I recently visited a Tim Hortons and was impressed by the exceptional cleanliness and organization of the store. The staff was not only cooperative but also quick and efficient in serving customers. I highly recommend you visit this location for a great experience.
They never sliced my bagel which Tim Hortons normally does. Not a huge deal but it's the small things that people appreciate.
Really uncivilized people around this location. The team is good, they are welcoming and good at communication. i ordered the bagel and i had some specific modifications which were completely followed by staff. Don’t appreciate the way alot of refugees from middle east and homeless people roaming around there the whole day and beg money which ruins the valuable experience of customers and ruins the mood of people working there too.
I recently visited Tim Hortons and was quite disappointed. The establishment seemed unclean, with flies noticeable throughout the area. Additionally, the coffee was subpar, lacking the quality one might expect from a popular chain. After seven years of frequenting this Tim Hortons out of necessity, I feel compelled to share my experience. Unfortunately, this location consistently falls short of expectations and is best avoided if possible. I Force myself to go here sometimes because there is no other very shot the area whatsoever Despite recent attempts at innovation, the overall environment remains uninviting. Service is often lacking, with instances of multiple staff members present but no one attending to the front counter. When service is provided, it frequently feels begrudging. While there have been occasional competent staff members, they do not seem to stay long. The atmosphere is generally unpleasant: Staff appear unhappy. Customers often exhibit rough behavior. The latte machines are frequently out of order. The once pleasant outdoor seating has been removed. Indoor tables are often unclean. I genuinely wish this location offered a better experience, as I am typically very accommodating. However, the consistent issues make it a depressing place to visit. For a cleaner and friendlier alternative, consider visiting the McDonald’s next door. Sorry. But enough is enough.

Absolutely loved the newly renovated Tim Hortons! The interiors and design are fantastic, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The service was top-notch, delivering excellence with a smile. An all-around wonderful experience that made my visit truly enjoyable!

The Tim Hortons with its new renovations has the same service and food/drink quality. but the space feels alot more compact and lining up for coffee is horrible now. I had 2 people cut me in line simply due to not knowing where the line starts/ends. otherwise its okay Update: decided to use the mobile app to cut the wait time. Made the order 10 min before getting to the location, that way once I get there its ready, except I had to wait an additional 10 min after getting there. I then asked about my mobile order progress and thats when they start prepping it. Update #2: came back to see if any changes made, still the same. They have 2 registers open, but they only utilize the 1 even if busy.

Absolutely appalling counter service. Despite the nice renovations, the service fails. The drive through is what gets the attention however they will wave to you to not pull up to the window so as to reduce perceived wait times but otherwise good. I have given this particular store several years of trying and retrying and trying and there has been no glimmers of hope sometimes with some good staff but it reeks in apathy and disinterest. I still go for coffee but today I just could not take it anymore and the queue was getting frustrated because none of the five staff would serve as a counter despite someone of this stuff calling out for someone to go to the counter and I just had to leave and get coffee, cleanliness and service add McDonalds next door. This particular Tim Hortons after 7 years of trying should really be shut down. When Tim Hortons management and contact you because they want to hear more the link takes you to an area where you have to try and fish for where to write what they like you to hear from and then ask for a receipt code of course we didnt have a receipt because we walked with our feet and I can tell you something I am so incredibly patient supportive and positive but it comes important in time when someone must speak out and the service here really leaves a lot to be desired despite the little glimmers from time to time Im so sorry
Had the worst experience at this particular location. Ordered hot mocha latte but was handed some other drink which was cold as iced coffee. When asked for a new one they argued and denied their mistake and blamed me for placing the wrong order.

Im extremely disappointed with the consistent harassment my service dog and I face at Tim Hortons. Every time we visit, were asked for service dog certification, which is not only inappropriate but also illegal. As a customer with a legitimate service animal, I expect respect and understanding, not discrimination and scrutiny. The constant questioning and demands for certification have made our visits to Tim Hortons increasingly stressful and unwelcoming. Its disheartening to encounter such a lack of awareness and sensitivity towards service animals and their handlers. I hope that Tim Hortons will take steps to educate their staff about service animal rights and provide a more inclusive environment for all customers, including those with service animals.

This is actually a 0 star review. The Tim Hortons at Eglinton and Mccowan is very disgusting and disrespectful. My boyfriend and I were in the drive thru and ordered our drinks and while driving to the window we saw a girl sitting on the drive thru window countertop and quickly jumped off when she saw us. I advised her that this is something so wrong because food is served there. That is extremely unsanitary and I would never ever order from there. After we left the whole crew was laughing and I went inside to speak to a manager and they played it off like they weren t laughing at what we told them was nasty. This place needs to have some people fired and hire people that take cleanliness very serious. Food and drinks are served here. So disgusting and all of them were brown and grouped together while not wearing gloves. This is not discrimination. This is what I witnessed and should be known so no one encounters this again. A report was made to Tim Hortons already as well and I hope the right actions will be taken.

Everything about this store is below 1 star! Whenever I make a mobile order, I would select the time for 5 mins as it is just walking distance from my place, and everytime I get to the store, despite there are many staff who seem to be busy, no one has a clue that there is a mobile order! So I wait for a few more minutes, and nobody checks the mobile order. I have to follow up from one of the staff about my mobile order and it would just be then that they would prepare it! The store is dirty, the staff are inefficient, don t know what they re doing, and basically it s like a ghetto Tim Horton s! Totally different from the stores in Downtown! Around 2 0 clock, I order Ice coffee and sesame bagel with hash brown and herb and garlic. But when i started to have bagel there was no hashbrown. I was getting late and didn t came back. But it is the worst this that you are paying and you are not getting the thing for which to payed. You can check it in orders that around 2 0 clock this order was taken. Whoever drew up the renovation was clearly not a patron. There is limited room to wait with the new glass doors in place, and since the service is abysmally slow, you will almost certainly have a line. This might also be one of the only newly renovated Tims without a self-checkout so youre basically forced to stand and wait to order, blocking the only way in and preventing new customers entering. Really, truly, painfully awful. One of, and the worst in Scarborough. Woefully incompetent ownership. Just to add, nothing has changed since this review and in fact they also got rid of their outdoor seating area. The franchisee really truly hates his patrons.

Visited at 8am, was pulling out my wallet when the lady working starts screaming at me that I am taking too long. Please train your staff. This is very rude and when asked for a manager they say no manager is there. Later when I called they said manager was only there in the morning! This is the third time this has happened to me. The other two times staff has given me wrong food and said we didnt have that available so we gave you this AFTER I came back. Stay far away from this Tim hortons.

Horrible customer service to begin with. Ordered $30 worth of food and didn t even put napkins in the bag. Asked for hot sauce on my wrap and said they can t do it. Asked them to put extra ranch dressing that comes with the wrap, got charged 30 cents for it. Rolled up to the pick window and the person was so rude. Asked if we can order a donut and she said no. That we have to come back and wait in the drive thru. When asked why and how that makes sense. She said well I m just following rules. Come in and talk to management! there was no extra sauce in the wrap btw.

I used to love going here but i dont know what happened to this location and its definitely the workers. Im NEVER the person to complain and i am always understanding of when a product I want is not available. However, after multiple times of them not having anything I order it is frustrating and now i know why they never have anything i order and it is because THE WORKERS ARE LAZY TO MAKE THOSE ORDERS UNLESS ITS ALREADY MADE. For example: I went a couple of days ago to order a latte and the worker(he might be new) said(in not a convincing way which raised my suspicion) that the espresso machine is broken....and i was having a hard time believing it and then i repeated The espresso machine is broken? for clarity and luckily the manager of the store (not sure about her name but she has glasses) heard my question and was just as confused as me and told the guy taking my order We have espresso, its not broken.... and she started my espresso drink (Thank you to her!) and then I got my order. It was clear the guy that took my order just didnt want to take the time to make my espresso(Ive been told its slower to make them, which i would have understood if it was busy but i was the only one in line) and would rather have me order something that is already pre-made and easy to give me. THANK YOU TO THE MANAGER, there are some hard working people there, like the sweet Filipino lady and manager(lady in glasses), but everyone else needs to be fired.

Always buying coffee every morning in the drive thru and workers takes so long to take orders and providing services. One morning, I decided to go inside and order a bagel coz there s a big line up in the drive thru. For one toasted bagel, it s been 15 minutes and order still not ready coz workers are just talking and laughing. I decided to cancel my order. Very bad experience. Please tell the workers to focus, work and MOVE FAST. In everyday that I buy coffee it s the same situation. Very poor customer service.
Food itself isnt awful, and the renovations are fantastic, but the environment itself is horrible. There are always old creepy men loitering outside and taking loudly, and even inside a lot of people talk loudly with their friends on the other side of the counter. As employees its unprofessional to talk to your friends when youre working, and yet you allow it and let them bother everyone else around them. Absolutely zero consideration for any of the other customers and I hate that this is the closest timmies to my place.

I ordered a chicken flatbread pizza and it was great and service is good . However everytime I go to ordered a latte they never have their machine working and if I ask for any drinks with oak milk they either dont have it too. This location is near my place so I enjoy coming here but I dont think Ill come back as it seems the espresso Machine is always out or they dont offer milk alternatives properly
They barely have everything bagel. They are ALWAYS out of stocks . The workers admit that they ordered too much sesame seeds bagel so now they have to sell all that. A customer should get what they want not buy what the store is trying to get rid of.

Got one of the new pinwheels, and it was raw on the inside, real unpleasant biting into that . Also, the layout of this place is quite literally the worst designed thing Ive ever seen in my life.
They re petty & watery. I asked the cashier to pay with my points, but she charged me cash. Coffees are 70-75 points. I had 400 points. No problem. After I pay I ask for a double cup. She charges me 10 cents. I didn t have a dime, nor could I debit 10 cents. I honestly didn t know they charged for cups now. She enforces the 10 cent rule saying it s been that way for years. No problem, I leave without a fuss. When I tasted the coffee, it was watery!! They ll nickel and dime you for a low quality product. I m making my coffee at home like I know I should be.
This Tim Hortons is always filled with people and the line up inside and at the drive thru is long. They are understaffed. Whomever owns this location needs to employ more people. I waited 20 minutes inside to order a coffee this morning and there were 6 people in front of me; thats too long of a wait to place my order.

What a joke of a place!! I was there today evening get some coffee and food. The staff were making jokes about customer asking for washroom keys and they were specially South Indian staff from Kerala and they didn t recognize that I know their language. The ridiculous wait times are bad enough, but today was the 3rd time in 2 months I waited in drive thru only to learn at the speaker their espresso is down again. Poorly run, and I will not be back to this location. Re-edit, went here again last week because its the only location in walking distance. They were simply out of espresso this time. Gave up and went to McDonalds. Re-re-edit 2:30pm at a full size location, and the donut cabinet was basically empty. Was told they had none on the cooling racks either, so they werent even fixing the situation for themselves. This location keeps getting worse month after month, and the company seems to be ignoring it.

Ordered around 4pm at the drive thru. Tried the order the habanero wrap, they were still cooking the rice, was told it would take 10 minutes. Fine, I ordered the classic wrap instead and potato wedges, I was told it wasnt available. This is not good. As I was paying I made a comment that there wasnt a lot of food available from the menu, the cashier told me the Baker was on break. Sorry excuse not to have things available. Sounds like lack of time management, preparation and management Im general. Not impressed

They say we can order online and pick up from drive thru, i ordered online then went to pick up, at first there were nobody to help me, then one guy showed up and after seeing my order number said 2 min but didn t made my order for 20 min, instead was serving other cars! I asked him is this your 2 Min? For that He Could have just explain the situation and said sorry for making me wait for so long in the cold! Instead of that he started arguing! He said you order online so we don t give any priority to online orders! If so then why accepting online orders? He even said he doesn t care even if I complain to the manager!! one of the worst Tim Hortons in the city . their selections are horrible.. and the Tim Hortons Down on Kingston road at McCowan is the same. never ask the staff a question as the owner/ operator of these locations keeps the staff in the dark. if you want a better selection, you need to go to the Tim Horton kiosk inside the esso at Kennedy and Lawrence. there they have all the good selections and the staff knows what they are talking about. or the store at birchmount and Danforth. these locations know how to do it, while this location , hey the staff are nice, but what they decide you can buy versus what other tim Hortons offers you.... is night and day
Why do I have cucumbers on my plain bagel with cream cheese?!!! The team is very disorganized. They were arguing with a woman about food because they couldn t remember who they gave orders to. They were trying to refuse her food she paid for, I had to cut in and tell them it was a different person since I was standing there 15 mins for a bagel and seen who took the food. Than someone comes from the back shouting out plain bagel, hands it to me and runs away to the back. I wanted to get out of there so bad I didn t check before leaving. I wish I could upload a picture this is HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! And why is this the only location that doesn t cut the bagels in half?!?
I have only used the drive-through at this location. Decent use of space for drive-through route considering the size of the parking lot. Service was fairly quick but kind of unfriendly (but not an issue since you are only seeing them for a minute).
This is the WORST tim hortons. This is on the way to my job on Saturdays, EVERY week, our order is wrong, last week we had time to go back and get the right sandwiches, this week we didnt because there drive thru was particularly busy, and we ofc ourselves got completely wrong sandwiches. Management seems to just hire anyone and throw them on the floor without proper training.

Endured the absolute worst experience! Ordered a bagel with cream cheese at the drive-thru, and when I got to the window, two workers started yelling, accusing me of not mentioning the cream cheese. Despite my protests, they continued to blame me, making me dread any future visits to this location. I canceled my order and drove back and they didn t seem to care at all. Never ever visiting again!

I am here every morning at 5 am. In fact I am here now awaiting my friend who is also a regular. The staff here has treated me like gold since I began coming here about ten years ago. I mean they have gone above and beyond by remembering my order, suggesting that I had forgotten something (i had) and the manager has even allowed me to pay the next day when she saw my distress at forgetting my debit card. The only negative is that there are often many homeless people asking for money but this is a tough city. We will see this anywhere.

And i didnt have proper time to scan my points and pay properly.. i had a bigger order total of $29 the lady that was a cashier was rushing me so bad she look a little angry.. And then when i checked my order she forgot to give me my apple fritter.. She didnt give me my receipt she just wanna get rid of me quick because they have time limit of 2min. If you dont want big order on the drive thru put a sign no big order instead of rushing your customer.. Very very bad customer service. Every time I go to the establishment I am always surprised and fulfilled. the workers are kind and a pleasure to greet. This is the only location that can get my iced coffee order right, and my food out within minutes.

The employee PRAJA she has no etiquette, she abused us , showed us the middle finger , we tried to order over there she without any thing abused ussss We genuinely want the management to contact me because this was not the way she should be working and treating us. This Tim Hortons is not good. Every time I come here there is some sort of issue, they never get my basic orders right and when I tell the staff it s wrong they give me attitude and they don t want to fix it. I drove through the drive thru and I got a coffee and asked for 1 cream, they gave me the coffee black, I went back through the drive thru and told them I received the wrong drink. The man at the window had an attitude and told me that s how I ordered it so he can t fix it, despite my receipt showing I asked for 1 cream, he then rolled his eyes and walked away from the window. Another time I asked for specific Timbits (chocolate and honey dip) they gave me the wrong ones, I brought the box inside and showed them and the girl at the cash register told me she can t do anything about it. Those are just 2 minor examples. The staff here are rude and disrespectful when you simply ask them to fix a mistake that they ve made. I get it, mistakes happen and that s okay, but to start giving me attitude for wanting my correct order is unnecessary.

EDIT - As of December 21st 2023, this location was renovated with a new look and the service became worse. The food station was moved behind the new wall so you cant see them mess up your order and correct them before they finish. They still dont know how to toast or butter a bagel. The front is now smaller because they added an airlock and so the space is cramped. They added a now serving display with ambiguous numbers on it that they dont give you or call out. This location is really just for drive thru as the walk-in experience is just terrible. This location has a total of 4 competent employees. Unfortunately 2 work in the back, one takes drive thru orders (doesnt make them), and the last one doesnt seem to work as often. This location has some seriously poor training and it shows. Some issues Ive had. -Not getting the right amount of surgar or cream in my coffee. -Not stirring the coffee properly, making all the sugar sit at the bottom. -I ask for a plain bagel, double toasted with butter. I get a plain bagel lightly heated with butter, or double toasted with a smidgen of butter, or lightly heated with a smidgen of butter, or double toasted with butter on only one side to the point I have to watch the bagel being made and yell out instructions. They care so much about getting drive-thru and delivery taken care of that they focus on speed rather than accuracy and its a consistent problem. They also seem to be understaffed as on any given day there could be 10 people in lineup and only one person taking and actually making the orders, causing the lineups to get bigger and bigger and the levels of frustration to go up. They have 4 people working drive thru, one person working the front. The only have 1 food station to take care of both the front and drive thru, so theres frequent delays and eventually, to make up for that, they get one person in the back to help out but what ends up happening is they end up working over each other and causing more problems. This location used to be amazing, but unfortunately the owner has stopped visiting the location, its best employees have left, head office almost never comes around for evaluations, and the managers are never seen. The current staff is very poorly trained and look confused when you ask them to butter both sides. Unfortunately this location is the only one within reasonable distance of the area as one other location (Midland and Eglinton) was closed by the city for TTC projects and the other location (Markham and Eglinton) is a bit of a trek if you dont have a car. Dont recommend this location at all.
This location is freshly renovated, but they have failed to renovate their service. When inside, you can see how disorganized they are, resulting in slow, inaccurate, and confused service. Im not sure I will take my business to this location anymore. Its not my first poor experience here.

One of the girls in the drive thru just lied that we drove off before getting our four cheese twist when in FACT we stayed there and asked her if everything was in our bag already! She said yes, everything is in the bag and we drove off. When we got to our house we were missing our four cheese twist! Please own up to your own mistake and do not blame the customer! We didn t argue at all and just took the refund which is 2 dollars short!!!

i tend to go to this tim s every morning due to it being the closest to me, i find that the staff there is just not the greatest and super unorganized i usually get a bagel and a ice cap for one my bagel is rarely toasted and there s ether to much cream cheese or not enough.if you know that ice caps are a popular thing on your menu why are you waiting for the morning rush to clean it?where s the logic in that overall i just think they need better staff and to be more logical you know
First time going to this Tim Hortons and it was so disgusting. The staff was taking my order and all of sudden she disappeared without taking my remaining order. After ordering, one of the staff was washing a stainless steel mug and she put her hand over the mug and washed both her hands and mug at the same time how dirty! Finally got my order, the bagel was not toasted and barely any cream cheese. Overall, the tables were so dirty you couldnt even sit, garbage was everywhere and the stinkness as if someone pooped in the dining area. Health inspectors should inspect this place.
As I sit here in the drive thru for 10 minutes now with 3 cars ahead of me, I regret not going to another Tim Hortons down the road like I usually do. This location s incompetence is highlighted by their automatic drive-thru message, telling you to have payment ready when very rarely are they ready themselves. When you peek into the store, it is hardly as busy as the drive thru lineup suggests.
Throwing regular double double for a dark roast and kind of behaving rude if we ask about.

Numerous times I have been to this Tim Hortons and every time with hope for change . Simply they don t listen to to the orders carefully or they just don t care about customers. The instructions are given so clearly yet still they don t listen and follow it . management there is a reason you have a position there please look in how to improve customer service at your location

Service crew were great at this visit with Nabina on cash being excellent both with us as customers and with her colleagues who were also great.
I was there on 28/Oct/2023, 8:15 pm there was a guy, his name was Ritish. He was very arrogant and doesnt know how to treat customers. He was passing racist comments and abusive. There was a customer before me and none of her cards were working, she tried several cards to pay the amount it was in drive through. Me and other customers behind me requested him to charge the amount in store so that other 3-4 cars behind me can pass. He got offended and started shouting in his language, he was ready to throw coffee on me their staff intervened and asking him to cool down. He wantedly making that an issue causing trouble to all drive through customers as he is frustrated serving customers. There are people whos trying hard to get a job but this guy misbehaving with customers. Please let me know whom to mail this situation. I have video proof as well. Me and other customers are disappointed by his actions. Dear Tims management, Please dont lose your reputation because of few arrogant employees. Thanks

I used the drive-thru service and I mentioned 4 times that I need hot pumpkin spice latte. The lady taking the order was repeating constantly cold-cold -cold and I was saying hot again and again. She was not listening carefully and handed me a cold latte and when I denied taking it she reacted aggressively and said 4 people are wearing headphones here and we are not wrong. After waiting for 5mins we got the hot latte which was not even close to a pumpkin latte, too flat and in drinkable. Poor service
Rude staff
It is a coffee shop. Canadas most well known brand of coffee shop. You go in (or drive in) grab your coffee (maybe with a donut or pastry if peckish) and move on with your day. Decided to waste some time inside. This isnt a location for someone to sit down and get some work done. You are in a low income neighborhood so youll get some rough people around. Good if you are looking to waste some time and maybe read up on the news while wasting said time. The food? What food? This is a coffee shop. A chain coffee shop none the less. Wish they would stir the drinks tho so the cream/milk/sugar/whatever would be evenly distributed and not just settled at the bottom of the cup. Would also do well to always label the cups with the white marker... I mean, that is SOP and part of training. I digress. You grab coffee and you move on with your day. As long as they dont mess up on getting your drink, everything is fine and dandy. As someone has said before me and will say in the future: it is what it is. Hope this helps.

It can get very very loud from mostly 90% o the Indianor Pakistani clientele and will make your ears ring. These kinds of clientele have no respect what so ever for other patrons around them
