They accept the order and when you are here for pickup they doo not have that items . And the cashier attitude is also not good

Too rude behaviour towards the customer. We were four person there for our order and the way the cashier talk to us was very rude and unprofessional.

Honestly, just an amazing spot with great food and great workers. My friends and I come here to hangout and and relax all the time :)

I got a 8oz burger and a poutine. Costed me $13.53 with tax. Only $2 more than just a burger and fries. Fries and gravy was tasty. Burger a good size and was pretty good. Good value. Open until 3:00 am. I recommend this place. Dinning room was pretty meh. Large menu, looking forward to trying some other stuff.

A very bad experience with the personal. We ordered 4 orders of hamburgers and when we went to pick them up, they did not prepare them because we had to pay for them first. The order was made by phone and this had never happened to us.

I ordered the Jerk Chicken Poutine from here originally on Uber Eats it was Soo good I had to drive over a few days later just to order it again. The owner was in & he was so nice & friendly & also recommended a few other things I may enjoy. I highly recommend giving them a try

3 times its happened now where I order a jerk chicken burger and you give me a burger with hot peppers and onions.

Ordered through UberEats today, after a while away. Wings were swimming in sauce - way too much sauce. Sweet potato fries were overcooked and cold on delivery. Mozzarella sticks were so salty they were inedible. Burger was great except cheese was cold and congealed. This place used to be good - not so much now

It s dangerous in the hood I mean cops are everywhere!! Lol and hood peeps so lock your car !! Lol enjoy the burger the bathroom they took down the signs so it looks like a take your food and go now type of place so don t try to sit around!!

One of the best burgers I ve eaten. The charcoal grill flavour was present. Everything was fresh and piping hot and the patty itself was juicy and soft. The burger is huge and around $9 Will come again

Everytime I go here I get charged different prices for same items and orders always mixed up . Food is great but service is terrible . Today placed order for hamburger combo . Paid seperatly for gravy and sautéed onions on my fries. Got home no onions on fries . Not first time order messed up . Last week ordered to combos and they only gave me one pop . Showed them receipt for 2 combos and the girl argued only one combo so didn t get second pop . Receipt clearly showed 2 combos . Tonight only got one pop showed receipt for 2 combos finally got second pop just to get home and have messed up order . As much as I like this food they have lost my family as customers . Always have to get upset with them trying to explain what I want . This Time the guy that served me was the guy that took my order and instisted I only had one combo . He looked at receipt and finally got the second pop . Never leave this restaurant without double checking your order . Totally disappointed that I never got the carmalized onions on my fries even though it was paid for on a seperate receipt. Placed my an order around 130am . Worst time of the night to go there .

I live on their chili chicken poutine and jerk chicken poutine. May be pricey compared to other poutines in the area, $13.56 after tax, but its worth as the portions & taste justify the cost. If you want to eat at the location, its not really that busy until local schools are out in the area.

Delicous burgers and fries. I had the Cajun spicy and wow, was it spicy but soo flavourful as well. Dining partner had the egg and cheese burger with extra cheese and declared it super good.

Their poutine is very tasty (butter chicken poutine is the best!). For a poutine though, I have to say the cheese is lacking so the extra cheese option is a must. The service was great and they even called me to reconfirm my specific instructions over UberEATS rather than guessing and potentially messing up.

Their regular poutine and their BBQ jumbo wings ARE THE BEST!!! Cant forget to shout out their crispy chicken poutine, my daughter orders it everytime. Their secret sauce is the yummiest!! Food

When I first started ordering from Burger St they were great. Up until a couple months ago,they have tiny little rubber burger parts in them that you have to spit out while you are eating because you do not want to swallow that.Most of the burger does not have that,but there have been tiny beef parts that are like rubbery,and those have to spit out.I dont understand why this has happened.

I stopped by after an appointment in the plaza and had the burger on special with fries. One of the best burgers I have ever had. Fries and burgers are made fresh. Very impressed and satisfied. I plan to go again with my wife and check out one of their poutines and specialty burgers. Highly recommend this burger shop.

Used to be amazing but then new management rolled in and now they cross contaminate and dont clean their kitchen or pans... No reason someone should have an allergic reaction to shrimp if they order chicken or fries... Miss the old owners who cleaned up and let *everyone* eat.

Ordered Uber Eats. We go here all the time, been three months since going here due to personal issues. We ordered our usual and somehow the crispy chicken poutine and burgers has spicy chipotle mayo LATHERED all over it to the point for my tolerance is almost inedible for my stomach. They also charged us for extra cheese curds $3.00!!! We did not receive this or get our money back. We called and the owner or whoever it was was very aggressive trying to argue with us calling us liars. The service use to be good but whoever there now I will never be a regular again. Thanks Burger St also PS their interior is very run down for the area.

Burgers & poutines are of top notch

This is a new favourite burger place! My absolute favourite is the calamari! The burger patties are thick, and very flavourful. The poutines are great and have a generous amount of cheese and meat. 10/10 I would definitely recommend.

Have passed by Burger St., on Lawrence & Morningside plaza often, but decided to get Burger for my son who was really hungry & boy, was he satisfied! We asked the girl to recommend & on her reco, we went for the Bacon Cheese Burger. It was beyond delicious & juicy and very filling...these guys will give McD and A&W a run for their money! And did I mention the size? A total bang for your buck. I highly recommend this place. Very courteous & great customer service!

Easily the best burger place in walking distance.

I had the regular burger combo with onion rings. The burger pattie is a large from frozen. It tasted ok for a frozen pattie. The toppings were lettuce, onions, and house mayo. The lettuce and onion were old, shriveled, and tasteless. The mayo was off and somewhat bitter. The bun was nothing special. The order of onion rings was large and tasted ok but clearly its time to change the oil as the rings had a fishy smell. And yes Burger St. makes fish and chips (why, this is burger Shop?). The price was average for this neighborhood. The service was good. However, overall, I can not recommend Burger St.

Ive tried their chili chicken poutine and caramelized onion burger. The burger was delicious! The veggies were a bit less than I expected (very tiny pieces of onions and lettuce etc). Their chili chicken is flavourful and very tasty but its better as it is or on rice than french fries in my opinion. Overall Id give 4.5 star!

The burger I ordered was not cooked properly and it was extremely tough to chew. The poutine gravy was cold and the cheese used was also not cheese curds. The only good thing was the customer service. The prices are also higher than the last time I came here. Disappointed.

Open late and burger was juicy. I called in and food was ready when I arrived.

Ordered the crispy chicken on fries. Fries were good, ranch was okay I found their ranch a bit sweet but it was decent. Crispy chicken was undercooked which was a big disappointment. The thinner pieces were okay, but the thicker pieces were clearly undercooked and tough. I would have returned but I was already home at that point so I ended up just eating the fries, disappointing. It would have been pretty good had the chicken been fully cooked.

This place is a hidden gem. I dont usually eat jerk chicken from non Caribbean spots but the jerk chicken poutine is so turned up omfg

I read some good reviews about this place and decided to check it out and this review is based on two visits. My first visit, I ordered a bacon, cheese burger and it wasnt great but the fries were nice. My second visit, I ordered a poutine, and it was so good. The fries had the perfect mix of flavour and crunch, the gravy was tasty and the cheese curds were perfectly gooey. All for less than $10. I will most definitely going back and trying the other poutines.

Very pathetic customer service don t know the names but every after calling and ringing their door bell 5 times no one came out to the counter. Either this store need more employees or more good employees with some customer service skills must have. Very pathetic and just pathetic service.

Ordered burgers and fries, taste wise it was delicious, but the mayo they added was watery and it had these two pieces of hair in it.. request you to please wear hair net... this is unhygienic..

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. The woman taking my order was nice and friendly. The burger tasted great. It was a good size and the BBQ sauce they put on it had a good flavour.

Theyve been there with proper, soul satisfying food when I needed it most (didnt even take advantage of them like I shouldve while I lived down the street, regrettably, but so delicious! and the best late night hours anywhere nearby) Parking: Tons of parking directly outside

First I ordered from uber eats late at night and it took about 40mins to reach me and the food was still nice and warm . -The ceaser salad was a little small for the price but the dressing tasted a lot like vinegar. -The pountine was a decent size but the cheese I recieved on it looked like crumbs almost and the gravy had a mediocre flavour. -the Mac and cheese sticks are mozzarella sticks with a cheesy Chipotle sauce. I didnt read the description and assumed they were filled with Mac and cheese, so they were ok. -The mozzarella burger was wonderful! The Charboiled flavour was deep in that burger, it was very filling. I definitely enjoy their food but there could be improvements, bur to each their own!

Just ordered their new mutton wrap on Uber Eats!! Very tasty but I had to grill it cuz I like it crispy. I added some lettuce and turnip pickles and it was bomb!

Phenomenal 8oz burgers and lots of different varieties. They do a good job with their poutines trying different combinations. Quality ingredients and extremely reasonable prices. The staff are kind and patient and they have done a really good job maintaining all COVID safety protocols. There is plenty of parking in the strip plaza

Thai St: The food smelt like it was not cooked and it tasted funny. They also said 15 minutes but took almost an hour, so I don t get why the food looked uncooked... it really made me sick. Really disappointed. Burger St: the food portion is big but the burger were alright. Fires were plain but the burgers were juicy, so that s good.

Listen, these guys dont mess around with their wings. Im a wing guy, and these guys do wings right! Their hot wings are absolutely powerful, thats the only way to describe them. Saucy, but crispy, trust me. When we were done with out wings we were just like, damn ... surreal

Ask for custom orders for dietary restrictions, as long as they are possible, are happily done! I love ordering from Burger St! They know me by face, by voice, and by order, and they treat me great! I know they do Uber, but I prefer picking up directly from them, they are so close! And this way I always get to say hi to my friends!

Great place for late night fare usually. Very polite gentleman always at the front counter. Food is great for a restaurant past 1 am. Unfortunately though every time the lady works at the counter if you call after 2 am, even though theyre open until 3 am shell refuse to serve you. Twice now Ive had the same experience and its very disappointing considering I finish work at 2 am. They need to bring the guy back at night. Hope this was helpful.

This by far the best burger joint I have had I think in my life! And i have eat a lot of them. My father in law who is picky about how his lamb is cooked said that was probably one the best lamb burgers hes ever had. My wife couldnt believe how good it was. Dont even want to give it a full star. Burgers taste like rubber and fries are the worst. Whatever you do, do not order the calamari!!!! It tasted like something you bought frozen from the grocery store and got stuck in the back of your freezer for over a year!!! They really need to work on how to make their food better. Maybe then Ill come back.

I been there 2 times an got a stomach ache both times. As well as my sister. Stay away from this place theres so many better burger places in scarborough that wont give you 7 trips to the toilet and a visit to your local pharmacy.

My buddy told me about this place and how good the burgers were so I decided to give it a shot. Let me tell you if I could give it 6 stars I would, the burgers were cooked to perfection and the jerk poutine was amazing full of flavor. The added toppings were fresh and delicious. We will definitely be going back soon. Thanks! For the people giving this one star(smarten up) staff was friendly and service was great!

P.S. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOUR RESTAURANT AGAIN....The service is double crossing and the pricing isn t consistent. When you order a meal in the restaurant you would get a drink free but on Uber eats the drink is 2 bucks? For a can soda? And you wanna charge me 6 bucks for 4 small wings?? The interior doesn t reflect the amount you re asking for the price because the restaurant isn t the cutest and the cook isn t the nicest and the server isn t the smartest.
