Today, I visited Tim Hortons, and I had an amazing experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel welcome. The service was quick and efficient, even though the place was bustling with customers.

I believe it's time for Tim Hortons to implement covers or doors on their pastry display, as it's both alarming and unsafe. During my visit on November 13, 2024, at 8:24 PM, I noticed a fly on top of the four-cheese twist. When I pointed it out to the staff, their response was simply, ‘Yeah, I see it too.’ This lack of concern was very disappointing. If I hadn’t mentioned it, I’m unsure if they would have addressed the issue at all. Additionally, the coffee was obviously not fresh, and the staff did not offer even a basic smile or friendly interaction. It’s clear that this store is not meeting the standard of care and service I expect from Tim Hortons.
This is the worst Tim Horton you can ever be. Bunch of stupidly, rude people are waiting there to welcome you with rudeness whenever you go. They Don’t want to understand what you want to say they want you to understand what they say. Start yelling at you if you say, this was not your Food order. You hardly get correct coffee and food from them. I used to go there because of my convenience, but after to never going back. Stay away from this place guys stay away.
I am regular customer here. I am really impressed with the friendly service they give. I get my coffee with the same taste and consistency in daily basis. They even make it even before I do the payment and be ready for me. I love it. I would recommend this very well.

This was my average tim hortons experience it was so bad... Firstly I ordered 2 drink she charged me for 3 drinks . When i asked her for the recipt she was making so ugly faces n started arguing stating its our mistake.... N return by refund with a very bad gesture .... This is what hospitality means to u guys.... Unprofessional staff . When I was in line and it was my turn! One of the workers passed me and called the man behind me because she knew him. When I asked her why she didnt answer me and went inside. This was during the morning shift, October 4, at nine oclock.

Updated review: This location is awful. Nothing improved. Did not receive the items I paid for,they dont give ketchup with hash browns,the complain about sleeves on coffee cups and want you to do it yourself. They dont give receipts and act like a problem if you ask but then you have no proof of items not being given without one. I thankfully remembered to do so. Their number on the receipt is not not assigned so you cant reach them. Avoid unless desperate. 2022: Paid for items and did not receive them. They dont give receipts. Tried calling and line is busy,never answered or disconnected. Always get receipts and check your food. It is hard with drive -thru to do so but better than not getting the items you paid for.Food is cold and tasteless. Ugh.

Horrible staff!!! It takes about 15 minutes just to get a coffee! Staff are severely not trained! Never wash their hands and let bug and flys crawl on the bagels and food they have sitting out... will never go back to this Tim Hortons !!!

Ordered a large ice coffee with extra cream, cane syrup, and chocolate milk added to it. This is my go-to way for ordering ice coffee every time, be it from any tims. Not only did the staff have trouble taking this simple order, but they messed it up. Definitely no extra cream, couldnt even taste the cane syrup, and obviously no chocolate milk. Pulled up to the drive-through again to let her know, and she said this is how it is. I asked her if she could check my order again and make another one like I mentioned previously, but she denied it. Normally, any tims would just make you another drink if they get your order wrong. Eventually, she just gave me 3 creams extra, and thats it. Had to throw the drink away in the end. Definitely wouldnt recommend.
They dont punch in any orders. Hence they mix up the order. ( I know this because the order never comes up on the screen). Every SINGLE TIME you go through drive through they rush you out..by saying go drive away or move (both men and women). Whether their service is consistent or not the rudeness is always on point. I understand you have a timer but Im 100% sure by the 3 seconds I take to confirm my order isnt going to affect you. Their customer service skills suck! Please visit pickering Tim Hortons to learn how to behave. I live in pickering but on the weekends I come here and I hate it everytime. Definitely going to stop by to talk to the manager.

Yesterday, I was there and saw a group of employees hanging out in the corner while another person and I were waiting to order. When that guy asked what they were doing, the manager, I guess, told him to go somewhere else. Then came the crazy part: after I ordered, I forgot to order a drink, so I lined up again. One person in front of me ordered a coffee. The cashier took her order, grabbed a cup, dropped it on the floor, picked it up, put a bit of water in it, threw it away, and then made her coffee in the same cup. I was so shocked the floor is full of bacteria, and she didnt even wash the edges. This Tim Hortons needs to teach their staff about public health and safety.

Slow, 7 mins till I got to order
If I could give a 0 I would. There was a homeless person who was asleep in a booth. The foul odor coming from this person was so strong that people would not sit at the tables nearby. Many people had complained but they were doing nothing about the situation. I told some of the others I would try to complain to a manager. I attempted to call over one of the employees from behind the counter by saying excuse me and waving at her. She rudely copped an attitude with me and started imitating my hand movement and saying what is this. Why are you doing this at me. She then walked away and ignored me. I asked another girl to speak to the manager. When I spoke to the manager about the situation and that many people had complained and nothing was being done. She just kind of shrugged her shoulders, walked away and the situation stayed the same. Avoid this location. This is not the first time Ive been here but this is my latest bad experience here and this time I will not be back.
Please have mercy on your workers and put more people on the shift ...youre expecting three people to handle whole store especially at a busy location, thats crazy.

Unfortunately, they cannot keep up with consistency. Staffing assisting each other causes errors and orders are confused, no consistency on how it s made. We proved it because we confirmed they re charging different prices each day. keep your receipts!!!

This is the worst Tim Hortons I been to so far. A few years ago I ordered their beyond meat sandwich and end up getting something completely different. A very small sandwich that was not worth spending over $10 on. I would have called them out but they were busy with other customers that I let it slide. I recently signed up for the rewards app but didn t use it as the skinny Indian girl didn t care to scan the barcode. The girl seems to have a bit of bad attitude. The place seriously need to hire better people.

Good little spot for quick coffee run. It does get pretty busy at lunch time though. Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are equipped with automatic push buttons and there are no stairs anywhere.

RANCID-GROSS-LONG WAIT TIMES-UNCLEAN. I would give 0 if I could. I live across the street so this has been our go to since we moved here. Over the past 6 months the quality has deteriorated so much. My toddlers spat out their timbits because they tasted rancid (I tried them to make sure and they are awful) the chocolate donut was exactly the same. The iced caps taste like the cream is stale and the last time I got honey crullers that which were fresh from the oven they tasted like gasoline. Just please avoid this location save your time and money.
Went in and service was slow, counted 4 people at drive through window and only 1 person doing counter. The line up was outside the door. Also ask what time the store opens in the morning and the girl looks at me and says 6-7 . What kind of answer is that. Terrible customer service. Food
The person working in night has alot of attitude, we have to knock the window as we don t have car still he ll open the door after 10-12 minutes and he doesn t even know how to make a double double . Croissant feels expired !

This place gives me a post apocalyptic vibe. I stopped going there cause the place was soo filthy and filled with too many weirdos. The second last time i went there a guy tried to pick a fight with me for sitting in an empty chair close to his table and the last time i went there staff had burnt something in the kitchen and the place was filled with smoke. I was surprised why the fire brigade wasnt called. A certain sections of the cafe was barricaded with chairs, God knows what happened there. The staff are always shouting in their weird English accent. Its like they really really really hate working there and are trying their best to make customer fell unwelcome. And you can see the level of cleanliness right after you enter the place.
One of the lady in the morning shift used a cup to rinse out the hot drinks (white chocolate, hot chocolate and French vanilla) then used the same cup to pour my drink into now my drink tastes like chocolate and it ruins it with the other syrup that I added.

I came here to get breakfast and I dont understand how they got so much of the order wrong?.... I ordered a sausage and egg bagel sandwich meal with an iced coffee with milk instead of cream. Not only did the iced coffee have cream NOT milk, the sandwich I got was a bagel BELT. For reference I HATE tomatoes. When my fiance went in to get the right bagel the employee refused to help him and said this was the bagel I ordered even though it wasnt. Worst Tim Hortons location. Bad employees Never coming here again.

I ordered a mobile order for pick up. I went to the location thinking that it was ready for pick up, nope. I went there and then they grabbed the receipt of the mobile order and then started making the order.

This location totally fail! No one server in front of desk when I go! I wait 2 mins and there are more than 5 people work there !!!!! Later I need to speak 5 times keep repeat to order my sandwich. I respect people English is second language, English is not first of my language either but this location they all speak their language when they work. And cannot totally understand when u order in English with them. What s wrong with this location!!! Also the sandwich I got is not hot!!!!! I don t want to come anymore.
Honestly, this location is terrible. Today I spent 20 minuets to get one coffee... And this was a good day. All the go workers are walking around and presumably doing something, but its not helping the people in line. It seems like their management only cares about drive through times.

This place is full of rude teens at lunch and after school. The food is always wrong. The staff speak hindu and not much english. Owner and staff are same group, no white staff. Restaurant is not clean or well maintained.

This Tim Hortons needs a serious audit and review from Head Office. As soon as you walk in, you get a very expired feel, not very sanitary, staff speaking and shouting in their own language, Tim Hortons is a Canadian iconic brand, so Speak English or French in public atleast and save your mother language for your household. This review is cause I never walked into a coffee shop, specially a big name like Tim Hortons and couldnt find a single Gift Card. One empty envelope, when I asked about it, they found two old cards from Christmas with Christmas design, we are in February already. If you go to a Starbucks up on Kennedy, you will see the presentation in the front. It is a sign of incompetent people and management when you are missing little things like this. I mean it is not even something minor, it is your front desk, first impression matters, no? This is a sign our society is deteriorating fast :(

Coffee, donuts and salads are always fresh with quick service. Have comfortable seating to relax with friends. Special mention also on the pleasant manager who is a hands on.
