Worst experience. They make pan pizza with regular dough and fool the customers.

Try their butter chicken sauce. Its vegetarian and tasty.

Good prices and the food is always great. I m a long time customer and will continue to keep going to this location.

Always use same location. Food whether picked up or delivered always what I ask for and on time.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They said they would credit me after messing up my order which was not my mistake to find out when I went they said no they can t and they can t call manger just keep coming back till you find him cause you complain too much when that was a full blown lie! And I was with my children disgusting

They messed up my order and gave me someone else s which is just a mistake. Then finally getting the pizza it was terrible. Been to other dominoes in the country but this one didn t even taste like dominoes, it tasted like bread. The employees were incompetent

We asked for red crushed peppers on the app and they put WAYYYY too much. Also, many times we ordered, they would put very little toppings. Overall, bad experience.

If you think 45 minutes from mobile order to ready for pickup is reasonable for 2 pies.

Its pizza. Turn over employees is high. No time to build a bond with local. Some time workers barley know english. Parking: Tight parking. If have a truck. You would need to park a little further away but still within the same parking lot.

CONCERNING AND ALERTING !!!! We ordered 3 pizzas from 1195 brimley Dominos and 2 of my house mates got sick very very badly. When I called them the next day to let them know my concern they straight up said that we cant do anything about that and if you had any issues you would have called yesterday. To which I said if they are getting sick in the middle of the night after eating at 11 pm we can t call that time, to which the staff named Nainti said we can t do anything and hung up the call. I called them again to say them I don t need any refunds but atleast let your team know about this and she said just ok. No apologies, no concern regarding the health of clients and ZERO professionalism while attending a call from customer. This is concerning and I hope no body else gets sick from eating here like my Girlfriend and my friend did. Or at least they hire someone who has 0.01% of customer service sense . PATHETIC AND HIGHLY DISSATISFIED.

I don t wanna give single star rating as well. pick up and carry out services are too much worst . Not even sense to speak with customer and even after order was ready before time still employee not informed us to take out. So rude and very worst customer service experience I have experienced with dominos pizza.

Pathetically un supportive staff. My small kid wanted to use washroom in emergency and all Indian staff denied. So rude... listen to me again. It was emergency for my child.

Ordered for pick up and NOT satisfied at all. 1. Asked for extra sauce and well done - they did neither of these. I think they actually put less sauce 2. Asked for square cut - they cut in triangles 3. Lady making the pizza was not wearing gloves and was also touching other things between making the pizzas 4. I was ignored when I walked in for pick up. 5. The guy was extremely slow to get my pizza and cash me out. It was like he was purposely moving extra slow. 6. It doesn t even taste good and normally I love dominos pizza This will be the last time I m ordering from here. That s for sure.

I never ate at this location but I have a complain about customer service.I called this Dominos pizza by mistake instead and the lady that I spoke to was extremely rude . I was trying to speak and the lady would not let me talk at all and kept speaking over me.then when I told her to let me talk please . She hung up and I called her back to say dont hang up and that shes rude. She tells me I was rude but I never spoke over her once during our conversation. Ill never step foot In this store . On the other hand I would say that the guy who talked me and figured out I called the wrong number was very nice . She deserves no stars

It was overall good but I think because I was standing there, they are in hurry to pass on the order! I don t blame them since I told them to make it on my way and I reach there beforehand! Also I think it s not the best to mix both roasted bell papers and olives together from my experience! Just saying so you don t make the same mistake I did!

Today went there to order pizza, two girls was setting in front who do not know how to take orders!! lol.. Few months ago went there asking they are hiring or not , an Indian guy who was working said they don t hire people without experience!! Maybe they only hire Indian people without experience!! This is my local Dominos location, so I order from them maybe once every 2-3 weeks, and let me tell you - they nail it. I routinely order triple cheese on a pizza, and while most places just sort of increase the cheese, these guys triple the cheese, no skimping. Highly appreciated. Huge fan of pizza, of cheese, and of these guys.

I recently visited to this location and my overall experience was really good. I was facing difficulty with applying coupons while placing the order online then I engaged with there employee, if I am not wrong, her name was NANCY she helped me out and I placed the order. Trust me, the taste was really good. I like spicy so I requested her so she made as per my taste. 5 for this store

My buddy lives in the area, and we have ordered pizza a few times now, and it always gets there piping hot, and delicious.

Won t be coming back here anymore . This was my second time placing an order at this location. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza online using the dominos app and headed to the store. I got there a bit early so I just waited in my car till I got the complete and headed inside. From me placing the order to the order being completed it was about 13 minutes which was within reason for how long it usually takes to make the pizza. When I went in, one of the employees was helping out two customers. After helping both of them out, he simply asked what I ordered and I just simply told him a large pepperoni pizza. He told me that it s in the oven and shouldn t take long . ..44 minutes later after just standing in the store waiting for my order and watching 11 other people come in and get their orders (both online orders and placed in store orders) I finally get my order. From the moment I ordered it to the time I finally got my pizza was 57 minutes. I was planning to just walk out if it ended up taking an hour. To add insult to injury, the guy didn t even apologize for me waiting that long in the store. I just took the pizza (which was already paid for online) and left. Kinda unfortunate because this is the closest location to my house and I ve been getting pizza from Pizza Pizza and Papa Johns all the time. But the way my time waiting there was just disregarded was really a slap in the face. The food is good besides that as you d expect from Dominos, but this was just a bad experience for me and I don t plan to come back to this location again.

I came here last night terrible quality terrible service , they act blind when the door is locked to let you in at 8pm, they are slow and they don t even process there orders in a timely fashion to match there order tracker I came here for 25 years and I will never come here again !

I had one of the worst experience for delivery I live 3 mins away from this location and they took 45 mins to deliver me the pizza as well as when I called them they said it s already out of delivery and my timer showed me it s delivered to my location but no one was there..

We have been using this location for many years.... Basir makes great pizzas but all pizzas from the location are delicious. (Hawaiian Hand tossed thin crust with Alfredo sauce)

I ordered large pizza 4 topping on July 23 at 1:45 pm, they said 4 topping large special for $14.68 but I got 3 topping and they cut it by 8 slices (like a medium). I wont come back anymore.

Absolute worst location!!! Spent 5mins waiting for them to enter a coupon, just for them to say they dont accept it at this location??? Its a Dominoes coupon, and you dont accept it? Explain that. From what I could tell they just couldnt figure out how to put the coupon in. I will never use this location again, and I will be telling others about this experience also. Complete joke!!!!!

I order chicken pizza with oregano and crushed red peppers and always get max 1 chicken piece per slice and never with oregano and crushed red pepper. I am not writing this only on one order basis. After 4 orders I am writing that too because there is no way for me to contact dominos apart from the store who also doesnt help after the order is delivered. Not at all happy with the service and the product

They are becoming worst location. They are using pre made frozen pizza dough now. I don t know all Domino s doing this now but I won t order again from this location.

I order from this location often because its the closest one to me. The delivery drivers are usually great and friendly, so I WOULD give this location 5 stars except the fact that on Friday night, I ordered myself and my kids a Large Brooklyn Style Pizza from a break from an extremely busy day- We all ended up getting food poisoning. We were all feeling fine until we had the pizza. Everyone has been throwing up and in and out of the bathroom for the last 2 days. I called the location to tell them/warn them to get rid of the ingredients that they may potentially serve to other customers but the worker did not care about what I had to say. She continued to deny it was the ingredients, and that they do a freshness check twice a day. They just simply did not care for the situation at all. - Very disappointing. This Dominos will no longer be my pizza location. Unprofessional.

Last night I ordered 2 pizzas, there was no proper cheese, not enough toppings one of them was raw and other one was burned. Not recommended

Ordered a vegetarian pizza for takeout, this location used to be one of my favourite branches which makes the best pizza according to preferred customisations. Sadly, from last couple of visits unable to receive the same taste and regretting to purchase every single time. Not really sure what has changed, but I except the same old taste, hope this hits the right people.

Very poor customer service. Instead of giving me my order which I know is ready, the cashier asked me for my name 3 times and was walking around talking to his buddies. And this is not the first time that happened! Never giving you people business again.

We are huge fans of the pastas. It would bd nice if Dominos offered salads on their menu. My problem is with the staff/owners at the Brimley Road location. They are a bit snappish, and always seem stressed and rushed. Makes me feel bad for bothering them! Tonight we called to order pasta, and we were told that they are out! At 5 p.m.!

Ordered the pizza at around 11.40 via app. The delivery boy that came is telling us that because you placed the order late, he had trouble taking the veggies out and baking the pizza. This is definitely not expected customer service. The store closes at 12 am though. Would appreciate if the owner takes look into this and takes action. Very disappointing. Edit(After 5 months): Ordered pizza today again and the person at the store called me and told me if you are ordering at the last moment please pay in advance or dont order. If the app is allowing me to order, why shouldnt I??? Also, the app is giving me the options to pay as per my wish; but the guy wants me to pay online only.. Its very rude for a customer to hear this... (P.S. I didnt wanted to order from this particular location but didnt got the option to select the location)

Good service as any other dominos. Ordered online and was all ready to pickup at the right time.

Last 2 visits to Brimleys Dominos resulted in dry, barely there pizza sauce. In the past they were stingy with the sauce but now its taken to a whole new underwhelming level. This is no longer our go-to Pizza place, its the rather eat frozen pizza than this place.

One of the best pizza restaurants , people are really nice . It is became my one of fav stopping pizza shop.....

Make sure when you order ask for extra cheese because in normal pizza they dont add cheese at all also you need to take permission before entering into store thats what they asked me worst customer service.

Ordered two pizzas with extra cheese for which they charge additional. Neither of the pizzas had extra cheese and most of the slices didnt even have the sauce. Ordered well done. The ones I received were not well done.

Placed an order at 11:08pm today, and came to the store for pick up at 12am. The staff had canceled the order without informing me. It says close at 1am but they already close the store at 12am. Very bad experience and had to find another place at the midnight for the food after my work. Really very bad service, should have informed me or call me before canceling or closing the store. 0 star.

Had Best dominos pizza in GTA

regular customer at this place usually things go smooth but they weren t willing to match the price it said online for the pizza. Placed the order through the app total was less than $20 once i go to pick it up the server tells me it s $55 i showed both employees the exact order, time it was placed and even a screen shot with the price, but the employees were still trying to blame me for Dominos mistake telling me they can t honor it. In the end they offered the pizzas to me for $40 which was still double than what i was told on the app. I didn t end up taking the pizzas and i m pretty sure they just threw it at the end of the day, instead of honoring the price and saving a lot of time. Lost my points from my account, didn t get the food i ordered, and staff were not helpful. Won t be going back to this place. 0/5

So I just order a pizza from Domino s from Brimley location just sent me a whole pizza and it did not even cut so I called the restaurant and then she said I can understand you and put me on hold so that s why I m giving a one star

We order medium thin crust pizza and garlic bread. It was a puck up order and on the last moment we added pop cans. It was closing time, but they prepared the pizza very well. Also we went to order choco lava cake and they delivered it too. The staff is too good l.
