Excellent quality pizza. Good amount of toppings

3 times in a row the pizza has half the amount of toppings compared to other dominos or even any other pizza stores. They offered to do it again with more toppings but why not make a good decently topped pizza in the first place. Shrinkflation at its best! The manager or the team leader was very rude and kept on saying we make the best pizzas lol, and rushed back in the kitchen. Place is run by students who dont care and smiled as if theyre used to the same complaint a lot of times. Sad to see my favorite brands quality go down like that. Gotta find a new pizza place!

One of the worst customer services I ve ever experienced. It s not the first time it s happening. If you ask them any questions about toppings or promotions they don t answer you properly and question us again what s the pamphlet say or the bill board say.

I am scared to order from this restaurant again!! whenever I order the driver(most of the drivers that delivers for this location) which most of the time is the same driver he purposely & forcefully holds onto the change and tells you he has no change so you can leave the change with him. Also he tells you he will give you you the amount he wants to give u and say you re okay with it. I use to tip every driver but now I can t get my change peacefully and get my order so I can go enjoy it. We are not responsible for how much you get payed.. we work just like you and some of our work places don t allow tip so be grateful and stop robbing people because you might hold onto to the wrong person s change one of these days !

I d give 10 stars for this review if I could! For two years, the Domino s at 4865 Sheppard Ave has fulfilled our large order of 92 pizzas. Gurleen Kaur and her whole team were incredible to work with on this event. They re so professional and friendly. Once again, they came through for us on such a large order with a great price, accurate order and on-time . Absolute perfection!!

This is my go to dominos. Always fresh, always hot. Staff is amazing and the cookie brownies ate to die for.

Dont ever pay in advance(including tip) for the order if you are getting delivered. Theyll take their time and deliver it very late since its been paid for it. I had ordered for almost $50.00 and paid everything in adavnce. They guy delivered it in 67 mins. In the meantime to I contacted the store to see what was going on with my order, the person at the store told me your pizza is on the way. mean while my pizza(s) wasnt even made. Poor service. Try somewhere else guy. Not worth the frustration.

Do not order from this Dominos. If they mess up your order they will not correct it. Ordered delivery and items were missed. They will not deliver what was missed and Im at work. Now I cannot enjoy my meal and will go hungry for the rest of my shift. They even asked if I could go pick up the missed items. No, pathetic. Fix your own mistakes, dont make your shortcomings the costumers problem. Super embarassing. Wouldve given 0 stars if I could have. And too add, what I did get is undercooked to the point I will have to cook it more when I get home. Brutal experience, would not recommend.

Big fat Zero rating for Dominos pizza. I have ordered 4 large pizza yesterday for my childs birthday party. They were worst pizza ever. They were super super dried, hard, very little sauce and cheese. Toppings were ok. And spoiled everyones mood. Immediately, I had to ordered food from other place. We were extremely disappointed and I strongly recommend not to buy Dominos pizza and especially at this location. Dominos pizza is out of our list.

Do NOT order from this location! I order a pizza 3 weeks ago and it came late and cold due to the driver going to the wrong address. He then proceeded to call me but when he finally arrived the number in his phone was the wrong number and not mine. I raised this concern with the employee at the store and they didnt want to do anything they gave me so much hassle and trouble after me saying I will be contacting head office they then offered me a free medium pizza. Fast forward to today. I go to redeem my free pizza and as Im eating the pizza I pull a long black hair out of the crust. SOOOO DISGUSTING!!!! I seen the person who made my pizza, she was not wearing a hair net and the hair in my plate matched hers to a T and she is also the person who gave me so much hassle with my first situation. Knowing this information she deliberately put hair in my food and should not be working in a food chain if she has a nasty attitude and likes to hurt people. I AM SOOO DISGUSTED WITH THIS LOCATION and yes a ticket was raised to head office and soon to be blasted on social media. Good luck

Order number 245 on September 29,2023. My Pizza was not looking like a pizza at all. Alfredo sauce on top looked like someone spilled it on half of the pizza.

I made a order at 537 and it s 727 I called them three times first they said it was on the way , then they said they can t find my order and now they telling me they never placed my order . Walked in and all three of them was on the phone answering orders but no one wanted to welcome me or just ask for my order, I ve been coming to this Dominos pizza for over 2 years now but this will be the last time. I get they re busy but make time to just address your customers that walk in

Offer Medium pizza for $3.99 with one topping today. On each slice, less than 2 pieces of pepperoni vs the standard fully covered on each slice. Yes, this an offer but the topping is way reduced. Scam advertisement or cheating the customers. This practice is bad for business. Good luck!

They stingy on the toppings and they ll never give you extra cheese just the normal amount. I d give this lower stars but it was at least hot when I got it and other than the cheese situation it was okay.

Barely added any toppings as per asked and there is no base sauce, its tasteless. Overall worst pizza I have ever had. This wasn t expected from domino s.

Used to be ok. But they stopped doing promos (Monday 50% off, nor Tuesday bogo). Nearby stores still do the promos.

Terrible service, the app says my order was ready and when I paid for the pizzas the cashier said to me it will be ready in a minute . After multiple customers walked in and recieved their orders I had to ask once again why my pizzas are not yet ready, it was only when they realized nobody saw mine at the holding area. Such unorganized staff I will never go here again.

This store is notorious for saying the pizza is ready in the tracker but you still gotta wait an extra 15 min when you pull up

Have been going to this location since they opened and have always been taken care of, the staff are friendly and always accommodate me and makes me want to return. My go to is the crispy thin crust which in my opinion is the best way to eat a pizza, you really get to taste the toppings and not get bloated from the dough. But every one has their choice and thats what matters. Great place for pizza and definitely above the rest.

This location of Dominos is the best in town. The manager and the stuff are super friendly. They make quality pizza and they are always in time. I would recommend to visit and order from this shop to experince the best pizza and so on. Thank you for your service.

Loved their customer service

So happy to finally find a quality pizza place that has that nice, light crust and doesnt skimp on toppings. I have been so turned off Pizza Hut, ( used to be my all time favorite), now with their horrible, cardboard, skinny crust with toppings you cant see even when you order, and pay for extra! Our family and friends will now switch to this lovely new place just up the street. We ordered on line for pick up and it was unbelievable how quickly it was done. Affordable compared to the others also.

I could possibly say when the prize matches the quality that s domino s pizza for you. I will be visiting the store quite often from now on. Pizza taste very sour like seemed like e dough or cheese went bad. Not happy at all it made both my mom and I very sick to our stomach. Poor quality of food.

Review is for this location only (Sheppard and Mccowan. Decided to try the carside pickup option. Followed the instructions and everything, waited 10 minutes in the parking lot, nothing. Had to go inside to pick it up. Pizza was alright.

I usually go inside the store for pick up or deliver at home. I tried curbside delivery through the dominos app for the first time and well, it was a fail... Kept my hazards on and even called the store. By the time I got my order delivered 15 minutes or so after I arrived, it was cold. Not trying to complain, just want to notify the store to train the staff so that other customers dont experience this. Not changing my 4 stars, pizza is usually on point each time.

They wont proactively tell you the deals of the day to save money. Theyll charge you the full price rather than helping you out with saving money like in Pizza Pizza.

I visited first time amd everything is on its position which you need for running a pizza store such as customer service, quality, quantity and price. But I dont like the one thing which was topping on the pizza, so after ordering the pizza using the app I called them and said please make sure chicken topping should be on every pizza slice but it was not and I was little disappointed, otherwise everything was perfect.

Miss ordering from them. Manager is nice. Always handles any enquires i have even though once i caused chaos lol! Pizza is always fresh and tasty! I usually add my own spices as they do not any on the deals. Try pizza with Alfredo sauce, you wont regret it! Will be ordering again.

I was ordering for the office I currently work at. So I made 2 orders one of them was for one of my co-workers who wanted to order separately from the rest of the office because she was ordering for her family and leaving right away. And the second order was for the rest of the office because we have training. 2 separate orders both prepaid for. Our office gets an angry call from this dominos confirming we made 2 orders. We confirmed it and the first time the delivery guy came he refused to tell me which order it was. He came again to drop off the second order 30 mins later. He muttered under his breath How many times do you have to order? Why should it matter how many times a business orders? They re both paid for already. I was going to give him a $20 tip but with that attitude I just let him go. I am extremely disappointed and my business will no longer be ordering from them which is too bad because we have training events every Saturday-Monday.

I gave this one star just for the driver who delivered (sukhjit) my pizza. He was so rude. He was waiting for hardly one or two minutes. Please work on dealing with your customers.

I havent had any issues with this store so far. Its definitely better do to a pickup here than get cold pizza delivered to you from other stores.

Delivery drivers dont follow instructions and leave your food outside in the cold. Then claim they texted a landline because we didnt have a doorbell. If instructions had been followed; we very clearly have a doorbell. Management gives you the runaround in terms of compensation as well. Go to a different location or avoid Dominos altogether.

Ordered a pizza and was waiting right infront of the staff. They did not even had the decency to tell that the order was ready. Instead they made it and put it away.
