This is the best pizza in the area. The staff and delivery people are very nice and always smiling.
All of those who had the pizza had to sit just outside of washroom all day long. Had not one but two hair in one of the pizza that we had to throw out, couldn’t reach to complain as they were closed already. Really disgusted and think would never prefer to have Pizzaville.
I had the misfortune of buying a slice in the Bradford Pizzavilke. Simply stated, it was the worst pizza I ever tasted I. My entire life. No joke. I was cold, there was one little piece of pepperoni o each of the 2 tiny triangles and tge crust tasted aweful. Horrible. $5.00 for the slice was high as well. I emailed the head office complaining of my badb experience and they never even answerred me. Bad customer service on top of it all.!!
Worst pizza I have ever had. I used to like Pizzavlle, but I think this location is sourcing cheaper ingredients. My last two pizzas were bland, short on toppings and the cheese was like some doughy cheese substitute. A frozen McCain's pizza would have been better. Never again.
Pizza was pretty good for take out chain pizza. Unfortunately, the wedges were overcooked and had some burnt edges. Should've come out of the oven earlier earlier. Also, I paid 89¢ for a dipping sauce but it was not delivered.
Ordered chicken wings from here back in (April 2021) Got me some honey garlic breaded and some plain tossed in hot sauce. The wings were pretty decent- had a good amount of meat on them. Bonus was it didn’t take too long at all and the staff were super friendly. Con- wings weren’t even that hot in terms of temperature and heat.
My first experience was great. My second was not. I ordered at 6:54pm, it said 20 minutes. I know they take a bit longer so I got there at 7:25, but was told it would be five minutes. I waited then the guy said one of the pizzas got stuck in the oven and part of it got messed up so he had to make a new one. I didn't get my pizzas till 7:52, so an hour after I ordered. I thought they might offer a discount, or a dipping sauce, or even the part of the damaged pizza that was okay. But there was nothing to acknowledge I now had one pizza that had been sitting there for half an hour, and had to stand outside in the cold for half an hour.
A bit too burnt for me.

Food poisoning from pepperoni ordered last night, taste of the pizza was also horrible, cheese looked as if it was baked separately and placed over the dough after.

The worst attitude I have ever seen in an employee. I dont know what the attitude was about. He didnt even greet us when we got in, nodding his head like what the heck do you want? Throwing the pizza and pointing at it when it was done. Never going back. The pizza was average as well.
Very poorly done I asked for well done and it comes with hardly melted cheese and basically cold pepperoni just to rush the product out the door . Ever sine covid became a thing the quality of service establishments are providing is poor and everything keeps rising in price .... just shameful

Fresh ingredients, generously topped pizza, with a marinara sauce (none of that prepackaged stuff). Delivery under 40 minutes by a polite, masked personable delivery man.
Pizza quality isnt as goodas it used to be. And the toppings are way less that what they used to be for some reason.
Price is decent. Pizza crust and base is definitely better than Pizza Pizza s or Domino s.
Love the location at Kennedy and Kingston Rd. I did find it better ordering through the week, ordering on the weekend, I found the pizza not as good..
They make the best pizza & I love that they are willing to cut even my medium size Margherita Calabrese pizza into squares.
One of the best pizzavilles in the city. From the kind staff to the always hot stonebaked pizza that always comes out phenomenal. If youre looking for great chain pizza, this is miles above the competition in the area.
Pizzaville is by go-to choice for a slice, whole pizza or panzarotti. The specials are always hard to beat and I get them frequently (Large 5 topping).
Most days this is a FIVE STAR pizza place. But sometimes, just sometimes, they make a pizza thats dry and flavorless. Inconsistency is DEATH in the restaurant business. But when their pizza is good, its REALLY good, so we keep coming back.
