next time! Salads delicious. Corn bread a nice touch. Staff friendly and efficient. Usually order small pizza but had large size tonight. Not so textured so will stick to small pizza in future which is done to perfection. Overall It is a favorite place.

The Sault doesn t offer many finer dining options but this one is definitely above the rest. The atmosphere is great as it s in a repurposed mill. The food and drinks were delicious, staff was friendly, and the place is kept immaculate. If you re trying to impress your date, this is the spot to go in the Sault.

On a Monday evening the place was packed and very obviously understaffed. The servers rushed around like crazy, but things took longer than they should. We think someone who was the owner left in the middle of the busiest time, shouldnt he be helping out? Anyway the food was ok and it would most likely make a great destination when less busy or with more staff.

Amazing service. Wife and I both had the prime rib. BEST prime rib I have ever had in my life hands down. AMAZING food and HUGE portions. The salad was delicious also. Lots of parm !

Took 1 hour and a half for food that was over cooked. Bill was screwed up 3 times and Manager decided to give 2 deserts free out of 3 bills. Terrible experience will not go back.

As always the food and ambiance was fantastic! An awesome little place nestled away.

The service here pales in comparison to the service we got at the delta hotel restaurant. Also why dont we get a cloth napkin? The food was good, not sure worth the price premium. The waiter should have warned us that we ordered way too much food, I wasnt expecting American sized portions. Also I found it offensive that the default tip is 18% minimum on the card machine. Gtfo here, lucky to get the 15% I gave.

This is a beautiful restaurant. The staff is wonderful, the service great. We ate there several times and unfortunately, the food is getting worst. Tonight was by far the worst. We will not return.

I cant say enough about his place! A friend of mine recommended this place to me and it did not disappoint! Its in a beautiful brick building, the staff was super friendly, the food and drink was excellent. Worth every penny!

I eat here fairly regularly in the summers. Food is delicious and portions are quite generous. The service is always good and prices are fair, excellent place to eat and see. Its in part of an old converted paper mil . Check out their website and menu on line This place also does takeaway and the food is equally delicious eat in or take out. You have to try, the Prime Rib Roast. Its on the dinner menu and is absolutely delicious!
