I recently visited the Pizza Hut lunch buffet, and unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to expectations. While the staff were friendly, polite, and prompt when we needed anything, the food options left much to be desired. The pizzas available during our visit were okay but could have been much better in terms of variety. The salad bar was disappointing, offering only lettuce and dressing with no other choices, which felt very limited. To top it off, they’ve apparently removed the dessert pizza from the buffet—I didn’t realize this was no longer included, and it was quite a letdown. At $13.99 per person, the experience didn’t feel worth the cost given the lackluster selection. While the staff’s service was great, the food quality and variety need improvement to make the buffet a better value.
Date of visit: 19 September 2024 Time: 8.50 pm Harman, who took our order was extremely rude. I, and my gf, visited this location together. I went to the washroom and saw that the men's washroom door is blocked by a trash bin. I went out and asked her if the mens washroom was closed. She told me that she was cleaning it and asked me to move the bin and use the washroom. When I told her that I dont want to touch a bin in a public washroom, her facial expression completely changed as if she could not believe her ears I said that. She had the look in her eyes that said how do you dare you say that, although she did not say that. Instead, she almost shouted at me saying that I'll have to wait for 2 min as she will have to take other customer's order first. There was no customer physically present in the store so I dont know whose order she wanted to take first. Then she went on to move the bin out of the way and after coming back did not even tell me. I had to ask her and she finally told me it is done. After coming back from the washroom, we just wanted to see how the dining in part of the restaurant looks like and before we could even put our foot in she shouts at us saying 'Take away customers wait over there' The floor of the restaurant was completely wet and there was no 'wet floor' sign on display either. The washroom floor was also wet. My gf went to the washroom after me and on her way back, she crossed Harman, who (maybe) accidentally stepped on her feet but did not even bother to stop and say sorry. On a different note, Preeti was a really nice girl who understands customer service and always has a smile on her face. Pictures and videos attached for reference.
This is my go to Pizza Hut location. I rarely dine in, rather I order pizzas online and pickup. Pizza is already on time, cooked well and we're always satisfied. No complaints at all. I also very much appreciate that I don't HAVE to decline a tip option when I'm picking up my Pizza. Thank you Pizza Hut for recognizing that a customer like me getting take-out is not getting a service that warrants a tip. I save my generous tipping for times when I dine in, for the wait staff.
First time having the buffet option in years. We showed up for 11, and was told it didn't start until 11:30. The pasta and salad was out by 11:15, and we got drinks before hand so the wait wasn't bad at all. All the pizza options (about 6 in rotation) was hot, and very very good. The pastas and bread sticks were great too. The restaurant wasn't horribly busy and we never had to wait for pizza to be refilled. 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids), 4 drinks and 4 dips (not included in buffet price) was $84. I do recommend going to experience it.
Honest opinion, very cheap price and the place looked lovely. The food wasn't good though. The breadsticks and pizza tasted pretty off, and the pasta was okay. I feel like the atmosphere is amazing though. I didn't get much service besides getting handed a clipboard with a qr code to review this place. Overall, 2 stars.
The Buffet is why everybody comes to this location! So glad they offer it. Cost is $14, food was always fresh because of how few dishes they offer, but It did not disappoint! they have 4 pizza options, plain lettuce, croutons, and Caesar dressing, and two pasta options. Although, they don’t do any desserts or sweet dishes in the buffet anymore, still well worth it.

This is the only Pizza Hut I would order from.. Gagan is top notch at what he does. He’s fast and polite! I also dined in one time and Azeem is also another top notch employee! PIZZA HUT MAKE SURE YOU KEEP THEM HAPPY AND WELL PAID AS THEY ARE OVER-PERFORMING IN EVERY INTERACTION!
U just charged me $10 CAD for such poor quantity & quality of waffle fries. Shameful.
Very bad customer service, we ordered for takeout and when we reached there we asked them if we could dine in due to change in plans, they very rudely refused without giving any reason, we said we would pay extra fee for dine in if that is the case. But the girls in the front were very rude. Don t recommend this place at all specially the customer service

Beware of online orders through their app! Pizza Hut charges your credit card in seconds, but the order disappears then. It happened multiple times and you have to wait for your money for days. Problem solving in person is extremely difficult and frustrating there because the staff is rude and talks down on you. I dont recommend this place at all.

What really makes Pizza Hut special is the consistency. The pizza is great and it truly reminds me of pizza birthday parties in grade 4.
I came here on a Saturday, and I was disappointed to learn that the buffet is only open during the weekdays. I still decided to dine here anyways, and the food was pretty good overall. The server was great, and I will definitely be trying out the buffet during the week instead for next time.

The best Pizza Hut nearby in this area. Typically I like to reheat to make the crust a bit more robust after takeout but out of the box, its the best around.

We got pizza one night here when our dog was rushed to the emergency vet just behind it. We were quite satisfied with the kind service. Pizza was great but of course still has that Pizza Hut grease we all know and love.

The food was delicious, hot, and fresh out of the oven. The pizza was cooked to perfection, and the sides were equally impressive. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding customer service. The team was knowledgeable, courteous, and made sure I left feeling satisfied and valued. Kudos to the entire team at Pizza Hut for a fantastic dining experience! Went to this Pizza Hut with my family for the lunch buffet but arrived a bit too late. So we opted for the Large Arrabbiata Pizza (12 pieces) which came in a hot pan, fresh out of the oven. The pizza was delectable and we finished it in a matter of minutes. On top of that, our waitress Harman was very kind and accommodating and we were seated immediately upon entering. Food was served relatively quickly. Washrooms were clean and well kept, and the overall atmosphere had a nice family friendly Dine-In ambience. Would go back again, to try the buffet.
Pizza Hut on Birchmount and Ellesmere is not good anymore! They don t use enough ingredients to make the dough! This is causing the dough to be thin and airy!! When you get pizza from this location, you need to eat double the amount of pizza you usually do in order to get full!! This is exactly why, most of the time, the dine-in area is empty and there are barely any customers in the takeout area! Do the right thing and use the right amount of ingredients needed to make the dough properly!

This is our sons favorite Pizza Hut joint. The place is clean and well-maintained. The pizza and other foods are really good. All the staff are very warm, and accommodating. I would like to commend Azeem, one of the food server, who has excellent customer service skills. He makes our dining experience a comfortable and remarkable one all the time.

Mix up with the address because I put my apartment number before the street address. This is the Canada post standard and should not be an issue for a driver. My tracker indicated that it had been delivered. I called the store and was screamed at by some old Indian man. He stated that I gave them the wrong address. When I tried to explain, he repeatedly interrupted me and raised his voice. Your customer service helpline was also extremely unhelpful. They just directed me back to the store for another round of verbal abuse from this horrible employee. I have not received my food. I have not received my refund. Just a very rude employee and a terrible experience in general. We feel completely ripped off. Avoid this store, and Pizza Hut in general. Edit- received the food 2 hours later. It made my whole family feel sick. This location needs to be inspected by DineSafe.

The last eat-in Pizza Hut with the pizza buffet left. Might be the only one left in Canada, certainly the only one left in Ontario. Everything you remember as a kid. Could use more pizza, they dont put much out and it goes very fast. Need more pies and more different types. Didnt try the pasta, didnt look very good. Caesar salad was average. Nice guy running things, place was probably half full on a Thursday for lunch. Was a fun blast from the past. Vegetarian options: Lot of South Indian folks in watching cricket, anything vegetarian went fast. But they have veggie pizza and cheese pizza, bread sticks and salad. Kid-friendliness: All you can eat pizza buffet. What is there for a kid NOT to like?
I adore this location! Gagan is a very good man! When I place an order with him, I am always pleased and delighted! He is really competent and astute about what his clients desire! I would strongly advise everyone to visit this particular location for pizza just because of Gagans wonderful demeanour and mindset!

The reason for me to finally stay with this Pizza Hut location is not only the pizza they made but also definitely the customer service they have here. I m impressed by the service I get from their employee Gagan. He never makes a single mistake on my order. Accurate, polite and heartwarming. Plus he always has a smile on his face when customers walk in. That s what we call a good customer service and that s one of the biggest reasons we tip for. Well done Gagan!!
