Very slow service, unwelcoming staff, baked goods are obviously not fresh. Always disappointed with this Tim Hortons. Staff’s are not showing any urgency even though how much people are on the line. Staff always look clueless. They should hire new people. Service always sucks here
On my recent visit, I ordered an iced coffee, but what I received was disappointing. The coffee had almost no actual coffee in it—just a cup filled with ice. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered issues at this location, but it is particularly frustrating because I waited over 10 minutes for the order to be served. Worse still, the staff member who took my order, an older woman wearing glasses, was incredibly rude and unengaged. She didn’t even notify me that my order was ready, leaving me waiting unnecessarily. This kind of poor service and product quality reflects badly on your franchise’s reputation. As someone who has had multiple unpleasant experiences at this location, I feel compelled to bring this to your attention in hopes that improvements can be made. I value the brand, but this specific location is diminishing my trust and loyalty to it. I hope you take the necessary steps to address the issues at this franchise and ensure that future visits are more pleasant for all customers.
I don't know the reason why they have put up kiosks to order, I have ordered & expecting them to call, no they didn't, I went & told them my order number, they were clueless, I again calmly explained my order, the woman in spectacles most likely south asian, have asked how do you like it, while I was saying about the pastry, she with her ATTITUDE said I'm asking about the drink, I was speechless and had to repeat again, at the end, she forgot to warm up my pastry which I said twice, then I asked again, luckily the other girl took the pastry & warmed it up for me, To conclude it, either remove those kiosks or train the staff to check orders from kiosks. 2 star because of the girl, or else I would have given 1 star for the service I got from that woman.
The old lady at the counter(7pm) was very rude not only to us but even to the other customers too. She didnt even have the basic courtesy to wash hands before touching food items. Even to the little kid she was was talking very rude..other staff are really friendly except for this old lady she doesn’t know how to talk or behave with customers Im never gonna comeback to order from her just hated to be here!!!
The morning ladies are great. Super fast and very nice. The evening men are two of the worst workers I have ever seen. If you go in the evening, expect to be waiting at least a half hour for a food order. I would have given this Tim Hortons no stars if it wasn’t for the morning ladies. They deserve 5 stars. What I don’t understand is why management only has two people working most times. That’s not fair to the employees. I will NEVER go back to this location in the evening.

Please educate your staff on what appropriate behaviour is around a service dog. My dog was needed during a medical emergency but was distracted by an associate petting him. This could have cost me my life.

Well, if this is how you treat your customers, you are for sure going down. Learn or train your people how to greet and treat the customers.

My recent visit to this tim left me thoroughly disappointed due to the unprofessional behavior of one of their staff members (old lady) Despite placing a simple order for a medium Strawberry Watermelon Quencher, a medium French Vanilla, and a medium Iced Coffee, the service was incredibly slow. After patiently waiting for 15 minutes, we approached the cashier, only to be met with rudeness and a lack of accountability. The staff member in question seemed indifferent and lacked professionalism, which was evident not only in her demeanor but also in her interaction with colleagues. Its disheartening to see such behavior in a place meant to provide quality service to customers. Tim Hortons should prioritize customer satisfaction by ensuring all staff members uphold a standard of professionalism and respect.

The cashier had a disrespectful attitude. I order a m&m cookie and a chocolate chip cookie and the cashier give me a muffin instead of the chocolate chip cookie. I told him that s not what I ordered and he started being rude and disrespectful to me, so I decided I no longer wanted the chocolate chip cookie. Then I left the store.
I got a black coffee today but forgot to ask for the sleeve because I was in a hurry. Black coffee is hotter than with milk or cream. I wish servers at Tim hortons provide sleeves regardless with or without milk/cream when serving very hot beverages. That being said, Tim hortons is always a go to when it comes to coffee. Think Canadian first.
Terrible place to come. Customer service is horrible. Order 6 drinks and the person threw the tray at me and placed the coffee to far for me to reach, they have a plastic barrier that seems to be have used during covid so you cant reach comfortably. It wasnt even busy. I came here a few time hoping that it was a 1 times issue but it was not. Highly avoid this place if you can.

Update: If you see more than 3 people in line, just avoid it. Self order machines dont work at all. Mobile orders dont work. Even with 2-3 people behind the counter, its only one person slowly doing everything. The person takes your order. They run to make the coffee. Then go get your sandwich or whatever. Its just so unbelievably slow. When your are in a rush and can afford to spend 15 to 30 mins waiting for your coffee, just dont go here. Go up the street to any if the other ones in the area. Today at around 8:10 AM . I experienced the worst service from the Tim Horton s employee who were at the cashier . I assume that the company didn t educate the staff on how to serve the customer with respect . Since we are paying money.

Very worst customer service. First of all stop employing only Indians in all the tim Hortons please. They think this is their country and they behave very rude. I ain t talking about everyone here. Thorough unprofessional service by VANITA. At first, She denied to accept Tim Hortons survey coupon of 1 dollar Ice coffee/French Vanilla of any size saying the coupon is not obtain from this store. When asked about where it is mentioned coupon should be from same store, she did not have any answer. Then after talking to her supervisor, I ordered for large ice coffee with extra cream and LESS ICE. All VANITA gave me is more than half glass of ice in the coffee. Would not recommend the store for coffee. Kind request to store manager to inform workers not to mention policies which are not mentioned in Tim Hortons policy.

I asked for a vanilla iced coffee with oat milk but they don t care enough to make it right. Anyone can clearly see from the side counter that they put cream instead of oat milk because my iced coffee is always too light. I let it go once but it s happened more than three times now.

I was just informed that my 2 sons were in your Timmys around 1:50 yesterday afternoon . They order using the self sever option . 5 people were in line ahead of them . They had 12 people who ordered after them receive their orders ahead of them they ended up waiting 35 minutes for their order . I work in the food industry and that is unacceptable.
I asked for 2 sour cream glazed donuts and a m double double... I get a 4x4 and 3 chocolate glaze ... they said I said the order they gave me.. double double and sour cream glazed sounds alot different then chocolate amd m 4x4... the insisted I ordered what they gave me and where very rude

Usually the service here is okay but there is one lady who is completely unprofessional and abnormally rude, was yelling take it to people waiting for coffee and was so awful to deal with I just recommend someone seriously look into employee performance. December 16, 2023 around 3pm. Went there recently to grab a cup of coffee. A Bangladeshi lady working there was serving us. We wanted to use Tim Hortons gift card, and she asked my wife to swipe the card. She swiped the card, but the card reader was not working. She insisted we swipe the card again and again. The reader was not showing any information whatsoever. We told her that its the card reader and to scan the card at a different reader or input the details manually. She was super rude and unprofessional. She said my wife did not know how to use the card and was disrespectful. We canceled our order and went to a tim Hortons 5 mins away from this location. The gift card worked right away without any issue on the first try. Requesting Tim Hortons to take action against this rude, offensive and disgraceful employee at once. Another lady in front of us had a similar experience and the same lady did not even try to help her to accommodate. This lady needs disciplinary actions to understand how customer service works.

Disrespectful and unprofessional cashiers. Left an item on the order screen and charged me for something I didn t ask for. When I pointed it out she just asked if I wanted it and seemed annoyed when I said no. If I wanted it, I would have asked for it. Manager? Proceeded to give me less money than owed. Either I was over charged to begin with or they re running scams. Either way I will never be back.

Just ordered a couple of beverages using the Tim Hortons mobile app. Order came thru within minutes and was made just as I had ordered it. The store was clean and the staff was friendly.

I finally had to ask if anyone was going to serve me. When I finally asked for my meal the employee just walked away and didnt even wring it in. I just left. Never again.

In 10th October I have ordered a Pumpkin spice tea latte with Oat milk ,But i was so disappointed because ,the team member put expresso shot in Pumpkin spice tea latte and it was nightmare for me and i bring Tea at home and i can not drink that one and throw away.Team members should be more trained in regards served the customer .Very disappointing.
The energy here is always so chaotic staff doesn t work together. There ll be one person taking orders, making the coffee and then making the sandwich. Forever slow regardless of time of day. Staff has an attitude 95% of the time. It will literally be a 15 minute wait for a simple breakfast sandwich. There is, however, one young lady probably early/mid 20s who doesn t work often, she s a pleasure.

DO NOT GO! I beg you I got my little sister a hot chocolate and after a while of her drinking she said it tasted off. I check and the thing smelt SPOILED, it had chunks of milk floating around and she said she didn t feel well. I returned inside, it was a few hours later so the staff had changed. I told the lady serving this and she just shrugged and said that was a different group of staff. what do you want me to do? I told her that doesn t matter and that they should check their problems but she kept dismissing me and asked if I wanted a new one, heck no! I m just worried for other customers who could have been served the spoiled milk. So I start walking out with it and she then quickly stops me probably thinking I ll report them or something. But her attitude was absolutely horrible and wouldn t even apologize on behalf of the location, now my sister has to suffer the consequences due to their mishandling of quality control.
