Love all their pastas. The best part about it is they can customize it the way you like it.

This is the BEST pizza Ive had since I migrated to Canada. The brother there always make us feel special when we order pasta or pizza (made with love). The sauce is amazing.

The pizzas are AMAZING, I got meat lovers (halal) and it was heavy but good. Also the chicken shawarma poutine is INCREDIBLE! With excellent customer service and food being make pretty quickly, I will definitely be coming back.

Im always trying to find an alternative to pizza pizza (cause they are everywhere and its terrible pizza) ... this unfortunately is not it. The good: lots of toppings, the bad: the cheese. I didnt have the shawarma but when I picked up the pizza the ingredients looked fresh (a plus).

Always amazing food at Pizza La Rosa!! Since moving to Lawrence theyve added shawarma to the menu and it is top tier just like all the pasta, sandwiches, and pizza on their menu.

Amazing food and the service is always great here! The owner is very kind. Have been going to Pizza La Rosa for years now and recently visited again after a while to try the wings and philly cheese steak. Highly recommend the medium sauce - the wings were made to perfection and the sauce was amazing. The philly cheese steak was huge, I appreciate that they don t skimp out on the amount of meat. Looking forward to going back and trying more items on the menu!

At first I wasnt too sure but I would definitely recommend coming here !!! Had the penne alla americana pasta and it was delicious and they gave a fairly big portion, definetly worth the price! Also the man who took my order was so kind to me, and really brightened my day. Definetly go visit!

This is not a good place for pizza and my first experience with them wasn t all that good, only food wise. The employees are great but there food is awful, I got pizza and the dough was still uncooked and the vegetables on the pizza were raw. On top of which prices were way to expensive. First time and last time... stick to just one menu, make quality not quantity.

So glad we found the original owner at this Lawrence location. We went to the Victoria Park location a couple of months ago and found out it was sold to new owners and the food quality is not the same. This Lawrence location has the food we loved. Great lasagna! Owner is super nice!

One piece was enough for 2 ppl and we had to keep half of our Calzone for dinner. Between launch and dinner I was waiting impatiently for the dinner time to eat the other half. It was that good. Absolutely delicious pizza! It took over two hours from the submission of order to reach us, with no communication (tried calling twice), but it was a Friday night. Thats the only reason Im dropping a star. The pizza was great!

Was looking for a pasta place and discovered LA ROSA Amazing! Really GOOOD food, friendly staff. We tried Alfredo chicken pasta, pizza , garlic bread and everything was delicious.

This was a major letdown. The crust was burnt around half the pizza, and the meat lovers barely had meat on it. Not happy at all! We eat out many times a week, almost all my reviews are positive, this is unacceptable and I will not be ordering here again. This halal pizza place is bad!

This place is amazing! I am from New York and since moving to Toronto two years ago, have been looking for a pizza place thats on par. I found it here. The pizza was incredibly delicious. We also got two pasta dishes, chicken alfredo and bolognese.. Both also, amazing. Really looking forward to returning here-- Kudos to the couple who worked so hard to build this place. Ive really wanted to like this place due to the high ratings. I thought maybe I just needed to try the right dish. Ive had their pizza, pasta, lasagna, dessert, Philly Cheese steak, garlic bread etc over a few visits divided over the years, both in person and through doordash/ubereats and at both locations. None of it has been good. Either sub par or just downright disappointing. On this last occasion I paid about $16 for a box of just pasta. There was barely any chicken or veggies in it, maybe 4-5 tiny pieces of each in a large. I dont know if this is a recent thing to cut back on costs and I know this place is cheaper than, say, Kara Mia, but at least you wont leave Kara Mia disappointed. The owner is very nice and friendly, and I wish him success, but I think I need to accept this restaurant just isnt for me.

I called the store and the owner was super pleasant and told me not to worry that he would personally deliver it to my Mom. I am very appreciative and will definitely order from here again. Best pizza in the GTA

We travelled quite a distance to visit this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and the price was reasonable. The place lived up to our expectations and the owners were extremely welcoming and friendly. It is hard to find a halal Italian pasta restaurant and the place caters to such a need. We would highly recommend it to any pasta and pizza lovers. The food is fresh, hand slaughtered, stone-based oven and made with lots of love.

The best pizza Ive tasted in a while..and to top it of the service was EXCELLENT. The owner went above and beyond when he offered his prayer mat so that we can pray while we waited for our meal.

Great Service! Zabiha Halal confirmed with HMA. Their Sandwiches are quite bulky and tasty. My favourite is the Chicken Parmesan sandwich.

Without a doubt, their E.A.T Breakfast omelette was a hit!

Was looking forward to trying this place while staying at the Delta as Id heard good things, unfortunately my experience was a disappointment. I ordered online as instructed to do so when I called. It said delivery would be 42 min and gave a time of delivery. It also gave me a name and phone # for the delivery driver. (Delivery charge was $10 plus 15% tip) There are texts that update you of the delivery status but it kept getting longer instead of shorter when Id check the link. I tried called the driver several times but it just went to voicemail. I tried calling the restaurant back as well but it just went to voicemail. I finally 20 minutes after I was supposed to get the delivery received a text from driver saying hed be there in 10 min. I waited another 20 min before he arrived. So total wait time was almost an hour and a half and most of that time I was down waiting in hotel lobby. Driver had some lame excuse about another delivery but my friends order was delivering to the same location. When checking the order upstairs, the pizza was hard and cold, the salads were mediocre. I asked for dressing on side but it was mixed in the salad. My friend got the wrong pizza all together and again hard and cold. No point in reordering as we didnt have another hour or two to spare. Very, very disappointed. Definitely wont be ordering from there again!

I m going to give it 4 stars, but for a different reason. I don t want the restaurant to suffer and lose points. But I will say this, are these Italian dishes? Sure. Is it Italian food? No. I was lead here from foodie sources that boasted the dishes here to be comparable to the real thing. In short, it s not, at all. By a long shot. BUT, it s great for South Asians who only eat halal and want something different. So high rating to keep the support, but an honest review for those who see Italian and think it is.

Charged me 18 dollar, for a food that I could barely touch, on the menu it said grilled chicken, mushroom and pasta, but all I got was few pieces of very stinky chicken inside a very creamy spaghetti,

The parmesan cheese they use is not halal , it contains lipase/ rennet..

Alhumdolillah was a very nice place to go to, The brother who is the owner was very kind & friendly, food was served hot & it was tasty, flavors were great, we were happy to hear there opening 2 more locations in which 1 location is very close to home ...... definitely should give it a try .........

This place was WORST experience ever, after stopping there for lunch one the other day i purchased a shawarma sandwich. Halfway through consuming the sandwich my tooth bit on something hard and was chipped. I reached out to the store owner to explain what happened so that no one else will have to endure what i did. Instead of handling the situation in a considerate manner for the customers the owner cursed me and said i was lying and called me a scammer. Nerver going back again because i might loose a tooth. Please be careful.

We took a pizza and a pasta and both of them were really good. Very cheesy and meaty as we wanted it to be. And the owner was really friendly and humble.

New location is great because it s closer to my house and is much nicer from inside compared to the old location. No bathrooms for customer which really sucks because they have enough room to make one in the store. The chicken shawarma was delicious and it was two for $11+ tax which is a great deal if you ask me. I still think that the menu has excessive items. I mean if you know that people like shawarma better than your store bought frozen chicken burgers, maybe not sell them? There are a ton of great restaurants that have amazing burgers right by your restaurant.

Without a doubt, the best Shawarma in the city! Tastes very authentic with a small welcomed twist. Great range of fresh veges including parsley. Extra spicy wont disappoint. I drive 17km each way just for this. Highly recommended!

I ve read on blogs about this place for a while and finally made the drive to Pizza La Rosa to check them out. I ended up ordering the Homemade Lasagna and Chicken Parmesan Sandwich with fries, both of which were excellent choices! The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The restaurant was very clean and the staff handled all the food with care. I will be back for more!

Tried Pizza La Rosa for the first time last night. Best Calzone / Panzerotti I have ever had. Was bigger that a football and full of toppings. Crust was so tasty like a pastry dessert. A must try. Was craving veal parmesan and it was very good. Very generous with the side pasta. Was a whole meal for my son the next day. He had spaghetti and meatballs and loved it. His also came with a Lot of pasta. We both liked his spaghetti better than the pasta that came with the veal but thats just a personal preference. Both pastas were very good. Salad was fresh and tasty too.

I would never recommend this Pizza to anyone. After watching another customer pay debit the owner declined my use because apparently it was too much and he wouldnt make money. This man raised his voice at me regarding this and went in to detail about why he wouldnt make money. Considering I paid $40 for two large pizzas and a pasta I find this unbelievable. Eventually he allowed us to pay debit but after that experience and their sub-par meal, I will not return.

Great pizza. Ordered a veggie pizza but the toppings i wanted were making a little costly for me, so i dropped my toppings. But the cashier considered it and gave the topping for free. The taste was good, his service was great. Overall- must visit place.

This is the best Italian place Ive ever been to! My family ordered the Penne Via Frattina pasta, the Penne Alla Americana pasta, and a large meat lovers pizza. Quantities were large, and the pasta was extremely flavorful and delicious! The pizza was cheesy, and had a generous amount of toppings on it. I will be coming back soon:)

Staff is extremely friendly. Food and portions are equally as great. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for some Italian food

Passing thru the GTA, came across this gem! Large 3 topping with extra cheese, honey garlic wings, dips and pops for $31...what a steal! The pizza was delish, crust was crispy, toppings and cheese was on point. Wings were tasty. Highly recommended, and the staff was helpful.
