Love their pizza and wings cant be beat

It s the second time I ask for an order and they don t do it lol, such a waste of time since the old couple worked there

Does not have basic slices available at lunch time. Does not want to make slices available when asked.

These are new owners at Eglinton Avenue and Midland Avenue. Order a Large pizza one evening. Place online order 9:34pm. Didnt get pizza till 10:10pm Owner is taking orders and touch cash no hygiene whats so ever. Didnt wash his hands after touching cash took three customers orders till he even dropped the chicken wings to the fry vat and pizza went into the oven. The order that I place at 16 minutes earlier. As the pizza came out theyre cutting pizza and the topping falling off the pizza and the owner is touching the topping that fell off the pizza with his bare hands that still wasnt washed yet after touching cash and putting chicken wings and Pozzolotto into the fry vat. I told the guy they should not be doing that when dealing with food Would not recommend this pizza location. Cocky attitude from the owners. Parking: Small plaza 20 parking spots possibly.

DO NOT order delivery they will make you walk out to the road to get your order placed an order for 3 panzos last night 1/18/24 at 930 they showed up to my house my wife was alone with our two young children and was told they would not deliver to our door meaning she would have to leave our 8 and 5 year old alone on the top floor this is crazy if you ask me and highly unsafe. Then was called by the store and told if my wife didn t come and get the order quickly that we would be blacklisted from the restaurant and no food I have contacted higher up and they said they would retrain the driver and talk to the store

I am writing to speak about Haje and his family. I ve known Haje for years and he makes the most incredible pizza ever. Even without ordering extra cheese he ll make sure you don t see any sauce, he s very generous with toppings, and provides the best customer service you d ever experience. His wife and daughter are full of positivity and they all work to the most of the capability. They re an awesome family and I consider a family friend. Haje thank you!! You deserve a raise for your hard work and amazing pizzas ! Customer for life.

I cant praise this pizzeria joint, enough. The people who work here treat you like one of their own! Not only myself, but anytime I go to pick up my order I see a bunch of other customers (mostly regulars) who are laughing and joking while waiting for their order. The owners know most customers by name--and you guys still have to learn mine, but its OK since I only started ordering from you from two weeks ago and I dont know your names either ;-) I always order the panzerotti but I have yet to try their gourmet pizzas. Since its family owned, the owners really care about the attention to detail and customer service, which means that they wont skimp out on the toppings and awesomeness. Dont. Ever. Change!!

Just picked up my extra large, three topping pizza. It s Bombtastic. Few weeks ago got Pizza from another chain to change it up - made me realize how amazing this pizza is. Also love that its Family owned and operated- their heart goes into it.

Thin crust Hawaiian to perfection

Ordered online and not sure if my pizzas came from this location. The price was more than other pizza restaurants but the actual quality and taste of the pizzas were different (very good and didnt leave me with heart burn). If Pizzavile competed price wise with others they would definitely be the best. Keep making quality good food and more people will notice and thank you.

Not impressed, mozzarella sticks looked nothing like the picture, burnt/dried out on the end, not eat able, are panzarotis suppose to have sauce, because the 3 I ordered only had toppings, gross....never again

I love pizzaville, always have but when I order No contact delivery thats what I expect. Not a phone call telling me to come downstairs from my apartment to get my order when I asked for it to be dripped off by my door. Until you can figure out what a no contract delivery is I wont be ordering no more. Wish I could give it negative starts. not happy at all.

Love this pizzaville! The family is so kind and accommodating to my vegan diet. I appreciate that they dont charge extra for my dairy free cheese. They and their pizzas are the best!

Went in last evening for a quick bite on the weekend. Ordered a limited time offer three topping pizza, and was quite impressed with the quality. The pizza was baked till it was nice and crunchy, which is what they generally should be like. I do love a good cheesy pizza from time to time, but those arent something I can eat more than once or twice a month. The crunchiness really went well with the overall taste of the pizza. The toppings were plentiful yet not overloaded, and properly distributed over the base. The cheese and tomato sauce were also proportioned well, where it wasnt too cheesy and extra salty as a result. I felt that there was a little extra crust with no toppings on it, but that was due to the shape of the base after they rolled the dough. My previous point about sufficient ingredients still holds true, and all in all it was a great pizza for Saturday night dinner. My only issue was with how they cut the slices. It wasnt proportioned properly, where some slices were very thin and others were huge. The standard rule is to cut any pizza into six, maybe a possible 8. The staff just cut my pizza into as many slices as possible. I would suggest that they should work on their quality control both before and after the food is ready, especially when such a nice pizza was made. Other than that, I really did enjoy my meal. I hope to make this a routine thing!

Quality of Food was not what we expected the Pizza just so so, we can find a number of local non Italian restaurants doing better. House kerping of the Kitchen was poor. Price is OK.

Pizza was ready to be picked up with no nonsense: fresh, hot and nicely sliced! The people there know what theyre doing :)

This is the only place my family and I order pizza from. The people who work here are so friendly and the service is amazing. I mostly order large pizzas and it always gets done within 15-20 mins. Most importantly, the pizza is always done exactly how I would ask for it to be and its so scrumptious. I truly applaud their efforts, these people deserve everything.

There is one girl there with excellent customer service . But management is terrible. I say this because about a week ago I bought a meat lovers slice of pizza and why eating it discovered that there was pineapple on it and I am allergic to pineapple. I called customer service and I was told that I could got a refund the next day. So I went back the next day and explain to the manager what had happened and told them what customer service said that I could get a refund. He told me that they would not give me a refund. So I called customer service again while I was in the store and spoke to them and they called the store The Man in the store still refuse to give me a refund stating that the manager was 2 to 5 minutes. So I waited while I was on the phone with customer service and he got a higher up manager to call the store and the Man in the store finally gave me my refund. As I was leaving the store the lady who they said was the manager of the store arrived. Then I kindly let her know how I was treated by her employee and she really didnt seem to care and it turns out the man in the store who said he was not the manager was the manager. Then I was told to get out the store. Its safe to say I will never eat at this Pizzaville again. If I could give 0 stars I would but Google wont allow me to give no stars.

Last time we ordered from here it was 2018, we recently ordered and the pizza was good. I think they changed the Pepperoni, not the greatest taste compared to before. We will try again.

Me and my friend went to get the bread sticks but when my friend ordered the staff were VERY RUDE he told us to get 8 so we each can get 4 but we wanted to get 4 each but in a different box so he yelled at us.Also everyone was yelling it was hard to eat in peace.

The pizza slices tastes fresh but when I walked in for a slice, the guy in the front counter was eating something and was chewing his food while taking my order! So disgusting!!! The parking is a nightmare and hard to find parking and the plaza is so narrow

Place has delicious pizza however my last order of XL bacon tomato and pineapple pizza literally had one piece of pineapple on it. A bit disappointed as my child loves pineapple on pizza and there literally wasnt any.

The pizza is amazing..The main reason while I put a 4 star is because sometimes when you order a deal/special they forgot to give you stuff. Once I order a pizza with 2 garlic dipping sauce they didnt give me the sauce they only gave me the pizza. Other wise amazing pizza. (P.s please keep the door)
