I purchased the chicken Calamri and my God its uncooked and few for meal

went tonight around 8:30 pm. The food was extremely cold and the chicken was not cooked at all.

The worst place in Scarborough town centre I order today chicken souvlaki but the chicken not cooked good and the rice too not cooked never go again there I wasted my money I spent 20 dollars very bad food i thought the food

Worst customer experience over the phone, if you re going to place an order for a party call when they open, had to yell over the phone so they could hear me, the background noise was louder than their voice, then they hung up mid sentence. Said they could fill an order in 2 hours called back and their decision changed to no with a very rude tone, I understand they work in a busy environment but don t have someone quote one thing and then change your minds.

I used to love this place when I was younger. Just arrived back in Canada after more than a decade and noticed every single workers was Indian. The entire food court was filled with Indians as well. This was jarring since I just came back from New Delhi. Order three pork souvlakis and took it home. The meat was small portions and very dry compared to before, and then all three members of my family got stomach cramps and diarrhea... I looked online and see there is a crisis of non-integrating Indian immigrants now. Just thinking about the food handling practices I saw daily in India and that becoming the norm here is making my blood run cold. To add insult to injury, it cost almost $50 for three poisoned meals and Delhi belly. I would avoid unless your already used to sub-standard hygienic practices.

I had to come on here and say thank you for the absolutely wonderful dinner that you catered to my party, food was on point , chicken was nicely seasoned and cooked, all very big generous pieces of chicken. Well done ! I ordered the chicken souvlaki,rice, potatoes,salad, all were party sized full trays and nicely packed. Thank you kindly, been a Jimmy customer since the 90s.

Jimmy the Greek has very fresh food, vegetables and efficientcy with a smile. Today I enjoyed a Greek salad with a chicken Souvlaki and a spanakopita. This is a fantastic operator thats bringing high quality products and good portions! Thank you very much for a fantastic lunch Opa! Parking: Covered parking and a clear walkway during snowfall to the mall entrance is very helpful.

Great food and amazing customer service!

Love their Chicken Meal served with rice, potatoes, and salad. You can ask to pour gravy on the chicken. Dont forget to get celery and carrots, which is part of the ingredients you can ask for. Try their pork souvlaki in pita bread with tomatoes and onions. Its good. Quick service. Parking by the mall.

I was given the wrong kind of meat and didnt realize until I was at my car. Quick service but these mistakes shouldnt happen.

We ordered chicken souvlaki combo. We took the food out and had it at home. Salad is good, chicken is not properly cooked. Potato was horrible.

If I could I d give 0 stars. The food has gone from bad to worst as well as the service. Raw shrimp and absolutely tasteless food. Hard potatoes and rice. I ordered the shrimp combo they said it would take 5 mins to cook they came out in less then 1 min. The customer service is horrible and in my experience I called and spoke to someone whom said to only bring in my receipt the day after then when I went in they actually wanted me to keep the food overnight and bring it in. I came in with the receipt the following day and they lied and said they told me to bring the food which they didn t. And on top of that they said come in the day after with the food (3 days later) like I have time to waste. Please avoid this restaurant.

Ive been going to this location for many years, because its close to my home. They are VERY stingy with the salad portions! I dont understand why! It is now $15 for a salad and chicken fillet....today, they gave me 2 olives, 5 pieces of cucumber, and 5 pieces of tomato, and thats because I asked for more, if I didnt it would be less....its ridiculous...better service at Fairview Mall or Pickering locations. Avoid them if you can! Its the worse ever! And the staff are unfriendly and dont care. Wish I had taken a photo before eating....

Man... 15 bucks for half a cup of rice, a chicken kebab and some salad? Wow! Forget this! Ill stick with zobra the Greek. They are way more generous with the portion and cheaper too! Food is much better as well. Forget this over expensive franchise! Never again.

Bought from this location all the time, even with their poor service and small portions. But, I can not keep buying from here after they served me spoiled food. If you want to eat fresh and delicious food, dont go here!

The staff here threw an absolute fit when I asked them to replace the lettuce portion of the me with literally any other vegetable. I understand times are tough, but Ive never encountered another business willing to verbally abuse a customer over asking for more tomatoes or onions.

It was a nice surprise to see that even with current food prices, they have maintained decent size meals with competitive prices. The only constructive criticism and the reason food is 4 stars is the change on the feta chesse. The new feta cheese has barely flavor, and it is funny looking, I guess it is cheaper and probably the solution to keep meals size and price. In that case I think it is a reasonable solution and I can leave with it. I would definitely eat again here.

Two completely dry pieces of lamb leg for $21 and when you ask for some meat juice in order to not choke on the extremely overcooked dry meat......they refused!!!!! This place if way far from anything Greek.

Orders canceled, and no one picks up the phone. Whoever is on staff today needs to be spoken to. Listed as open, open on all delivery apps and just ignoring orders until the system itself cancels. Not impressed at all.

Today I went to Jimmy the Greek Restaurant. I ordered my usual leg of lamb combo. The first server was pleasant enough BUT a second server took over, she proceeded to take the salad off my take out tray (as this particular server usually does, as if the extra leaf of lettuce will increase their profit). I cannot hide my dismayed look she wrapped it in a bag hastily. When I got home the leg of lamb was not on the take out tray (this is the second time she did this to me)! I drove back to Scarborough Town Center, Jimmy the Greek Restaurant to speak with the manager BUT HE QUICKLY BRUSH ME OFF, and stated, I cannot talk to you! he quickly walked away and hid in the corner! My point: the work culture and customer service at this particular franchise has the worst customer service in the 45 years I am dealing with different stores through the years. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE A CHANCE TO DISRESPECT YOU! I will avoid Jimmy the Greek Restaurant at Scarborough Town Center GIVEN THEIR TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER TO THE SERVERS! By the way these people don t know how to apologize for their mistake these people are beyond rude and disrespectful!

Been a regular customer here. Used to love this place but their quality and quantity has gone down. Sometimes you get a good serving of potatoes, sometimes you don t. The last 3 times the rice has been over cooked(too much water). These are basics. You guys can do better.

Yesterday around 6 pm,I was at scarborough town centre, which is about 15 kilometers away from my place of residence. My husband and I was very tired and went to jimmy the greek to eat. First of all, the quality of the food with all Jimmy the greek branches is so high,such as Vaughan mills , Centerpoint ,Hillcrest,...but in scarborough town centre was completely different and very poor quality. After I ordered my food, I asked them to give me empty plate as usual!!And they told me firmly and seriously with a frown, if you pay, we will give you an extra plate, and if you want to get the money back, you have to come back tomorrow!and talk to the manager !!!!it was interesting and seemed really funny was that I really thought they were playing a joke on me, that is, only this one branch treats its customers like this, unlike all the other branches, and do I have to go back and forth for about 30 kilometers in order to not have an empty plate and get my money back I will solve this funny problem an extra plate, and all three ladies who were there treated me with a behavior that was beyond the behavior of customer-oriented personnel for not giving me an extra plate. And finally after a long discussion and asking for an extra plate!!!! They did me a favor!!and said that this will be the first and last time!!!! that we will give to an empty plate!!!!!!! They wouldnt give me my money back, otherwise I wouldnt be so upset for an empty plate! I am happy that all the other branches that I mentioned have high quality food and very good behavior.

Today I ordered food from jimmy the Greek , And I was surprised with the portion how small it was . Like u pay for a plate more than 30$ to get 2 skewers of thigh chicken very small and dry pieces. With 2 potatoes. Trust me guys the pieces of the chicken is like veryyyy tiny . And you feel like the food is old . I will never order from jimmy anymore .

Con: Brown wilted salad with small piece of dry chicken, and salty soggy potatoes. Dried salty spanakopita. Pro: Didnt order more. Vegetarian options: Salad-reddish iceberg lettuce, red onions, olives, cucumbers, sparing pieces of carrots. Salty soggy potatoes. Dietary restrictions: Most places will accommodate special dietary requests. Parking: LOTS of parking surrounding Scarborough Town Centre. Just dont expect to park near Cineplex and upper level of the food court because its closed for construction. Wheelchair accessibility: The mall is wheelchair accessible with elevators, push-button automatic doors, and handicap assessible washrooms. Suggestion: Motion sensing automatic entry doors at mall entrances and washrooms would be more convenient and safer, especially with COVID and flu and cold seasons.

Just under $18 a meal and they have the audacity to want to charge more for extra cucumbers or sauce. These workers are out of there mind beyond stingy acting like it will come out of their pay check, I recommend you don t go to the Scarborough town centre location bunch of stingy peasant workers.

today I ordered a chicken fillet pita. On a pita, there were several letuce, onion, tomato and sour sauce, then several pieces of chicken. The chicken was a little bit dry, and the vegetable was very limited. Would be better off order a subway grilled chicken.

I have been a regular costumer here for years but the quality has drastically gone down. The chicken is tasteless and dry, the rice is mushy, the salad isnt fresh and the potatoes are not seasoned.

Jimmy the greek in this particular place is almost always inferior to other places like the one in eaton centre.

I work nearby and come to this location often for my morning break - spanokopita (spinach pie) and a beautifully heaping side of tzatziki (smeared on top like jam)!!!

Really disappointed with the portion i understand its covid time but why punish the customers willing to spend money at your restaurant i even had to pay extra for feta cheese on a greek salad that should already be on the order just to get the amount that would already be there if it wasnt covid time. This is not cool i will never eat here again. I recomend anyone willing to spend money on food in the food court to go to another food stall as Im sure they will give you what your paying for . Cutting amounts or portions will always push customers away and not bring them back.

So incredibly rude. After standing in line for 10 minutes and finally being the next one to order, the Indian lady tells me they re closed. Mind you there was plenty of food left. A full tray of potatoes, souvlaki etc. There was also a huge line behind me. It was 7:02pm on a Friday. Instead of having people wait there in line, she could have let everyone know that they would be closing soon. All that food will either be thrown out or served the next. My guess is that they ll be serving the old food tomorrow. There was lots.

I just brought chicken dinner and customer service is terrible. I ask one piece of salmon it cost $10 for very small piece , I said that s expensive the lady told me I go to another Jimmy the Greek and buy my food. I do go to another Jimmy the Creek and the service is excellent. I will never never recommend Jimmy the Greek in Scarborough Town Centre to none of my friend or families.
