Extremely non satisfactory preparation and the staff is very rude too. I don t know if they are staff or the owners of the place but they are extremely rude people.

Whenever I feel like having pizza and wings, I go there. From owner to staffs, all are kind and professional. Foods are delicious. Dietary restrictions: Their products are halal (HMA certified).

Store manager is extremely rude, and hung up on us when we called explaining they sent us the wrong pizza toppings. We paid for delivery but manager asked that we come pick it up. He was very disrespectful and did not let me get a single word in. He was not apologetic at all regarding their error and finally he hung up on us, even though he did all the talking. I would not support this business again.

Extremely poor customer service. They put the wrong toppings on my pizza which I had delivered to me. When I called them about their error, they told me that I would have to pick up the pizza if I wanted one correctly made. I asked how long it would take and the manager/employee started yelling at me not to waste their time. They said they would drop off another pizza and that they would take back the wrong one after I said I couldn t pick it up but it never arrived.

Very bad behavior, especially the bald black beard guy, i asked for a poutine ($2) with burger combo, i said poutine loudly 3-4 times, but he didnt listen, when i told him i did say it, he was arguing with me, that i didnt say and was insisting that i actually didnt say, come on man, even my wife was sad because of his behaviour while taking the order, even before him serving,

Meat was very very dry, the quality of their pizzas is going down as they are becoming cheap with the topping portions..

Ordered a X-Large Pizza with two toppings and was charged $21.50. This price is ridiculous considering other places offer X-large pizza for $14-15 with toppings included. Mind you it was half and half, not even full toppings. buddy said $15.50 for one topping and $21.50 for two toppings. How are you gonna have barakah in your business when you are cheating your customers like such. Change your name to Alhamdullilah pizza because I am never eating here again. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

I recently ordered and took out a pizza & wings from Bishmilla Pizza and was left feeling disappointed and unsatisfied. The crust was soggy and undercooked as leaving me feeling like I didnt get my moneys worth. After eating that i felt severe stomach pain and went to washroom over 4 times.. :-( Overall, I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a good pizza.

ALERT!!! BEWARE OF THIS CHEATER so-called MUSLIM PIZZA MAKER!! Placed an order of a 4-toppings medium pizza with additional 1 topping on their website at evening 6:50 PM. Online price was $14.99 +HST. I requested them to use barbeque sauce as base instead of regular pizza sauce and pickup time 7:25 PM. Reached there at 7:26 PM and became disappointed to see them still putting toppings on pizza. Then the real shock came. Real price of the pizza is completely different from the price they mentioned in their website!! They got the same receipt that I got from online and then put their handwritten price on their receipt to give a REAL surprise. They were even struggling in the mathematical counting of toppings. If they are Muslim by faith then arent they aware of sins for cheating in doing business??

pretty rude staff. each has their own policy when placing an order. some will allow you to go half and half on pizza (but will still charge you full topping price even though its on half) and others will flat out refuse to. i dont eat the pizza here but my family does as it is halal and we typically order $50-60 worth every week or so. its not that hard to just make a pizza half and half but i guess you just want people to pay more for a whole pizza. which is fine, but def lost a customer due to the attitude by the people working here. kindness shouldnt cost anything. two stars because the pizza is on par with most places, and again, it is halal.

Absolutely excellent pizza. Not sure why this is so underrated. Super crispy, fresh ingredients. Baked to perfection. Delicious pizza sauce. Delicious garlic dip! I ll be trying out their other items soon. Kid-friendliness: They have fried chicken and fish and chips as well.

One of the best non-franchise pizzas I have ever had. The pizza was fresh, the cheese used actually had salt in it (I cant stand saltless pizza!), and the entire pie itself was well seasoned (got cheese, olives and onions as toppings). Also, the garlic dip tasted fresh instead of the processed prepackaged Heinz ones a lot of places have. 11/10 would recommend!

This is my go to spot for wings they never disappoint always well cooked never overdueing the sauce, fries always hot an crispy.

Very disappointing. The wings were pretty good but the pizza was not worth the money. Basically no sauce and the ground beef didn t even resemble real meat. We were hosting a get-together and one of the extra large pizzas we ordered was barely touched. No one liked it and it was obvious as to why.

The place used to be my favourite for getting pizza and wings but the overall quality has really declined over the years. Our last order, the pizza crust was tough like cardboard and there was barely any sauce. Also, i asked for extra sauce on the bbq wings but they were dry when we ate them and had barely any sauce. Really disappointing.

Ordered a large pizza and asked not to burn it from the bottom the pizza dough was completely raw and when we told them about it, they blamed it on us and said we asked for it to be lightly cooked that really does not mean raw food. Then they put the same pizza back in the oven for couple of minutes, which did not make a difference because the dough still remained uncooked. It was really frustrating to go back because they put it in the oven again and burnt it. It was so hard and all the cheese was burnt. It was a very bad experience for us and they should really have better service for customers.

The pizza and the chicken were delicious.

They made my order wrong, which is fine. Mistakes can happen. When I called the store, the person who answered the call was very, very rude. He kept cutting me off when I was talking. He explained why he did that, and when I asked why he did not confirm before making it. Instead of apologizing for not confirming the order before he made it, he said he doesnt have time to waste on that.

Absolute trash service and support. They gave me a cheese pizza although I ordered a PEPPERONI Pizza for $14. I called them to rectify their mistake that their own employee made, when I confirmed with her I was getting a Pepperoni Pizza. I call them to rectify the situation, and they just hung up, because they knew they were wrong, and they didnt want to give me the pizza I ordered. People come to this country and dont even understand English, yet they own a business, its unbelievable. They do not even understand the difference between a Pepperoni Pizza, and a Cheese Pizza. Unfortunately I had someone pick it up as they were already on the road and they did not check what the order was, because the woman confirmed it was a Pepperoni Pizza. ALWAYS check your orders people, especially when youre dealing with immigrants that dont know English.

Overcharge by adding sauce and I did not ask for it. The 5 pcs chicken is $12 to expensive. The employees are rude also especially those old men. Theres another pizza shop on markham eglinton and billal pizza seems for better.

I had both dine in & delivery experience with Bismillah pizza. All the time i found their staff are very rude. Specially the guy who wear cap and the old guy. However, food taste was average. Never going back or plan to order from home.
