This place is going downhill like alot of other food spots. I think we all know why but I cant say that here. Lets just say, English is a tough language. First problem. I cant order breaded chicken on a quesadilla. Instead Im forced to eat the slop that they call roasted chicken. Tell me why @fatbastards! its the same price and even if it wasnt Id pay for it. It makes no sense. Then they wouldnt give me sweet chili thai sauce on the quesadilla either even though I order that EVERYTIME and they didnt say anything to me until they made it. Id say Ive made this same order probably 50 times in my life including on Uber and never had any issues. Whats going on all of a sudden. FAT Bs I NEED ANSWERS!

Picked my food soon to be at closing time and the staff still treated me very good and customised my burrito without any issue . One of the guy who works is Meet and his coworker . Very nice and hardworking boys.

Not like it used to be. My order was wrong, and although rectified, it still wasnt good. Almost a decade of coming specifically to this location, never again. I almost jumped out of my skin when the metal pan (that they make your burritos on) fell on the floor and was put back on the counter. I believe the employee had every intention of using it until their colleague told them to change it. Then, the same pan fell into the garbage. Portions taste freshness wait times cleanliness Edit: No reply from customer service after their response to this review.

My u er order took over an hour and a half. Cold as stone. Never trust delivery. Took 3 drivers to finally pick up. 6 dollar tip for cold food. Ice cold. Never again.

i used to love this place, went here frequently with my friends it was the go-to spot! I saw on the app i had a free burrito when signing up so i got excited and headed over for my burrito. The guys there (probably to no fault of their own) didnt really know what i was talking about. However, i specifically said MILD sauce on the burrito and im pretty sure they heard me? They asked me at the cash what i wanted on the burrito instead of while they were making it which never happened to me before (thought it was something new). got my burrito in a timely manner and went home only to find HOT SAUCE and basically half the toppings i asked for were missing :( i guess since the burrito was free i cant complain but im just sad because i have stomach issues and physically cant handle hot sauce:(((((((( i just wanted to enjoy my burrito and i cant even finish it :(

Team lead prianka is very rude and professional than refusing to serve me.Instead of ensuring that she met the standards to her customer she chose an argumentative route than telling me that I was the problem . You don t get your portion for what you re paying for here as they pinch pick your toppings . Dont dare ask for more or you ll then see how unprofessional they will get. I will no longer come to this location and am sincerely disappointed to this being my nearest location to buy from

Worst experience ever!!! If I could put 0 stars I would. We ordered through uber for PICK UP and the employee gave it to another customer. Then made our order quickly without even the meat and vegetables inside. Poorly made and soggy burrito. I hate to say this but the employee cannot even speak English properly when we pick up the food he cant even explain that he gave it to another customer. Worst experience ever.

It was very good and healthy place to go and I had quesadilla and burritos which was very tasty and it was like lunch dinner everything together for me and I mean it was a heavy meal with a cheap price and the best thing was the manager and crew were very friendly and easygoing and always had a smile on their face. Came in to get some burrito bowls today and it seemed very busy between the delivery orders and customers and Priyanka who was working alone was still very quick with her service and even took the time to let us try some of the new flavours before ordering even though she seemed very busy. Amazing service from Priyanka we will be back!!

Priyanka helped us secure some amazing burrito bowls and she was super friendly and even let me try some sauces before I ordered, she was fast and precise with her burrito buildings skills and I would return to this location in a heartbeat. Loved it

Came here last week for a Pull Pork Barrito, place was empty I was the only customer the workers were busy preparing uber/dd orders I waited a good 5 mins before they acknowledged my existence. Ingredients station was a mess looked filthy items didnt look fresh especially the pull pork. I should of requested a refund all well took a bite of the Burrito in my Car and it was cold threw out the rest. Wont be back to this location.

I was there last week around 10 pm to get a burrito bowl, there were an argument between two workers food being cooked or not. They were arguing in aggressive manner in their own language right in front of me. It wasn t professional at all. Then after they gave me all left whatever left over in the noodles bowl which they supposed to refill when it s about to finished. Very disappointed the service and the food.

It was a good experience for me. The food quality was very good and also there is staff whose name is Tarash. He was very polite and kind.

Veggie saute bowl so yummy

This location used to be so much better than it is now. The stations are not kept clean, they dont switch over their noodles (old and hardened left over), and are cheap on the toppings that they give you now. I used to come all the time but now I dont think I will. I usually dont give reviews but this was my second time back in two weeks and its the same problem. This restaurant first needs to be more clean, especially at the front station. It would be great if you put the correct amount of toppings on the burrito because I had to ask every time to please put more. If youre not going to be clean or give your customers their moneys worth then you will lose a lot of repeat customers that have been coming for years. I know I will not be back for a long time. Been coming to this restaurant for nearly 10 years and this is by far the worst its been.

They never answer their phone

Went here with significant other for a quick bite to eat. We entered to a completely quiet eating establishment. Me and significant other ordered chicken burritos. One 12 inch and one 14 inch for almost $35... We paid for the burritos first but then decided to also get for when I looked at the cash register screen it quickly showed two cans of Canada Dry Ginger Ale for $1.99, each, before the cashier deleted it. When the cashier removed the two cans of Canada Dry Ginger Ale for $1.99, each the cashier punched in two bottles of Ginger Ale for $3, each, so I noticed something wasnt right because I did not say two bottles of Canada Dry Ginger Ale to begin with. So I informed the cashier that you punched in two bottles the cashier replied it is the same price, I informed the cashier that I just seen that two cans were $1.99, each, tells me again it is the same price. I asked to show me on their cash register how much is for ONE CAN EACH cashier refusing to show me the price (even though I seen to begin with) goes over to the manager, comes back and puts in the proper price. A few minutes later a cool couple comes in and orders what theyre getting and heads to the toppings station. When one of the employers were setting up the girls burrito she asked for more cheese and veggies because the portion looked super low. I looked to my left and she was right. The employer tells the girl customer that she will have to pay extra for more, the couple both replied that theyve been to other locations and theyre never charged extra for cheese or anything so I turned to them and told the couple what just happened to me with my two cans of Canada Dry Ginger Ale. The couples faces were shocked, turned back to the employer with very RED faces. Food was cold... Chicken could have more flavour... Beware of this location! Very really bad service

Ordered crispy fish burrito bowl tonight on skip the dishes along with big beef burrito. Nice amount of fixings to include along with 3 sauces and of course hot sauce! You should be aware that they have really really hot hot sauce so if you like it hot but not too hot choose a lesser amount. The food is really tasty here better then most burrito places I find. This location is small so they only have a small seating area along the window. Most people order take out. This is a very busy place so the food is always hot and fresh! I highly recommend. Update Got the ground beef burrito bowl, wow lots of meat and fixins in my bowl! Tastes so delicious, meat flavourful and veggies crunchy. Got the burrito sauce on it too. Also got the free bag of cinnamon churros, really crunchy full of cinnamon...so good. Tonight I ring the happy bell for you guys! March 13 update Made an order for 2 buritos, 1 crispy fish and 1 ground beef through skip. Got a call 15 mins later saying they have no fish so I chose ground beef. 20 mins later I got another call saying they have no buritos at all and rejected my order! How can a burito joint have no buritos? No explanation just skip refund now I had to find another place to order from. What a complete disappointment. Maybe this store is going bankrupt or something. Wont order here again!

Good and tasty

Horrible. Just horrible service. Ordered fish. Get to the store. No fish. No one told me it was sold out until I drove 15 mins. Left my wife and baby at home. Couldn t cancel. Had to substitute for chicken, which my wife didn t want. Took way longer than it should have. Just horrible. Don t sell things online you don t have in store. It s just bad business etiquette. Then to add insult to injury, get home after this fiasco to find they didn t give us the side of guacamole we paid for. And to further rub salt in our wounds, the food was nothing special. Borderline tasteless and just useless calories. These burrito places have gone down hill ever since they started hiring the typical student workers we all know and love to see in these establishments. Avoid. Go anywhere else.

This used to be my favorite place for burritos, its definitely gone downhill. Portion sizes are much smaller, and the food doesnt taste like it used to. Will not be returning. Very disappointing

Food was good. I expected over the top with how expensive their prices were. I see value in their Wednesday $6.99 small burrito deal. The churro chips were not good. May try it again in the future. My lean is to give it a try again when Ive finished my rounds with all other foods and joints, and Im back to them in the rotation.

I have been eating here for years I go in today first time in prob 6 months noticed the prices have gone up ok cool no problem but to give less chicken on top of that I bought a big and there was like no meat on it for almost 14 dollars its 1 thing to up the price to cover the cost but to up the price and make smaller portions is a rip off thinking people arnt gonna notice and to top it off I asked for extra sour cream ans they tryed to charge me for it like r things really that rough Im sorry but that will be my very last time every visiting any location.

New location at Mutual & Gerrard is absolutely amazing. Every single employee has such positive attitude. Another note is that please include customers option to tip employees with card payments. Even cafes have that option.

I ordered two burritos from uber eats and a loaded waffle fries. The rice were really undercooked. I couldnt chew it felt like little rocks. Even after complaining at uber eats i got no compensation as i cant eat the burritos now as the rice is main ingredient. For the waffle fries, i say it was quiet delicious but quantity of sauces was quite over which made them soggy.

Great place for a quick bite to eat! Food was great, good portions too. However the eatery did not have any seating within the restaurant, only bar stools; bit of an inconvenience for my pregnant wife. But overall Id return again. We had tacos, fish and ground beef. Highly recommended! Food

Every time I came here for the pulled pork naked burrito bowl I was always served with brown pulled pork. I came back two weeks after they closed down due to a change in management (old franchisee management replaced with corporate management) ordering the same pulled pork naked burrito bowl. What I got looked more like white flakes of tuna. When asked what happened to the old pulled pork that was brown in colour, they said what I had described was pulled beef. They have no clue what theyre serving! Needless to say I wont be coming back.

Used to really love coming here when it first opened up. Today has been my last visit. Not only has the quality of the food gone far downhill, but many of the options have been completely removed from the menu. (Fewer size choices, butter chicken burritos are gone. So disappointing.) At first I thought that perhaps this was a case of a franchise management that was just growing weary of ownership, but apparently this is a result of corporate moving in and taking over a previous franchise location. Shocked but... not that shocked I supposed. Anyway, wont be returning here again and its a huge disappointment.

This place was .. my go to for years!! I ve been outta town for a while so what better place to go back, but man have things changed including the entire staff, most likely management/ owners, the quality of the food, the serving size of the food. I used to love this place but now its under new management and they have changed so many things. The portion sizing, quality, and freshness of the food all has gone downhill. Bought a HUGE pulled beef burrito wrap today from this location around 6:20pm. The guy serving my husband and i was nice and dressed the burrito how we requested it. half and half with certain toppings. He put the tray to the side and a lady then tried to wrap the burrito the complete different direction mixing everything inside. At first she failed to wrap it and when we told her sorry you mixed the toppings inside she took a new tortilla and dumped the insides mixing it all around and rewrapped it. She ignored our request to make a new one and continued ro put the burrito on the flat griddle stove. Requested the guy who helped us to cut the burrito and half and indicate which side is what and he was completely wrong because the lady in the kitchen mixed everything up inside anyways. Have been going there since the place has opened up and i have to say this was the worst service received.

Something happened this place

This is a tough one, flavour of food an easy 5 stars, the spitefully made portion and the hygiene issues a 1 star. I ordered a huge burrito my partner ordered loaded fries, I paid in cash, the girl working was the only employee I can only begin to imagine how hectic that is. That said I watched her go from handling money to immediately touching a customers food, she proceeds to make multiple burritos never changing the disposable gloves. When our turn is up i asked if shes changed her gloves, last thing I want is to be rude to someone making my food but what else is there to say. She changes her gloves and dishes out the most ridiculously small portions of toppings Ive ever seen, I ordered a huge with extra protien Ive ordered bigs there with no extra that were bigger. I saw the way she topped the burritos before mine, had to be 3 times the toppings. I understand the frustration working alone but I did not get the product I paid for, very dissapointed.

The meal is so big! I had a burrito bowl with tofu and its going to last 3 meals. Also had a veggie empanada with dip. Vegetarian options: They had at least 2 vegetarian burrito bowls, one with pan-fried tofu, one without. I got the tofu meal.

Great location, especially late night. Way better than the York Mills location which has limited hours compared to here; and toppings that taste like dish towels! Parking: Parking was totally accessible during the very hours I arrived. You re missing a bunch of items in you beta version. I ordered a huge burrito with crispy chicken and a lot of sauces and toppings. Those were not mentioned in beta. To a very intolerable degree. Perhaps this is the only geeky review that ever existed for burritos but take some key points from my declaration and I would like to see that implemented in figure G reviews!

I love the burrito bowl, I usually get the tofu but have had the shrimp and a couple of the chicken variations. Lots of topping options and its a good sized meal. Sometimes I even leave half for lunch the next day. Vegetarian options: Tofu, refried or black beans
