The pesto sauce is the best!!! 😍 The pizza crust is so crispy and delicious too, it might be the best part of our meal. We got two pizzas with vegan cheese and it might be top 3 affordable vegan pizza options in the city. Shout out to the kind family that works here, we can't wait to come back! 💗
Pete was very rude. He passed racial comments on me . Uber eats gave promotion buy one get one, that doesn’t mean i am getting everything free, i paid for the pizza dint get what i ordered for . When i questioned pete he says u got one free so get out of the store don’t complaint. I also report to the head office regarding his behaviour. I would never recommend anyone to buy from here.
Pizza was fresh and well made, but taste of pizza isn't really good. The sauce they use either they're applying very little or sauce all together isn't well made. No taste of sauce at all. If they improve the sauce maybe the taste will improve
Worst pizza I've had in a long time. Asked for extra sauce. Was so dry couldn't even see sauce let alone taste any. Never going back there.
Update (5th Sept): Submitted the feedback form multiple times on their website, But no response. Update (31st July): The feedback form was also submitted on 7th July when I posted this review, but received no response on that. However, as mentioned in the service provider's reply on Google Reviews, I've submitted the feedback form again on 31st July. Awaiting the response.... Bad experience... this is second time. I regularly order cheese pizzas from here since more than a year. The chefs also know me personally but one guy is so reluctant to put Italian herbs/seasoning on the cheese pizza. Even after requesting, he bluntly refused. The seasoning is not a topping, is it? So why so much fuss to put little bit of it on pizza? I'm not going to order again unless my complaint is noted.
I went to get a few pizzas for my sons grad trip group. I happened to get there and noticed I had a flat tire. There was a pinhole sized hole in the tire but by the time I went into the store and asked the person working if he had anything I could maybe put it in, the tire was completely flat. He came out with my pizzas in hand and went in his car and got a screw to stop the air and pumped up my tire for me. He also refused to take any money. Thank you so much Peter. You made my whole day better!! And the pizza was enjoyed by all ❤️
Found a 2 for 1 small pizza deal on Uber Eats today. $12.99! We ordered the Canadian pizza which has pepperoni, mushrooms, bacon crumble and cheese. They had other options like meat lovers, deluxe, veggie and Hawaiian on the offer. Fyi the store does the delivery on the uber app. Pizzas arrived in 30 mins. They came in a nice Clean box and smelled fantastic when I opened the lid. The view was spectacular, nice amount of toppings and the size was perfect 6 slices. We got the garlic and habenero cheese dips to dunk our crusts in..they tasted really nice. Delivery was quick and efficient and our pizzas came hot as they used the insulator bag. They seem to have some promo codes and deals on the 241 pizza website as well for walk-in and delivery deals. You should check them out so you can save money. This was a great Friday evening treat, we will order again. Update Got the Hawaiian 241 deal 2 small pizzas. Very delicious, ham is very smokey and tastes delicious with the sweet pineapple. See my picture Really great deal! Update Ordered meat lovers 241 deal lovely taste. Asked for them to make me a deluxe and meat lovers on the deal but I guess they were to busy as I just got 2 meat lovers. Update The 241 deal is back on uber eats. Ordered canadian and asked for one of th Hawaiians but again they did not provide. You responded they would next time. Anyway came hot and fresh, and is tasting devious but I think the pizza is smaller but could be my imagination. Everything looked nice Update March 23/24 Just made an order through Door Dash. Ordered 2, 3 toppings deal, 1 diet sprite, 1 orange and 4 dipping sauces. Unfortunately, only 1 pizza was sent, with 1 regular coke and 2 dipping sauces. The 1 pizza I received was so burnt on the bottom it was hard and inedible. What has happened here? I just worked a 12 hour shift only to have to make a dinner for us at 9pm when I was dog tired! What a complete disappointment. I feel so upset about your customer neglect and caring. If there was a problem you could have called or had door dash cancel the order but instead you completely botched it and I could only get a partial refund! After all the great reviews I gave you I now have to give you this one.
Since the new change of the restaurant this pizza is amazing. The sauce is actually good, and the pizza didn't take long like 5 min for 2 medium. Family loves it I am so happy the new owners took this place over. Also they did lots of upgrades looks way better than before.
Ordered 2 pizzas tonight and never received them called support for the store number and have called 4 times in the past 20min with no answer. This place is a scam run by scummy people.

Horrible service. They had no slices and refused to make any. I used to come here once or twice a week for 10 years. Will never return. I guess making probably $7 worth of product is worth losing a lifetime customer

Don t order off this location again. They hung the phone up on me very unprofessional when I tried to explain a situation with the dasher not delivering my order. Will order from another 241 location from then on.

Got an large pizza with tandoori chicken today and it was horrible. The chicken had no taste. The worst pizza I ever tasted. It was so much better before. This not ok guys I spent 30$ for the pizza and we threw more than half of the pizza away. Never ordering with 241 Pizza again.
Horrible. Cheese was undercooked, crust was too thick and overall tasteless. I reached out to the link provided in the reply & heard back from nobody. No real attempt at making it right
Most underrated pizza place in Toronto. The quality and service is very good. Pizza itself is filling thick bread . Nice and . Not sure why so many neg reviews, give it a try.
New renovation and new owner, the place look brighter and clean now. Pizza is also very good, I always have a large vegetable pizza with garlic butter, pineapple and extra cheese, it is excellent, try that it is really good!!
I went for the promotion that you can get two pizza for a lower price. Then I pay the price and the guy gave me just one. Im going to ask for the second one. He said you didnt tell me that you wants the promotion then I said yes. Im here for it and then he told me to have my current one and he make me the other. Then I waited and he didnt put it in the oven and he told me you should tell me that you are short. You want the second one and he didnt make me so he deceives people.
Went there and got pizza, chicken wings, wedges and garlic bread. The worst food I have had at that 241. The pizza was very dry and the chicken wings werent cooked :/ I had a credit aswell and the guy was mad at me due to using that credit. he was disrespectful. I will never go back. I miss the old owners.
The Service Was Good. The Person Showed Me The Pizza When It Was Fully Baked. Provided Me Estimate Time Preparation Time. The Breaded Wings & Garlic Bread Were Top Notch. Added An Apple Fritter For Sweet. I Recommend This Place For Good Service And Food. Vegetarian options: Tomato, Mushroom, Green Pepper

Every time I order pizza here they never make it the way I ask. So cheap on the toppings when youre paying for it.Bring back the previous owners.. pizza was always made just how I asked them to make it. Previous owners were awesome

This place isnt good as it used to be be after the renovation . It looks good but there prices are just so high a soda can costs 1.75 + 2 pizza slices are 5.50 = 7.25 when before 2 slices where 4 dollars and one soda can was 1 dollar in total is 5 dollars which is a very good price . The places still have no seats not even a table this time I liked the old owners better .
We usually order from here at least once a week and always got delicious food but tonight we ordered pizza and wings with extra wings with no sauce and we got all the wings with sauce instead of half and they changed the barbecue sauce to smoky so we won t be ordering from there anymore because the food tastes so different
Used to order all the time. Today I had it for the first time in a few months due to it being temporarily closed, and it was awful. Over cooked, dry, it didnt look or taste anything like the 241 I know and love. I wont be ordering from here unless they revert to their original quality.

I went in to get a medium pizza the other day and the taste was absolutely horrible. It is definitely not the same experience I had a year ago. I m assuming they changed management since the renovation. And everything is so much more expensive. The price is not worth the quality of food. I also had poor customer service as well. I hope they make improvements soon.

Been going here for over 25 years! When the pizza is fresh, it is really good and they dont chinsh on the toppings and cheese. The husband and wife that run the store are precious, hardworking people. Very nostalgic if youve lived in the area.

Pizzas tastes okay not the best pizza around. The kitchen and the oven looks extremely dirty. The employees had no official uniform on so how do I know if this is a actually 241 pizza location??? Plus the customer service is horrible. They got mad at me for not having cash and I was paying credit instead. Probably Ill never return here again

Especially weekends, or when we get tired from work, the best choice readily available is grabbing a pizza. Their walk-in combos are attractive.. If u r single, you can get their pizza slices.. don t forget to carry change :) I personally like their walk-in combos and party pizzas... You have no space to sit and eat, by for a quick bites no issues. Nowadays I miss their reheating instructions on their pizza box..

MY FAMILY AND I LOVE COMING TO THIS LOCATION AND THE SERVICE IS VERY GOOD AND PIZZA IS FRESH AND VERY FAST. THE TOPPINGS IS GOOD LOTS AND THE CHEESE IS VERY THICK AND THT IS AMAZING AND ALSO THE PRICES ARE VERY CHEAP. WHEN WE PLACE OUR ORDERS IT COMES VERY FAST. THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY. WE FOUND A PIZZA PLACE THAT WE WILL BE GOING TO MORE OFTEN.

Our most beloved ever reliable food shop! Always open from 11am to midnight. Whenever one needs comfort food and wants to skip dishes, 241 is for you! Fresh and crisp from the oven. We love the Garlic Cheesy Loaf and classic chicken. Very flavourful and yummy! Our all time favorite. And the price? Very budget friendly! Two slices of pizza for the price of one! The best part is, its our friendly neighborhood shop!
Amazing pizza. Always cooked well and great service. I think the owner is the old guy with a hat and a limp. Every time he makes my pizza its great. It does not taste like the rest of the 241 chain pizzas. Im surprised by some bad reviews, this has been my local go to pizza for the past 17 years. I am sure when the old guy retires the pizza will not be the same.

Ive been here on many occasions, and the food has always been excellent. Fresh ingredients, well made, tasty, and good value for the buck too. I would highly recommend this place.
I walked past on my way to pick up a few things at the Shoppers and the open sign was on at 241, so on my way home I stopped inside & the driver instantly standing at the door shoving us back outside saying no, not open! so I asked well what is your closing time? he just shoved us outside & I said next time you should just turn off the OPEN sign so we know. he rudely shouted at us next time you never come! Keep in mind I just moved here that day & was curious about the store hours for next time! I couldnt believe how rude this man was to two young women. I wouldnt recommend anyone to give them any service, the man looked like he hadnt showered in months or brushed his teeth, I wouldnt want him handling my food or delivery order. Thanks for saving me from buying from your disgusting place!
Worst wings Ive ever had; burnt on the outside and slimy/cold on the inside, seems they dont change the oil in their cookers enough. The pizza crust and bread underneath was like cardboard; overcooked, super crunchy and dry. Toppings were average. Cheese bread-sticks were lukewarm and hard, couldnt eat them. Overall a pretty terrible place. The franchise really needs to look at this location, as I have gotten 241 from other places that is much better. At least the guy remembered me when I went to pick up. Avoid this place!
