We had steak ,burger, burger with chicken strips and chicken burger. My burger was tasteless and It was not very well grilled, It had a raw meat smell to it. Fries were burnt and my friends were all complaining about the taste specially chicken was not grilled properly.

Yesterday we placed an order at this restaurant and it is seriously the dirtiest place I have ever seen... I went to the bathroom which is in the basement and there were cockroaches ... when I went to the bathroom I could see the kitchen which was also very dirty and the bread was on a dirty counter and the bag where the bread is was open in a place where there are cockroaches I really couldnt eat this after seeing how dirty it was

A neighborhood burger joint. Excellent burger, friendly service. Messy, finger licking, satisfying hamburger (Bullfight). Mango shake is perfect, not too sweet. Basic decor, who cares, its the food that counts. Will be back !

Amazing sauces and burger s especially the ones with the chicken so juicy The fried cheese is to die for Good portions The fries are great, onion rings are good and the guy who runs it is on the ball and friendly It s small inside and not the most comfortable but that doesn t take away from the charm It s like a greasy spoon but clean and tasty It s halal beef bacon is worth the try and it s a must go for hang over food or just tasty eating If ur in the area go for gold and just try what you want, but if you don t do cheat days or yummy go buy a celery stick I would definitely recommend this place for any of their burgers

I loved this place! I definitely recomed it!!!Me and my family were looking for a new place to go to, so we decided to go here. We all loved it. The food was AMAZING, the customer service was good, and the place had very nice art on the walls. Something that I thought was really good about this place was that they could custumise your orders. Believe me, Ive been to places where they DONT custumise your order. Here, it is not like that. When I was ordering, I saw that the cheese fries had Chipotle on it, so I told the guy if he could make it not spicy, and he said yes. Another family member asked for their sandwich cut, and again, the guy said yes. It might be something small, but it goes a long way. The food here is very high cuality too. Theres only one thing that I feel the need of warning people about: WATCH YOUR STEP WHEN GOING IN Its not that bad. The step might be like 2 cm off the ground. I only say this because I personally triped on the step . Anyway, I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a new experience.

Updated review after countless visits: One of the best burger joints ever, although I order usually the same Big Cluck or Angry Bird Chicken Burger and its the best ever. Always delicious and fresh. Most of the staff is extremely friendly and polite always Not cheap but good quality. Worth every penny

Longhorn steak sandwich and poutine were very disappointing. Beef burger lacked flavour. Plus - They charge you for every little thing (mayo etc). So many other burger joints to choose from in the area, wouldnt go back. Overpriced.

I don t remember the exact burger that I had but it came with mango salsa and that was a nice touch. Decent spot.

I recently tried the beef cheeseburger with mushrooms, and I was thoroughly disappointed. From the first bite, it was clear that the ingredients were not fresh. The beef patty tasted bland and lacked any depth of flavor, which was only made worse by the absence of any seasoning and the mushrooms, which should have been a highlight, were soggy and flavorless. Overall, the burger was a huge letdown, lacking the savory and satisfying elements one would expect. I would not recommend this to anyone looking for a quality burger experience.

Always searching for the best burger around and often disappointed by recommendations, but this place didnt disappoint. Far from the cheapest place, certainly not the most expensive either. Whats most important though is the food was great! I dont know if Id say its the best, but certainly worthy of a top spot. Most places Im told are the best I only end up going once, but this place is one Ill go back many times to make sure I try each variation they have! Vegetarian options: Finding burger joints that offer a decent veggie burger is hard and most my better half doesnt care to visit again because the flavour just isnt good. This one has a few different options and hit the mark!

Its like any other Burger place. Nothing special that will wow you to pick this over other burger restaurants. Then I though of, is this place worth giving up McDonalds two can dine since its about the same cost. Yes you will need extra napkins and will be messy and maybe 2 drinks.

Probably the best burger Ive ever had. The buns live up to the name of the store, they are domineering and generous. 3 pieces of 5oz beef are enough for 2 people to enjoy. It has a rich texture and full flavor. If you don t eat cows, Angry Birds will leave you with endless aftertaste

Extremely slow service.. the air conditioning was not working and the servers had no answers about it when we asked them about the airconditioning. Pathetic.. They had to open the door to let fresh air in.. that doesnt help if the outside temperature is close to 30 celcius.. Food

The burgers didnt live up to the hype. The fries and poutine are good, but the presentation falls short in both cases. Apart from food, its frustrating not to have the option to choose not to tip. They set the tip themselves and charged us, with the tap-only machine making it impossible for customers to see the screen. It feels like a rip-off and raises concerns about unethical business practices. While Im open to tipping, making it a default, even for takeout orders, seems unnecessary. The audacity with these guys are on a different level; when they don t have a screen facing the customer, they are saying customer are given option in the reply?! Seriously?! Improve your service and retrain employees (Period)

The taste is great no doubts, I usually order from Uber but apparently no action was taken when I tried to explain that I found a hair in the burger in my last order. As a loyal customer I expect a better response and service in return. Should focus a lot more to solve these type pf issues

Ive seen this place for a while now but recently got to try it. I can say that the burger tastes pretty good. Only thing is, the place was a bit messy. Walked in to dine in and there were crumbs on every desk and seat and what appeared to be dried up sauces or drinks. This didnt give me a good impression as the place wasnt busy or anything so it looked like they purposely ignored the mess, especially when the guy at the front was just on his phone which i dont have an issue with, just wipe down the tables and chairs before you do that. Nobody came to wipe down the tables afterwards either. Beef bacon came crunchier than a burnt potato chip but they did provide a new slice of bacon so the service was not bad.

There are plenty of amazing burger places in the GTA and I have been to many, now since we have been seeing a lot of advertisements on instagram, tiktok and finally wanted to try their burgers to see if theyre actually legit. The customer service was great, the ambience was decent but their burgers are a huge disappointment. We ordered Picador, Mighty Bull, Matador, Montero and cheesy fries. Id give 2/5 for Montero just cause it was the best tasting out of all. The other 3 burgers were bland, raw/uncooked, and we couldnt even finish them. Guys please add a few sauces and the burgers are not at all juicy as described. I dont think I would ever try their burgers again. The guys working at this restaurant were nice though.

The fries were completely rotten. I am ashamed to put it in front of the customer. The inside was not clean and there was a very bad smell inside. Dont forget to put a napkin next to the burger when bringing it to the customer.

Went to the place because of the reviews but not a good experience. The place was good and the burgers could have been much better had the chef prepared with less oil. Unlike for a burger oil was dripping and it was totally not good. Looked like no effort was put in preparation and chef was in a hurry to close. The attitude of the guys was aggressive and unwelcoming. Will not come again.

I bought their New York Sandwich which was the best beef sandwich I have ever had..my friend tried the beyond meat burger which was outstanding too..fries were fresh and delicious as well..very comfortable place with humble and friendly staff..will definitely visit again soon!

Once again, giving this small chain the benefit of the doubt. (see previous review of different location). Only because my friend wanted to try the place as it had just opened a little while ago in our area. The restaurant itself has minimal to no visual personality aside from the Scarborough graphited wall which i feel is a good start. No music in the place which always bums me out when I actually like to dine in. I decided to try the special in the window poster called The new Buffalo (See photo). Looks great I know! - In my mouth it was nothing spectacular. The chicken was dry. Ive had better buffalo style chicken sandwiches elsewhere. I said to my friend, this would have been a better sandwich literally next door at Mary Browns. Parking: Decent parking spaces at the plaza.

A nice burger joint serving up a wide variety of burgers. They have some crazy burgers to try out that you cannot find anywhere else. All the food was tasty and made fresh. The only issues we had was that the philly steak was overcooked and hard to eat. I also wished they had some music playing in the restaurant too as it would add to the experience. Love the artwork with the Scarborough art and the bulls on the wall, adding to the theme. Overall, a good experience!

The burgers were delicious! They delivered what they promised. I was pleasantly surprised by the service time. The order was on our table within 15 minutes. The patties were fresh and flavourful. My husband got the Bug Cluck (chicken) and I got the Bullger (3 beef patties, portobello mushroom etc). So delicious. They also accomodated our special request and gave chicken strips for my daughter (which is not a regular menu item). Great halal burgers in town!

The place is a bit unassuming and not super welcoming when you first walk in. The staff however are very nice and happy to answer questions. My daughter and I went in and ordered from the menu. Its clear and easy to read. All the food is made to order so theres a bit of a wait. Its worth it though. The burgers are good and very tasty. Just one thing threw me off. The beef bacon in my burger seemed to be turkey bacon. Im not sure why but its not what I expected at all. Otherwise decent burgers for a reasonable price. Not an instant favourite but Id go back again for sure.

Great burgers, we ordered for work and will be doing it again !! I had the new york and it was out of this world !! The steak was perfect, mushrooms were great and the cheese and sauce made it amazing !!! Everyone enjoyed their orders and make sure to get the fries as well !

I always see this pop up on my delivery app and finally drove by to try it out! To keep this short and sweet, the parking is great and lots available! The store is very clean and plentiful of seating The menu has a great variety so I asked the staff whats recommended and I can say I was no disappointed! Tried their Longhorn Sandwich which was super filling and fresh and had left overs to eat later, which makes the price point worth it, keep up with the great product Thank you Arda for the amazing service and the awesome sandwich suggestion!

Easy going joint. The atmosphere is just laid back and unassuming. The burgers are tasty and juicy. Actually very decent prices for what you get. Also very convenient for parking if youre dining in.

I had the Longhorn steak sandwich. Taste was good but was not mixed well, with parts just bread and other parts only the veggies. The fries were also a bit burned. Also they could be put the music a bit down it was too loud. I would go back and perhaps try their burger Dietary restrictions: They had halal sign and I assumed all their foods is halal

The Bullger hands down has the biggest burgers Ive ever consumed! lol! Their selections are unique and very filling I must say. I tried the classic Bullger burger and a Chicken sandwich. The Chicken sandwich was unique because it wasnt a patty, but 4 chicken strips. I recommend eating in the restaurant instead of takeout as the burger would be juicier and less tough if it sits out for too long. Great place!

The service was impeccable however my burger was a little soft and undercooked. I ordered the double spicy burger. The taste was incredible and the bun was perfect and just how I like it soft and not to bready...the absolute BEST onion rings and please get the orange spicy sauce...its boom. I mentioned the softness of the Patti and the guy working there offered me a whole new burger cooked well done which I declined but wow what a gesture...I highly recommend this amazing Turkish delight! First time trying this place and I was very happy with the food and service. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food came out to our table in about 10 mins hot and fresh! The reason for my 4 stars and not 5, 2 burgers and a side of onion rings with a tip came to $45. A bit pricey but I did get 2 meals out of it as the portions are pretty generous. I definitely will be back to try a different type of burger!

The food was mediocre. Service was incredibly slow. The place was pretty filthy and not clean at all. There was only one guy taking orders, serving food and cleaning tables. Their beef burgers are ok but taste gamey. And their Buffalo chicken burger ....was basically barbecue sauce dipped chicken burger. You couldnt taste anything over the overwhelming taste of barbecue sauce. Onion rings are ok and fries were soggy. I wouldnt visit here again.

First time we came here as my husband craving for burger..we decided to try this place and saw the steak sandwich. We ordered longhorns and black angus steak sandwich a side of cheese fries and two drinks.. we just found our new fav. sandwich place. The taste was a bomb.. the sauce, the steak, the mushrooms all together was amazing. Cheese fries is loaded with milted cheese soo good..And portions was worth the price. Arda who serves as was really friendly, good costumer service. We will come back for sure..

Walked in with my toddler. The high chair was filthy so I asked for something to clean the chair with. Cashier said he doesnt have anything. Assuming he misunderstood me I repeated, oh whatever you use to clean the table tops will work he responded, we dont clean the tables then turned back to his cell phone. I took my family and left the establishment. Ive ate here before and its okay but who wants to eat in a dirty place. YUCK!

Got a burger with just ketchup and mayo on it but when I got the burger it had processed cheese on it which I didnt order since it makes me sick. Still wanting to try the burger, I scraped all the processed cheese off, only to be extremely disappointed that the burger was nothing but an unseasoned slab of meat with no flavor at all and the bun was stale and chewy. It wasnt the worst burger Ive ever had, but it was far from being good or even mediocre. In my personal experience, the food (Well the burgers at least) is way over priced for being handed an unseasoned, flavorless slab of meat, however if eating unseasoned, flavorless meat is your preference then I highly recommend going here. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean at least but I definitely wont be eating here again because personally I prefer my burgers to have some kind of seasoning or flavor in them. Parking: Small parking lot outside of a plaza, not difficult to find parking but if the area is busy its not easy either.

Bullger joins the pandemic of ever-reducing portions of lower quality food for a higher price. Got a steak sandwich today which had not more than ten thin one-inch leather-tough strips of beef, with some salad and lots of sloppy sauce - all in a humongously thick 6 inch sub. If I wanted bread, Id go to a bread shop. The whole thing cost nearly $16, with the usual machine request for a tip for a take-out order. This sandwich used to be nice. Something has to give. We deserve a proper meal for $15, dont we? Disappointed, and will not go again.

Fries were the worst I have had in years. Bland and served with the smallest dipping sauce that lasted for like, 5 dips. We ordered online an hour in advance. I picked up the order and they had only started one. The other 3 were sitting on the ticket printer. I ate my entire meal waiting for the others to be made. Why bother offering online ordering when you just ignore the orders? Never again
