The champ wanted spaghetti 🍝 and spaghetti we did ! Beautiful place fresh mozzarella done infront of u great experience! The spaghetti was on point I felt the alfredo sauce was lacking flavor and bland . But over all will do it again when in the neighborhood!
My wife and I visited without a reservation in December and we were quickly given a seat. The atmosphere was pleasant, the washrooms were very clean, and the Bolognese was really good. Also, without our saying, our server Kent asked if we were on a special occasion. In our case it was our Wedding Anniversary and he made sure to give us a complementary cake for the occasion. Both my wife and I are very pleased with the restaurant and encourage any who wish to have a fine night out to visit.
This was the best experience, I've ever had, the food, the service was great. I personally want to thank Ashley 😊 she took very good care of us. Her energy was as beautiful as her smile. Thx Ashley!
We had our company Xmas dinner there. Everything was great! I've been here before and I've been to the downtown location when it first opened. I remember the fresh mozzarella being amazing, however this time around it wasn't like I remembered. It was still good but it seemed a bit different. Portions were big and food was still great! The server was great! I think his name was Anthony. No complaints everything went smoothly. We had a great time. I didn't enjoy the Zeppole though. Tiramisu was pretty good. Pastas were on point. The Bomba is spicy but really good!! If you can take the heat, you should definitely get it. Calamari is pretty generic. But overall I think I was pretty satisfied with the meal.
November 10, 2024 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ We visited Scaddabush once again, and thankfully there were no issues at the door this time since there wasn’t a wait. We were lucky to have Divyaa as our server again, and she was just as friendly and attentive as before—her service is always on point! We ordered our usual dishes, but I noticed some inconsistency. The Zucca Ravioli was made differently every time, and while it was still enjoyable, it didn’t quite live up to the quality of our very first visit. I suspect it might be due to ordering the larger portion, which seems to be prepared slightly differently. The Peach Bellini also wasn’t as good as the last time, which was a bit disappointing. One thing worth mentioning is that the temperature in the restaurant was quite cold. My partner, who rarely feels cold, was feeling the chill, and I had to keep my jacket on for a bit while we were seated. It would be nice if the temperature were more comfortable for dining. While the food consistency and temperature could use improvement, the exceptional service from Divyaa made the visit enjoyable despite these minor hiccups. October 24, 2024 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ We visited Scaddabush again recently, but this time, the experience at the door was disappointing. When we arrived, we asked for a booth, and Anna told us it would take a few minutes to clean and prepare one. We mentioned we’d step out briefly to grab something from the car, but Anna emphasized their "first come, first serve" policy. When we returned just 3–4 minutes later, two other families had walked in, and we had to wait again. It felt like she could have prepared the table for us during that short time, which made for a frustrating start to our visit. Once seated, though, everything improved. Our server, Divyaa, was fantastic! She was super friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to explain options and engage in a warm conversation. For our meal, we ordered the Mushroom Truffle Steak and the Zucca Ravioli (this time opting for the larger tray to share). We paired it with a Peach Bellini and a Heineken. While the Ravioli wasn’t as amazing as the first time, it was still enjoyable. We ended the night with dessert, which was a great way to wrap up the meal. Overall, aside from the awkward interaction at the door, it was a positive experience. Anna might benefit from some tips on handling the "first come, first serve" policy more thoughtfully, but the excellent service from Divyaa made up for it. October 18, 2024 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently visited Scaddabush for dinner after not being there for a while, and it was a great experience! The restaurant was busy, so there was about an hour wait, but we passed the time at Jack’s next door with a few drinks. For our mains, we ordered the Mushroom Truffle Steak, and the Zucca Ravioli—both were absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. Although their system was down that day and the receipt had to be handwritten, it didn’t impact the quality of service. Our server, Kiyya, was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we were well taken care of despite the slight delays. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend!
We came to celebrate a work event. We were a big table so shout out to our server unfortunately i didnt get their names but they were amazing! They didnt forget to smile and nice to us. We ordered a whole bunch of stuff. I like most of it except for the polenta. Calamari could be better. Steak tasted good but a bit tough for a medium rare temp. The cream pasta was amazing with shrimp! Pls try it! And desserts were always amazing! Will come back again, service was a big factor for coming back.
We had a great time this evening. Our waiter, Kent, was great! He was very approachable, very thoughtful and attentive to our needs. He even guessed the age of our family’s baby and offered a little dessert for celebration. The food was great, as always. Fresh and flavourful. The polenta fries were so good! Will definitely come back!
Our experience as soon as we walked through the doors was great. We didn’t wait to be seated and with my dad in a wheelchair the accommodation was superb. Dennis was an awesome server, he was very attentive and anticipated our needs. He would always check up on us and always approached us with a smile! The food was amazing, as usual, very flavourful and with fresh ingredients. I truly recommend coming to the restaurant, you’ll not be disappointed!

Naheed was our server this afternoon and she was great! We ordered a bruschetta to start and it came out in a timely manner and then our main dishes came out shortly after. Worst food. It was a big disappointment. You can get better street food than eating at this establishment. Uncooked pasta with a bucket of oil on top. Never had something horrible like this. Don t go for any corporate dinners, will disappoint your entire team.

The location is highly convenient with plenty of parking available. The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere, enhanced by pleasant lighting that creates an enjoyable ambiance. The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, providing fast and efficient service when taking orders. We visited for our company Christmas party with a group of 16 people, and everyone had a fantastic time. The food was absolutely outstanding some of the best I ve ever had! The pasta, in particular, was the most delicious I ve ever tasted. We ordered a variety of dishes, including chicken parmesan, steak, shrimp, burgers, and more. Every single dish was cooked to perfection nothing fell short of amazing. This restaurant truly exceeded our expectations and left us all impressed. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Went here on a Saturday afternoon for dinner with a friend. Staff were very kind and accommodating to my food allergies. I want to praise Kelven, our server, specifically as he went above and beyond for our table. He made great suggestions, and was very enthusiastic. Balsamic Mozzarella 5/10 Bruschetta Fresca 11/10 Focaccia bread with garlic butter 11/10 Mushroom Mafalde pasta 9/10 Pizza 10/10 Holiday cocktails, old fashioned 0/10 (don t waste your money on these) All the food was phenomenal (made and tasted fresh) although all the drinks were a disappointment (we ordered the holiday cocktails, old fashioned, Bellini).

Just had an amazing experience here with my girlfriend! The food was amazing, the vibes were great, and our server Kelvin was the highlight of our night. He was extremely attentive and thoughtful as he provided many great food/drink options for us and often checked on us to make sure we were doing okay. It felt like Kelvin was more of a friend than a server to us which made us feel much more comfortable for our first time there. I would highly recommend coming here as the food was delicious and ask specifically for Kelvin as his service was immaculate!

Wonderful experience, we were seated at tables that had marble and ceramic detailing that was just so charming. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The staff were on the ball the entire time. The food was fresh and delicious. The bathrooms were clean and stocked. Dennis took our allergy seriously, repeated it to us after we ordered and made sure to bring the allergy meal to the table separately from the other meals, to make sure we felt safe that the allergy meal was made correctly.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. My friend and I arrived around 7:20 PM, and although there were many empty tables available, the server led us to a seat uncomfortably close to a large, boisterous group celebrating a company event. The noise was deafening, and our table was also near the service station, making the dining environment unpleasant. When I requested to move, despite the availability of other tables, we were made to wait for an unreasonable amount of time before being relocated. Once seated, we waited a long time before anyone brought us water. Eventually, a server whose name started with C came to our table. We ordered promptly but waited over 40 minutes for our food, which, while understandable due to the dinner rush, was still frustrating given our 9:20 PM movie plans. When the food finally arrived, we had only about 20 minutes to eat and rushed through the meal. During this time, the server made a single, perfunctory check-in shortly after the food was served a time when it s impossible to provide meaningful feedback, having barely taken a bite. Adding to the frustration, another server was making rounds with a pepper grinder but skipped our table entirely. After finishing our meal, we repeatedly asked for the bill three times, to be exact. Despite calling multiple servers and waiting over 10 minutes, no one brought us the check. This delay caused us to miss our movie start time, leading to us arriving late and feeling stressed. To make matters worse, when we specifically asked another server to inform C about our request for the bill, she chose to deliver a birthday cake to another table instead of addressing our request. This blatant disregard for our needs was deeply upsetting. Additionally, throughout the meal, the large group near us was excessively noisy, forcing us to shout at each other to have a conversation, which ruined any chance of a pleasant dining experience. I m also left wondering if discrimination may have been a factor in this situation. The consistent neglect and lack of attention we experienced felt deliberate, especially considering how responsive the staff seemed to be toward other tables. Overall, this experience was a complete disappointment. From the inattentive service to the poor seating arrangement and long wait times, it was clear that customer care was not a priority. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a stress-free dining experience.

I am a regular at this scadda location, and normally order a mushroom truffle mafalde - which is always amazing! I recommend also trying their esspresso martini and their pistachio ice cream! Shout out to Kent for always being such an amazing server!!

Dennis was awesome, great vibes from him. Was awesome with my niece and grandparents! He also made sure my girlfriend got her birthday cake (was free) and overall was an amazing server! I highly recommend asking to be sat in his section if you go to this location and Ill be sure to ask for him at my next visit! Kid-friendliness: My niece came with us (Under 4) she had lots of fun and really enjoyed the food. Dennis made sure she got food suitable for her and also got her the colouring book menu as well.
Scaddabush never disappoints! We walked in and were seated promptly. Our server, Dennis, was fantastic kind, attentive, and super helpful. He easily swapped the rigatoni in my Sausage Fennel for Mafalde pasta (so good!) and made sure my sister was aware of the pricing for adding bacon vs. chicken to her Mushroom Truffle pasta. The food came out quickly, and Dennis had no trouble applying my Minicard coupon. Great service, amazing food, and an all-around excellent experience. Highly recommend this location and especially Dennis! Dietary restrictions: My server, Dennis, made sure we didn t have any food allergies by asking 3 times before taking our order.

We came as for a staff Christmas party, and our server Dennis was just amazing. He was so friendly and welcoming, made sure everyone in our party had what they needed. We have ordered takeout from Scaddabush and always enjoyed our food. This was our first time dining in, our server Kelven was kind, super attentive and quick. Our cocktails were fabulous. I loved the toasted pina colada. The calamari was wonderful, we also had the diavolo pizza which was perfect. Mushroom gnocchi and the ravioli was delicious. Overall great food and cocktails, our server Kelven was so wonderful and really made my partners birthday dinner special.

We ordered Chicken Parm, Focaccia Garlic Bread, 3-Cheese Truffle Charity Bread, Vodka Pollo Rigatoni, Spaghetti Carbonara, Garlic Parmesan Polenta Fries, Lemon Rosemary Soda, and Pineapple Mint Spiritz. Everything tasted well and fresh. Overall, its definitely worth a visit.
Stopped by today for lunch, our server Alisha, was so helpful, polite and friendly. Foods was great. She s great in communication. Service was excellent. Will definitely return!

I went out to eat with my friend at the STC location and Chariss was my server tonight. She was super great and she was very sweet, quick and attentive. She checked up on us after each dish and always made sure we had everything we needed.
Our server Andrea was amazing! I have gluten and dairy allergies and she was super attentive and made sure that I was happy with what I was eating! I was with 3 other women (we are all servers and super high maintenance). The whole table was satisfied with her kindness and efficiency! Everything was absolutely perfect.

Loved the chocolate panettonne. Dennis was really helpful and kind. He made great recommendations and was very prompt. The decor is so beautiful. The only suggestion for improvement would be to play smooth jazz or traditional Italian music to match the ambience.
