Wonderful experience every time here. Food is tasty and always fresh. The owner is really sweet and generous, he offered me a complimentary parantha and rice on the house with my meal. Highly recommend! Dietary restrictions: It s halal :) Parking: Parking isn t the greatest, expect to park in nearby side road if parking lot is full.

My husband and I ordered chicken karahi and plain paratha. We took the food home and with great expectation opened those. We never ever had such worst karahi in our life. It tastes sour, smells sour, very few small pieces of chicken (about half inch to 1 inch size) that were grilled. Full of tomatoes, tomato paste and yogurt. Paratha is like a roti. No oil put to fry it. I will recommend not to go to the restaurant.

Usually their Biryani was good as I was already buying it, but this time while I bought a big tray of Biryani, it was old from a day and rice was not cooked properly made me sick. Please check the quality of rice before buying big trays.

Convenient location at Eglinton/Midland/Danforth Rd. intersection. Parking is limited, Takeout is the best way to enjoy their meals. We really enjoy the biriyani, great price for Biriyani platter. We have been back several times, and would recommend trying their specials.

Have been enjoying consistently delicious food from Ghareeb for many, many years, since I used to go there with my Father for takeout. The owner & son are very kind & courteous. Favourite meals: ALL Biryanis (!), Channa/Chick Pea Curry, Chicken Boti, Chicken Samosas, Butter Chicken, & Beef Chapli Kebab which I tried for the first time today through Skip the Dishes. Many more dishes to try, but I have bad habit of sticking to favourites! Mango Shake & Masala Chai are lovely!

Had high hopes after seeing the reviews and ordered Chicken Tikka Wrap but it did not meet up to my expectations as the paratha and chicken was not fresh and seemed as it was made and served from the previous day.

BBQ biryani was good. Their speciality is biryani so try to stick with it. Paratha roll was not that impressive. Overall very good food and service.

Got the takeaway chicken biriyani for 7.97$,it was one of the best biriyanis I ever had, great price and the portions is also soo large, its more than enough for a single person. The owner is also so nice and sweet. If u wann try authentic biriyani taste I recommend this place.

I was completely amazed by the service, hospitality, and the amazing Hyderabadi biryani prepared by Muneer uncle! Hes genuinely the sweetest and most generous person ever! My wife drove all the way from Mississauga to pick up the biryani, and we couldnt have asked for better service or food. Muneer uncle and his team have such big hearts and make food that just wins over your heart. I cant recommend trying this out enough; itll definitely leave you with a huge smile! Were absolutely planning to come back again.

I have tried the Chiken Boti roll and the chiken Tikka biryani here. The biryani was amazing and was flavourful with marinated chicken. It was a bit oily for me. The chicken boti roll was also simple yet tasty. Just a suggestion to add more of the sauce inside. The best thing about this place is their staff. They are so kind and their hospitality is top notch. Its a takeout place so if you are in a group dont plan to eat it over there.

I used to go here alot when I lived in Scarborough. I happened to be visiting, and I decided to go to Ghareeb Nawaz after a few years. The food is just as good as it was a few years ago! I was able to call and place an order. I ordered the Dum Biryani, Channa Masala and their mango madness drink (basically mango lassi with ice cream and whipped cream. It was sooo good!). All the food was delicious; it was definitely worth the 40 minute drive on my part. Honestly, you can order anything from here and the food would be good. The prices are unbeatable, and the service was fantastic. The gentleman who took my call was patient and kind. The service was fast as well. On a side note, if you are calling to place an order, let them know when youll reach just because the store does close for a short bit during prayer times.

Absolutely disgusting food! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE! I ordered beef biryani, and I got tomatoe rice. AND the most atrocious thing was that I found chicken in my beef biryani. These people must have removed the chicken and added beef pieces. I was so shocked to see this.

I like their chicken Biryani but it is not the best one. Shrinkflation is at work. The serving is now getting Smaller. They dont clean the floor. It is sticky.

Ordered Dum biryani and chicken paratha Roll. Both had a decent taste and prices was also reasonable. Place could be little bit more cleaner. My advise to the owner to make the place little cleaner and vibrant.

Ive been going to Ghareeb Nawaz Restaurant Halal Restaurant for awhile now where you are always welcome with a smile and the food is absolutely delicious. They do have amazing spice mouthwatering biryanni.

Firstly, its a takeout place. However, you get a two-seater bench if you want a sit-out. Dont expect any amenities other than plates, spoons and tissues. Compared with Hyderabad biryani, this would be much less spicy and subtle in flavour. Ask Spicy to feel some kick. I was a bit disappointed as the rice flavour was plainer and didnt take the chicken or biryani spices or masala flavour. Overall, its a decent Pakistani-style biryani.

I recently visited this restaurant and I have to say I was blown away! The ambiance was cozy and inviting, the service was attentive and friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. From the appetizers to the mains, everything was cooked to perfection with the perfect balance of flavors. I particularly loved the chicken tikka biryani (boneless). The portions were hearty and satisfying, and there were plenty of options available as well. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great take out & catering experience. Tried chicken biryani and boti kabab roll as suggested by the guy who was at the counter. The taste and quantity was exceptional. Their biryani is lajawaab!! Authentic Pakistani flavour

Mutton Biryani, Chicken Dum biryani and Chicken Tikka biryani are proper with authentic taste and masala not just white rice unlike other places. Omair (owner) is very humble and welcoming. Highly recommended if looking for real Indian biryani in Scarborough.
