The chicken was burnt. I had a 8pc coupon for $14.99. May be that is why i got burnt chicken. However the male cashier who took the order was very polite and customer friendly. I will give him a five star rating
Most definitely the worst KFC I have ever been to. Ordered the 8 piece bucket, took it home to find out that I have only received 6 pieces. On top of that, the pieces of chicken I have received looked like they were deformed and I could barely tell if any of them were breasts or drumsticks. Terrible taste and was not fresh. DO NOT order from this KFC.
The chicken I received was not fresh and very dry. To add with the very poor quality of the chicken the parts of chicken I had asked for was not what I asked. I had asked them to NOT add any white meat and what I got was half of the bucket consisted of white meat. The service I got was also slow. This is not the first time this has happened for the past few years I have been ordering food from this location, the results are consistent where my order is not finger liking good, my requests are not executed. You can say that they had run out of the parts I wanted and this has happened but what makes this different is that they did not tell me about the changes they had to make to my order. In only a few situations did I get my orders right.
Okay, so this KFC is in a very convenient spot and the food is fine. However the service is mediocre. When I was in, I had to shout "Hello, Hello!" a few times before the lady emerged from the back. This is not the first time either, there is barely ever anyone at the counter when you walk in. As well, they are too stingy with the sauces and condiments. I asked for another sauce and the lady replied, "You have one in the the bag, that is enough." So I asked asked for more ketchup packets and she gave me one, literally, one ketchup packet. Its a small problem but a serious issue to me, like, whats wrong with me asking for extra sauce. I order a bucket of popcorn chicken. Not pleased, I only go back when I am out of other options for fast-food.
My order was not right and and the amount of money I spend on a meal and what I got it was shameful, this is what I spend $10.49 plus tax.
After waiting about 5 minutes with no one in the front to take any orders as everybody was preparing food in the back, I left. Perhaps they were understaffed or perhaps they didn't care about customer waiting time. Why wait more? It's the same KFC you find in a better run franchise.
Very small place, they dont have any seats inside, only for takeout. The environment was dark and a little bit dirty. The food was terrible, small burger and cold fries. Everything was awful except the staff's attitude was good. They really need to make a lot of changes of the whole place.
Okay, this place is not a sight to see, and does not have chairs to sit, but the chicken here was delicious. I ordered a bucket of spicy chicken for a family event and we were all hooked. I usually go to a Popeye's on my way home, but the chicken here makes me drive a little further for great taste. The customer service was also good and the wait was not that long if the taste is amazing.

Not the first problem Ive had with this location..... I dont know how someone can mistake a 2 L bottle of 7up with a 2L bottle of Pepsi.... ordered the 7up and they bring Pepsi..... maybe they should hire literate people not illiterate ones....
Cook is not wearing any hair band or something for his hair, delivery guy showed up and had full access to where food is cooked and prepared without washing hands or wearing a head band. The place is dirty and very dark, they need to replace the light bulbs, they need to plaster and paint, replace the dirty oily ceiling tiles and maybe add a bench or something for people waiting like I did for 15 minutes. Id give 1 star but the lady on the counter was very nice and very professional and fast.

Order was placed today, guarantee is 40mins. I waited over an hour and still my order did not arrive. I called the store directly and a staff member named Riana or Rihanna whatever, answered the phone. I inquired about my order and she seemed confused. I repeated my address and she was able to confirm my order and said the it literally just left the store. I said it s only left now? She said yes. I waited to see if she had anything else to say, maybe apologize for the delay or provide an explanation as to why it s so late. Nothing. Horrible customer service. This is not the first time I ve had an issue with this location either. Not only is their customer service terrible, but they also replace items in your meal without your knowledge or consent if they are out of what you ordered. They also just throw together your order as if they re in a rush. By the time the meal arrives at your door it s all over the bag or smushed in its wrapper. Unfortunately this is the closest location to my home. I guess I have to start going to a different location if I intend on having a satisfactory meal by KFC.

Small location but the taste is great
Ordered 6 pieces ofchicken here on Thursday October 17, 2019. When I got home to eat it I was beyond disappointed. The chicken did not taste like KFC at all and it was over cooked. It tasted like it had been coated in just flour. It was 2 in the afternoon so I am suspicious that it was chicken left over from lunchtime and was refried. I contacted kfc customer service the same day, online, and havent heard back at all. Very disappointed!

Quality has gone down drastically! Stale chicken is served and from time to time the staff in kitchen is so inattentive that your meals miss things like popcorn chicken or the individual salads etc.. management needs to fix this or just close down.
The taste is far less delicious than the domestic KFC, and the chicken is very good. Its better to eat church chicken.

RIPOFF RIPOFF They cut your chicken pieces in half. They cut the chicken into smaller pieces to give you, your piece count . You could see where they cut the chicken ,loose skin , no coating. RIPOFF stay away from this KFC. Will never go back to this store.

Cashier was polite, however, she did not really know what she was doing! The cashier that served me forgot to provide my drinks with my order and was consistantly asking the people in the back cooking area whether the food they were handing out was for my order or not. I personally would not reccomend this location of KFC to people at all. On top of that this location has actually told my household over the phone that they do not deliver even though it says in the window of this exact location that they do deliver.
