I ordered medium pizza + parmesan chicken wings. The chicken wings looked like it was, but in really it was chicken breast that is shaped-like wings I didnt bother returning it, too tired to complain and wait for another minutes.

I went to pick up my order. There was only one guy at the front that was busy talking on the phone for over 10 minutes. There were other staff that came in doing absolutely nothing but starring at me and mockingly smirking. Place doesnt look clean nor does the staff. There is zero customer service at this location and no professionalism. Would definitely NOT recommend.

I havent eaten here in years and today I ordered a stuffed crust pizza. Absolutely delicious. I got the veggie lovers pizza and it was not bland like I find at Pizza Pizza....every bite I closed my eyes in sheer ecstasy as I havent tasted pizza this good in awhile. Worth the money and Im gonna order from here more often because it made my day. I was also able to order online instead of calling and everything went smoothly.

We had the pizza with the cheese crust (delicious!!) and pineapple, it was soooo good! Also, the Hersheys cookie for dessert, also delicious!Good customer service by the girl at the counter.

How can Pizza Hut Canada justify selling the same pizza for $16.99 online and then $24 in the store. They should be happy Im ordering either way. Ordered Large Hawaiian pizza and added bacon strips , for $2.50. Very minimal was added, pizza pizza and Dominos are more generous with the toppings..yes there were extra pineapples -thank you. But there is something conspicuous about the female cashier- speaking in their language to others while The chef was making my pizza. Sub par customer service and sub par quality taste of the pizza.

normally have no issues with this place I recently got 2 wrong order pizza and realized once i got home should have been beef and pineapple , they made Hawaiian ham and pineapple simple mistake no problem. I complained because I dont eat pork , they called me offered 5-10 dollars off my next order lol offering me a new pizzas but 5-10 discount which cant buy 1 pizza, at this point keep I just want a refund. I dont understand how you guy make mistake and then ask me to pay more to fix it, not even matching my original order

I ordered two pizzas online and went to pick them up after 20 minutes. When I got there the employee told me it would be 5 minutes. I had already received confirmation it was ready, so asked for an explanation. They said that the pizzas were picked up by the delivery (even though it was pick up) and spent the next 25 minutes telling me they would be there is 5 minutes. When I got them, they were cold and to add insult to injury, were incorrect. I had to call two days later for the Manager, who promised me my money back, although was rude during the whole conversation. They were completely in the wrong. A month later I am still waiting. I reached out to Corporate who said that they will notify the owner of the franchise to call me and a week later, I am still waiting and have reached out again to Corporate, who really seem to be a bit spineless - short story - go somewhere else - they are absolutely horrible.

Been here a few times, always seems to have issues, walked in once where the employee basically said dont place an order cause I have ten orders ahead of you, after those orders I make yours, maybe 40 mins. Another time the candour was just blah, but I have noticed restaurants in East York lack customer service, this added to my opinion of restaurants in my area.

Tonight I ordered from this location, Ive been a customer of pizza hut and even this store in particular and my order came to $46 i placed the order online then immediately called to ask them to make half Hawaiian and half just cheese and to let the driver bring change for $100. The phone rang off the hook i then had to ask customer service to call them and by the time they answered the food was done. (this happens all the time with this specific location) the driver brings my food then i say give me $45 and keep almost $10 tip he grabs the 100 and rips it then says its no good i ripped it to see, ok it was news to me as i was given it for a sale. what happens next is disgusting and immoral, they not only got my order wrong for the 6 or 7th time they took the food back to throw in the garbage rather then giving to a loyal customer of over 8 years. ANYONE who would rather take food and throw it away instead of feeding it to a person whos hungry and now will go to bed no supper is evil, not a single dollar will be going to these people this is so wrong i never knew, just as much as he never knew but to rip the bill then taker the food disgusting!!!

Today I saw their manager, who had a major shortcoming, the Uber driver asked for a delay him order, the manager became very angry and told the driver that the goat from my restaurant. The driver can not speak English well, and without saying a word and leaving, it was an inhumane act by the restaurant manager.

Used to go out of my way to come to this location as the quality was superior, but theyve got new people working there and it s gone real down hill. See attached photo of my extra cheese pizza I will not return to this location again. barely any toppings, the guy took 5 minutes to get my order, handed me this, and then stopped me on my way out to ask me to leave a good review the one on birchmount is much better overall.

I ordered chicken lover pizza online, but when it arrived, one of the pizzas was topped with Beacon n beef. When I called the pharmacy pizzahut branch, the lady cashier was nice and asked me to discard the pizza and replace it with a fresh one; the only difficulty was that I had to travel back and pick it up. When we got to Pizza Hut, the worker was courteous and helpful, and she handed us the chicken lovers pizza. I enjoy how courteous the personnel is. It was either a malfunction or a human error, but the wrong pizza was served to us, but the staff recognised that we couldnt eat bacon and provided us with fresh pizza. This location is highly recommended because the personnel is courteous and friendly.

Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut. I only pick up, interact with the person cashing me out and thats about it although one time one cashier was so overwhelmed since they were down two staff that she freaked out at me. I let it go because she apologized and I was in total understanding should I have been in her shoes. I just want to know why all the call centre reps sound nonchalant, bored, annoyed of their job, rushed and scripted? One star lost for service and one for price...too expensive.

I cant stand it when you go out to get something to eat, pay hard earned money and to be given something that is not even edible. Barely any amount of toppings on the pizzas. Also take note that the dough is raw, and extremely greasy. Honestly, how do you screw up something so simple as a pizza? Clearly there is no level of care or standards in place. Save your money, go somewhere else.

I ordered pizza and wings for pick up yesterday. The wings were great and the overall packaging was great. The issue was with the large pizza. There was barely any chicken on it at all. Also, the pizza crust was thin which we did not ask for and there was barely any cheese. It was a stuffed pizza but I dont understand why there was barely any cheese on the pizza itself. We spent $50 bucks on this order and it was worth it at all.

They have roaches, Ive seen them crawling on the walls. They also use expired meat because theyre cheap and dont wanna throw it away. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.

Terrible. Pizza was cold and thin crust even though we ordered normal crust. It was paper thin. Customer service was not good either. No resolution. They use different crust than other Pizza Hut locations to cut costs most likely.

Friendly staff and quick service

Ordered pizza this past weekend and although the order was ready on time, it was certainly disappointing. 2 Topping, no cheese pizza with home style crust. If this is homestyle, is thin crust invisible? Not what I was expecting.. It would be great if Pizza Hut offered dairy free cheese as well.

My husband placed an order using the online web. It asked him how he was going to pay and that it would be delivered in 36 minutes. 1 hour later we called to find out that the order was never received so they said . This is not the first problem we have had with this store and we will never order from there again.

Ordered a large pizza, which they cut in 12 slices. All uneven - 2 tiny slices as wide as my thumb. Loved Pizza Hut until I ordered from the Pharmacy location. Ordering online theres no choice in the location to order from. Ive ordered from the Beaches location, when I used to live there which has been great! Pizza Hut is a treat and I was disappointed to receive a nasty trick!
