Best fast food burrito chain in the area!

No utensils when ordering on Uber. I requested utensils, I work outside and dont have anything to eat my food with.

Change quality ,no proper training like used to mix before delivery , no saulted veggies like before make as requested. Looking forward to see next time change in my favourite burrito

Depending on whos working you will be taken care of. Only a couple times portions were small like the server gets paid based on how much they DONT serve. But for the most part this location is good

Ordered 4 burrito Bowls from this location via door dash, 2 chicken and 2 beef. All the Bowls had different quantitiesof food. One of the beef orders werent fulfilled and it was just rice and veggies. Very disappointed with the portions and unfulfilled order!!

Big burrito should be called Big Rice. Literally 75% rice. It was a veggie burrito.. with barely any beans.. so bland.. what a boring burrito Couldnt taste anything but rice. just get taco bell. 16 dollars for rice. Awesome

Quantity is so less so please be prepared when you get the food. Not at all recommended as the food is below average and too expensive and completely waste of money lol

I went this location to get food its so unfortunate he was alone service and making food for customers. I m pretty sure it suppose to be 2 people in a fast food even if it s not busy. I don t get why he s only 1 in here. Its not good for his safety too. This is need to be addressed

Drowned my sorrows with my bestie at this location...Ive been a fan of the chain for years but sending a huge shout out to the wonderfully sweet lady working tonight who made everything perfectly and even made a few extra suggestions. Definitely coming back to this spot. PS. The cheese burritos are to die for.

I came for the first time tonight and was super excited, I got a bowl, chips and queso and deep-fried cheese cake. The size at first looked small but very deceiving, I only could finish half. I also had about half the chips, which if you get I suggest getting an extra cheese, also tasty. Unfortunately I ordered the cheese cake and got the deep fried mars bar. I have an allergy to chocolate, thank goodness its not anaphylactic and I knew as soon as I took my first bite. Staff were friendly and professional, overall food was good.

The ladies working during night time are lazy

Ordered at the end of the night. I guess they didnt have any meat left because my burrito was full of everything else but meat and it was cold!

I came around 12am, Sign said open till 2am the light were off but door was open, went inside the two girls working yelled and said they were closed meanwhile we watched Uber drivers continue to pick up orders. Overall very disappointed with this experience.

Went at noon and took 30 min to get my order. Very slow service as they had only 2 people working. In my 30min of waiting, I witnessed: Forgot to put meat in the bowl order in front of me, mobile order that was put in 30 min not ready yet, wasnt paying attention at grill and burrito fell a part with the skin a bit burnt. Food wise still one of the better burrito places imo but service is slow and poor.

I frequently go to this location to pick up a tofu burrito bowl and tofu burrito for my partner (we are part-time vegans). They were both phenomenal! Every time I go, I go relatively late at night (9:45 pm), and a girl named Roshni is always working there. She provided me with amazing service and I could tell she was working so hard to give me the best possible customer service experience. She was friendly, kind, and very easy to talk to. While putting the toppings on, she made sure that the amount of each topping was perfect and what I specifically wanted. She was also extremely efficient in making my order by making my burrito and bowl so fast! Highly recommend this location for its outstanding and friendly service, and the most delicious and healthy burritos/bowls you can ask for. Thank you Roshni!!!! The food was better then my past visits, I had a beef burrito and it hit the spot. The service was very slow, not the fault of the only person serving as he was the only one preparing the food, serving the customers and fulfilling online orders.

Very cheap location, I got half filled bowl with full price, I can count my toppings how many tomatoes and how many lettuce I had in bowl. And, sauces were only couple of dots. Wasted money and time. I wont even accept free food from this location.

Ordered the chicken burrito bowl. Overall the portion size was great but the ingredients were lacking. Guacamole literally was squeezed out of a bag which wasn t very appealing and lacked any sort of flavour.

Ordered a huge burrito (it lives up to its name) and was full about halfway through the burrito. You dont even realise youre full until you take a break to drink something because its just that good. I dont know what god(s) blessed the owner and their chefs but their food is heavenly. 10/10.

Changed my rating from 5 to 2 just because of the worst dish they served. I am not sure he was the owner or not. Visited around 4 in the afternoon on 17th March. The portion they served was a joke. The itself says LOADED waffle fries, and you can see what they served. The ladies work in the evening shift are way better. If the person was actual owner, i would say they need to learn more about how to make food than how to run a business.

The worst burrito place in the GTA The staffs are very unprofessional and when you ask for the missing toppings they say they don t have it meanwhile it s on the bench at the back of the store.

They have all the toppings here for your burrito without you having to pay extra. They also have large burrito sizes for those who think the small or regular isnt filling enough!

They don t had noodles also they do not had fresh cilantro. I bought couple of time from this location but first time whatever I received that kind of burrito I never got it again. Also the rice was not even warm it s too cold. It seems me like a wasting a money.even better on Markham location rather than this location.

Two employees were there in the kitchen. Reached at 12:42am however the store had the display that it was open but employees were busy using the phone and one asked that we are close. Did not even bother to come towards just screaming from the back we are closed. On google it was showing open until 1am. I hope the owner of the franchisee finds this.

Great Taste of Burrito, fast and good service. And lots of options to choose what to eat.

Came in at 12 am tonight, to be promptly told that they are closed and you can only do pickup. The sign fully said open and the store hours are clearly printed that Friday to Saturday it s opened to 1 am. Didn t know that employees can change the time they are open depending how they feel. Please correct this with the staff as I will be bringing this up to head office as this is unacceptable.

The store is still open until 2am and it shows on goggle maps as well but the staff girls said we are closed without any reason and the main entrance is open till 2 o clock. I don t know why they open it if they don t wanna serve us and why they are getting paid for extra hours. Don go this location guys and don t waste your precious time

It says open until 2 am and we went in at 1:20 am and they said we are close. So disappointed from the service. We came all the way from 10 kms.

I recently went there yesterday, and it was quiet. I guess they were doing some prep or doing something else. I was hungry for a huge burrito and wanted to know if I could get more things like chips and salsa and drink. Like make it into a bundle. The owner was very nice and polite and explain to me they dont do combos here. I was alright with this as I did wanted the items still. They helped me out and they did very good service and also I took the food to go. The food was good too I loved it. The burrito was very filling. Next time, I wont ask for the noodles. Definitely would recommend if you are have a hankering for one. They do give generous portions there. I was happy to come in. It was first time visiting and also getting a burrito in a while now. You dont fresh grill chicken anymore for chicken burrito. Ill never order again unfortunately As this location and newmarket both dont grill fresh. Meat is soaking wet. Precooked. Food

I have ordered 2 burritos and asked to put chicken in 1 of them. But they have added chicken in both of it, my friend who is pure vegetarian, she ate it and later found a piece of chicken in it. Will never order again from this place.

Got a burrito bowl and it was not good. The cheese had a weird taste to it and the employees working barely noticed me and were to occupied to serve me. I would not recommend this restaurant or location at all

This was one big disappointment. The toppings were sparse & a lot were nonexistent. No sour cream no guacamole, no onions, lettuce, crunchies or hot sauce. Basically both were rice burritos & not much else. My sweet potato burrito had a few slivers of sweet potato, & a ton of rice. I was so disappointed because I used to love this place. The Baja chipotle chicken was lacking in flavour, & the toppings were sparse & again, a lot were missing. Lesson here, don t get it delivered because they rip you off. They ve lost me as a customer, Burrito Boyz here I come.

Shouldve watched them make my burrito but I had to go to the bank, so I named my ingredients and left. I get it home and sure enough, didnt get exactly what I ordered. Missing ingredients. Server even asked me if I wanted sour cream; I replied yes and yep, no sour cream. She suggested it and then forgot? They also lumped all the meat onto one side. And no they werent busy. Mine was the only order. Burrito was good otherwise. Nachos and salsa also good. The nachos were deep fried at least and not just directly taken out of a bag.

I love the burritos here, but after what I saw today Im not sure I can go back. Went in for my pickup order, and staff didnt even have masks, in the middle of this pandemic that has been going on for almost a year. If staff cant even keep up health measures that their customers can see, who knows what kind of stuff we csnr see that they are ignoring.

The food was really tasty and they prepare it exactly how you ask them to! The tequila lime chicken burrito is my favorite

This is a good fast-food alternative restaurant for Mexican-style street food. The menu is limited in terms of dishes but, they have a good amount of ingredients and preparations to choose from. Also, the portions are generous at a reasonable price. The staff is friendly; however, the service can be a little slow sometimes.

This place never disappoints. I ve been getting burritos from these guys for quite some time and they always taste beyond delicious. So good that I forget to leave a five star review

The large and the extra large Burrito, are both filling and delicious. Totally enjoyed them (I went there twice). The place is clean, the staff are friendly. Talk about service with a smile. Overall a good stop, for when youre walking or have an appetite on the run.

I never had a problem with this place. Been coming 2+ years. For those who left bad reviews, perhaps try being a little more cordial with the staff and your food might taste better. Keep up the good work guys and i will see u later.

Absolutely disgusting. I went to grab a burrito and the person handling it was not wearing gloves and had her finger wrapped in a huge band aid. I luckily noticed this as she loading in the cheese (without gloves) into the containers and was wrapping my burrito. This is filthy pre-covid let alone now! I refunded it immediately. Stay away if you dont want to get sick.

Restaurant used to be good. The original owner was great. Wasnt stingy with toppings which were always fresh and the meat was flavourful. Now the topping looked old and some going bad. The serving sizes are prectically halfed. The meat was bland and missing seasonings. Overall extremely disappointed.

Absolutely horrendous. I ordered a HUGE Shrimp Burrito. Guess how many shrimp I got? 4 of the tiniest pieces of shrimp youve seen in your life. Why did I waste $20 on such a disappointment. My hard earned money gone absolutely to waste. Do not visit this place, there are so many other better burrito spots trust me, like Burrito Boys and Burrito Bandidios. Will never order back from here again.

Called in an order for two huge burritos and went to pick it up. All seemed good at first, and then we realized that 3/4 of both burritos were rice. Very little sauce or other ingredients throughout the burrito and only very small pockets of flavour to be had. My wife had paid to have extra meat in hers and there was hardly any - she remarked that it was the worst burrito she ever had - and she loves burritos and has them quite regularly from other FBB locations, Burrito Boyz or many other restaurants. I especially cant recommend ordering over the phone. Youll want to go into the store and see them make it to make sure they dont do this to you too. Very disappointed.

This place has changed... the huge burrito bowl size is now barely bigger than the small. The shrimp in it have been changed to teeny tiny cocktail shrimp (see my pinky for reference). These downgrades and more and what hasn t changed?- the PRICE. The franchise, especially this location- is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Don t waste your money here.

Stopped by this week and it was quite unfortunate to see staff not wearing masks. With a whole pandemic going on for almost a year, you d think they would wear a mask especially with working in the food industry. You won t see me or my family coming back here.
