Best pizza in the mall!

among all this neighborhood, this is the best pizza Ive found, go to this store, You wont be regretted.

I place an order and they said 30 minutes to wait for a pizza and at the end they said they made the wrong pizza .

Pizza base was hard even when instructed to be regular done.

Staff is always pleasant and helpful . Its my favorite pizza store!

I wont even give one star to this store. I ordered pizza with normal crust and he gave me with thin crust when I confronted him he said sir you dont know how to order pizza or maybe you havent eaten pizza whole your life so you dont have knowledge about it. Even the cashier Named Jaspreet also told as she doesnt know anything and tried to blame us on the store that you dont have any kind of knowledge about pizza. I have been ordering pizzas from here since 2 years but this is worst service ever provided. The name of guy who bakes pizza is Hadin. And his audacity was that he said if you want to take this take it or throw it in garbage i dont care do whatever legal action you wanna take.

Their were only 3 person and it s was not at all busy than also 2 staff members talk to me so rudely . When I was placing order moreover I just asked about the just dips they have right now he started yelling at me .

I have ordered pizza in store and picked up with in 20 min after shopping. When I opened the Pizza it was so hard and dry, I couldn t even believe they made my pizza the same day. It was like Day Old Pizza! I would never order my pizza this location anymore. I don t recommend this store.

I visited this place with my friends at evening time . There is no rush hardly there s only 1-2 customers . We entered this place cashier didn t welcomed us and when we tried to order that time also cashier behaved rudely. I don t know why they have this kind of attitude towards customers. I think Pizza Pizza has fairly decent prices especially for me who is a high school student. Food is typically very satisfying and I would totally come back!!! Vegetarian options: I think pizza pizza has a very wide selection of vegetarian eats which are quite enjoyable even for a non vegetarian.

I am not sure what kind of service is this as I visited the place at 10 PM with my friend, upon asking for the key to the washroom girl who was taking order said its out of service and right after the conversation the Kitchen guy took the key and used the washroom. And when I asked him why you dont allow us to use the washroom I got to know that customer can not use the washroom as its night time.lol Pizza was burnt

I had a rather disheartening experience at your establishment last Friday night. My friends and I arrived at approximately 12:30 am, hoping to dine in. However, we were informed by the server that dine-in service was not available at that hour. When we inquired further, the server explained that he had already completed the cleaning process and was unwilling to do so again for new customers. Surprised by this response, we decided to contact Pizza Pizzas office for clarification. To our dismay, we were informed that there should have been no refusal of dine-in service, as the store operates until 3 am. This inconsistency in policy and practice was frustrating and inconvenient for us as customers. Regrettably, we chose to seek service elsewhere that evening, and its unlikely that we will patronize your establishment in the future. I sincerely hope that both the store owner and Pizza Pizzas head office will address and rectify these timing discrepancies to prevent such challenging experiences for customers in the future.

unable to use bathroom. it is illegal to be open and not allow your patrons to use the washroom facilities. an excuae of locked keys in the washroom is unacceptable. im sure there is a spare somewhere.

Wow the quality has gone down .. We order from here all the time but tonight the pizza was awful .. So thin and barely any sauce it was like cardboard. Going forward we will be ordering dominos across the street

Got the XL 4-topping vegetarian pizza. There was more banana pepper than bell pepper and onion, which give pizza that oomph. The base was okay and the mozzarella could have been better.

Pizzas quality, taste, packaging and freshness are awesome as always, the price is reasonable and the service was heartwarming. Always my first choice.

Visited this place, the guy has too much attitude, the moment I entered the store he asked in a very aggressive tone, PICK-UP?? I said no, I have to order a pizza now, he said it will take 30 ~35 mins for him to take the order as he is the only one to do everything at that store so not recommend this store, too much attitude and zero customer service. Visited at 8:02Pm, 10th June 2023. Zero stars .

We ordered online, asked for extra creamy sauce, the pizza came stale and less than normal sauce. We complained and they offered to replace the pizza and did not leave it also. Bad food bad customer service and worst delivery. The delivery guy also misbehaved. Shame on pizza pizza Food

Pizza Pizza is really the best in terms of money and taste but the employee at the counter was very rude and unprofessional, I would really request to teach them manners first and be professional.

Try serving customers that are waiting!! But instead this guy goes to chat with the chef in the kitchen. Terrible service.

Sometimes when I go to this place, Im charged 2 (slices) for $5. Other times, Im charged 2(slices) x$3.75.

Visited on 7th August 12:35 am. The guy s behaviour is worst. He don t know how to speak. Pizza pizza app tell for 20 min and guy tell me it takes 50 min in store so he suggested me don t gives an order. He is not interested in any kind of work or doing proper job. I ask his name . He is not ready for that as well

We went for dine in but guy behave like he gave food totally free. And we wanted to order only halfmoon he told me that it will take 45 mins and he did not wear dress and he did not give his name . He told me that he will not loos his job eventhough you will complain. Service ratr is minus 10.

I don t like to complain but what s happening with this pizza pizza lately? I been ordering since 4 years ago and everything is good except from the last month i ordered a pizza which came burnt on the top and half cooked on the dough. Today it was the same issues burnt on the top and half cooked on the dough. Manager have to train on the person who make the food

It was such delicious Pizza, I hope to go there once again. The manager was a great person with a nice personality and many years of experiences as he was managing everything in its excellent way. Vegetarian options: You can find vegetarian food as well. Parking: You can find plenty of parking in the front and at the back. Kid-friendliness: Its a really friendly place for kids people were being treated very well.

I love the Dominos at Shepard and Kenney! The pizza is consistently delicious, and the delivery is quick. Great option for a tasty and hassle-free meal!

Terrible location. Ive visited this location before a couple of times and its always been disappointing. They are prioritizing getting out pizzas as soon as possible so ordering anything thats not a slice it just ends up being undercooked or drenched. Service is also terrible here. Tried to redeem a coupon for a free slice and the coupon had gone through just for them to lie and say the coupon was not accepted on their end, even though it showed up as redeemed. They didnt seem to care at all and happily just walked away after that and refused to try to help resolve the issue. Pizza Pizzas are not hard to find in the area and I suggest going to a different location.

Update: Now in Spring 2022 Pizza Pizza has made it more expensive than ever to order. They have removed the DELIVERY coupon that refunded customers ordering online, AND, they have increased the delivery fee to $4.25, so I am potentially paying an additional $7.50 for a pizza to be delivered to me from down the street. Thanks!!! Also, fewer toppings and extra charges for toppings that used to be free such as base sauces, drizzles and add-ons. Also wish theyd bring back the caramelized onions they kiboshed. And frankly, quality is not as good as before. So, think twice and order from another establishment my friends. Again today at Sept 25 tried to order my beloved pizza pizza but the online program still did not function properly. Then, when I called to report the error, I was put on hold for 20 minutes for miscellaneous customerservice. I soon realized it was my fault.... And I should look elsewhere for pizza. Love Pizza Pizza, but last few weeks their website is not functioning properly and they refuse to fix it. Ive called in and the customer service reps are unaware of any issue. Its frustrating because it means i cannot take advantage of the online discounts Pizza Pizza provides. Due to all this Ive decided to take my business elsewhere. Its a tough decision because I frankly love Pizza Pizza and its products, but I cannot abide by the negligence in customer service or technology errors it perpetuates.

I visited this place on Friday around 11pm. This complain is for the cashier who was there at that time. I visited this store multiple times and noticed that this cashier is soooo rude. May be you are loosing your customers because of him. He even doesnt deserve to be paid with this worst service. My order was not perfect. Who put this much chili flex! Check your cameras if you want to improve your sell. Disgusting people!

Decided to walk-in one day and get a slice of pizza. Looking at the selection displayed...I can tell you that the slices were NOT fresh and much smaller in size with very little toppings (e.g. bacon crumble). I got the Hawaiian slice and I can tell you the quality and freshness of the pizza has GONE DOWN drastically the past few years as it seems that the owner is trying to cut corners in any way possible. Please work on providing your customers with FRESH and decent sized pizza slices. Very bad...
