I gave it a lower rating because they didnt have the kinds of bagels I requested but thats really it.

like other reviews Ive had a similar experience today in terms of bad customer service . I went in and ordered a black iced coffee with two splendas the asian lady proceeds to ask if I wanted cane sugar I said no however, on the screen showed iced coffee with cream and cane sugar, so I decided to confirm once more before she made it. She proceeds to yell at me that YAH ITS BLACK with such distain in her voice that even the person on my phone call could hear her and asked why was she so rude.. I even tried to apologize saying that the screen says otherwise... anyways that passed. Now I have my drink I walk out to my car which is literally parked right outside the door I was two ft out the door, when another client flagged me down to call me back in, I walked in and before i even stepped a foot in the door the same asian lady yells YOUR CARD DECLINED again with a distain filled volatile voice. Again so loudly in such a small space filled with other customers..I quietly just tapped another card because what the heck. are you yelling at me for with your eyes almost bulging out your head like I hurt you or something.. I didnt contest it or fight it so why?? I truly feel it takes nothing to be kind and speak to someone with compassion or understanding but I guess shes lacking in that department, I understand everyone goes through things and maybe shes having a bad day so I hope her day gets better,(COMPASSION) so she doesnt make customers feel shamed or embarrassed. Also remember customers are more inclined to leave reviews when the experience is bad, and there are a lot of really bad reviews so I dont know what thats saying about this location but, whataaa shame

The females here are very rude to female customers. I work overnight 12hr shifts and I come here to get food and drinks and they always forget my drink and look at me like I m stupid for waiting for my stuff they constantly keep forgetting. They do not smile or say hello even when I greet them first. Very bad customer service. Maybe hire people who know how to be polite in stressful situations. The food is great! But the workers do not make me want to go back there. I haven t been back since. I recommend the MC Donalds across the street as they greet everyone better than this place.

I had a very bad experience with this TimHorton. Not sure if the employees have any customer satisfaction experience. I was having a bagel standing at the place because it was cold outside and i was asked to leave the place. Following that a lady was rude to me for asking napkins. Please be kind to customers....its cold outside.

Today we had really bad experience from the manager lady , she was so rude when we asked for extra napkins, very bad customer service .

The manager there is so rude whenever ask anything she makes up the face and sometimes she bursts out of temper; today I ordered a begel with herbs and garlic cream cheese and I got plain cream cheese have to throw the begel as it was wrongfully made and very very hard and cold to eat ; I was standing in the line to complain the and get a new one but I was getting late for bus and have to throw it in their own store dustbin. I was also having an XL french vanilla which was 1/4 empty very bad service if this review finds the owner please do something about the issue as my hard earn 8$ was wasted for nothing. This is the everyday story at the tims as I live next house to the store and never got satisfied with service.

Very nice staff all around, but NO MORE DECAF COFFEE! Apparently, it wasnt selling, so they removed it from their menu. Very disappointed. Wont be coming here for coffee again. Understandable, because business is business, but still a bummer.

The manager Maria is super rude ( guess she is asian and could be Filipino ) She does not have basic etiquette to talk to customers. She doesn t even hear what we are asking and interrupts very rudely. Once she didn t stir my coffee and so the next day I asked to make it stir well. Everything is bad here, the staff are ignoring customers, they are not frindly and sometimes they turn their back on you and talk together and laugh while you are waiting, the products taste different. Not one Tim Hortons worker can listen to what a customer wants to order. This is a common issue and is making people not go to Tim Hortons anymore. Stop assuming orders and getting orders wrong.

Today i ordered baileys flavoured ice coffee and coffee mocha along with few snacks the milk of the coffee was stale and smelled awful also it was loosing its texture like it was expired this has been second or third time i faced this issue with this outlet the service isnt well they employeesdont listen whats being ordered or if fulfilled they dont give the quality items. This stale milk can be severely problem causing leading to infections suffered by customer due to recklessness of employees. The employees behaviour has always been so rude and ignorant. Worst service

Morning shift Filipino people are lazy and very slow considering that morning shift should be more fast serve because people go to work ON TIME! ordered 1 M coffee + plain croissant heated with butter and it took them 10mins to give my order when there are only 4 people inside ordering (note that there is no drive thru) and those 3 other people didnt even order a huge list. these Filipino people talks a lot on their language A LOT! like A LOT! and i dont even know if it was something relevant to their job or just bs conversation, overall, fire these slow lazy people and get one that is more self disciplined and work oriented as it affects the store itself. i used to work at tim hortons by the way WITH A DRIVE THRU , and none of us worked like this slow even on the front counter. VERY BAD SERVICE. Goodjob filipinos :))

Had a great first-time experience visiting the location. I was in and out very quickly. Staff were efficient, engaging and served with a smile in their voices. Highly recommended visiting the location for a quick pickup without wasting your time in long lineups!

They Must Add More Employee !!!!

Very poor service, team takes their own sweet time to make food. Slower than snails.

Ordered two ice cap few weeks back from this location and they didn t put the whipped cream properly in one of the ice cap so, I asked them to add some extra whipped cream and the guy working there started talking about standards to me. It has been several time the guy who made my ice cap doesn t add the whipped cream properly and so, I went back and asked them to add some extra and he started to argue with me. Then after, I visited the place again and the same guy spilled vanilla syrup on the cup so I asked for paper napkins to wipe my hands. And the same guy who made the ice cap for me asked to remove my mask in front of other customers recalling the incident of whipped cream. The guy is very mean and he is really rude. He doesn t know how to treat customers. I don t appreciate his behaviour at all.

I visit this tims often and had no complaints. But, today I ordered 2 Egg and Cheese Farmer s Breakfast Wrap and I didn t knew that they serve it with egg shells. It was not just once but in every bite I can feel the crackling of shells. It was disgusting experience.

Drastically understaffed. There are 2 ladies working their behinds off trying to provide for the multitude of people waiting in line. At least 1 more person couldve made the process so much smoother and faster. Saw someone wait 15 mins for them to make her decaffeinated coffee. Its a bit funny.

Maria the manager working there has been spotted smoking alot of dope in the back while her employees are busy. Shes been smoking so much dope that she even told a customer once she loves drugs alot.

Coffee and tea are good even though the service is kind off slow most of the times. But some of the new recruits are very arrogant and needs to be taught the basics in customer service. You tell the customer when his order is ready!! Not just leave it on the counter and let the customers decide whose order is it. The manager or the supervisors really need to make sure that these people are taught at least the basics of customer service.

Not one star whatsoever no customer service ethics no respect no recognition of customer in front of their eyes. Total negligence of presence of anyone and dont even tell order ready just leaves it there and expects you to just fetch it. When asked for a double cup to share my drink despised at me and gave me an awful look even when saying thank you that they dont deserve whatsoever!! I highly recommend against going to that location and try your best to avoid this particular Tim Hortons as it ruins the reputation of a good Canadian coffee shop not somewhere else operate at own will despite any standard of customer service and standards.

Messed up my order, called from home to tell them and no-one answered the phone. Took 7 tries before they answered. No apology no customer service, was told they will replace it if I go back. Will keep you posted.

I highly recommend this Timmies for carcinogenic burnt breads, the staff is ok to serve burnt carbon for the 2nd time so I think its ok if I eat right? I finished eating it obviously and I feel fine so . I will come again for my weekly dose of charcoal flavored crusted sandwiches, yeah!

I like manor too. I come here every Monday after my AA meeting and get a donut, and my triple triple. shes always nice and doesnt judge me for being a recovering alcoholic.

Usually Im never a fan of Timmies at Gas Stations but I was very impressed by the service in this particular store.

I live near here and get myself a coffee everyday. Love the freshness of coffee and bakery here. The only thing I dislike is an elder woman working there, who seems to be in charge, always seems to be so unfriendly. Every time she makes me a wrap, she just put it on a counter and walk away without even looking or saying thank you. Once she even had an attitude when I ask for cup covers. Otherwise, everyone else are so nice

Wow. I cant believe it, but the coffee brew made at this location is exceptional compared to most. Very rich. Been consistent for the passed 2 weeks that ive been coming in the mornings.

poor customer service

Did not like the attitude of the staff working there! It took them 15 minutes to make hash browns. I can understand the delay but my problem is that the lady ordering hash brown wraps after me got served first nice and slow while I was just waiting there for my 2 hash browns. I was just about to storm out of the store! What sort of service is this? I have had similar experiences in the past at this location but this one annoyed me the most! I don t think I would be coming to this location anymore even though it s the closest to my house!

This location delivers the true Always Fresh. The people working here are friendly. The taste of the coffee and foods are good. I love this location more than the other locations. Hashbrowns and bagels are always fresh but usually at other locations they are not. Thanks to the staff...

I ordered chicken strips (4) today for almost 6 dollars, and was only given 2 .. This is what happens if one person takes the order and someone else makes it. Very disappointed. It wasnt even busy at the time that i went.

They get my order wrong all the time. Just today, November 20, I asked for a chocolate chip and they gave me a blueberry one. They purposely put the muffin on the wrapper side up in the bag so I didnt see through their deception. I decided to just believe them this one time but never again.

Coffee seems to be really fresh from this location between 12pm-2pm. Recommended!

Me: let me talk to a supervisor The guy looked at me like he just didnt care. Was at the hotel for a wedding and this was the only place open. Doughnuts were not fresh, sandwiches were hard, and the service was mediocre at best.

Went there and ask to change my order and the afternoon supervisor changed my order right away no questions asked. Really nice lady. Good customer service
