Although I order same items ,every order is different . From unbaked garlic sticks, to saggy chicken wings , missing toppings on the custom pizza what I paid for...oh, it's crazy, but still the best thin crust around that's why 3 stars, one for the business itself and 5 for the pizza..average is 3
I love getting hair in my pizza! THANKS for the free hair toppings! It's deep in there too, I tried to pull it out, it's cooked right inside the middle. Wonder how many hairs I swallowed... That will be my last order EVER.
I went here Monday May 27, 2024 around 4:30 pm after driving for 6 hours to pick up a couple of pizzas for my family. As I was inside waiting the cooks brought to pizza out of the oven to cut and dropped the utensil they were using o nto the floor, I yelled out so they could hear me (because they were behind large board that was on a counter and can see underneath the dirty floor and the utensil fall) "you better wash that utensil before using that on my pizza!" They ignored me, I repeated myself that "I saw you drop the utensil and pick it up from the filthy floor and use it on my pizza I also said to make sure you wash that before you use it on my pizza". Again they ignored me used it on my pizza then put it up on the utensil hanger right after. Didn't rinse it, didn't wash it, nothing just put it back and brought me the pizzas. I told them I'm not taking those pizzas and I saw what they did and I'm not going to eat something that was served with a utensil that that dropped on the floor and didn't clean it, of course they denied it and I then turned to my daughter who was watching the whole thing and she confirmed what I stated, they tried to deny it again I then said "fine then let's see the camera footage". They immediately gave me a refund. So disgusted. I'm really wondering about hand washing because they used the cash register with flour all over their hands as well. Calling the health department today.
Ordered almost 30 pizzas. They were done in time and were hot and fresh! Excellent service and delicous. Little Caesers is in my top 3 fast food pizzas, especially for the price Highly recommend their deep dish as well.
Not sure what happened today but when we ordered, the bread sticks were hard, dry and small. The pizzas were thin as paper and the 3 meat only had 2 meats. Usually Little Caesars does a great job so I’m really not sure what happened here. Update (+2 stars): the manager reached out which I’m very grateful for. Unfortunately the results were quite similar for the pizza, but the breadsticks were improved so maybe it’s just this location? I’ve been to others that have been fine.
This is the cheapest pizza I can buy for $5.99 plus tax. I am unapologetic for grabbing the first food I could. It is greasy and ready in less than five minutes. I am far from the places I usually go to, and I am hungry. Nothing extravagant. Simple.
Really good for the price. Need to get it fresh and probably well done to up the crisp factor. For $6-$10 a pizza you can’t really complain. Favourite is the Deep Dish Pepperoni or Meat Lover 👌🏼

You need to paid extra for the dipping sauce and the owner never mention that when purchase the food. Rude customer service.

*wow* The only thing I can think that would describe how awful this pizza is would be that the individuals making the pizza have never eaten pizza...never heard of pizza...never even seen a picture of pizza... dont have Google to research how a pizza is made? More like soup on top of uncooked bread than pizza. This. Is. Awful. *At least the dumpster raccoons will get a belly full.
====Updated December 2021=== I decided after a long time of having this place on my black list to try it again. I am happy to say not too disappointed but I did still needed to wait (10mins). The lunch combo with a bottled pop costs just under $8 but the pepperoni pizza was delicious with a lot of tomatoe sauce. I really enjoyed it and will come again for lunch.
We ordered our pizza at 8:25 for pickup at 9:15. When we showed up at 9:15, they checked their order list, ran to the back, then said our pizza would be ready in 10 minutes. Whats the point of ordering well in advance if they dont even start making the order until you walk in and ask for it? Just expect to wait at this location.
The batman pizza was so good I had to have 2! The second marinara was excessive, I presently have it up on kijiji. Five stars.

Received pizza with hardly any toppings visible and the only topping that was visible were mushrooms all burnt, the crust overcooked. I have had similar experience earlier as well. This would be my last order for sure.
Very slow service. Waited 7 minutes before anyone came to front counter. I end up just leaving. To bad. Their lost of sale and dispointed customer. Note this has happened 5 times before. Should say Hot-N- Ready but not for you. By the time you get it. It be cold

These are amazing crust pizza but if you have then fresh right of the oven.
k so this location is a no go , they just drenched the crazy bread in butter like it spilled & leaked all in my car , just chill out on all the butter !

Good for when you don t want to wait to long. The medium pizzas take about 5 minutes to be finished. The taste of the pizza is kinda bland in my opinion.
Their crazy stuffed bread was delicious, need to improve their customer service, seemed very bored to explain us what it was etc, since it was my first time. But the food is good so 5 stars for that

Good pizza but they only have pepperoni or cheese pizza hot & ready, even when their advertising states otherwise.
Only ordered from here twice. The first time was a medium pepperoni ... it was bad. It was cold and stale. The second time it was nice and fresh, it was good and heavy with cheese. I would suggest ordering fresh do not grab from the pizza cabinet
If I could give this a half star, I would. I went to pick up a hot n ready pizza and when i got home and opened it, it was so dry and old. It tasted like it was cooked the day before. Im sure this is an isolated incident but I returned the next day to speak to Sherwin, he basically told me i was lying and to leave.

Very Bad organization. Called a placed an order with a combo and when I got there to pick it up the order was wrong, telling me I couldnt get a combo price. Then when call to talk to the representative it comes up with a message this number had not been set up yet What is going on?! Horrible experience.
Pizza was fine. Guy at front counter had the worst attitude I ever seen at lil Ceasars. Management should be aware of how their employees talk to customers

When you place an order online you never receive an email when your order is ready. Also its never inside the pizza portal with your name for pickup. You have to go inside the restaurant to check on whether the order is ready. But when you do get your order its whats you ordered.

I went there tonight and ordered 2 pizzas and crazy bread and everything tasted and felt like it had been reheated. Old, stale pizza. It wasn t even hot like a fresh pizza would be... just a little warm. The crusts and crazy bread were hard and stale, and some of the pepperoni had that dry yellow/orange colouring that made it seem reheated. This was actually the worst pizza I ve ever had.

I m disappointed and confused about the inconsistency of this location. I have ordered twice in the last 2 weeks and the first time my cheese had almost no sauce and lots and lots of cheese. Today I just ordered another walk-in cheese and I got thin crust pizza?? 1 star for the politeness of staff.
I ve always loved this company s pizza from a different location for a few years now. I have recently found my go to location in lacking quality. Then I found this location which is also much closer to me. I have been here a few times now and super great experiences each time! Quality is superb and customer service is excellent!! So so recommend!!

Went around 10.38pm. The guy refused to make us new pizza. He gave as a frozen pepperoni pizza and his attitude was very poor
Disgusting food. Drenched in oil. The oil seeped through the box and went on my $400 jeans and now theyre stained even after washing multiple times... I regret eating here and I will never come back, and Ill be sure to inform others of how pathetic little ceasars is

Usual pizza no fluff but the kids enjoy it.
Over time prices have gone up while portion size has gone done. Food is still good though.

Love coming here for tasty, affordable pizza. The edge is soft and and chewy so can be eaten and doesnt need to be discarded unlike other pizza fast-food places. Fast service, even though I would order specific toppings (specific toppings not clearly advertised on the store menu). They also have stuffed crust in which case they brush their crust with olive oil and parmesan which makes it addictive!

They literally NEVER have hot and ready. Every single time I ve come here I always have to wait. No matter what day of the week it is. It s very annoying when the whole advertisement of the hot n ready is that it s READY so you don t have to wait.

Pizza was undercooked and the cinna-bites were made using regular dough and not the one in the picture. Disappointing... looks like Ill be driving further for better pizza.
I LOVE IT!!! Dough made fresh everyday! If you want a quick 5.99 + tax pepperoni/cheese pizza that is where you want to go. I like how they are quick, do not waste time, and very good prices for pizza compared to other places. Would recommend!

They couldnt figure out how to process their own coupons. Employee called the manager to ask for instructions, but there was no call back for 35 mins. Got tired of standing in the store and waiting for the manager to call back. So I left. Service is slow, so drop by if you have a lot of time. Saw a few others leaving because of that as well.

I called in to order a stuffed cheese pizza the person who picked up was extremely rude Said he couldnt hear me and cut the line before I could even speak. Called back made my order, picked it up and went home 5 minutes later I open the box to see THIS literally the whole pizza bottom drenched in OIL I have never been so disgusted. Called the location back spoke to Karan who said thats how they make the pizza said I would send him the video he said no he cant do anything asked for a refund he said no asked for a manager he said his manager name was Anoob (who of course was not present) Overall HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

An 8 floor mall with plenty of stores to explore. The life size Gundam outside is quite the view too. There are many people on the first floor during the day. You can find the arcade near one of the higher floors, and a bowling alley at the top. This is complete mall with almost everything.

I ordered pizza on the phone they told me in 10min,When I reached there I had to wait for 13 minutes.the place is very dirty no effort of cleanness. When I asked the guys name he jumped and said I am Wasim and I am the owner and if you dont like the service the door is open...I had never experienced such poor service. I will never go again. If anyone goes there check the place it is not clean at all.

Food was good, staff tried claiming an upcharge for dipping sauce for crazy bread though and refused to give without upcharge. Only location I have ever heard of this (and I have been to more locations than I would like to admit) so clearly not standard policy.
