I love this place. Great food. I suggest you try the shawarma poutine its my favorite and the prices are solid. One of my all time favorite spots.

Food tasted just ok

It s one of my favourite spots. I come here every week with my siblings. We always spend $50-60 and it s worth it. Drinks and a chicken shawarma poutine boxes. The owner is honestly such a humble, sweet and friendly man. Always makes us laugh. I highly recommend. Free parking and good quality food and services.

Went for the first time a few days .. from going in to leaving the service was great they were super nice staff and the the food was great ! Definitely our new shawarma place !

Went into the restaurant. Was looking at the menu deciding what to get. Used the bathroom once I came out, wife changed her mind and did not want to order. So we were heading out. But man was extremely rude and thought we just came to use bathroom. In front of other customers started telling us off and told us not to do that again. Had the intentions of buying something but now would never recommend this place to anyone due to the man working there he should not interact with customers

I agree with the friend who committed about the staff there who is very rude he is spoiling the image of the shop by his attitude, I am surprised how the owner did not change him unless he is the owner I don t like to comment about staff but this is the fact

Amazing food and tasty shawarma. every weekend I am buying food from this place I tried everything here its perfect spot to eat.

Love this place. Everytime Im in that way....I live about 40 minutes away. I have to stop and grab a shawarma wrap. This place is a great place been going for a while now. Always completely satisfied and happy. The owner is a sweet man and always gives amazing portions for the price. If in this area give it a try. I always grab one to eat and one for the next day lol.

Great Halal food option. After 5 years being in Toronto, I guess they have the most delicious shawarma. Try their burgers as well if available. You will not be disappointed. I wish they had more brunch around.

Garbage food never coming back! Man who works there looks like the owner very disrespectful and on top of that he cooked up old food he had sitting for a while and it smelt like garbage, literally threw it away

I picked up a Boss Shawarma Box to go from Shawarma Boss and I was not impressed. The food was OK for a quick lunch but the serving size was questionable as the box seemed pretty empty. The staff was actually friendly but, unfortunately the food not so memorable.

Definitely will go back. Shawarma tested so good. The chicken was tender and cooked perfectly.

Sorry for the bad review but the staff was incredibly rude to my father and I cannot tolerate that. I see some similar comments, hope that they can rectify this so no one else is treated poorly and instead with kindness. Thank you.

Rude customer service and unprofessional

I had always enjoyed their chicken putine shawarma. Lady is good at dealing with customers BUT the cook person (man). Very Very Rude. I am not willing to return to this place They need to learn how to treat people. The BIG issue was that they only take cash or debit. That specific day, I had none of those with me. I tried asking where could I have access to an ABM. The solution is that they (lady)did an exception and allowed me to pay with credit card. The cook man lost it and came to look me in the eye to say dont ever come back if you dont have cash on you . Very awful actitud.

Horrible falafel, dont bother to visit if you are a vegetarian.

Very nice food. Lost 1 star cause service took way too long and I lost 22 minutes out of my 30 minute lunch break because I had to wait.

The food is good but staffs have no idea about customer service. If they give good customer service there business will increase since the food is good. Hope they understand this.

This is one of my favorite eateries in GTA. The owners are friendly and food is great. Its healthy and nice. That is why I have been going there since 2017. One of my friend introduced me to this place and I feel it was a great find.

Maybe weekdays are better? I ordered a Big Boss falafel box on Friday, which was great. Today (Sunday), I went back to order a BB chicken box. I asked him what time they close and he said in 30 minutes. Hours werent posted that I could see. Rice and chicken were reheated in separate cast iron skillets. Chicken is the real deal and was cut nicely and rice was good, BUT because the chicken was reheated in a cast iron pan it was a little on the overcooked side and the meal overall was bland. Definitely enjoyed the falafel box a lot more. I think what could help the meal experience is if the staff start to close down shop AFTER the operating hours. Closing down early doesnt work for a positive food experience where freshness is everything.

The food here is great! I love how tasty the rice is here especially with the chicken. A tip to try if you have adventurous taste buds is to get a shawarma rice bowl and ask for a little gravy spread evenly ontop of the rice and youll be hitting spots on your taste buds that you never knew existed.

Customer service is horrible. They kicked 4 of us out because my friend was not allowed to eat his own lunch. I explained he s allergic to hummus and that s why he couldn t buy their food but they didn t care and kicked us out anyway. Heartless and disrespectful owners. Don t recommend going there.

One of the best shwarma places in scarborough in my opinion. Theyre very polite and friendly and I go there at least once or twice within 3 weeks and its always worth it. I recommend the shwarma plate.

Price for 2 chicken shawarma is decent.

Food was an average quality. I would say avoid going before 1hr of their closing especially. Staff is not friendly & he was making faces like he wanted to close but had to take an order. Moreover food was not cooked properly either. Many toppings or sauce you say has an extra $. And if you ask any one topping to be added more instead of one thn again extra $. It s better to go to other Mediterranean restaurants on Lawrence or Victoria Park.

After sending my girlfriend in to pick up my doordash order from here, she came out very upset saying the worker who served her had been very rude and aggressive when serving her, complaining that she had used doordash to order food instead of the normal walk in ordering. Nobody should ever have to experience service like this especially not normal customer. I will never be coming back to Shawarma Boss as Ive lost all respect for this establishment and its employees. Great way to lose customers. I will be ordering from elsewhere next time.

Very bland wrap. Did not taste like a shawarma tasted more like a regular old chicken wrap. Tomatoes were not fresh. And roughly only 4 toppings to choose from i only would of put 2 out of there 4 toppings on my wrap. However the customer service was nice. Would not recommend this place. If near by and its before 6pm check out Rubys Mediterranean at Eglinton Square. The only reason why i tried Shawarma Boss is because Rubys was closed.
