This is the first time at this location. I actually don’t buy pizza at all. My son sent me here to pick up what he wanted and all I could definitely say about this location is that there is one girl in there has such an attitude she shows you with her eyes and her facial expressions just how appalled she is to be working at Domino’s Pizza to deal with a customer like me who is just picking up a pizza for my son. When I asked how long it would take for the pizza to be finished, she was absolutely annoyed by this question and said very rudely 15 minutes. I guess she gets that question a lot. I will never come back to this location ever again.
The worst Domino’s in Ontario. Just ordered a medium veggie pizza, got home and saw the pizza is overcooked, there’s no cheese. Something seems to be off about this pizza. The pizza looks stale, like it was cooked a few days ago. Would not recommend this location to anyone. Such a waste of money and time. Wish I could give them negative stars.
The Food was horrible. Pizza barely had any cheese. The pizza sauce was off and tasted weird. The wings were under cooked & just awful with the fat on them. Dominos used to be so good but not anymore. The special came with a medium size, 8 wings and no drinks which for 26$ is a waste of money. I DO NOT recommend.
PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU ORDER: I placed an order for 2 two large pizzas one day in advance for a birthday party. The pizza came 27 mins late without any phone call or notification. The pizza was burnt and over cooked. I called to complain the next day, representative was not helpful. I asked to have a manager to call me but did not receive any call back. Poor experience overall, not going to visit again. Do not recommend their pizza ! Consider other pizza places especially if it’s for a group event.
I just recently ordered a 2medium pizza with cheesy bread from this particular store, and i really don’t feel like ever eating Dominos AGAIN especially from this store.. the pizza was without the taste, we asked for some herbs and garlic but they did not add any of it. Whereas, the cheesy bread was just a dry cheese on top of a dry bread.. without any flakes/taste. Please please add some flavour/taste to the pizzas. I would not recommend from this store now.
I visited Domino's on a busy Friday evening, and despite the long line, the staff were friendly and efficient. When I realized I had forgotten my coupon at home, the manager kindly offered to honor the discount anyway. The food was prepared quickly, and the pizza was hot and delicious. What impressed me most was the staff's positivity and teamwork, making the experience enjoyable and stress-free. Their excellent service truly made my day!
Extremely rude staff, there were two people and both were rude, one was assisting me and one was assisting another guy. The pizza too didn't even look great. I had added extra cheese but there's no extra cheese to be seen. The pizza was supposed to be half mushroom and onion, and half bacon and pepperoni the toppings were so little. So disappointing.
Probably some of the best Domino’s I’ve had, if you don’t mind the poor customer service. The quality of ingredients were very fresh, they gave plenty of toppings, and the pizzas tasted great. This location is also very thorough - they called me to confirm my online order, which I appreciated! However, upon arriving for pick up, two ladies working the line kept giving us the nastiest looks, we felt very unwelcome. There were 6 people working and one on cash helping another customer, yet we were completely ignored for more than 5 minutes. One employee really redeemed my experience here and deserves a shoutout - I believe her name was Navpreet. Superb customer service from her! She was very kind, quick, and attentive - even showing us our pizzas to make sure everything was to our liking before paying.

You guys need to give some classes on customer service to your staff. The front line girl Ashmeet was rude and arrogrant just on a pick order, I wonder how you treat the customers who walk-in and order.

Horrible dominos, the rudest customer service ever and they lie about their menu items. I commuted all the way there after they told me over the phone that they had an item just to arrive and then she told me that she said that they have it not that she would sell it to me. Avoid at all costs.

Well, we stay 5 mins away from this location and this order took them close to 1 hr to arrive. We had to call them twice and we were wrongly advised that it is on the way. Upon asking the driver (his name is Mohammed) about thw delay, his rude response was It doesnt matter and you can cancel the order. Adding to this the pizzas arrived dead cold!!! This has been the worst experience we have had with this location and the customer service is pathetic.

The staff here are remarkably kind and professional - far beyond the expectations of the wages I assume they are making.
Pizza arrived quick, hot and was what I expected.
Online order was placed at Scarborough 3245 Finch Ave E, Unit-11 Location. The order was ready to be picked up ON TIME with a professional service+ Quality Pizza with enough toppings this time. (Though they put less amount of toppings on Tuesdays special Second Pizza free days) just to cover up the cost based on my experience. Over all Good Experience!! Vegetarian options: There is reasonable choices of vegie topings available but they can do better like Pizza Nova or competitive Pizza places Parking: There were enough free parking available in this little PLAZA

I ordered via the Dominos App and recieved a phone call from the location verifying the location I was picking it up from. I appreciate the call, but maybe for the future for the business, have the # attached with the business so I may not ignore a call from them. There are a lot of scam callers, and I was very hesitant to answer the call. As usual, ordered within 15 mins, and the app is very accurate with when the order being ready.
