Got the hainanese chicken and rice for $10 which came with a choice or soy milk or soup. I thought it was tumeric rice but it was more of an egg fried rice. Would recommend for a cheap and tasty meal. Would come back and try other dishes.
$8.50 after tax for eggplant & beef on rice and comes with your choice of either soup or soy milk. Consistent quality, great value.
The minced pork with tomato and pickled vegetables soup was tasty for $7.90 after tax. It is very mild in spice level. I will order this dish again.
Ordered the noodles in egg sauce with beef and the food was fine. The quantity was also good, but I felt cheated because they charged me a dollar more than the listed price on the menu because I didn’t speak the same language as the owner. They also only take CASH. Establishments which only take cash usually offer discounts, but these guys charged me more. I didn’t want to jump into assumptions and waited to observe how much they charged other customers and I noticed I was being charged extra.
Located in the food court of Chartwell Shopping Center. Good selection of HK canteen style food at reasonable prices and portions are of good size. Most rice or noodle dishes come with either drink or soup. Service was fast and food tasted great.
Food court setting. Congee combo with noodles ($6.50++) was tasty. However, the noodles were not cooked to order therefore cold served. They should at least microwave it before serving. Wanton noodles soup was not professionally done because the noodles yellow paste is soaked into the soup therefore spoiling the soup flavor.
Sometimes a meal is so bad you instantly regret it! That happened to be our takeout meal from Yogi’s Noodle. We were excited to trek to Chartwell Shopping Centre for a Scarborough food court experience. But sadly the food was subpar. For $36 after tax, Yogi’s Noodle offered a pick 3 combo plus soup & rice. However the Hotpot Braised Chicken was the worst dish that I had in a long-time. It seemed to be composed of chicken scraps on bone that tasted awful. We threw out most of it. Black Pepper Beef Tenderloin was passable with tender meat but half dish was filled with onions in a cost-cutting measure. Maggi Sauce Fried Shrimp had a decent sauce base but was filled with seemingly the rest of the onion!
The lady was very kind and patient. Helped me order the noodles I wanted. Noodles were fresh, not oily, amazing food and can’t go wrong for the price, 6.90 + tax.. $7.80 for this food is a steal. Waited approximately 5-7 minutes. I will be coming back. Thank you.
You get what you pay for
The fried spaghetti with black pepper and beef is delicious, and the frozen lemon tea is also delicious.
Love this place for Chinese food. Delicious and affordable. Definitely a 10/10!!
The shrimp noodle wontons are cheap and good. The soup base is indeed soup stock. The shrimps in the wontons are fresh and smooth. I want to try the stir-fried beef next time.
Good place for food court
The milk tea is good and the price is reasonable It s a pity and regret that the West Toast doesn t have peanut butter
Excellent food and q very affordable prices. I have tried the other restaurant and this is my go to place. They never disappoint me. Highly recommend.
I ordered the Seafood Chow Mein and Preserved Meat with Sticky Rice. The foods were fresh made to order, they tasted good and satisfied the craving for Chinese foods. They offer either soy milk or soup, I picked soup of the day which was some kind of fish broth.
On time, the food is excellent and delicious!
very good affordable chinese food.. i like the black bean noodles, fried rice, and hainanese chicken
Not as great as it once was. Theyve reduced portion sizes, and the flavor is lacking. I have never tasted such bland beef noodles and chow mein before. Only good thing about this joint are the prices, but if you want something of quality go elsewhere.
Yogi is the best when it comes HK style comfort Street food. My favorite is Bean sprout noodles ( ) They make the best in Toronto!!!
Tasty noodles, good value, and very kind staff on my one visit here. I didnt realize it was cash only until after Id ordered, so I had to cancel my order because I was out of cash. It took quite a while to find a working ATM and, being crunched for time, was worried that my lunch hour would end by the time I got my food. But much to my surprise, my order was waiting for me when I finally got back-- I couldnt believe they had gone ahead and made my food without payment. Next time Im in that neck of the woods I will definitely stop by for more (with cash!)
Love this place. Great prices, food is always delicious and does the trick! Friendly service always
Family staple, generous portion and most items presented and taste decent with flavors closest to HK. Im giving it full stars based on a well balanced scorecard of quality, flavor, speed and friendliness of service (been there only a few times and owner already remember our preferences) for a food court take out. Be reasonable with your expectations. It is what it is, at the price that it is. These food court vendors strengths are in their stir-frys set dinners. You will occasionally find one or two that will surprise you with a good noodle soup or congee... And then there are certain things you just order at your own risk/disappointment in Canada... let alone a food court IN Canada.... like Hainanese Chicken on Rice *eyeroll*
Delicious. Chicken chops with garlic sauce is the best on the menu
Decided to give Yogis Noodle a try since there was a long line at Canton Kitchen. Ordered the 2 dish combo (deep fried pork chop in onion sauce + green beans with minced pork) and side order of Cantonese Chow Mein. Total was $34 after taxes. Combo comes with a box of steamed white rice and soup of the day, which was a lotus root/pork broth. The pork chop and green bean dishes are comparable to Canton Kitchen. Cantonese Chow Mein is better at Canton. With how long the lines can get at Canton, I would just order from here instead.
Delicious food for all walks of life.
I love your House special chicken and Fired Pork Neck, classic combination!
This place is slightly expensive compared to its neighbors. The taste is okay, the portions are okay. Please feel free to follow me on IG Mandilicous, tiktok missmandilicous for food and lifestyle posts
Foods were great.
Convenient and big enough.
Restaurant serving various Cantonese food.
