Best Time ever, timing is great as they serve not only well but also fast. I like to visit there because of staff as well, they are so humble thatI fells like home. Has a horrible experience this morning . I was there at 11 and I was on drive thru ordering my food but there was a Girl who talked in disrespected attitude . I understand that you guys had timer going on at that time but it made no sense that you had to say again and again drive up or anything else or saying take your hours . Like seriously!!! I did not ordered on drive thru then I went over front side . That lady was working on food bar and she noticed me but completely ignored me and did not even responsed me when I came on front side . She still kept on working and ignored me .Partially, there were two employees one female and another one male . That lady who was taking front orders and working on coffee bar I reached towards her and told everything and it not her mistake but still she joint her hands and said sorry again and again in appropriate way and took my order and made my drinks as well as food order too . Despite of coming or reaching me that previous lady who were working on food bar went inside and ignored me completely . Those two employee made me calm . I appreciate those two employees behaviour and their way to calm me at that time . To be well said some of employees over there have no experience how to deal with customers .
I recently visited this Tim Hortons location, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Not only was I treated poorly and misled about the survey code—seemingly to stop me from giving feedback—but the staff’s overall professionalism was very low. The staff member, Nandini, spoke in a raised tone, showed aggressive behavior, and even yelled. Her lack of professionalism was clear, and the supervisor’s support of this behavior made it even worse. It’s obvious they lack proper training in customer service, as shown by how badly they handled basic requests. To top it off, my drink was made incorrectly, and when I pointed it out, I was met with an argument instead of an apology. The staff here not only fail to provide quality service, but they also have a high and rude attitude, making the experience uncomfortable. This location often has poor service, but this time they went too far. I hope management takes these issues seriously because this is not the level of service I expect from Tim Hortons. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, not hostility.

I recently visited this Tim Hortons and had the worst experience ever. I ordered a Farmer's Wrap and a tea. Despite having three employees on duty, I waited more than 45 minutes for my order. I reminded the person taking the orders, but he didn't care. The staff had a terrible attitude and showed no concern for timely service. When I finally received my order, it contained a very small portion of egg and was excessively oily.
Just decided to order a BBQ crispy chicken bowl as I wanted to try. Started eating and this is what I saw when I opened the lettuce. It was all filled with dirt. I drove back to the drive thru, the lady took it back and just gave me $10. She didn’t even acknowledged what happen. No apology, nothing. I had to park the car and go inside for my correct refund, still no apology. I ask them to be careful with food people eating and the guy at the front said he was not the one who served me. My stomach is so grossed out!!!🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢. Please assess your food before eating. Very poor poor service.

Come here every day for the past 5 years every morning. Never was happy with the service once but I didnt care to complain. I dont expect much from Tim hortons nowadays but theres a million things to complain about this particular spot. For the last 2 weeks straight every order I made was messed up. Youd think they would remember my order as they see me every single day, but it seems as if every day is a new day for them. Its just terrible. It would also be a nice change if they had someone working there whos first language was English but hey its not stopping anyone from coming back.

I don t usually write reviews unless it s worst. I have ordered a beef steak and cheddar artisan sandwich and it basically took me 35 min to be made. And also they haven t put bbq sauce on it where it clearly stated on the menu. The guy who was the cashier was very ignorant too.

Me and my friend visited the store today(1st August) around 7.00pm. One of the lady there saw us and said someone will take the order. We waited for more than 10m there, no one come and take our order. They all saw that we are waiting there. After 10m, a lady named SHIVANI came in and took our order. I wanted to say that she is not professional or even eligible to work a place like Tim. She didnt even say a sorry for our long wait and took order with an anger Nd grumpy. We ordered steeped tea. She made the tea and gave it to us without stirring. Then we said to her to stir it properly. She gave our order like a dump. IT WASNT A BUSY TIME AT ALL.... Literally disappointed with the staffs..... Not eligible to work in a customer service field!!!

There are two lady Employees in the store both rude I have asked for the pick up the lady who was in the counter, She gave the answer with the hand pointing inside kitchen not even open her mouth. After 15 minutes I asked other lady where is my pickup food, that lady not even responded after few mins one person came to the counter he took the order copy from the printer till that time no one noticed the bill. Most important that time store is not busy I was the one in the counter. when I raise the issue with the second lady, she s giving the answer if you want you can cancel the order some other driver come and pick. Worst customer service worst behavior. The Way the treated pickup person is bad. If you need only direct walk-in customer please do not accept online orders.

Very bad experience I recently visited Tim Hortons and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The customer service was the worst Ive encountered, with rude behavior from the team members. To make matters worse, the pizza I ordered was made very badly, leaving me thoroughly unsatisfied. Overall, it was a frustrating visit, and Im hesitant to return. Second time at this location where ive recieved an iced coffee in what looks like an old cup, that was rinced, sat out and reused (as evident by dried up cream or milk splash marks). I also noticed today my iced coffee lid had a weird citronella smell and taste, and its wrecked the drink. So frustrating, i think im done with this location
I have been to this tim many times, and every time i have to wait 10 minutes to get my coffee. 10 minutes for a cup of coffee is not worth it. There are some other branches of Tim Hortons who have better customer service.

I think this has to be the worst Tim Hortons in Scarborough. Ive been here all of 8 times and all 8 times they got my order wrong. Ive been over charged and under delivered. Staff was great under the circumstance. They had tons of orders to fill and people were waiting for a long time for the orders. They need more people working there, but greedy owners wont do it. They are dragging the Tim Hortons name through the mud.

We placed an order through drive thru and when we got to the window my boyfriend was just scanning his fingerprint to get his payment ready from his mobile wallet which took literally 3 SECONDS. The lady at the window blatantly told us to hurry up with our payment.now keep in mind no one was waiting after us nothing. Come on....

I always ordered triple triple but they always either gave it double double or with no sugar at all. But as I used to be in rush for my work I did confront them earlier. But they kept doing it again and this time i told them you are not adding any sugar in the coffee. The employees said maybe I don t know how to order a coffee. Told them I am not new to Canada and have ordered from other branches but it s only this branch that does this to me. The female employee were very rude and argued with me the whole time instead of addressing the issue. They mess up the orders too whenever i order for plain bagel they give sesame bagel and whenever i ask for 3 coffee they give one coffee and then i have to reorder it again at the window.I complaint about them to Tim Hortons complaint helpline. But i guess they did not take any step for them yet. Now I go to get my coffee to the tim hortons that far from my place even though this branch is more convenient to me. I am regular at tims and this is not acceptable

I ordered through uber eats today for 3 croissants with peanut butter and jam, 1 apple juice and 2 steeped teas. Unfortunately, they did not follow instructions and took it upon themselves to toast my croissants! Now they taste burnt and are squished see the picture. I have noticed this happening on bagel orders and croissants lately. It would be appreciated if someone looking after the mobile orders will instruct the employee not to automatically toast product unless they see a request to do so. My food experience was ruined this morning,so disappointed today.

i used to come here all the time pre covid and the quality was amazing but now they never have any good selections and they never get my order right, i ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and they gave me an everything with butter and refused to make me a new one, i would give this place 0 if possible
I arrived at the time around 4:30pm they placed my order around 4:45pm it took them 15 minutes to even ask for my order, there was 2 kids infront of me and they were on 1 bill. I ordered 1 specialty donut, jalapeno pastrie and 1 creme cheese bagel. The donut and pastries was fine because they had it up front. but for the creme cheese bagel the server asked if I wanted buttered and toasted I said yes. On the bill it clearly said creme cheese bagel buttered and toasted but there was no creme cheese when I looked at the bagel. The reason I am writing this now was because I wanted to eat it during my break at work and right now its my break and I see no creme cheese. I paid for a toasted and buttered bagel with creme cheese. I even saw the cashier place in the order, it said creme cheese buttered and toasted. Each of the stars was for what was correct in the order

I feel so disappointed today, we came there aroung 8:05 am and when we reach the counter, nobody assist us , the staff who is supposed to take our order took the garbage bag and replace the bins while there were people next to us waiting for their turn. So weve waited for 6 minutes and still nobody attends us. The other staff came and went to the next cashier and attend the customer behind us. so we are like dumb standing in front and no one is asking for our order like what the hell is going on? We are a regular customer at that branch and didnt expect this kind of treatment. I approached one of the staff and asked why nobody assist us. So she take our order, 2 medium iced coffee and one everything croissant(new item on their list). We have waited for 15 min for the everything croissant and approached their staff again, and she gave me the plain one which is not my order. I told her that it was everything croissant and she gets mad insisting I ordered the plain one, told her its not the plain but your new item, and you should ask your customer too what kind of croissant we want. I told her you should not be mad, but instead apologize for the bad service. And still I never heard the word sorry. These staff needs to be trained well, so disappointing for a regular customer like us.

I have visited on 27th Nov early morning which is 1am. I have asked the lady who was working in the shift 2 to redeem the coupon while placing my order. But she said that cant do as she doesn t have access and her manager wants to enter some code. When I checked is it only in this store or all Tim Hortons. She said I don t know and I work here for 7 years. I have travelled all the way 5kms from my location as it is open for 24 hours. It doesn t make any sense for me if she is working for 7 years or 7 months or 7 weeks or 7 days or 7 hours. If you re not able to answer Atleast you should have basic skill on how should you respond to customer. Veryyyyyyyyyyyyy Poooooooooor management and customer service. Really pathetic customer service and fed up by the way she treated us. @Store Manager and @ Management please have a look on this to avoid further things in future.

I am a regular customer of Tim Hortons Lawrence Warden branch and I always get Hot chocolate or French Vanilla for one dollar with the survey code. But this is the first time when I visited this restaurant the one who was working there refused to serve the hot chocolate for one dollar with survey code. I got heavily disappointed because of the customer treatment which I received. I havent heard like this in any other branch of yours. I got the same hot chocolate for one dollar from many other branches between 12am to 5am. She said they dont serve for one dollar at this time.

This is the worst Tim Hortons in all of Canada. Every morning I stop by here to grab a coffee and bagel and not once has the coffee tasted how it s supposed to or was the bagel good. Every time I get any drink it s always over filled and is spilling. They need to fix up their team over there asap, puts a bad rep on Tim Hortons and it s honestly a shame. I went in during my break to order some baked goods and a bowl of chilli. Prior to ordering, I had specifically asked the cashier if they had chilli. The man turned around, asked other associates and then came back to tell me it was available. I paid and then he proceeded to give me my baked goods while I was waiting for the chilli. 5-10 minutes have passed, a lady came up to me to tell me it s not available. What changed in the last 10 minutes? Did they give away the bowl to someone in the drive thru? Or what? Don t waste my time. I asked before I paid, and you let me wait there 10 minutes after to tell me it s no longer available? Horrible service.
