I used to love going to this location, but the quality of service and food has really gone down a lot (My opinion) from over a year ago. Moreover, the hashbrown is overcooked to a point its hard to bite on like its very stiff and salty. The worst part comming to this location at 6:45am today, saw they seemed to be busy, and the two male coworkers didnt care much in the front customer area only focused on the drive thru portion, so I didnt pay much attention and used the self service kiosk. fast forward to 6:55am, 10 mins later still didnt get served our food. keep in mind 2 male plus 1 female worker(not sure what she was doing but came out to the front and paced back and forth doing nothing I assume) was working. However no customer service from those 2 male workers. So another female worker came in for her shift couple of mins after and when I got up and asked where my orders was at cause its been 10+ mins... All they can say is they are working on it; there working on it now? they should have been working on it 5 mins ago, like thats the only thing she can say and so quick with the response while not doing any sort of investigation or care... 2 minutes roll by and my drinks was ready... and food ready a minute later... however, workers stupidly got one of my orders wrong.... I ordered a sausage english muffim (WITHOUT EGGS) and came out english muffin with EGGS!!!!!!!!, came up to the lady and told her I ordered without eggs, and she kept looking her COMPUTER SCREEN ORDER (NOT THE FOOD) and rebuttaled that food is the one without eggs...ME having a slight giggle because I know she was looking at the screen, I said my order again while showing her the food on hand... however, she was soo adamant that this is the one without eggs while SHE WAS still looking at the COMPUTER SCREEN and not the food like she wanted to be the CORRECT one... Me in my head was like "DAMN look at the FOOD, THERE IS EGGS IN IT!, DONT TELL ME WHAT I ORDERED FROM THE SCREEN CAUSE I KNOW WHAT I ORDERED"...She finally looked at the food, and just said let me go back there and get you a new one. Furthermore, once she got a new sandwich, I had to be sure its a new food... so I told her my son is allergic to eggs, and asked if she made a new one or did she just slap a new bun on top of the old sausage and cheese..in which she said its a new one the old one I kept separate.. SO, being a customer I have to take her word for it and believe them. While her track record while I was talking to her made me not believe her also made me think that she is just quick to response just to deflect to complaint and I bet she does this when she is under pressure from a customer complaining... during the time she was answering my question another MALE worker came up and ask is there a problem... in a split second after quickly answering my concern to my son being allergic to eggs...THESE PEOPLE did not apologize for the service being an inconvenience BUT turn there back on a customer, while they talk in there INDIAN DIELECT amongst themselves... TIM HORTONS WHAT DO YOU HIRE, HIRE PEOPLE THAT HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE? I'm sorry to say this, but if you work in a CANADIAN Franchise or ANY OTHER CANADIAN COMPANY that deals with English speaking customers such as Tim hortons, you need to talk ENGLISH while being on the floor working when there is a customer complaint or have customers around, Go talk to each other in your native language during breaks.
A poor experience. The staff are rude and arrogant. I asked for 2 coffees through the drive through, I got to the window and she said no you only asked for one, if you want the other drive all the way around and order again in the lineup. I said I already asked for 2. Completely ignorant. Won't go there again.
One of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a drive thru. I went through drive thru and ordered couple hot beverages. When it was time to pay, I asked if I could add another item to my order. And this employee completely said “ No”, like if there were no other option. Im a paying customer, what is the big deal on adding an item to my order?? I was so dissatisfied with the service that I just canceled everything. What a joke.
Busy drive through, so going in to order your doughnuts was not met with the best welcome. Everyone is busy tending to the drive through orders & I was left standing there with one staff looking at me mutely. There was no reassurance that someone would be with me shortly. I asked that same person if there was anyone to take orders...nope, it didn't make a difference, no response whatsoever. It was only one energetic young man who turned things around. Yeah, not good for me....I know the place will always have business but I will try my best to steer clear from here.
By far the worst Tim Hortons franchise location I've been to yet . Because of their convenient location I have given them multiple chances to my disappointment. They are so worried about getting you out of their drive through that they will sacrifice whatever it takes. Not once in the 3 times I've been there have they gotten my order correct. This is the worst location I ever visit. The worker are only serving drive thru and if you order anything it will be long time waiting plus the order will be not serve properly . Every morning I eat my breakfast there but no more.oh I forgot to talk about hygiene … sometime I found hair and when no gloves while touching baked stuff like donut or Tim beats. Totally a miss I advice anyone to avoid this location may be that make the manager and his team do some actions.
I went to this Tim Hortons around 2:20 pm on Saturday September 15 2024. I was casually ordering a Nutella ice cap for my little sibling it was pretty good Intel she came up to me and said they didn’t have whip cream and the whole point of a Nutella icecap is whip cream and Nutella and we asked for a refund and there was a manager that came up to us and he said that it wasn’t his fault..? It wasn’t my fault either and we tried complaining about giving a refund for the whole ice cap and he kept fighting back with us and saying that he was being “polite” he then said he will only give 50 cents back only and we asked him to give us a regular icecap and he refused. We then demanded for a refund and he finally gave it to us and we left that place. Never coming back service was terrible!!

There were more than five employees behind the counter. I was waiting for more than five minutes and no one greeted me till I left the premise. I simply wanted to get a coffee and a donut. Also I see lots of disappointed elderly customers asking for free food.
I don t know what the order number/number s meaning to them? They give me 5 items in 4 times. One is call my name, one is ask who is waiting for , one is ask again by good name, last one I ask them by myself (cos they missed). Oh my just disaster. Kiosk just eat my second order.. People here then just prepared my first order again like they did not hear what I told them about second order. Can t help myself to complain again.
Tim Hortons is my go-to spot for coffee and breakfast on the go! The coffee is always fresh, and their classic Double Double never disappoints. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick, even during busy mornings. I love their breakfast wraps and donuts especially the Timbits, which are perfect for sharing. I ordered from this Tim Hortons today ( ice coffee and bagel ) . They didnt made anything properly as I mentioned in the order . They didnt even add the things for which I paid extra .
Tim Hortons, Best quick coffee and donuts place! Cheaper and better than Starbucks and as Canadian as you can get! Try their new pizza meals and Nutella donuts and cookies. Also during Autumn pumpkin spice lattes and IceCaps! Yummers Eh! Parking: Inner city locations may be harder to park at but outside of the downtown core most have parking and a drive thru Wheelchair accessibility: All locations are wheelchair accessible.

Tim Hortons, youre synonymous with Canadian hospitality a cornerstone of our culture. But what I experienced today left me disheartened and frustrated. This is not the Tim Hortons I grew up loving. On August 30th around 12:30 PM, I visited your drive-thru, only to be met with a level of rudeness that I never expected from a brand like yours. After placing my order, I proceeded to the drive-thru window, where I was greeted by a visibly angry employee. Instead of a warm welcome, I was yelled at: I asked you to wait at the ordering area, why did you come here? The employee, a young Indian lady, continued to express her frustration, stating that it takes time for 2 lattes. Its understandable that preparation takes time, but the way I was spoken to was completely unacceptable. What happened to the core values of Tim Hortons the values that we as Canadians hold dear and consider an icon of our country? Your focus on expanding your menu and growing as a brand seems to have made you forget the basics of customer service. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect. I specifically requested sugar in my lattes, and this was overlooked. Tim Hortons, I urge you to educate your crew and remind them of what your brand truly stands for. This experience has tarnished the image of a place that was once a beacon of Canadian warmth and kindness. Shame on you.

I visited this location two weeks ago and immediately called Tim Hortons customer service and told them about my experience which was horrible in 4 different ways. I was told someone would get back to me in a couple business days, well shockingly no one ever got back to me. So here is my Google review now 1) Had anl offer on the app for a flatbread pizza for 5.99, decided I would give it a try. Order the pizza and the woman who took my order asks me what dip do I want with that? I say it comes with a dip? she says yes and lists a bunch of dips . I choose one and end up paying for my order. Upon checking my bill, she charged me 1 dollar for the dip and it wasn t included at all 2) Ordered at 11:10am and they hadn t even turned on the pizza oven. At first I m told it will be a 5 minute wait. Then another girl comes to the pick up spot and says it will be 10 more minutes the oven is still not up to temperature. Then a third woman says another 5-10 minutes. I finally got my pizza in 32 minutes. What a joke! 3)While waiting for the half hour I notice a man is sitting at a table with his sandals and socks off and has his foot in the table where people put their food and drinks. I bring it to the attention of the cashier Her reply was oh he s probably homeless . What should that matter! Isn t that even worse?? And for the record not a homeless person a middle aged asian man with a laptop and cell phone doing his business . Eventually two different employees come out and ask me where he is, I point him out and they stand there talking to each other and never even approached him or asked him to put his shoe back on! Like this is a health hazard here and they didn t do anything! 4) After finally receiving my pizza I hop in the car and drive off and now I m late for where I need to be and open up the pizza box to eat a slice and it isn t even cooked. The cheese is only half melted. It was disgusting My worst experience ever from any Tim Hortons and the fact no one could even get back to me after all of this speaks volumes of what this company has become

I wish I can give negative ratings. The staff were really really rude. We went to grab a coffee and asked them to give us water. They said for tap water you have to pay. Ridiculous policy and rude staff.
It should be option for 0 star rating as I ve just asked for cup of a water and one girl said they have to charge for a cup well since when tim hortons is charging for water?. I m a regular customer and I never got charged for just a water. Bad experience will never come again.

This store has been recently renovated so it looks great. Unfortunately there is less seating and a very small space to pick up your purchase.
I have visited this location many times and every time you order in the drive through they always give you the incorrect order secondly, theyre always very slow to serve you and they never have the items on sale that you requested I have just gone through the drivethru ( Sunday July 14 11;50 pm ) I ordered a peppermint tea, one suger one cream and got a steep tea and an icecapp, which I did not order.

For some reason the employees here seem to think its okay to hand people napkins all scrunched up. Its so disrespectful. Meanwhile at the McDonalds down the street they hand you napkins with your order like a normal person, as it comes folded out of the package.

Usual Tim Hortons store with no major frills. Food is as per usual. Depends on the staff making the food, sometimes the wraps are not wrapped properly. Drive through experience is horrible. Often the order items are missed and if you don t check before leaving then it s a big loss. Just today they missed giving me a bagel. Worst part is there is no way to get refund when you order through the mobile app. Staff needs to be more careful and service customers with a bit more politeness and happy face, if possible.

This place is appalling. Theres almost always a problem. The staff are slow and act with absolutely no sense of urgency. Items are often missing. Ingredients sometimes missing from items. Customers orders mixed up. Washrooms left locked. I could go on. My experience today was particularly bad. The Tims card scanner wasnt working, so we lost out on points and roll-up-the-rim. The manager claimed the server must be down, but I just dont believe that. Especially when it came time to pay and the pinpad wasnt even powered on. We were pressured to pay cash. The next customer didnt have cash, so they opened another register, but did not offer the same to us. We waited for 15 minutes and our food never arrived. It also never appeared on the order screen at any point. The manager eventually noticed. They hadnt made our order. Once made, they still forgot our hash brown. Told them about it. They didnt have any hashbrowns. At 7am. Meanwhile another customer returns, having been given the wrong order. I could go on, but Im losing the will to even write this. Just an awful location that needs a staffing overhaul.

Went to this Tim Hortons right off 401. Ask every day for a chocolate chip cookie, and they always respond they don t have it. Reason: to sell more expensive dream cookies. In addition, workers never follow orders correctly. It s not a surprise that your order will be incorrect, happens to me every 2 days or so. The icing on the cake: redeem my Tim s rewards points for a bagel with cream cheese as specified on the app. Their policy, the reward only covers the bread, we need to charge 80c for the cream cheese. I came to drive thru today.and they gave me a wrong order .I came back inside it was around 9.50 am.and the supervisor was so rude .and they she did accept her mistake . instead she told me I was wrong.and when I told do you want me contact the tim Horton head office . instead she told me you can go ahead and complain .as she didnt care for a mistake .i work in a restaurant and I know when someone tell us if they will complain to the owner or management we really think where we went wrong .I am a regular basic customer for pass 15 years .never had that complaint for staff .but today I feel . .just an advise .be polite to customer and slow down when the drive thru is not busy .n listen to the customer first .and repeat the order ..I really dont know who gave a that position and she call herself a supervisor. customer service is very important .n smile .there was not even a smile .she instead said take your refund.

I really hate to be that guy but every single time my order has more than 3 items somthing is always forgotten and its annoying to go back there all the time. Today the Sams thing happened and when I asked for the manager the person I was speaking to said he was the manager and his name was anil which dident sound believable then I asked for his manager and he said the name was also anil lol. I placed an online drive thru order there on Dec 27, 2023 around 12:50PM. The staff couldn t find my order and told us to contact the online support team to ask for a refund. However, after contacting them several times, and they finally told me that I need to come back to the store to ask for the refund but there is no guaranteed that I will get back my refund and it will be up to the owner. I rarely place any order there as I am not living in this area and it is far from my house. That was the only time I placed an order as my friend went there to pick up their food. I would like to ask for a refund for the order that I never get. What a terrible experience that I ever have with Tim Hortons.
I always have the lowest expectations when going to Tims but this time it was just a simple iced coffee and it was just cream in a cup with syrup at the bottom of the cup. Also, customer service here could be better, I understand its a stressful season/job but at least put a bit of pride into your work.

Welcome to the Kennedy Common Tim Hortons - where mediocrity meets chaos. If Tim Hortons had a clearance section, this would be it. Dont bother checking the menu, chances are they wont have what youre looking for, whether its a chocolate chip muffin or a cinnamon raisin bagel - consider yourself out of luck. And if by some miracle they do have it, prepare yourself for a sandwich made with spare parts. And dont even think about ordering the chili unless youre ready to witness a waterfall of watery disappointment. Now, lets talk about cleanliness - or lack thereof. This place makes a frat house look like a five-star hotel. The staff may be as numerous as a football team, but their cleaning skills are non-existent. If youre a fan of playing the lottery and losing, then this Tim Hortons might be right up your alley. But if youre a Star looking for quality and cleanliness, do yourself a favor and spend your Bucks elsewhere. Overall, the Kennedy Common Tim Hortons is a unique experience - in the sense that its consistently underwhelming. Unless you enjoy disappointment and filth, I suggest you give this place a hard pass.
I have just now learned from this branch that Tim does not carry Latte. Even when my husband pointed out their list of drinks contains latte, the staff said she cannot see it! Her point was we called it wrong, its not coffee latte or cafe latte- they do not carry a drink like that! She went in and came back again for the sake of arguing with us, and we settled on regular coffee, where all I wanted was a good old Latte. She refused to give because we did not say the name in a way she would prefer! What kind of arrogant attitude is that? If you want a Tim coffee, go to another branch, never to this one. This kind of service provider would ruin your day.
This was one of the worst Tim Hortons Ive ever been too. The workers completely ignored me when I tried to order and pay with cash. She showed me attitude and rolled her eyes at me. As someone who was worked in the food industry I know what it is like to be stressed at work but this kind of behavior is unacceptable. To make matters even worse, the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, there were stains everywhere I looked and none of the toilets were cleaned or flushed, even the door was slanted and couldnt even close properly. Go somewhere else.

I live nearby and I go often to this Tim Hortons location for breakfast, dinner and snacks usually with my family and specially if my home internet is out of reach. The restaurant doesnt post its closing time not on internet not at the door, instead the staff suddenly shout out loud that they are closing while you are eating. It reminds you of far small cities of 50 years ago. This restaurant is very unkind to poor people and if they are not well-dressed I saw they took what they purchased outside and ate even under rain and became fully wet which deeply made me upset. At the parking lot there are many motorcycles and unknowns gathering with suspicious activities and the restaurant seems pretty okay with them. They dont serve all menu items and if you go from far you may not find what you choose from the menu and up to %30 of the list is unavailable.
Im honestly fed up with this tim hortons. They always get my order wrong. Its been quite a few times that this has been happening and most times i have to leave the drive thru, park my car and get my order fixed inside. Today i was in a hurry and got to my work only to realise that theyve messed up my order big time once again. It has a drive thru, thats about the only thing it has going. Ordered a hot beverage through the mobile app and got my drink via drive thru. As soon as the door opened a lady gave me my drink and just said bye, nothing else. So I got my drink, said thank you and went on my way. I took a sip of my drink after a few minutes and it tasted burnt. Not just a little hint, there was an overwhelming burnt taste. It was very inconvenient for me to turnaround and ask for another one since I already left the area.
I regularly visit tim hortons for coffee, but this one is the worst time i ever witnessed. I asked for medium coffee and bagel with extra butter. But didn t get proper fresh coffee, and Bagel was not prepared well. I asked the manager to give me fresh coffee, but she rudely spoke with me and refused to change the coffee for me. Manager behavior was not professional, and she didnt know how to talk with customers. I hope management will take a look at this incident. I love this place. Requesting the owner to spend a little bucks to build a bicycle parking rack near the store. A lot of us from the bicycling community don t know where to park, so we end up going to some other places we don t like.

Today midnight 12 :20 date 18 august I ordered small coffee double double...it was warm not hot...I went again and made complaint about the coffee...then that girl who gave warm coffee.she gave us another cup of coffee...but again it was warm not hot...it was very bad experience in that location...
Terrible worker, the cleaner blocked the entrance and use the table/chair to block the exit on purpose when we are exiting. It seems like we are not welcomed here. Her eyes are rolling. Now sure why hope she is fired, she seems new.

Saw me waiting, still wont prepare my order until I asked. It took me 15 mins of staring into the blank for an ice capp. Maybe the owner should consider hiring more competent staffs who know how to properly communicate.

I come here once a week and it always takes a long time to get my order. 8 people in line behind me get their food before me, as I can see my food sitting out getting cold not getting prepared. I have to ask the employees for my cold good to get packaged so it can get to me while I m staring at the workers. Why do the people behind me get their food before me. I ask for a simple slow cooked chicken wrap. It s not complicated. I get small teas when I ve asked for medium and the screen that the teller punches in says medium. Lots of workers all running around but no one seems to be making things happen. The tables are always dirty and need to be swept off. Not happy with this Tim s Hortons. Looking for another lunch place to go each week
Friday November 17th @ Approximately 2:28pm I visited this Tim Hortons drive-through and I ordered a meal : Habanero Chicken Bowl (Cooked) 1 Bottle Of Water 1 Donut When I got to the window: The Donut was correct. 1 Bottle Of Water was correct, but they handed me a wrap. I told them after I paid. $11.62 that was incorrect and I ordered a bowl. She said that she charged me for a wrap , not an issue let s just charge the difference is what I thought . The female window attendant consistently and consecutively attempted to insist that I accept the wrap , as I admire the initiative too keep the drive thru window timer low and the void ratio low. I did not want the wrap I figured that she was just a bit nervous and anxious about the cars behind so I offered to drive around and come back to let her finish up the orders pending. After a bit of back-and-forth, she charged me an additional $3.15 So the total I paid was $14.77 (Please Note : I purchased the same set of items prior and had the transaction history and proof and the amount is $13.75) So about a dollar difference. When I parked up, I decided to call the store and explain the situation as by this time I already already left. I spoke to the first woman who answered the phone she claimed to be the manager (did not seem too sure as with a lot of these sort of establishments they tend to pose as authoritative figures to cover up, misdeeds and keep it from being escalated) I explained to the so-called manager the issue I was having, and that I was overcharged. She actually attempted to justify the charges until I explain to her how much I paid previously, and I had proof that the amount was incorrect. (So her story was not adding up) After a bit of back-and-forth, she s admitted I was correct & that if I come in to ask for her, & I ll receive a dollar off. I explain to her a few things just did not sit right with me 1. The fact that I have to pick up the phone call and come back to get a refund for an amount that your staff member overcharged and then you as a manager was not going to admit it and matter fact actually tried to justify those charges. 2. Me as what I once thought was a valued customer taking time out of my schedule to address this issue. 3. What if it was a old lady or old man? Would this have been OK? How many other people had this happen to? 4. The lack of respect and empathy I received this was extremely disappointing coming from a Canadian establishment. These four points are primarily the reason why I decided to leave this review By the end of the phone call she expressed that she d give me a coupon for a coffee , I explained that I don t drink coffee is there an alternative? She refused even when I asked for an ice Capp providing an indirect suggestion as the customer service was poor and I was allowing her the opportunity to redeem herself as I was contemplating writing a review. ( hence which further ads to my suspicion this possibly might not be the manager , as to be a manager of a Tim Hortons your customer service skills should be exceptional to uphold the quality excellence standard.) Until she ultimately agreed to provide a doughnut the whole conversation was just unsatisfactory. The whole experience was unsatisfactory, which left me disgusted, and motivated me to proceed with this. What really took the cake was that a few weeks prior I came through this drive-through and I ordered a breakfast bagel and on that breakfast bagel there was blood. I understand things happen, and I did not address it as I was in transit. But this goes to show when you let the little things slide they become big things due to the pile up , and people tend to think that their actions are justified and think that they re able to treat you in whatever manner they wish. Remember we as the customers / consumers hold the power. But please don t not get me wrong here , there has been some prior pleasant experiences here and some staff members really do shine and a smile from them brightens my day.

Service is terrible. It was busy but dont appreciated prefential treatment based on persons appearance. They only gocus on drive through, waited more than 10 minutes to get boxes of sweats after paying on the counter. When i ask for napkin the server werent happy and only gove one piece. Asked more but it seems they dont have napkins to go. Only in the boxes which messed ip whn you try to pull.
Dec 25th. - I buy coffee from this location every day. 9/10 times I get cream in my coffee instead of milk when Ive ordered with milk. This location does this often. Its ridiculous! DO BETTER! Start firing your employees and training them better. Its not hard to listen and prepare a coffee the way the customer prefers it. For now on Im going to take to social media every time this happens so head office knows how often this happens Dec 27th. - Once again I go to Tim Hortons and order a coffee with milk and get cream instead. This has been happening 9/10 times for a year. Please do better! Jan 10th-My coffee came with cream again and not milk like I ordered. Plus they forgot my food. UNACCEPTABLE Jan 14th-My coffee came with cream instead of milk again
Worst tim hortons Ive ever been too, customer service is horrible, there always screwing up orders no matter what the time is, and too top it off they cant get your food to you in a decent time, one time i waited at the window of the drive thru for 10 mins for a simple bagel and tea

The app was taking a little longer to load and was not letting me brighten the screen. Had to close the app and try again, it worked. The lady at the drive thru was very rude and impatient. Slow rainy day, there was nobody even behind my vehicle.
drive thru service was bad, they tried to rush you and the change they gave back wasnt correct! Do not use cash to pay your order because the staff doesnt know how to count.

This is literally the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. I would go everyday and get coffee for about 6-7 people and would order donuts and muffins every single day. Constantly everyday they are messing up at least 50% of our order. When I spoke with the store manager Ramnett her solution for me is to stop going to this store and switch to another Tim Hortons. Instead of fixing the problem she wants me to switch stores. She was beyond rude when discussing the issue with her and kept interrupting when speaking with her. If you own this store and read this review please know you staff are rude and not capable of fixing and owning up to their mistakes.

Staff at this location need to be retrained. I could only see one old employee at night. You got my mobile order; then you got the number and my name. Youre not ready for anything and ask me again when I get to the window. You look at my order number and ask me what you ordered. Iced coffee is four times sweeter than before.???? Whats the problem with this location?

Stop going to this location .they are very stingy with portions and cut back on ingredients. Boston cream with barely anything in it on multiple occasions.
This place was so bad I rate it a 0.. but that s not possible so I give it a 1. Leaking iced capp all over me and M y car, timbits that taste like curry in a broken, a bacon farmers wrap in a BAGEL BAG not in the normal box. What the hell. Not to forget, the bacon was as hard as a rock and tasted terrible. They almost didn t even give it to me I had to remind them. Never going back.
Nice place to get a hot coffee and the drive-thru is less congested. Unfortunately, their mobile orders are hit-or-miss for me when I usually order chicken wrapped meals (slow cooked chicken isnt usually available by the time for order pickup so you might have to settle for the crispy chicken option).
Coffee is always good but the staff is always slow. They serve the drive through only.
On Friday August 26th 2022 at 7:04am. We ordered our morning coffees and sandwiches like we usually do every single day we come to this location. And we forgot to order something and the rude person at the window that was taken our cash and given us our order we forgot to order six donuts he had the audacity to say we do not take orders here you have to order at the window. He is so rude he did not care about his customer service where Tim Hortons supposed to have a high-end customer service and make sure everyone is satisfied before they leave their window. After this experience I dont think we are ever going to be coming to Tim Hortons ever again due to this customer service that was ridiculous there was no one in line behind us we only wanted six donuts and he had the attitude to say no we cannot get you anything and him denying the company of making a sale. A person like this is not right for a company that has high quality service the gentleman that was serving at the window at that time should be sorry replaced or not be giving customer service at all.
They dont update items in the app. And you wont get a refund for their mistake. I ordered a chili soup on the app. After the order, they told me they dont have the soup. This would never happen if they inactived the soup option, because the soup would then be marked as sold out and no one would be able to order it from the app. I ask a refund and they refused. Basically speaking, i paid for their mistake.
Lack of knowlege of their menu ordered a chocolate glazed donut was given a double chocolate donut .once i made them aware of their mistake i was told with a nasty attitute i was wrong. After they gave me 3 wrong choices in donuts. .i finally got my order right and i was told that at this location that cholate glazed donut was called double double chocolate donut. Service needs considered improvements. Watered down coffee every time. Even a simply order of a double double gets done wrong. Ordering 2% carton milk gets me a hot milk in a cup. Bad customer service .inclimed never to visit this location again.
Terrible place to eat.. ordered bacon breakfast sandwich recieved it full of uncooked bacon and smushed ( which is normal for timmies and still edible .. raw bacon is nasty ..threw it out... then ordered cilantro lime wrap and the crispy chicken is hard and seems like it had been siting out or old..horrible food.. the coffee was fine tho
Went there twice with a friend didnt end up ordering anything after seeing the washroom totally off putting. Worst than a truck stop restroom. It smelled completely disgusting, everything was filthy and had used paper covering the floor. My friend and I informed the employees that the bathroom needed cleaning they seemed dismissive. Came back a week later and it was just the same if not worse, very un hygenic and unclean location in my unbiased opinion. Would not recommend.

One of the worst tim hortons in the city. Staffs are really rude and worst of all is drive through. They will pretend that they have scanned your tim rewards card but you will find no points were added. This thing happened to me many times. When I was asking about that today the lady shut down the window without answering my questions. I am going to send email to their corporate customer service but I seriously doubt there is any sort of monitoring exists.
Hang out in the area so I visit frequently . Friendly staff and good service .
I ordered on Dec 18, 2021 at 8:54pm through Skipthedishes. First off my order has SO MANY errors! 1.) I requested ranch sauce for my 2 crispy chicken wrap. (1 crispy chicken wrap had chipotle and I guess they realized it was wrong so they added ranch on top of it.) Not only was the sauce wrong but the amount they put was a mad man!!! This was intentional and the amount they put was ridiculous. 1 bite and sauce exploded everywhere. The amount put was equivalent to 4 wraps. Why let a paying customer waste his money for a mistake they made? Do it over and make a new one. 2.) They only gave me the chicken, wrap and sauce!!! Where is my lettuce and tomato I requested??? Its on my Skipthedishes receipt! Honestly, our money is being wasted by workers who cut corners and dont make sure the order is correct. Im never buying here again and ive been a regular customer here since it opened.
