Flavors, freshness of ingredients, well-executed each dish altogether is delicious and healthy. We are regular customers of this place.

I am very disappointed!! We ordered a platter once before from here and we were very impressed so we thought for dinner tonight we should try something else from their menu In the photo is a sad excuse for chicken pakoras. How are these tiny little balls chicken pakoras and also $7.99?!! They are basically the meat from one chicken kabob made into little balls and being charged this outrageous price. We also got two beef kabobs with salad and naan and that seems reasonable for the price. Sad to say, this was going to be my go-to kabobs spot, but the chicken pakoras portions and price were not on par with what I expected pretty disappointed with this

Best breakfast. The paya is very good. Imran is a very good host. He is ageless, he hasnt changed in the last five years :)

The guy that works there is a nice guy. But brother you cant charge me $15 for a chicken kabob. Ridiculous. If you want to eat here, make sure you pay right after you order, so you dont get trapped with the prices.

We ordered a grill mixed platter. In the menu, it looked like a good quantity good for atleast 3 people. But in fact when it came to the table, the quantity was too low. Also the taste wasnt good. We felt like the meat wS kept in for a long time.

This place is the worst. The owner is super rude. The food quality is just worse. I ordered Chicken karahi, Dhal Makhini and Chana Masala, they were all the worse. When I paid I said to owner about the worst quality food, instead of apologizing, she was mad and she very pissed off. In short, don t waste your money here.

Their chicken tandoori and Chapli kebab were amazing. Me and my friends loved it a lot. Their service and the atmosphere was very good. In sweet we ordered gulab jamun, which were very soft and juicy. I recommend every one to try it,especially gulab jamun. Its the most delicious sweet I have ever had.

I would definitely say that this restaurant is amazing . I never thought that something can taste this good. I went their with my friend group. The atmosphere,Food,Services everything was literally outstanding and perfect. We ate halwa puri and naan haleem in the breakfast. And I will definitely recommend every one to atleast try this restaurants food once whenever you get the chance. After our breakfast we ordered some tea and it boosted all of us. Because of studies we all were so tired because our exams were just some days away and we hadnt prepared everything and no one slept the last night also. Great spot and find! We went to this place with intentions of only having Nihari which was very good but felt their kebabs and BBQ items are their speciality. We had their beef kebabs which were fabulous (it is also Halal)! Their service was great and attentive. Decent amount of seating space and also parking in the small plaza. Will come again!

One of the best best food in canada i can challenge. I have my youtube channel i love cooking. But his food unbelievable.. paya , nihari, lamb chops, and my favourite lahori channa .. aaloo naan o my god.. and on top of the customer service by owner Imran and his family. The food was fantastic. The chicken curry was great. I would surely recommend to everyone.

We visit as a large group and I booked the night before. I asked them if it was a suitable place for a special dinner and a large group, they said yes. The positive reviews here were also kind of misleading. They took almost two hours to serve the food. The table was small for 13-people and right beside the bathroom. They were so confused while taking order and overall it was disappointing. The platters were just a single serving food spread out in a bigger plate. Paid $400 for a very disorganized and poorly done dinner.

I am changing my review unfortunately. We go there for their nihari. But a month ago in nihari, they provided only one regular piece of meat. 2 other pieces were like meat .5 cm size. Its unfair.

Vegetarian food was disappointing.

The lamb biryani was extremely pathetic. It lacked any flavour or taste. The biryani had only tasteless lumps of rice with barely any pieces of Lamb. The quality has degraded to a great extent. I would rather suggest people to have the instant noodles from Walmart than wasting your money at this restaurant. Had no other option than disposing everything to the garbage. Would never recommend to anyone!

I am not a person to put reviews, and that too a bad one. But in my whole life I have never had had to eat food which was so tasteless. We ordered chicken korma and it was just a watery gravy with no taste at all. We went to the restaurant after a very long time but the place did not fail to disappoint us again.

Came for takeout, first time trying the place. Got a veg combo and chicken tikka masala. What a disappointment and waste of money. Food quality/ freshness/ quality and quantity were a failure. It s like they want the business to fail or don t think their customers have any idea what they are ordering. Amazing food! Their Naan is always freshly made and tastes amazing. 100% recommend. Very friendly staff as well.

I would give it 0 star if I could. The portions have gotten extremely small. The rice was bland and the meat lacked flavour. At one time no one could beat the quality and taste but recently their food has lacked flavour, quality or quantity.

the price they have in their website is not the price I have paid. I took a breakfast and one nihari with a nan, cost 40$. also the chana/ chole was not freshly cooked. it was slimy and smelly.

Such a good experience, we went with all our family and had a blast! They served us promptly with chai and halwa puri and everything was so well prepared. Very good to see a desi restaurant doing well with their food AND service. They serve halwa puri until 2 pm, don t miss it! Also, their chaai gives you the home feeling and is very well cooked - almost like doodh patti.

On Sunday, January 7th, I dined with friends and family at the establishment and unfortunately encountered an unpleasant experience. I want to caution future patrons about undisclosed additional charges for small portions of side salads, a customary inclusion with meals. Regrettably, these salads, if ordered separately, incur exorbitant fees in comparison to the modest portion served. The lack of transparency and unexpectedly high costs have led me to the decision not to patronize this establishment any longer.

Best Pakistani food hands down! Clean and very hospitable. Had nihari and lamb biryani yumm!!. Naan was nicely cooked, and not burnt. Also had the chicken corn soup, and that was also delicious. Will come back for sure!

Scrumptious is the best word to describe our wonderful experience with Sultan BBQ and Grill. The portions are very generous. Hands down the Best Chicken Pulao in GTA!!! Food was catered for 60-70 people and it was hot and delicious. Imran (owner) went above and beyond for a surprise and delight experience and genuinely demonstrated what authentic hospitality looks like!!! Extremely pleased with our experience.

The lamb biryani, and the bihari kabab tasted quite good. The bihari kabab came with a small platter of salad and 1 naan. This portion was small. The lamb biryani had a very big portion size. We also got the Qorma. It tasted okay. Overall the food was well made, not too greasy except for the Qorma. The service time was average. The restaurant looked clean.

It was an amazing experience in the sultan restaurant. The test of biryani s was awesome. Even staff is good enough. They are very cooperative and considerate.

We went for the first time in Ramadan 2023. The ambience is nice. Good space to dine in. We ordered 4 big trays of chicken biriyani for iftaar. The biriyani taste was good and was enough for 20ppl/ tray, as the owner mentioned. Price was very reasonable as well. Owner and his wife are very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely return to try other dishes here and also to dine in.

Yesterday I got a chance to visit this place, very clean place. Staff is very warm and welcoming. Food was so delicious. Every single dish was yummy, they took their time to make sure that is perfect. I loved it. It was the best experience.

This establishment is run by very unprofessional, rude staff, and a bunch of ignorant kids. 3 adults we walked in around 9 pm on a weekday. A very young girl in hijab was cleaning tables, she acknowledged our presence at the door so she seated us at a table and right away went on whispering to another girl who also was wearing a head cover. After the whispering was done, the second girl literally ran to our table YELLING these EXACT WORDS, ( THIS IS A HALAL RESTAURANT THIS DRINK IS NOT HALAL).!!! My daughter had just bought a large cup of ice tea from STARBUCKS and she brought it into the restaurant. When this rude girl yelled at us this is a HALAL restaurant, right away I asked her what do you mean its a HALAL restaurant?, did you think we were bringing alcohol with us?. She started changing the topic saying ( oh no I didnt mean it this way, but we dont allow outside drinks). SO WHAT DOES HALAL HAVE TO DO WITH OUTSIDE DRINKS???... Or are you being racist, because it was very clear in your tone and your choice of words that you meant it in a racist way, otherwise you wouldnt be bringing halal into the topic. Maybe next time you should put up a notice on the door saying this restaurant is for halal-eating people only. As for the food its not any different or any better than other restaurants. Many Indian and Pakistani restaurants serve much better food. And for the very poor treatment, the insault, and prices they charge, we agreed defenetly we wouldnt go back. The atmosphere and ambience was very depressing the whole time we were sitting there they kept playing loud religious prayers, which made us feel we were being forced to listen to it. The washroom was very dirty and the place felt unwelcoming. Its very clear that this restaurant is discriminating between customers IT IS NOT all inclusive, people who operate business in this manner MUST understand that they are NOT operating back home no wonder even all the reviews are written by people from the same background. A one star rating is too generous. REPLY to the owner. Thank you for taking the time to answer back. I understand you have the right to prohibit outside drinks, but that has nothing to do with halal. Also, what you call music is not considered music because it was all translated into English on the screen and clearly its all islamic religious prayers/songs. Good Food Quality

Food is so good and delicious

Waited over 45 minutes after paying and being seated. We were told that we did not pay, we showed the waitress our receipt and she promptly told us our food was being made. It was clear that our food was NOT yet made after waiting over half an hour. Then finally 20 minutes later our appetizers were brought out. I did not expect to deal with this when taking my parents out to dinner. Absolutely Ridiculous.

Fresh, hot, delicious food. Excellent naan. I would definitely recommend the appetizers, biryani and chicken.

What I like about this restaurant was you put the Allah sign and I think you put the Hazrat Muhammad as well. The biryani and the Karahi was okay, and maybe you should improve it like put some spices, make it more like a salany than just tomato sauce. The washrooms were horrible because your toilet was not clean.

The Food was good. I had the chicken briyani and the chick pees curry (I forgot the name) but ya it was delicious. And the garlic Naan was on point as well. And more than anything I loved the service and the atmosphere.

Didn t even get a chance to try the food to give it a review. We had reservations for 10am for a family of 10. It s 10:17 and no one is still there. Totally unacceptable. If you could not be open for 10am then don t take any reservations (half the family travelled from Brampton)

We ate couple of times from Sultan Grill. Their food was delicious and quality vs cost was justified. We also ordered catering and the taste, packing, timing was spot on. Imran Bhai ensured food was ready to go 15 mins before committed time. I would highly recommend Sultan Grill for parties and individual dine in plus catering.

The experience at Sultan BBQ and Grill was amazing! The karahi chicken was the best item on the menu, which our whole family loved. We loved Sana, who was very welcoming and had great service. Highly recommend to others and we will be ordering again!

There was a small problem with the food and we informed the owner/manager. She apologized and offered us to change the whole platter. It was a nice gesture. The owner showed real gratitude to us. Really happy for her behavior and service. Recommended. Parking: Location wise nice.

We recently had dine-in experience. Owners were very welcoming and nice. Customer service was excellent. However, when it come to food, it wasnt anything extraordinary. We had meat special menu for two. Price has gone up quite a bit than what we saw online, and pop was removed from the menu. Their Biryani was okay. But nothing special to warren a re-visit. Sikh kabob was the same. We chose veal quorma as our protein, it was more like a home made beef. Maybe our home made taste a bit better than them to be honest. Hehe. Anyways, a nice little restaurant, if anyone wants to visit them. But do not expect very high of them. Google review has surprisingly very high rating. Doesnt really make sense. If this store was in the middle of no where then 4 would have made sense. But in Scarborough where you have sooooo many options... I am surprised they earned over 3.5 stars

Very good biryani and other south asian food

Probably the worst Pakistani food I ve ever had. Decided to pick some food up on a weekday evening. Overall everything was flavorless from Chicken Biryani to Bihari kabab and also chicken korma. Bihari kabab was undercooked and the biryani wasn t aromatic at all and tasted bland. Usually never leave reviews but was compelled to in this case as the food did NOT match expectations one would have initially after seeing the ambience of the place. Would not recommend.

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of their food. Their weekly specials are good value for money. Their Biryani is a must try.

The lady s behavior is rude.

I ordered one full platter and one half Karachi goat curry. I was been charged for a full goat curry. When I asked the owner why should pay for full when I ordered half, she argued and said we served you full. Portions of karahi are way too small to be considered as a full karahi!! It was less than half a karahi!!

The Chicken karahi is best.

As we were waiting for the food and watching the mouthwatering food photography on the store screen, I was hoping the food is as good as the pics there. And it was indeed very delicious and had nostalgic back homish taste. Chapli kabab, Bihari kebab, biryani and more, shared with my mom, sis and family, all awesome. The young female owner was also very delightful to speak with. Great culinary experience!

Got take out there and they put my food in an used container. The container had left overs of a different dish ut was all old and crusty too it was disgusting. Made me almost gag once I figured it out. My food was on top and the old food was under it ane all around the edges. Never went back there again. Pity because I just started going there and the food was ok but after this experience I stopped.

The food was absolute disaster. The chili chicken curry was cooked in canned tomato puri with no taste at all. I dont like reviewing the food with bad comments. However; this have to be reported. Please avoid if you can. The chicken cubes were screaming out loud that they are atleast week old.

We had breakfast - puri, chole, aloo bhaji, pickle and sweet. It was very delicious. Highly recommended. This breakfast option is available only during weekends. Go for it.

Great service, great taste. The size and amount of food served is also satisfactory. We ordered some kebab items and the size was standard compared to most of the kebab places in Scarborough. Also, one of the very few places where I have found quality Naan. Highly recommended

We had the lamb chops combo, mutter paneer and samosas and it was delicious. The naan was fluffy but crispy! We loved it and excellent customer service! Fair pricing as well.

I take my mom to sultan 2 to 3 times a week she loves they nana soft which the staff make sure it is love every dish mom and myself have tried has been excellent sometimes l have to drive 20mins to get mom her dinner she wont eat anywhere else love the food the staff the owners.
