While on vacation in Ontario we were looking for a halal wing spot and this restaurant satisfied our cravings! We had lunch here and it was amazing! The staff were friendly and the wings were super tasty, I would recommend the BBQ and hot wings. :)

On Sunday, we decided to grab some pizza with the kids. Unfortunately, our experience was less than satisfactory. Firstly, their customer service and behavior left much to be desired. Secondly, the pizza was undercooked, with some parts remaining raw. The kids werent fond of the wings either due to an excess of honey garlic. All in all, I can firmly say that this will be our first and last time ordering pizza and wings from them.

Avoid this pizza place, please don t waste your money here. Pizza was bland and lacked flavour. Making it one of the worst meals I ever had and the employees displayed poor food handling practices, including one individual cleaning their nose with their hand in the store.

Try to stay away from this place, they will do their best to over charge you on everything.

The best pizza in GTA and rapid customer service. My suggestion is to go with white sauce in the base, ground beef and tandoori chicken for toppings. Love the honey garlic wings. Food

Good Pizza, good wings, however the wait times are terrible! Every time I call them they will say 20 or 30 minutes. The pizza is always late by 10-15 minutes. Two times in the past month I ve gone in and they haven t even put the pizza in the oven yet. If it will take time because you re busy, just let the customer know hey 40-45 minutes instead of saying 20 minutes when you know it won t be ready.

Wow so delicious wings, best wings in TORONTO. Pizza was equally one of the best. Should include thin crest, my personal fav. But the options were good. Deals were superb in combos

Lady who took order is very rude .not only this time all the time we ordered she is like that .seems like she has no customers experience wht so ever.we ordered part size pizza and an extea large pizza .it was as thing as a paper we didnt ask for a thin crust .and it was so soggy . Ordered party size pizza half cheese half chicken what a rip off there was barely any chicken .you guys r charging 24$ and we asked half cheese and still you couldnt add proper potion of chicken to other half.

Friday special - 6 chicken nuggets, fries and a pop. Instead of picture size chicken nuggets, they gave me very small size 5 pieces of thin chicken, theyre not nuggets. Be careful of their/owners sweet talks.

Pizza is good but the fried chicken burger is basicaly 2 chicken strips instead of a chicken pattie.

Very boring Pizza. My kid wanted pizza so I got 2 slices. Very boring pizza. The dough had no taste. Some salt or other ingreditents to enhance flavour would be nice. The tomatoe sauce was almost non existant. The shop itself has stuff lying all over the place. Pizza boxes stacked all over the place where customers would be. You should take pride in your establishment. Spend some time cleaning up the place and make it more pleasent looking where customer may enjoy their meal. Felt like ordering a pizza inside a warehouse instead of a pizza shop. I wont be going there again.

Decent pizza and wings

The delivery guy was late 1 and a half hour and also forgot to bring our pop. The pizza was cold when it arrived. This was the first and last time I ordered from this place. I will not be recommending this place to anyone else.

Ordered at 6 pm for pickup. They say it ll take 30 minutes. I come at 7 and they haven t even begun making the food yet. I would have gone elsewhere to get iftar but they kept saying 10 more minutes until 8:06 pm, which was maghrib time. When I pointed that out that it took TWO HOURS to make my food the employee laughed and said it isn t their fault. The owner was right behind him seeing all this and said nothing. Disgraceful jahil ignorant behaviour from a so-called Muslim business owner. Not even an apology, acting like what they did was okay. Owner and employee should both be ashamed of themselves. You deserve to go out of business. You are a disgrace.

Today we ordered from here, Waseem and Zubair made the order as we expected. We asked for wings and pizza combo with pizza to be extra SPICY pizza and so it is what we got. Extremely extremely delicious. So happy to find this spot where they listen to the orders carefully and serve the customers exactly as they ordered. Complete garbage. I ordered a halah pizza for my daughters birthday party, all the kids were waiting for it. It took 2 hours to arrive and it was cold when it came, not only that the Pizza was the worst cheapest quality pizza I have seen in my life. You put the whole party at risk & your pizza was cheap junk. Do not order from these people. Low quality pizza, low quality service.

Very rude owner and his wife! Overcharged on a delivery order...had to accept due to guests...when complained they agreed to adjust in next visit. Called today and the owner refused it altogether! I have disputed the charge to my credit card company and will get my money back...but they have lost a long time customer! In addition, they have made my pizza with wrong toppings multiple times in the past... Very bad customer service and zero business sense in these folks! There are so many other halal pizza joints in Scarborough! Avoid these folks if you can!

My first time trying their pizza. I was searching for halal options and this place was the first or second listing. I went through reviews and saw good things so I decided to try them out. I got a large cheese only pizza and one veggie pizza with onions, green peppers, hot peppers and pineapple as well as honey garlic wings. The pizzas were amazing. The sauce tasted great, cheese actually had a taste to it and they had ample toppings on the pizza. The cheese pizza had that ooey, gooey goodness to it that a cheese only pizza should have. The wings were also great tasting. Seating is limited but the interior of the restaurant was clean and organized and the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. If definitely come back again, although they are 130km from my home!

Not cooked properly

Hello guys. We ordered 15 wings with the BBQ sauce last week they gave the wings like the picture that I added to this review.They kept like 500 gms of sauce in just 15 wings when I saw those wings it s not like wings with sauce it s like wings in the sauce. We can t eat them right so we kept in the dust bin. We called them they told us to come back next day but we went there like after two days these two guys said like we won t give because you didn t come next day. Its not my mistake and the next thing is the two guys that I posted picture are not even concerning my problem. They are saying like it s our restaurant we will give you like that only if you want eat otherwise don t take. Is it the way they speak with customers? I recommend don t buy from restaurant where these type of workers exist. It s the worst restaurant and customer service I have ever seen in all over the world.

I ordered a pizza like couple days back. We were two people and both of us had cramps bad bad stomach since we ate it. I saw people working without gloves. How can they be so careless. Someone should complain about them to authorities. Very unhygienic.

These guys dont care about customer service at all. Restaurant is a total chaos when they get several orders at the same time. Waited for two sharmas for more than thirty minutes. Nothing special at all!!!

Food alright. It s either a hit or miss depending who is in the back prepping. Timing is terrible with this store. Came here on multiple occasions and it s closed early. huh? I don t know how or why they close before their time and why they don t update their google before leaving earlier than business hours.(henceforth the 1 star due to terrible unreliability) I would not recommend going here unless you are in the area and you see the owner and his wife in the back. In my opinion not worth the 50/50 possibility.

Best place to refill yourself with halal fast food. Ive tried Pizza, onion rings, fries , steaks on Fries and Chicken hot wings. All of these were awesome. They have all the range of spices, it depends on your order whether you need spicy or non-Spicy. Im a visitor from Middle East and take the best taste memories with me.

My family loves Nugget Pizza. It is conveniently located about 10 minutes away from us so it is our go-to pizza place. The quality and taste have consistently been excellent no matter when we have ordered from them and they are very good with their hygiene practices. I have never found a single hair in my food or anything off about the food in the years that we have been visiting them. Customer service is great and they can usually be accessed by phone. Price is reasonable, on the lower end. Love this place, highly recommend the meat lovers pizza.

Recently, the quality of pizzas has went down. Specifically, the quantity of cheese and the thicknesses of the crust. Moreover, the customer service is fishy:, they provide the receipt on demand only, which is not a standard practice.

prolly some of the best wings I ve gotten in the area. ask for extra and you re golden. pizza is decent as well but the wings are amazing.

I ordered cheese pizza . As always it was great. The cheese was lightly melted and the crust was just right. I decided to try steak on fries . It was nice but I felt like it needed melted cheese . It seemed like some cheese had been sprinkled on top. I would definitely visit again.

This place has gone downhill considerably since the beginning of the Pandemic lockdown. It seems to be a combination of a shortage of manpower and poor customer service. My last take out order from there (4 shawarma sandwiches) was positively inedible. Sad. Their food was OK at the beginning of 2021.

Good food the pizza and wings are very nice. However, please work on your customer service. I made order on phone and the sister on the line would not let me speak and telling to hurry up. This is not how its done. Also, I asked for well-done PIZZA and she cut the phone on me. Disrespectful!!. Work on your customer service please. Listen to what we are saying. We are patience with you guys ( keeping us on hold for 7-8 min) but then you want us customer to hurry up. Not acceptable. We are enjoying your food but you guys should give a good customer experience so we feel happy and would want to come again. This is my experience. Other than that amazing halal place and great food

Ordered large pizza with chicken wings. Pizza was good but salami appeared to be undercooked. Chicken is counted as two toppings - probably only happens in Toronto. Chicken wings were overcooked and did not taste that great.

The food was made fast and it tasted really good, you can order easily and get your pizza for a good price, the customer service was very nice and polite. Their service was also fast. Overall they had amazing service and the food tasted good. And yes I would 100% go again

Terrible customer service, the woman who took my order was rude and impatient, seemed annoyed with me as soon as I walked in, as i was placing my order i almost just left but i saw good reviews so i wanted to try it, online they say pizzas come with 4 toppings and a dip, in store they give you attitude when you ask why they only do 3 toppings and no dip, when i went to check if my order was ready it was just left on a counter. Im a local and go regular to another place and gave this one a try but i would 100% prefer somewhere else that will treat you like an actual customer not a nuisance.

The order taker who picked up the phone took down my order and then hung up without asking me if it was delivery or pickup. When I called back to tell her it was meant to be a delivery she was extremely rude and said I should have told her it was a delivery. I told her she didn t give me the chance to tell her or ask me. She started blaming me and saying I should have told her and cancelled my order.

Update: Pizza was delicious but however, Whenever I ordered veggie pizza with toppings. I opened the box and saw that some requested toppings werent put on the pizza. I recommend double checking your pizza and whatever else youve asked for before you pay to make sure its the right type of pizza youve requested or go to another halal pizza shop.
