We regularly order Indian food from Mayur for parties of 10-20 people. The quality of food is great - Real Indian but not oily and too spicy. We and our guests love their food. They prepare according to our taste and instructions. The quantity is more than our expectation. Prices are highly reasonable. We very strongly recommend the place.

What a wonderful dining experience, I love it. As a vegetarian, I was finally able to find lots of food varieties without eggs and meat. Hygiene is good, everything was fresh and delicious. Also, the hospitality is good, they treat you so nicely. Vegetarian options: They have good vegetarian options, everything can be adjusted. So nice. Dietary restrictions: Yes, tell them what you would not like they will exclude that item from your favourite food. Kid-friendliness: Yes, they have baby chair too.

I recently visited this restaurant and had an extremely disappointing experience. The customer service was nonexistent, and the staff displayed a complete lack of professionalism. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with indifference and disregard.

One of the worst dining experiences Ive ever had. When we visited, we intended to enjoy a meal, but the service we received was shockingly poor. However, what truly appalled us was the staff s attitude. The staff made us feel unwelcome. This was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. It s clear that they do not value their customers, and I won t be returning or recommending this place to anyone. If you re looking for a restaurant with good food and respectful service, this is definitely not the place to go.

Pathetic experience! I cant believe a restaurant owner could be so cheap, illiterate, and ill-mannered. We visited the restaurant with the intention of eating noodles. One of our friends went to use the restroom, but the owner stopped him, rudely stating that he couldnt use the restroom unless he was a customer. Our friend explained that we were all customers and were just about to place our orders. While we were looking at the menu, we realized they didnt serve noodles, so we decided to leave and find another place. The owner then came over and insulted us in front of other customers, accusing us of being cheap and only coming in to use the restroom because we couldnt afford the food. This was an incredibly humiliating and unprofessional experience. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The lack of respect and basic customer service is appalling. Avoid at all costs.

This place is such a disappointment. The customer service is so lame. They are ill trained and ill mannered, their behaviour and poor gesture towards customers is one best reason to avoid this restaurant.

Just had a chicken biriyani which was the worst biriyani I ever had

Ordered C.Biryani from here and its literally horrible in taste. The meat was so hard and couldnt eat properly. Looks like its pre-made and was kept in fridge for almost a month. Will never order any food from here and would not recommend others too.

The food tasted very bad especially the butter chicken it was too sweet and i couldnt even finish the dish, the dal was not good. I took a buffet there but not even one dish was up to the taste.

We went for team lunch and they had buffet. They had samosa which was soggy... the veg curries were not tasty at all and all 4 were dry curries only nothing with gravy other than chole. Just one dessert as gulab jamun...food was not tasty at all and plus the Naans served were hard....seriously disappointed with the food. Will never visit again. At the end issues with the bill. Our bill was 127 and it showed with 15% tip it will be 143.96 on the printed bill but somehow they deducted 146 and realised it later when i saw the bill later. This is just not done. That you show something during the tap and then calculate something else during deduction. Attached are the amount calculated on 2 receipts

Everything was good but the way the owner treated their staff was unacceptable. I dont even know how are they working with so much disrespect. I saw that they were scolding their one staff in front of me while serving and it pissed me off. I came here to experience a buffet for the first time which disappointed me. They offer less items in the amount of $20. Taste wise its okay but when it came to an end during billing suddenly they added an extra charge of $5 for the left over food which they didnt mention before having the food. They did put a written notice but whos gonna observe and acknowledge that. In total we werent satisfied anyway.

Got take out. The food was packed well. The naan was fresh and soft. The chicken lababdar was not as good. It was very sweet and had a lot of onions in it. The curry and chicken pieces felt separate, the chicken had not soaked in any of the flavours.

I can say it is value for money but the staff was a bit rude. They warned us finish the food, no one eats that much. And we were like be a good host !!! Could be much better.

Went to this place for travelled for 15 minutes just to go at this restaurant after reading the reviews the boy at the front counter was too much rude. We asked for dine in and then i wanted to use washroom but that guy denied to us to use the washroom with the reason that we are here for just to use washroom. That was really rude. After reviewing several mixed good and negative reviews of Mayur Restaurant, I decided to still try. I and my three other friends came this afternoon and had a buffet lunch. We found the buffet offered enough variety of vegetables and meat curries if one desires to just have Indian authentic flavours. Although, the buffet does not offer too many varieties, its satisfying to justify the cost of $19.99 per perrson, especially with current escalating food costs. The sole waiter named Bezzi was very courteous and helpful, constantly collecting dirty plates even though the restaurant was busy being on a mid-week. I will definitely return and, may be try to order a-la-carte off the menu.

Truly surprised by their amazing customer service. So I had ordered Veg Jalfreizi and Kheer via Uber eats and when the order came in, it was a total disaster. I did not put any review on google but got refunded by Uber eats. Next day, I got a call from Ayush, the manager there apologizing for whatever happened and asking for a chance to make up for it. I said yes not a problem and didn t take it seriously but few days later, he sent me vegetable paneer kadai with gulab jamun and it was so so tasty.. I am so glad. We catered our vegetarian Diwali dinner from here and the food was delicious! All the guests were raving about the dishes. Very pleased with the choices we made.

Everything I have had was good so far, except for Biryani.

Very clean restaurant and food was delicious. The place and staff are very well put together.

We tried the food here with my dad, uncle, and cousin. We had a buffet here. But sadly the food may look really good, like the fish pakora or butter chicken, but the food did not taste very good. The butter chicken happened to be super cold and sweet, the fish pakora was hot, but there was no taste. Really, the only good thing was their rice. If you look at the picture, this is what I had. But for service and atmosphere it was pretty calm and quiet, the workers were even recommending food, but still did not turn out to be very good. Later on my uncle also did not like it as he said it messed up his stomach. So all in all, I would definitely not recommend this restaurant. If this was my dad reviewing, this would be a one star, but this is based on my personal experience.

Me and my wife went here for lunch and both got food poisoning. Also when I called and asked if it was halal I was told they get meat from Iqbal foods but upon finishing eating and in conversation I was told they get it from Costco. Costco doesnt carry halal goat. I would skip this place.

Just had their buffet few days ago. It was terrible. The moment i ate their meat, i got a bad stomach. Definitely not recommended.
