Late Night Pizza in Scarborough

I m regular customer of this Late Night pizza, their pizza and all other food quality is best, This place karak chai is very good, so I always come for kadak chai here, but few times its happened that karak chai not available and they replace with masala chai, today also same thing happened, I waited 10 minutes thn, cashier replaced with masala chai without even asking me, so I refused and took my refund, my strong advice, get karak chai available all the time or if you dont have available thn tell customer at same time, before replacing with other chai option, ask customer first

The person who taking order on counter his is not serious with his responsibility I have ordered pizaaa from over the phone when I went to pickup my pizaaa , he gave someone else mine order and told me to wait more 20 min to get another pizzaa very bad service even he wasnt took me serious ..

Before going to the store make sure you look at these photos, before I ordered I asked for bbq sauce for wings but they tricked me, gave me a weird tasting tangy sauce instead of bbq sauce which tasted like, NORMAL KETCHUP. Upon calling them, they said that bbq sauce tastes like this, tastes like what? Normal ketchup? I never had such bbq sauce. Not only this, the pizza had extra pizza sauce. We wouldn t have written a negative review but it was highly important as the staffs weren t even a bit sorry about this, they weren t even wearing masks, and they started arguing with us more saying taste this , look at our sauces etc. the manager was very rude. I would highly recommend to avoid this pizza place. We came for some late night pizzas, never expected this and such rude behaviour.

Yesterday I bought mix and match combo ,was extremely disappointed,when I came home and I opened the wing box ,wings were totally burned totally black ,is it kind of joke ? I mean I spent more than $50 ,ofcourse they will give you tip option first .so disappointed will never go there again and I will recommend my family and friends not to go there .

we ordered from uber at exactly 4:13pm and the time kept increasing, first it showed me that the estimated arrival would be 4:30 then it showed me 4:45 and then 4:55 and then it showed me 5:05. i called the store to find out what s going on but they lied and told me it was ready and then hung up before i could ask anything else.

Overall small shop and not the greatest for dine-in, but more than covered by the excellent quality of the food and wonderful service. The ingredients are fresh and tasty, lots of menu options, and the staff is friendly and courteous. The chai machine is also a solid option as a post meal hot drink. Overall excellent experience and will definitely be returning for some late night pizza! Vegetarian options: Lots of non-meat options

NOT IMPRESSEDAsAs you sow, so shall you reap We ordered a large poutine, I asked for the size, and he showed me the box, lol. it took too long for it to get ready first of all, then when it finally came it was far from full box, very SMALL FRIES in a BIG BOX, NO CHEESE WHATSOEVER expect of few dots here and there, and only after after I had to turn it around to find and verify that there is SOME cheese, then asked him to put more, then he brought almost an empty hand of cheese. All my stars represent: a) the quantity of this place vs. b) Quantitiy of other places for $9. Only After all that did I check the rating , and realised I should have checked before bcz it was so low. If you a cheap, you will get cheap ratings and business, if you are generous youll get generous ratings and business. Taste was fine tho.

Dietary restrictions: I could feel that wing was cooked too long..i can smell when i opened it...i feel that too much burning smell and too oily and not hygenic..i dont think its good to have it..i phoned the resturant and they said am sorry for that..i was busy with other order..i didnt check it while i was packing it..i wont recommend this place anymore to any1.and i wont go anymore....

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this restaurant and Uber Eats. I ordered a pizza under a buy one, get one free deal, but mistakenly thought the free pizza would automatically be included with one order. After placing the order, I quickly realized my mistake and contacted Uber support within five minutes. They informed me that modifications could only be made by the restaurant directly. When I called the restaurant, the person I spoke to was dismissive and unhelpful, insisting that any changes needed to be handled through Uber. However, Uber support repeatedly stated that their policy does not allow them to modify orders and that the restaurant was responsible for addressing this issue. Despite my immediate call to the restaurant, Uber claimed that the order was already prepared and ready for pickup, which I highly doubt, given the short time frame. It s clear to me that this restaurant acted in bad faith, taking advantage of an honest mistake without any willingness to correct it. I felt cheated, especially considering the exorbitant price of $25 for a small, basic pizza. This was my first experience with this restaurant, and it left a very bitter taste in my mouth. While $25 might not be a significant amount, the principle of customer service and fair treatment is. Uber and this restaurant will run fine without my patronage, but I will never order from this establishment again, nor will I use Uber Eats in the future. I will strongly advise others to avoid this restaurant and Uber, as they clearly do not prioritize customer satisfaction.

I just visited the store placed my order around 3:20am a large tandoori pizza, the guy working thier was rude and ill mannered, customer service and attitude not upto par we were not allowed to dine in even though it was 3:30 am and were addressed in very arrogant way. Dont know why i came here will make sure from next time.

I ordered a Cheese Pizza from this place via UBER EATS and the uber app showing me there is a buy one get one offer. After one hour wait I just received 1 pizza... they are fraud . Showing buy one get one but they will give you just one. Never recommend.

Ok so, I ordered XL pizza with 3 toppings in which one topping was of tandoori paneer,the guy didn t tell anyone /anything and when I paid them , he said that oh sorry we are out of tandoori paneer, I used simple paneer, I asked if why you didn t tell me this thing while I sat here from last 10 mins and when I paid then you are telling me this. I ordered pizza by calling then and still they didn t even bothered to tell me that they don t have that topping ZERO star to these liars!!!

I called up for order pickup at 3:50 am telling that if you have ready made pizza slices to pick up i live just in front of the store and said i will pick it up in 5 minutes and was denied telling store is closed.. yes if it is change your online store details of close and open and if you do respect the customers. HOW is a bogo small veggie pizza $24.99? if you guys are gonna participate in deals on uber eats, dont charge the same amount for two then call it bogo. absolutely disgusting business practice. and im not writing this review out of my behind, i called you guys to ask how much a small veggie pizza is, it is half the price.. and if it is a real bogo, then that should be the listed price. but you guys cheat people who do not know any better. muslim owners to boot. shame on you.

April 1st. 11.20 am... I bought 1 slice combo and 1 single slice and he particularly mentioned to me that Sauce is inside but when I came home Sauce was not there. So check your order before you leave the store... I think he did it deliberately.

Ive had the deluxe pizza and the tandoori pizza; they are both the best pizzas Ive had in the area. I dont remember enjoying the flavor of pizza as much in living memory. Parking: enough.

Me and my friends ordered 2 party size pizza on call. And one of the workers tells us the total would be $29 after tax. Once we go there to pick up the pizza and just before we were about to pay we seen the total was $37. We talked to the cashier about this and he was acting like he had no clue what we were talking about. He kept telling us the total is $37 because of the extra toppings and etc. but the main concern was that why would they tell us it would be $29 in the first place and on top of that started blaming us. Overall horrible customer service. Food was good tho.

I recently ordered a Butter Chicken pizza from this restaurant. I didnt have much expectations; just thought of giving it a shot since there was a BOGO offer. After having the pizza, I was really satisfied and I must say, most of the street pizzas or local pizza shops are underrated. I dont find a point in paying $25-$30 bucks for a pizza bought from one of the many fast-food chains the point being a pizza cost that much whereas for less than $15, you get more tastier and tummy-filling pizzas from such underrated shops.

Vegetarian options: Tandoori pizza was amazing Parking: Parking around the shop is very tight and hard to find. Best option is to park in Plaza across the street and walk from there. Food : 5/5 |

Worst experience ever i mostly order from the same store i never had this much bad quality of food pizza was not fresh at all as a cook i can definitely say it reheated salami was all dried up pizza was more like dried paratha, garlic bread was burnt and the dipping was missing if you guys cant handle late night orders then dont accept orders but dont ruin the food we earn money by hard work only bad quality food ever.

I placed my order today online for a total of $65.00. The order was for 2 large pizzas and toppings were very clear on the reciept. One Large pizza was correct and other was incorrect. When I called to complain the worker kept cutting me off by talking over my complaint. They only apologized and said they will write my name down for next time. Thats not a solution, because this was for TODAY for my guests, not for next time. They were not helpful and refused to make another one and deliver to my house. I told them I could take a picture to send it to them, they guy refused. The guests didnt eat the one pizza they made incorrectly and $22 went down the garbage. Very unhappy with their service and especially with no ability to solve any issues. After ruining my get together, I need my money back.

My favourite pizza joint in town. I have been to multiple places but what sets this place apart is the amazing taste of the pizza, the flavours available and also the lovely atmosphere by the people behind the counter. They are hardworking and always have a smile when they greet their customers. Sudip is a wonderful chap and due to him I have become a regular customer. Really nice place to go for pizza late night. Been here many times. My last time experience was not too good. They took around 35 mins to make a pizza even when it was not busy! Also the cashier was counting the cash & as soon as they got an order, he started making pizza without washing his hand. Manager needs to address this to their employees.

Their pizza is so good but the got a little late, and the place to set is so limited, so we have to take out the order every time.

I have Covid and haven t eaten anything all day. My throat finally started to feel a little better and wanted to eat something before the medicines wash-off again. If you had to cancel the order, you could have done it right away rather than keeping me waiting for 30 minutes.

I ordered paneer pizza and it had no taste at all. The worst I could ever eat.

Good place for late night food in Scarborough. Halal pizza. For first time order through online you will get 15% off. We ordered and did pick up from the store. Pizza was good. The dough and pizza sauce tasted really good. A bit pricey though. Large pizza with 3 toppings cost $17+. Chicken toppings counted as 2 toppings. We took ground beef, Italian sausage and hot banana peppers as our toppings. Tasted really good.

Worst pizza ever, and rude manager in this store. I ordered pizza from uber and it s had a deal that buys one get one free and that dude who gave me one dipping sauce with that. After that, I asked him why only one dipping, and he told me because it was a deal. Even though that deal has come from my uber account, not y. So, Cheap restaurant and the worst pizza with a little number of toppings.

They have the most scrumptious pizzas, whether talking about butter chicken special or Tandoori special, the ingredients used in store are HMA certified hence proves store is halal, staff is diligent and kind and gives ample time and helps with adequate info on tailoring pizzas as per our palate. Pricing is decent and affordable. Best wishes to them, I ll visit them again surely.

Price went up for a slice by 20% and quality not as good. years ago the pizza was the best. I like the pizza but the price is up compared to others.

I was a regular here but their wings have become extremely salty to the point where it s unbearable and their customer service is awful. Not worth the money.

Their pizza used to be the best but now it s literally the worst. Cardboard crust, uneven toppings 2 inch edges, weird tasting dough, in short poor quality pizza. Totally unacceptable, not going there again.

The dough for the pizza was very good. The wings were nice and crispy and they added extra sauce which made it taste even better. When it comes to toppings, they aren t stingy like other pizzerias.
