The worst Tims location i have been too... First - The drive through servers especially in the morning time wont understand your order in the first go. You have to yell every single word at 6 words per 60 seconds speed for them to pick up what you need. Second - How can they mess up orders not once, not twice not thrice....not the seventh time either for a simple egg and cheese on cheese croissant? Sometimes i get a sauage sandwich no egg. Sometimes bacon sandwich. And once i had this burnt bagel instead of a sandwich. But the last time was pathetic...a half eaten crossaint? 🤮🤮🤮 with a disgusting looking raw-ish sausage instead of egg n cheese. See the image, its exactly how i got the breakfast sandwich and a warm cup of milk n creamer wtf...where the hell is my french vanilla?
I bought a Nutella donuts & small coffee here. - In the photo you can see how they served me the donuts! almost all the Nutella sticked to the bag! Drove by on a Monday evening with only 3 cars in front of me and it took nearly 15 minutes to get my order - small ice cap, donuts and bagel. I wish I could say they looked understaffed, but there were 3 staff at the takeout window. This is the line behind us…felt so bad because they couldn’t even leave! Do yourself a favour and go to another location cause I’m sure it’ll be faster 😅
I had a bad experience going to that store. I ordered two drinks for takeout and when I asked them for a paper bag they did not give me one, saying bags are for deliveries. I tried to explain that I biked here so it is hard for me to take the drinks home without a bag but the staff wouldn't listen.

Horrible customer service. Like everyone else said it takes 10-15 times to repeat your self over and over for them to get your order and when you get it its something completely wrong. At the windows they keep rushing you to pay and leave where you dont even have time to put your card back in your wallet. Today i got a sausage farmers wrap and it tasted like fish and had to throw it out. Someones definetly not wearing gloves while making the food or washing their hands. 11/4/2024 Another bad experience with this location. On the drive through lane (alone with no one in front neither behind) and took them 10 min to get me two beverages and a donut. Its also frustrating when you see the person on the window talking on the phone while trying to get my drinks. Such apathy that Im sure it not aligned with Tim Hortons service criteria. I would urge Tim Hortons to pay close attention to this location if their still in the business of not providing good service. __________________ This location is going from bad to worst...not only the service is under par but theyre now even manipulating/undercutting their food options but still charging the full amount. Tim Hortons should look into this if they want to continue to be relevant.
The place is a bit trashy and the bathroom doesnt smell that good. Some of the employees are rude because I made I mistake when picking up my food. Food is great hot and fresh like all the Tim Hortonss I go to.

Visited this location a few dats ago with my family and the food and drinks were amazing. Staff were really polite and I even got to speak with who I am guessing was the manager. One of the few tims left that actually provide quality service, highly recommend!

I have been using the drive thru to get a single coffee in the mornings for at least a year (it doesn t get easier to deal with them no matter how much you simplify your order) they harass you at the speaker- barely listen before shouting at you and interrupting you- and then rush you to pay and talk about you at the window in front of your face. Doesn t matter if there s literally no one else in the drive thru or restaurant, they will not fail to treat you like you re stupid and in their way. My family with children were here yesterday 12 Oct. about 18:30 PM. The first time I was surprised was when I asked to clean the table its was sticky and covered in sweets. They gave me a napkin that they soaked under the tap water and they gave it to me to clean. There was no one in the store, the employees were all free. Then they didnt give us pizza from our order. 15 minutes later when I came and I asked, they were surprised that there was something else in the order. And also Crispy chicken wrap not at all the one that is given in all Tim Hortons. Employee and her service is 0. I wonder who hires these people to work ?

Every time I go to this location there s a problem. I don t know who they re hiring but they can t seem to get a grip on the mobile ordering system. Whenever I place an order on the app ahead of time they either 1) can t find the order, 2) gave it away, 3) messes up the order or 4) takes way too long to use a system where the purpose of it is to speed up the process. I m not even exaggerating, it s literally every single time. It s faster to park, go in and order the counter. I don t know why whoever manages this location can t train any of their employees to use a simple POS system. I ve seen the system they used and asked an employee at a different location about it and it s a basic system, so why is it that every single employee can t understand it. Don t bother submitting a complaint to the Tim Hortons CS or guest services. They forward the complaint to the manager or franchisee and they don t follow through. I only know this because the last time I submitted a complaint I got this weird email from them that said Sorry. We apologized thx. Who responds to a complaint like that? I look forward to seeing the automated reply telling me they re very concerned and to submit a complaint to their guest services.

I ordered french vanilla and it s the worst I had so far and the old lady who took my order is very rude and her service is rude as well. She was being rude and asked us to leave when we asked for tissues saying that we are consuming time but there was no people behind us. If she doesn t want to work she should not but not be rude on customers with no issues with her.
I used to get steeped tea from this location at night but their service is terrible. the staff doesnt understand English so I have to repeat so many times just for one cup of tea. there is an old guy and a lady that works at night shift. they are both rude to customers and they always make to repeat the order so many times.

Ok not to blame any buddy but whats going on with the 2 creams. Thats what l order all the time but the coffee is still dark and tastes horrible. I keep hearing from the staff. Anytime they change the bag of cream they need to calibrate the system but not all are trained to do it so you are not getting two cream. Ever. First theres is no one parked anywhere in the parking lot because the store is closed!!! Secondly its NONE of your business and I had every right to park there or anywhere else in the parking lot!!! Just picked up a drive through order and the bun used for the sandwich is completely dried out. Not just a bit along the edges which are rock hard but way into the bun. This is so stale I m sure this is much more than a day old. The topping are piled in the middle with nothing but dried out bread on the ends. The customer service is a bit better than it used to be but still has a ways to go.
Would never recommend anyone to visit this location. Took so long for a cup of coffee and wouldn t add sugar. When I politely asked to add sugar they were very rude. They finally figure out the machine is not dispensing any sugar. They then proceed to stick their bare fingers in it. So gross. As usual, its Tim Hortons. Good food served semi quickly, but its rather expensive. Also, as with pretty much any fast food place, you run the risk of them getting your order wrong. Always double check.

I try to avoid this location because every time I come in there are some issues, staff at the drive thru is rude, their breakfast wraps and croissants look so bad you lose your appetite, orders come done wrong today Ive decided to give it a chance and came in to grab some doughnuts but both dream doughnuts I got were stale. Very disappointing how poor management affects the reputation of the brand as a whole.

The service is bad. They wil not process what you ask. I asked for grilled croissants. they grilled it for 2sec infront of my eyes. To be honest I have been to many Tim Hortons around Toronto ..Scarborough...Mississauga etc and have noticed a lack of cleaningness throughout. Wahrooms dirty...restaurants lacking maintenance of floors ...tables...removable of garbage etc. When it comes to customer service same situation...seems like workers just dont have interest working there. Its sad, very sad.

I love Tim Hortans. Every single one I ve been in I have had the best experience with them but this one oh boy worst experience I have ever had with a tim hortans. They are so disrespectful we go through this drive through every day to get breakfast and we get the same order everyday in the morning and after school the tamil workers there mock us and laugh at us as we can hear them through the monitor. They are so extremely slow when it comes to service one iced coffee takes them 10-11 mins to make. When I go through the drive through it s even slower they can t bare the customers even though there are like what 8-9 aunties working there. They make cars stop away from the window because by the time we are at the window they don t have our order done and it ends up being a huge line of traffic. I buy my iced coffee in the morning with extra cream and they never add it in. I ask for a straw they ignore and go past by. They really need to higher professional people to work there are not these slow pokes that giggle and chat 24/7. Go to the other warden Tim hortans if you really want a professional experience not this.

I have loved Tim Hortons and have had their food since a child, but the horrendous service and attitude from the staff, coupled with the filth of the washrooms and food in this location truly make me want to never visit Tim Hortons again. Among my many visits to this location, I recall being served a savoury pastry with genuine mould on it, along with seeing the same exact donut being placed on display for three weeks. I really hope that Tim Hortons management can take a look at the garbage dump that is this location and its staff, so that one day this location can stop being a stain on the Tim Hortons franchise and the Scarborough community as a whole.

Dirty, understaffed and dreadfully slow. If you have to go, use the drivethru. I dont write this just to be horrible. This was my experience this evening. Tims is always my go to. I wanted to sit down and eat but the garbage bins were overflowing, garbage on the floor. Dirty cups etc on all of the tables. I know its no ones fault who is working there, they are doing their best. Give them some help. The poor employees need it.

I spend sometime in Tim Hortons whenever I dont have my packed lunch. I like the cilantro lime vege wrap. Its perfect! However, I just have a comment from the service. I ordered using the kiosk machine inside the Tim and I paid it but was not read by the system. I even showed to the teller that it was deducted to my visa card. The teller said I should call my bank for this matter. Very poor customer service. I spent 8.79 dollars for nothing. I was very disappointed.

This location has 2 ordering stations...There are 2 lanes and the cars go from 2 lanes when ordering and then merge into 1 lane.....Well, I really got annoyed because 4 cars from the other lane merged in way before me to pick up their order and I was still waiting to merge in to get my stuff. Deinitely not going here again for this reason only.

THE ABSOLUTE SLOWEST SERVICE EVER. And I mean consistently slow. Every time Ive had to wait, even when theres no one in line. These people are clueless and its getting worse. If I didnt live a block away I wouldnt waste my time but i need my coffee fix. The drive through servers just stand around while the front cashier is nowhere to be found and when it does get busy they dont even help her out. Theres no communication there. Worst tim horton in town. Zero Professionalizm. I hate this place. God! I hope its its owner can put abit of effort to Train his staff...

Always slow service has to be the slowest in toronto, gta. While placing an order in the middle of that order they walk off to get stuff never seen that. It appears when the owner is here their service is exceptional.
Do not go here if you do not want to wait atleast 10-15 mins in the drive through. Every time. Super slow and rude service.
I recently ordered french vanilla and got chocolate milk. Pls make sure you have the product or try to contact the customer rather than delivering wrong order. Worst experience.
there s roaches and flies crawling over the food, which is stale. workers aren t even properly trained & can t understand a single word you say to them. disgustingggggggg

By far the slowest service of any Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Most recently ordered a coffee 5 minutes in advance on the app and when I arrive to an empty restaurant, all staff are standing around talking and no one realized the order had come in. Also had a 15 minute wait in the drive through before...just terrible.
Management is very nice and polite And food is fresh and taste really good Food
this location is very nice cleaning parking lot and inside the store and wash room all so clean the employee so nice with me and food was excellent i so happy in this location.
Slow service, workers talking to friends and not working, was scolded because I scanned my Tims qr code before they punched my order onto the screen, despite every other store where scanning doesnt have this issue. Employee called me Stupid under her breath like I wouldnt hear. Terrible service.
Cant get your order right, slow. But worst of all, the employees at the drive through, gesticulating wildly and freaking out for you to not pull up to the window, forcing traffic to get blocked.... This is so that their owner cant see the the abysmal service timer when someone comes to the window and has to wait forevever for a simple Small black Coffee, due to everyone messing around and being too involved in their conversations to serve you.
By far the worst tims Ive ever been to. Literally a 20 minute wait in the drive through so I decided to leave the line half way through to go inside for faster service. The lady who served me was both rude and lazy.....clearly she doesnt care so I didnt even bother complaining to her

So I am a regular guest in this tim hortons and to be honest this is the worst tim hortons I have seen in my life . Especially in the case of customer service . There are 2 employees (thripthi and another old lady with specs) these two ladies dont have any customers service at all . They greet me with gestures all the time , not even smile at all . And some of these ladies take long time to make me a coffee and if we are ordering a ice coffee/ capp, guys it will take ages . Guyss very poor customer service .
Slowest, get ready for a good 15mins wait even its not busy. They dont have a system going all the employees are pretty much lose or cant speak English CMON. Its supposed to be fast but its the opposite.

Mess up orders and then rush you next time you check to see if order is right. Some of the worst customer service you can find. Tim hortons quality is trash. Horrible customer service on top of it, from the manager too of all people.

Orders never right. Seems like English is a second language. Coffee was burnt. And lid was not on so sadly i wore my coffee.

Horrible customer service. Very early morning bad attitude of staff ruins the day of people. She made me wait only for a cofffee and 3 timbits for a long time in drive through at 925 am Please owner train staff to atleast smile humble with customer.
