I ordered a pizza from the pizza Hut at Birchmont and Danforth rd. It was the worst experience Ive EVER had!! There was no tomato sauce!! I ordered x-tra cheese -there was hardly any. When I phoned to complain , it only got worse !. Just awful!!

I would think that after being a customer for years, you think that the call center who get your order right ,but like they say when there is a middle man that not part of the company you order ,always screws up my order everything.Love pizza hut ,but get a call center that cares about there job.

I would give this place no stars if I could. A simple issue couldve been easily resolved if they just pick up the phone. This location never picks up the phone and does not put store number on the website. I have had issues in the past and the employee gives back attitude. I was on the phone with customer service and asked them to call the location for me while I stood near the store. Employee ignores calls. If they pick up the phone maybe they would find out the order needs to be cancelled and it would be less work for them. To the owner: add at least 1 more staff during the night shift so they can do their jobs properly. Stop penny pinching.

The delivery guy left my order at the door without informing me. Was given half-cooked cheese pulls and when I called the manager he was very rude and offered to refund but never did again one of the worst Pizza Hut locations to order

They never deliver the dip. They deliver cold pizza. When you try and call them they don t pick up. Called customer service and they just keep transferring us back to the store that doesn t pick up the phone. DO NOT ORDER HERE! If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible business.

DO NOT ORDER from here. Especially if you have allergies. I placed an order through Uber Eats, as they had a 2 for 1 promotion. They sent our order exactly as we ordered it EXCEPT the pizza had an item that my wife is allergic too. When I called the store to explain and find out what happened. They said it was the Uber drivers fault. I find it incredibly hard to believe that the Uber driver delivered our exact meal as ordered but the wrong Pizza. I WILL NEVER buy/ order food from that location ever again. I highly reccomend those eith allergies dont either.

Just placed order for triple threat meal deal I spent $60 in total requested thin crust pizza when it arrived it was pretty much cold pizza was like cardboard and because I requested thin crust that does not mean thin barely there toppings horrible the crust wasnt regular pizza crust either it wad like a pita bread ir something so so disappointing

Bad customer service here in Canada must be standard. The pizza is the same as in Brazil, but the place is small and only has a counter with two chairs. The best thing is to pick it up to take home.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM BIRCHMOUNT DANFORTH LOCATION. Twice we have ordered and each time the delivery driver saw fit to try and come in on his own. No knocking, no calling. Just opened the door to let himself in. Of course the manager didn t do anything.

Atrocious service. Ordered a stuff crust that I was charged for, and didnt receive. Then when tried to contact the store, it takes you to their general service number, at which point I waited 20 minutes on hold. When I called the number again to ask for direct assistance the individual on the phone lied to me and said that they were giving me the direct number but instead gave the same customer service number. I know you get what you pay for but the service level is abysmal.

Absolutely disappointed with this location. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!! Ordered a medium pan cheese pizza with extra cheese and an order of wings. Order was placed 2:25pm and expected time was 2:55 the tracker was shown that the driver wasn t even close to my location and it said my food has arrived. I called to find out what s happening, being stuck on the phone for 20 minutes with customer service they understood and said it would be refunded. Then afterwards the driver shows up at the door doesn t even say a word, hands a DAMAGED BOX OF PIZZA AND DAMGED BOX OF WINGS! The pizza wasn t even sealed with the sticker, cheese was splattered, and the wings were smushed. So disappointed because I had a friend over too.. then pizza hut calls my friend and says you got your pizza rudely, they took 50 minutes to deliver the pizza and wings which were damaged we didn t even eat it.. they called us again, we told them to come and pick it up if they want because we didn t even eat it. Refund definitely needs to be done.

They told me 15-20 minutes to be ready but I have to wait over 30 minutes and then they give my order to someone different. WELL now I have to wait again. DISAPPOINTED

I had order 1 garlic chicken in half of the pizza and other half with cheese ... And 2nd pizza was grilled chicken and onions on one half and on the other cheese pizza And I paid for 2 medium size pizzas... This has happened for the 3rd time.. I always let it go but this is becoming a habit and they are charging full amount and given cheap and worst food and I did not get what I want ... Please have a look at the PIZZA careful the chicken is not even there ... Sad that PIZZA HUT IS GETTING BAD TO WORST IN QUALITY AND THE TYPE OF FOOD THEY SERVE. We ordered our pizza online and got it delivered. Delivery guy forgot our drinks. When I called store, he came back with our drinks. Store representatives said, delivery guy had drinks in his car, he just forgot. When we sat down for dinner, pizza base was raw and wasnt cooked properly. I felt like i was eating dough. Pizza was veggie lovers, and veggies were nowhere to be found. Extremely disappointed. Will make sure not to order pizza from 462 Birchmount location.

Wednesday, May 3, 2023 First time ordering today. Used Skip the Dishes, but next time Ill try using in-house, and there WILL be a next time! I had the meaty marinara with breadsticks and it was delicious!! Will try the chicken Alfredo when I order again.

The girl working at the front was wearing ear phones, people were continuously calling her. She was really rude and inattentive. You guys need to teach your staff good customer service

Couple of times, they made good pizza but last time, I was not happy with my pizza. Moreover, the girls working there did not prepare my order on time even though I ordered ahead of time.

Nice small place - you can order in store or from home. Sitting is closed and only 2 people are allowed. I like the pizza from pizza hut and at this tore they make it very well. Sure they have to take care of cleanliness but not bad at all. No foul smell or such , so if you decide to eat in whenever its open yo can sure choose that option. Try pizza from this place you havent.

Very poor customer service. Order was over an hour late and I live less than five minutes away. If you call the store the response will always be the driver is on their way. The quality is average to subpar. Food obviously arrived cold. Order from somewhere else.

I walk in an ordered wings with extra sauce but they didn t give me extra sauce but i ignored considering it as an honest mistake but today i ordered from skip and wings barely have any sauce they were dry. I dont know what are going to save by serving less sauce.

Pretty okay customer service at best. The pizzas tastes okay as well. Pizza hut overall quality are on a decline, pizza sauce, cheese and toppings needs a huge overhaul, but the pizza dough is still good! Would I come back here again? Sure! Because they have decent personal pan walk in specials which are easy on your wallet

hands down the most DESPICABLE customer service ive received in my whole life, and i wish that was an exaggeration. Ordered and prepaid online for delivery. Delivery driver never came to my door (i was at my front door the entire time). Called the store 7 times to check the status of my order because it said it was delivered but wasnt and no one picked up. 40 mins later, i went to the store and the so called manager Mithu, thought i lied about calling 7 times. Said the driver already delivered and spoke to a lady at the front door and I proclaimed that wasnt me, because why else would I be in store? I wanted a refund, or at least to have my food remade, and kept insisting the reason I was there in the first place because I paid online and got nothing delivered. Manager was extremely rude, hostile and dismissive about my concerns and said I should take it up with customer service. Genuinely did not CARE at all and I dont know how he made it a managerial position, or even working in customer service. I tried speaking to the driver when he finally came to the store and the driver said he dropped it off at a location that literally didnt sound like my front door, so that was proof he must have delivered it to the wrong house. Manager abruptly tells driver not to speak to me, and then called me a CHEATER???? Buy your food somewhere else. I hope this man gets fired, and this location shut down. Ive never been so upset, overwhelmed and disappointed ordering from anywhere.

Called to Order pizza from the location Ellesmere and Birchmount. I looked up and there was a special. When I went to order it I was told no specials only certain stores. It did not say that on there. He was apparently the manager. Very rude. Never order from this location again. We always order here.

I called this location at 11:30 p.m on the date of feb 27th. they didnt answer the phone I live down the street I went to there location at 11:40 I came infront of the store called again they didnt answer i went in the store and ask are you guys closed she said yes at 11:45 so I asked her why couldnt answer the phone just now too let the customer know youre not taking no more orders she had nothing to say there was a guy and girl at the store there was no explanation I have 2 kids they wanted pizza hut so I wanted to get it all I have to say is the customer service at this location is horrible I wouldnt recommend this location the one at brichmont and ellesmere is good just wish they could deliver at the location I was really disappointed! I didnt order nothing !

Today is 17 march 9 pm , i bought medium veggie pizza but it was made worst. Approx 2 inches from sides it was empty. Tomatoes was cut in big pieces. There were not other person at time so they could make it better. Dissatisfy from service Keep on doing guys. That day is not far away when it will get shut down.

Horrible horrible service. Pizza came frozen cold and the cheese was like rubber from delivery. I put contactless delivery and the driver REFUSED to drop it off at the store. Had to argue with the store. Called the store, left feedback, got no reply from them. Won t order here again. There are others nearby.

Personally I love pizzas so I thought of ordering a pizza from here as their crusts are amazing. I ordered a personal sized pizza which I thought was the same as a regular sized small pizza. But when to pick it up n saw its way small pizza I changed my mind of never ordering a personal sized pizza again but to my surprise this gentleman named Tushar he gave me a regular sized pizza instead n charged me the regular sized price n gave me the personal sized pizza for free. I really appreciate his service n I am very happy with it. Definitely coming again

Terrible service tonight. Manager was dodging complaints and hiding. Tables full of dirty dishes that have yet to be cleared with a line up out the door. We were starving!

Order was completely wrong, cinnaparts were carelessly thrown in the box and it was half the size it usually is. It was also burnt, I was told that one side is always burnt. Wouldnt even give the price difference between the cinnaparts and the cookie for the mishaps. Rude and unhelpful.
