I would give this location a zero star if I could. During my visit, I requested a cup for my child, only to have this simple request refused by a Harpreet. Her behavior was petty, pitiful, and completely without justification. The refusal to provide a cup was deliberately mean-spirited. This incident left me feeling humiliated and singled out in front of other customers. I paid for two brekafast meals. Up-sized both drinks. It’s difficult to understand why such a simple request could not be accommodated. I expect better from a company that prides itself on customer service and inclusivity. I urge you to investigate this incident and take steps to ensure no other parent or customer has to endure such unnecessary hostility. Called to complain about this incident, but haven't heard back in the 3-5 day timeline. Had to call again to follow up. No resolution to date. Incident happened Nov 30.
This outlet no recommend for anyone since they are very rude. They have scolded my little one, the lady wearing a black uniform with spectals. My daughter tried to get drawing paper, and that folder fell down. She scolded little one without any humanity. Further atmosphere is very dirty and food also not fresh. They have missed items which I ordered too. This is a very bad experience which I had in Macdonald.
AVOID this location! First of all, food is always less than mediocre. second of all there is NO organization in here at all. You can wait 5 minutes for a coffee or for fries. I’ve waited 15 for a hot drink. The staff is rude. I complain when I get my wrong order and they hate it so much they have commented on it. DIPIKA got mad when I asked to have my daughter’s iced tea filled in the back because the machine sprayed it all over me. Then she got annoyed because I asked for my combo they had owed me due to them not including it in my order. She doesn’t manage the store very well. I say this: get it right the FIRST time. Avoid this location! It’s terrible! Gone absolutely downhill. The owner must never visit to see the huge flaws. Sadly. I’d give ZERO stars if possible.
Terrible customer service at the drive through. Ordered an item that was displayed on the mobile app. Was given the impression that the item would be replaced by another item as they said my ordered item was not available over the voice com. When I arrived at the window they refused to honour the exchange and was asked to pay even though the first item was already paid for. Ended up leaving without any food.
I ordered on the app and used points to get free fries. I was preauthorized via Apple Pay for $6. After going through the drive through I was charged the full amount for $12. What’s the point of points if we can’t use them? Also, my fries were barely full. This is a medium fry, not a large fry.
The food was inconsistent. Sometimes its good, and sometimes its too hot/cold. The service was fine, never had any issue unless they were REALLY backlogged. But for the most part its a crazy place to eat cause it can get REALLY noisy. Overall decent place to eat if you need food, though.

I literally spent all day traveling home from the east coast. This was supposed to be my first meal. And If i could put zero stars i would! Food was cold, one of my ranch Grilled chicken wraps had a black hair in it, pop was flat! Fries were cold & tasted old, way too salty! Ordered 10 nuggets, only got 7! Absolutely disgusting & atrocious! Management & staff don't seem to care.

I visited yesterday the McDonalds at Sandhurst and was shocked to see staff preparing sandwiches without wearing gloves . This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene. Management, please take necessary steps to address this issue .
Only concern with this location is the mistakes made with orders first thing in the morning. Staff is lovely but very frustrating driving away and you have wrong meal or coffee. Now I check everything before moving along even if this delays the line. Sorry in advance.

So I order everyday junior chicken sandwich and i don t like mayo sauce so I take everyday habanero sauce But today they didn t sub that and charge me extra which is totally wrong everyday other location subsitute for me but they were keep on arguing and didnt did that. Worst ever McDonalds in GTA , MANAGER HARPREET is rude, does not know how to treat the customers, I asked for McDonald toy for my kid and paid for it , the associate giving the toy and suddenly out of nowhere she came and said we dont sell any toys, and just took the toy away I explained to her that this is rude, and then she tried to give me some old toys from inventory, which my kid doesnt like She was forcing me to have happy meal even though I told her multiple times that we are vegetarian, being from same region Punjab, she should have some sensibilities towards our community, she suggested couple of times Cheese burgers ( which contains beef) In the end she gave the money back, but that doesnt compensate for my child disappointment and our bad experience Deeply disgusted and disappointed by the experience, Management should take note of this and do some re training of Manager like HARPREET, I wonder how the other associates learn, behave seeing this customer centric behavior of their managers ( pun intended)

Terrible experience at the Woodside Square McDonalds. I purchased four Happy Meals for the Crocs 17 toys, but when I got home, one of the toys was labeled A5M instead. When I returned to the store to request an exchange, the manager rudely accused me of intentionally switching the toys, which was completely false and unprofessional. The manager clearly lacked manners and customer service skills. Even after reluctantly agreeing to exchange it, the manager told me not to open the replacement toy, even though it was obvious from the box that it still wasn t the correct one. This felt like false advertising and extremely poor service. Very disappointed.
Terrible service + Racist Manager - I visited today to purchase a few happy meals to collect the crocs toys since they do not sell the crocs toy alone. I was told the crocs toy was #17 however out of the 4 meals that I bought, I only got 3 #17 toys and 1 of them turned out to be a different toy so I kindly went to the counter to ask about this. The manager questioned me why I got a different toy their location only have one toy. I was very confused and then she also commented it s all you people . I felt like I was treated unfairly and this is touching the boundaries of racism. Very unwillingly the manager swapped my toy and then I decided to just open it at the counter and she urgently asked me not to otherwise she won t swap it for me again. It seems like she s falsely telling people they still have #17 toys. I then told her this is not the right toy. She then asked me to go back and grab the happy meal and she will refund my money. This has nothing to do with refunding. It s her attitude and the way she talks to me which made me really upset. I would like an official apology and for McDonalds to give me an explanation about this. It s really upsetting for a large corporation to have a staff on a managerial position to speak to the customer this way. I m never coming here ever again.

The self-service kiosks arent updated with what baked items are available. All muffins were available per their kiosk, so I bought a muffin+coffee combo along with other items for myself and two others. At the pickup station, I was told the Muffin I ordered wasnt available, so they told me to pick another. I picked two other muffins, rich they also said werent available. I asked for a refund then, which also ended up being a hassle to deal with. I received no apology from the person with the authority to give the refund for that part of my order, and they didnt understand my issue was that the muffin and substitute muffins I wanted werent available even though the kiosk said they had all muffins available. The person kept thinking I was simply changing my mind of not wanting a muffin. Tired of dealing with the hassle, I requested a full refund. Honestly if the person simply was apologetic about the issue and simply refunded the muffin or even just gave the muffin+coffee combo complimentary, it wouldve made the situation easier for both parties instead of having to waste both of our time and the rest of the items I ordered.

Everything about this location sucks, except for KEVIN (5 stars for KEVIN and the fresh fries he made me) Came here yesterday night around 12am, and Kevin took my order. He was super friendly and bubbly. It was such a breath of fresh air to be served by someone who was genuinely happy. I wish there were a million Kevins, like the one who works here. The world would be a much better place.
I recently had a really bad experience at this McDonalds. As a student in the area, I feel like they dont treat us well at all. Today, I went there to grab lunch and ordered a combo with a drink. When my order was ready, I got my food but didn t receive the drink. I politely told one of the employees, but they accused me of lying. To make things worse, the guy who handed me my food had already thrown away my receipt. As if that wasn t enough, I found a hair in my burger.
No self service ketchup and not provide with meals. Give you only 1 when you ask for it. No notice when they runout of kids meals toys. We specially make a trip to there, disappointed.

The most chaotic McDonald restaurant I have ever visited. It will take them 30 min to make an ice coffee and 2 ice-cream cones. Everyone is busy but they look so confused about what they are doing. I saw my order number flashing in the serving queue and all of sudden it s gone. My order was just gone until I asked.
I was writing to the McDonalds manager at the cashier this morning since I have a communication challenge, and she cut me off while she was serving another customer, putting him first before me. The manager was impolite and ignorant. McDonalds treated me disrespectfully today. Im hoping the manager will attend sensitivity training soon. She should know more about AODA customer services. Food was good and some staff are very nice and polite. Managers need to change the attitudes sometimes.

The worst customer service ever. I ordered a coffee in app, the first lady asked me to repeat the code 3 times still couldnt locate my order, when i spoke to her she just point her finger and told me next window. The second window gave me wrong item and no sorry no apology no communication at all. As the biggest company in Canada please train your employee well.

You can tell they poured hot coffee in because by the time they gave my drink, ice was pretty much melted. Dirty & sticky floor, slow, and the soda fountain almost always doesnt have either ice or coca-cola. They dont warn you before ordering a drink. Also terrible and lazy packaging. Probably one of the worst McDonalds ive ever been to. Please do better.

Dirty. We specifically came here for the play place, and my daughter was very excited. As soon as we went in, we noticed it smelled bad and looked like it had never been cleaned. My daughter went in for a minute and immediately came out as someone had peed in the play structure, and there was urine all over her socks. Disgusting.

The man attending the drive thru was probably one of the rudest people I ve ever encountered in customer service. He not only yelled at me, demanding I tell him my order but then cut me off. I asked for a medium coffee no sugar, and he barked at me saying do you want cream or not!? Then did not greet me at the window but stuck out the POS without stating the price where I said 1.25? It should be a dollar no? And he yelled it s a 1.05!! And shook the machine at me. Then after I paid he did not acknowledge me.

Drive-thru is consistently closed after hours. The McDonalds app is not updated to reflect this and the app will continue to accept orders only to be turned away when you arrive. Will not recommend if you are looking to buy here after hours.
All I ordered at this location was a coffee with three cream and three Sugar, however, all I got was a coffee. They did not put any cream or any sugar in it very disappointed.

Ordered 3 things 1. The ice cream was only 2/3 of the usual amount. I was told that this was a normal size. 2. Iced coffee, the more I ate and drank, the worse it became. Halfway through I drank it and found that the bottom was full of dregs. 3. Childrens meal plan, if you want a book or not, you can exchange it for a toy. I was not given a drink, but when I asked for a drink, I didnt know that I was given a straw, and then I asked for ketchup and paper towels. . . Ask one by one. This is the worst experience I ve had at McDonald s in more than ten years.

I went today (as Sunday) for 1pm to dine-in, there were 5 people in front of me, and only 1 cashier was working. It took 10 minutes for cashier to server that 1st customer. At this time, I didn t even bother ordering, I just walked out and grab pizza pizza instead. The speed in taking customer orders greatly needs improvement, even Tim Hortons have two cashiers taking in customers. If this is a fast food restaurant, I sincerely ask the manager in charge of this place to reflect the services provided. For time being, I am not visiting this McDonald location.

Worst experience from McDonalds. Ordered an iced coffee with 3 cream 3 sugar, guess what, there was no sugar and cream felt as if it was just 1. The staff attitude isnt good and there is no cleanliness maintained. The tables are unclean with leftovers and spills. Ive tried other Mc Donalds as well but this one isnt par with the standards. Also, not to mention the taste of coffee was like its made from swamp water...

I havent eaten at McDonald for ages and this is probably why. I stopped in to order a Coffee Frappe. It appears that this location doesnt like to take orders the old fashioned way. After standing and waiting with a few other customers, with the cooking staff running around like crazy in the back, preparing kiosk and online orders. I had to ask if they dont serve customers at the counter? Finally someone came and started taking orders. 11 mins waiting. My big Frappe order was made and it only took another 9 mins!!!! I finally get it and go on my way. I took a few sips and it seemed more like an ice coffee than crushed ice, but I couldnt be bothered to go back. This location will get no more money from me. Do better Mickey Ds!

Very poor customer service. They pull a long face when you ask for ketchup as if you were stealing their money. Coffee and fries are often not fresh and warm. Its always very noisy and crowded. Tables and toilet are not clean. Pls dont go to this McDonalds if you have a choice.

The food is good like every McDonalds. However, their service can be made better by hiring more people, I felt like they are out of staff quite often as I live nearby and go there regularly. They can do better with more people. The atmosphere is okay, but you have to face the locals who you find daily there if you go there regularly and they make much noise then you expect from a group, so I did not liked the Atmosphere much but still it was okay experience.
Self ordering. No one said hello or greet even when I walked up to the cashier. After submitting my order, I waited about 5+mins for my order. The soft drink section was sticky and dirty. The floor was also sticky. The fries were not hot and the burger was weird and plastic like.
I am a regular at McDonalds different branches and always order coffee double/double and it is only at this branch where the coffee is different or bland or coffee ground rerun. I wonder why? I wish they would improve it. Drive thru coffee seems a little better.
This location of McDonalds at Woodside Square is such a huge disappointment. My family and I just moved to the McCowan and Finch area from the Steeles and Jane area. Since our new fridge was empty and we were going out to dine with other family members at a restaurant the next day, we thought we would celebrate our first night at our new home with comfort food we have grown to love, McDonalds. We found our way to Woodside and or Drive-Through. 1 McChicken Meal, extra mayo, 1 Big Mac Meal, extra sauce in sandwich, 1 Double Filet O Fish Meal, extra tartar sauce, 1 McDouble sandwich, 20 pack of McNuggets with Mustard dipping sauce and 3 Cheeseburger Happy Meals ordered at 7:48 pm on Wednesday, May 1. After returning home, we discovered the sauce for McNuggets was missing. Our family does not eat chicken nuggets without dipping sauce. Our family has enjoyed chicken nuggets for decades with dipping sauces. It is a comfoet food thing as much as it is a flavour and moisture thing. I called the location to inform them of the error, instead of getting all the kids dressed again and loading everyone in the car and driving all the way back to McDonalds and home again and killing even more money on already expensive gas and wasting even more time. After explaining to 2 different people my increasingly sad situation, the manager on duty at the time offered me a 10 pack of McNuggets next time to replace my 20 pack of McNuggets that I was unable to enjoy with my family that evening. This incident has left me with a sour taste and an increasingly sad feeling of growing disappointment, as I do not want to double-check every order and thing I purchase from every single company I give business/revenue to. I dont have to double check my groceries to ensure they are all there. I dont have to double check my furniture and appliances to ensure the deliveries all have them upon delivery. I dont have to check to see if my oil was changed after I pay for oil change. I dont have to double check to see if gas is in my tank after I pay for fuel. I dont have to check to see if Amazon delivered my order, after I place it in the system. Why do I have to check my meal order, when 2 to 3 other people who pack my order before handing it over to me should have checked it? Why should I do work for something that I paid good money to have someone else do for me? I work full time and manage a family 5. I have enough to do without having to do the job of others. Missing my old location so much right now..

I use to visit this location frequently. Poor hand hygiene and cleanliness is visible. To say was the one of the extreme experience. A store rep left the counter while I was standing there . By the time another rep sweeping the floor come closer to the counter attend me and start serving . No gloves was in her hand and didnt hand wash. E cola kind outbreak will be soon.

I have been to this Mc Donalds multiple times in the past and almost everytime is terrible customer service from the employees to the managers. I do not think they know what customer service is. This location should be closed or they need to hire proper staff with customer service. One time at the drive Thru they have disrespected my husband really bad. Last night my husband went there and the employee was rushing him and there was no line and when he received the food they did not give him the fries with his order . This time they refuse to customize a happy meal wrap which I have done multiple times at different locations. I found that they were extremely unhelpful and felt disrespected when we were talking to the manager. Since this is a franchise we should be able to make the same customization at this location as we were able to at other locations. I do not recommend anyone go to this location it is the worst location you could ever go to.

After seeing their commercials on TV for the Avocado Ranch Wrap, we decided to order 2 combos (Wrap, Fries & Drink) for dinner tonight. It was $11.99 each + tax which came out to $27.50. (not cheap for fastfood). As we ate dinner, I noticed something.....NO Tomatoes & NO Cucumbers as stated in the ingredients. I was so angry I called the store and after several accidental hangups) got to talk to a manager. His answer was the staff member must have forgot. Not happy with that answer, however the manager took down my name and number and told me I could get 2 wraps, at my convenience for free. This store location has had BAD service for a long time. McDonalds is good. Its just not the type of food you can eat any amount of occasionally without getting very fat. They dont really have the menu that can accomodate that. But if you understand what it is, its cheap, its fast, they seem to have more contentious staff than other places, its not very high quality, you wont find any vegetables on the burgers other than the bare minimum they need to say youre not just eating beef, dough and sauce, youll feel really bad after eating more than 2 burgers. Its good.

So far, this is the worst Mcdonald store I have ever gone to. Did my orders wrong many times. Some staffs are nice and professional, but many of them are rude. Just because they are close to my house, so I have to buy stuffs here for my convenience, otherwise hell no.
Third time I came to this McDonalds, and again my order was messed up. I ask for a receipt, and I don t get one. No sauce given when asked during the order. The drive through isn t even a normal drive through. After paying for my order they almost always ask me to drive out of the drive though to park and wait for someone to bring me my order - which defeats the purpose of fast food drive through. This third time, they messed up my order again and I had to get out of my car and walk in because I was no longer in the drive through lane and had to wait for them to fix my order. When you ask for assistance they pretend to not look at you. It s very saddening, and most of the employees I see are young and look like the my don t care about the customer at all.
I put TO-Go on my meal, because Im a mother of 2 little kids so its easier for me to carry and on of there managers were really rude to me. Telling me its by law that I have to tell them that I need a bag to go or they wont give me a bag. I didnt know that and he was very rude to me definitely not coming back to this McDonalds ever again. You should definitely not mistreat your customers like this

This is the saddest looking burger I have seen in my life. I ordered a Big Mac No Meat and opted for the no cheese option as I am vegan, but made the mistake of not checking what s included (screenshot attached). I was flabbergasted when I opened the box, took me a minute to compose myself before deciding to bring it home to add my own protein. The single most important macronutrient is missing. This is not okay. I am not sure what was the thought process that went in to the person who decided it s a good idea to roll this out on the menu, I m honestly baffled by the utter lack of consideration behind this decision. If you are trying to provide an option for vegans/vegetarians, introduce a burger with a plant-based patty, people who go to fast food restaurants most likely don t have the time to prepare their own food, that s why they go to you. You are in the industry of feeding people. If you don t care about what you are feeding people, then you really shouldn t be in it. You can do better. Vegetarian options: Don t bother
