Always a long wait in the drive thru I have to repeat my order so many times. Keep getting stale bakery items! And last visit my child found something black inside the pin roll. Do not go to this tim hortons..save yourself some time and go elsewhere
Great customer service. People that work there are amazing and honest. My husband paid for his order but forgot to take the rest of the money, over 6 hours later, he asked about his change and they had it for him in an envelope with the receipt.
Tim hortons need to train their staff properly. This bagel don't even worth my money spent on it....From the pic you can see how much quantity creme cheese they added on my bagel. Never coming back. Total Rip off for $4.20 bagel..
Drive thru is always super slow. Decided to go and order inside today , just as slow. Not even 7:00 and barely any options for food. Garbage area is full of garbage.
Would actually give this location negative stars if that was an option. I placed an order through my mobile app for pick up in the drive through and they pretty much messed up my entire order and when I told the lady at the store she said they can’t do anything since it was ordered through the “app”. The 2 ice caps were watered down and had a funky taste and the bagel which I paid to add extra cream cheese did have. The overall quality of food and service was horrible. Then I contacted their customer service online and they said to contact the restaurant it seems like nobody wants to take responsibility for their poor food. Horrible horrible would not recommend.
Absolutely horrible service by the drive through employee who was working at 11:30am today (Sept 24th). The order was taken and provided good. However when asked for a straw for my ice coffee, the employee first didn't understand and gave napkin(which is fine) but then when I asked for a straw again, she rudely gave the straw then said "you don't need a straw and can drink from the cup" and walked away abruptly like she was annoyed. 0 customer service skills was displayed. I have never experienced this type of display of service anywhere. I wasn't able to get her name as she walked away quickly but she's of south Asian decent and had a thick accent.
The customer service was so poor. They had no patience. They were rushing getting orders from us. It was like they were trying to get rid off us, lol. And the oreo iced cap I ordered hardly had no oreo crushers. Please teach the employees at this location some customer service manners.
This Tims is almost often my regular jam. Often visit this joint for my coffee run and it is almost often packed with customers as well. Situated in a really good spot where Morningside intersects with Sheppard Ave East roads, this Tim Hortons sits right in the middle of an Esso gas station, couple of plazas, Wendy’s, Walmart and a near by LCBO. Hence due to these factors there is almost often a really heavy footfall both in the drive through as well as dine in customers. There is almost often at least three people ahead of you in the line if you are dining in so there is some waiting time. My usual have mostly been decaf double double and a chocolate hazelnut muffin. Most of the menu items : be it snacks, wraps or bowls seem to be available all the time. One of the best Tim Hortons in the Sheppard Ave area!!

In general, its a horror and not Tim Hortons. You order your menu and the employee asks again 5 times. Then they give you an incomplete order and you stand there waiting another 7 minutes until they make my Turkish sandwich. And they also grimace in response when you ask them to make my missing sandwich faster. Just terrible service.
Usually go here on weekends through the drive-thru, it is always busy. Expect to wait at least 10 minutes in line.

2nd time ordering ahead in hopes of reducing wait time. Both times, staff did not greet me (kept talking to each other as if no customers were there waiting for orders that were clearly not being worked on). Waited a bit longer and finally asked about my mobile order which triggered employee to check AND THEN started my order. Both times, mobile order did not work as intended with horrible customer service. 2 stars as props for having the QR code in the middle of the pick up counter for me to make this review.
Coffee was great
Usually it takes 2-3 minutes in driveway to get food and leave but at this store it will take ages to complete the process. The service is so slow when it compared to other timmies.

I am Hardas sidhu, actually I was giving my drive through order but the lady who was taking order had so much rude behaviour. First of all I repeat my order three times but she did not listen it proper and also did not complete our order. That lady name was Raman and this incident happened with around 06:17 pm on 22nd of September 2024. I have to say I am making this review for 1 reason and 1 reason only ! ARJU did sucha wonderful job taking my order this morning. I come to this timhortons more often than not and when i tell you Ive never been so intrigued to write a review on a timhortons till today because he was so articulate, so well mannered got clarity when he wasnt sure and repeated the order to ensure it was correct.. To his boss please give him a raise. You need more workers like him!
I was at the store at around 6:45PM before I can order I saw one lady may be supervisor shouting and arrogantly yelling at the other employee girl in scarf, so pity on the girl and was very disappointed at the behaviour, left the store without ordering. Management should look into this and should give training to employees to behave with the team.

I placed an order from the mobile application and accidentally I selected drive thru and walked into the store and asked Yaishnavati and apologized for selecting the wrong option but she gave me an rude attitude and said I have to drive in if I selected that option. Extremely rude service in the drive through, two girls were working and I ordered a honey lemon tea, she got the order wrong. Mistakes happen, it s fine. When it was handed to me I asked for a tray. She refused to give me a tray, she said you cannot get a tray for one drink . this is the most unacceptable response I have ever heard and the rudest service I have ever received. I have always received a tray no matter if it was one drink I ordered or four. I was appalled and I left but the disgusting service bothered me enough to write a review. I called the branch and they refused to give me the name of the girl, but eventually I was told the girl s name was Corvinder by the Filipino woman, I am not sure if that s true as it took a long time to get it. What I do know is the lady was Indian or South Asian working Drive through at 11:05pm on October 8th 2024. I would normally never mention the ethnicity of a worker but this is all the information I have to identify the employee. Fix your staff.

Confusion over dine-in policy and unpleasant experience I m a bit confused about the dine-in policy at this Tim Hortons. I chose to do some work here, but at around 9 p.m., the staff repeatedly and loudly told customers, Dine-in closed, please leave! The abruptness was quite off-putting, some customers were in the middle of conversations and some just sat down. Can someone from head office clarify if this location actually closes its dine-in area at that time? It would be helpful to have clear and consistent information on this.

The taste of their coffee was so bad. I brought Cold coffee today and asked for extra cane syrup still the coffee was bitter. Also she didn t stir the coffee when i requested to stir she had just shaken the cup instead of stirring. She was so rude. She should get some training. She filled my just till the 5th line however generally its full or 1/2 inch below the rim. I think she just has skipped the training videos.
Timmies and taco bell are always together in a building with lots of seats. Usually heavy foot traffic around so quick cheap fresh is the best way to go. I think this building(s) may perhaps benefit from a pizza joint that can meet the standard of care the OGs dont want to even change. I mean....its not needed...if you have the right pieces .....it will work. No buddy likes to do hard puzzles for fun Food truck with better food. Id rather go there. Even if that truck dont move.

Service moves at the pace of a snail , the drive-thru lines are usually long. Going in doesnt make things any better either , long wait times with no proper customer service skills.
This location is getting worse. There are six people working, yet it takes 15 minutes to serve a single drink. I dont know if they are working or just talking and having fun.

Just waited 30 mins in the drive thru for one cup of tea. Horrible service and the funny part is that the inside is closed. Yet the drive thru is moving slower than any drive thru I ve ever seen. There are currently 16 cars waiting at 10:45pm. Unacceptable.

Very Rude server . Left without a purchase and she continued to argue with me about My Order which she clearly didn t get needs training, on 1/4 French and 3/4 dark roast coffee , always an issue at this location . Others times after drove off realized I didn t get my full order or the right order .
Do you guys ever drink your own coffee?. Try getting one around 7am during the work week. Seriously, you guys need to try it. Theres something off about the taste. Its consistently bitter and has been this way for months. I dont know if its burnt or theres something different about the water. But its awful!. About a month ago I returned my coffee and asked if I could have another one from a different pot. It wasnt a whole lot better. The customer before me had the same complaint and asked for a replacement. Then when the third customer in line asked the lady at the front desk if he could get his coffee from a different pot. She started complaining that the pots were all the same!. Perhaps the pots are the same but the coffee wasnt!. Its a clean store and the service is quick. But the coffee just aint right.

Very poor service and unprofessional staffs. I ordered and paid thru mobile and when I got to the store to pick up my order I was told that they won t make it since they cannot find my order in their system. Turns out they had a problem with their own system. And wanted me to pay again. Waited for almost 30mins just for 2 drinks. The staffs were also rude like they do not want to work anymore. This happened April 23, 2024. Around 5:40pm

Your usual Tim Hortons experience - you know what you get. Service was very fast, iced capp was nice as creamy.

This place has both Tim Hortons and Wendys inside the same location. We have vegetarian options here. I have seen a lot of people drive thru and get their food here. Can be busy during peak hours, better dine in or take out rather drive thru.
Stay away from here the manager is terrible. I was appalled to hear how they treated my deaf sister. Yelling at someone because they can understand you and because you can be bothered to write or type something for her to understand. Its disgusting to hear that you were yelling at her - shes deaf, no she cant hear you but she sure knows what youre doing. They also dont refund mobile orders if they dont have it, even though they are the ones to do that. This place used to be okay now its trash. Ill pay mcdonalds or Starbucks for better service and better actually stirred coffee.

Mobile ordering with Tims is always a not very happy experience for me. The first is the difficulty of the app, it always took forever to locate the nearest Tims, (McDonalds app is way better, you never need to worry about this, it locates the nearest Macs by itself, that means your order will never go to somewhere you are not expecting), most of the time, I had to give up use locating function in the app, find the address in Google Maps instead, and manually input it in the Tims app to choose the restaurant. The second is the waiting time. After my mobile order had been placed. It looks like the Tims employees always put mobile orders to the last to prepare. They never look at the time of the orders been placed. This time I had to wait beside the mobile orders pick up counter for a few minutes, nobody came up ask me what is the order number, even nobody looked at me while I was the only person waiting there. I had to stop one employee to check my order, she said she didnt have my order on her side. Then I asked another employee, gave her my order number. She completed my food order, but for the drink, she said the first lady I asked will make my coffee. So I had to wait for a few minutes more. But the lady I asked first didnt know the detail of my coffee, she went back to the employee who did my food for the detail of the coffee. Back and forth, it took more than 10 minutes for me to get my order finally, it is just s sandwich and a coffee. People use mobile orders to avoid big lining up to save time, but end up spending more time. And this is not the first time I experienced. I had experienced the same situations at several other Tims locations, for example the one at Midland/Steeles.

This Tim Hortons is probably one of the worst in listening to instructions about your food and drinks and how to make it a lot of times they have made me paid for something and missing cream cheese they charge you the wrong stuff and also then will later argue which wasted a lot of times it happened to me about seven times already as much as I like to say its okay its not the customer service aspect of them is really messed up they always just do cliche things whatever order most people orders thats what they will give you even if yours is unique with different instructions it happened countless numbers of times and Ive absolutely think the instruction taking part is so bad that robots would make better servers than human beings they really need to understand that that their whole point of having humans in customer service is still that you can be brighter and better at listening and not become conditioned to what you previously here and constantly do that on the repeat is disgusting how they dont understand that

I cant stand the new staff particularly that short filipino LGBTQ with short hair who NEVER pays any attention. Shes like screwed up our orders so many times and the PERSIAN male new Manager backs her up and they both giggle hard which I find very unprofessional and childish. I used to go here daily with my wife before heading to work however based on the lack of accuracy, efficiency, and time wasted, we go elsewhere. There used to be (2) Guyanese ladies who worked full-time at drive thru and they Neve had any errors and always ensured you received everything you ordered. This LGBTQ FILIPINO short-haired lady has made many countless mistakes like given me cold returned coffee, stale Pumpkin spice, No knife or straws, got my turkey sandwich all wrong...plus, shes rude and has ZERO connection with the customers as she doesnt even look at you and just rushes and shoves the order unto you for you to RUSH OUT....I feel this job is not the proper fit for her as shes Also like a MUTE without any communication with us (the customers). The dining room does not stay open long enough on Saturday evening. We got asked to leave at 10pm. After seeing a movie. Parking: Parking is great. But access to enter the store on the Wendys side you have to walk through the parking lot and the drive through. You have to watch the cars at all time.

It became usual for them to give me the Dark Roast Triple Triple without any sugar at all. Since I usually take the drive thru, I never get a chance to tell the employees to add sugar. Today I came to dine in and had the same experience with my coffee and also with the Iced Coffee though we asked to add the extra cane syrup while ordering. Asked the employee about this and the way they talk back is not appreciated. Worst Tim Hortons ever.

Im pretty sure recently the employees are running water through the beans twice. The coffee is super weak and watered down. Basically tastes like creamer. Its unfortunate but its something lazy employees do and think the consumers dont notice.. but we do. Ive drank enough Tims to know when its basically water they are doing this.

Good place for pure food gotta be carefull as its not a high class scociety there are many thieves and homeless people. Price are ok but food isnt as fresh and natural as you would find in most grocery stores to cook it yourself. Most places in toronto would have higher price than tims coffee and donuts. Just because im in a dificult financial situation tim Hortons its a good and well organized maintained and great staff work there. Parking: There is wheel chair parking always available. Wheelchair accessibility: As the law requires there is door accessibility for disabled costumers automatic door opening mechanism there arent any stairs and there are low points of passage with a chair for disabled persons.
0 ou of 5.. Visited this Tim Hortons almost daily for the past 6-7 months. Yesterday (29th December 2023), I received a stale dark roast. When I returned today (30th December 2023) for a replacement, the person in charge was incredibly rude. She refused to replace the coffee without manager approval, spoke harshly, and even declined to serve me when I offered to pay. A different staff member made a new dark roast, which also tasted bad which they agreed that is not fresh. The rude behavior persisted, including using the same cup for a different coffee which is not hygienic telling they cant waste a cup for replacing a coffee and being disrespectful to other staff members in front of customers. Reviews also highlighted similar encounters with the same individual. This sort of behavior from someone in charge is unacceptable, and its disappointing how they handled customer concerns. Planning to contact the manager but wont return due to this appalling experience after being a regular customer for so long. Terrible customer service.
