The middle aged staff who worked at night shift 11:50 is too rude felt like racist when he approached us never coming there again

Tried Stromboli for first time, hubby and me. Don t recommend at all. Very doughy and underdone in middle. Way too much cheese. That s all you could taste Parking: Lawrence and Warden, Toronto. There were spaces but most taken up for other business

This is the best place to have Pizza in Scarborough. Always so fresh n baked so well. I have tried many other outlets but no where I got such a quality n freshness. Highly recommended.

I believe in second chances and that is why I return, even though I had already returned several times just to pick up pizza, on this occasion I interacted again with the person who gave us terrible service a year ago and without a doubt it was another one. attitude, very friendly and respectful, and very fast service, just like all fast food restaurants they need to improve a lot the image of their dining room, it gives the impression of being dirty and it probably isnt! Thanks for maintaining great prices.

I ordered an Xtra large cheese pizza, the bread was uncooked it had less cheese overall the pizza looked so bad

Look at the cameras between 8:45-9:25 on Jan 12 2023. Horrible customer service. Two guys were in the back doing their jobs so I was waiting maybe 5 minutes, didn t complain. One guy looks at me and goes to the other there s a person there you know the other guy goes yeah I know but what I m doing is more important than her, I have to finish my sauce. Then he threw the van tomato sauce on the counter and came up to me. I said I m sorry for bothering you, I heard that he then starts raising his voice at me you ll see the rest in video I won t explain here. I understand he s busy which is why I waited but his reaction and saying that wasn t important when his job is to legit serve me is just a little crazy. I don t think this guy should be in customer service. My boyfriend and I have come here for years and left a great review for this guy named Chris. I don t usually leave bad reviews but this experience was just ridiculous and way out of line. I come here at least twice a month sometimes more and have for 5 years but will be going to a new location now if Chris still works there I ll definitely come but if that man works there I won t.

The prices were a bit higher than I would have liked for the quality of the food and service. While the pizza was decent, it wasnt exceptional enough to justify the higher price point. Especially compared to the other big chains.

Can some one explain because I am wondering how it possible this franchise add tip which never seen in others pizza franchise. ? Tip based on service not just giving them food for take out . Recommended dishes

Didn t have an option for zero star coz that s what they deserve

Ordered a fresh pepperoni pizza. Was served a pizza which was at least several hours old. The crust was not burned but still hard as a rock. The pizza cutting wheel was not even able to cut through the underside of the pizza. Absolutely, inedible.

I placed an classic sandwich combo for the dinner and now I had to throw them to the bin, the burger is over cooked and the inner part of the burger is just black in colour I couldn t taste any of it and fries are hard as hell. I had to order something else now I feel like 14$ is total rip off. Too bad, I don t have an option to post the pics.

It took 40min for my order..when I repeatedly asked, they realized it was already made- so after 40min wait, I got a barely warm pizza. Also the pizza was not cooked, my family ended up with food poisoning.. Never this location again!

I ordered the 2 medium , 4 drink and 2 dipping sauce special everything was fine untill upon delivery . My dipping sauce was not there , when I told the driver he panicted and ran away . I also have him a 5 doller tip before I received the food to realize I just got scammed for 2 dipping sauces . Very inconvenient, I would recommend that pizza pizza tried to make sure the order is right instead of rushing everything

I have ordered yesterday from pizza pizza. The guy with moustache is very nice and make a nice pizza. Me and my family really loved it. The behaviour and customer services was awesome.

These guys put a lot of love into their slices! And it shows! The flavour and crunch are fantastic!

I ordered a sliced, paid for it and the gay just left and forget about us. We sat on the bench thinking that this guy was going to come with our slice but noooo he forgot!! I got up and I saw him in the kitchen chatting with the other guys! He saw me and told a guy to give me my slice. Bad customer service.

Friendly staff, order was so fast and correct!

The Asian lady manager was really rude to her staff. She was not respectful towards the staff working there and I heard her yell and be short with staff. It really made me uncomfortable and sad for the employee working there. I highly recommend changing management style. I do not intend on coming back.

Ordered two pizzas online along with four dipping sauces. One pizza came with the wrong toppings and two dipping sauces were found to be missing at the time of delivery. I died the delivery driver rightaway, he said he ll be back with it in just 10 minutes. Did wait for almost one hour, no one showed up. Worst pizza pizza location.

Very poor customer service, i went to buy 5 large pizza the white lady (i called her white lady) was aggressive and kinda rude explaining she was talking to me in a high tone of voice. I told her to explain it to me nicely.i dont know if she had a hard day but still she supposed to be nice to the customer. No star for this location.

I have ordered just 1 pizza with 1 topping and creamy garlic paste I have received only the plain pizza with cheese. I had to wait for 5 mins for the Asian lady to take my order she was on her ph with EarPods. 30 sep 2022 - 1 AM

I went to this place at 10 at night and they told that the restaurant is closed whereas the timing mentioned on google is 2 am. I just asked for one garlic dip and nothing else but the staff was rude and did not attend me in a good manner.

We ordered medium garden vege with two creamy garlic. Firstly, when I order they do not listen properly and do not ask for pizza base, dips and toppings nothing. Then I asked for different prizes like medium, large they wont be telling the right prize to you and the received pizza was raw and the pizza sauce was not properly spread. I took one slice and felt like I am eating only bread which is raw and garbage the whole pizaa. I have worst experience from this place and will never be ordering again from here. If I was able to give zero rating I will be doing that....spoiled moode and party.

I understand no table service, but to close off the washrooms just because there past the now, no seating area. So wrong. Create a path using tables, backs of chairs tied together so you cant enter or sit down, but be able to use the washroom. Laziness. Why, because owners dont want the extra responsibility of doing so, which they would normally do without a pandemic. Other than that, food was good.

I go to this place quite often, one of my go to place(kinda only option) for late night cravings. Its always clean and their service is very quick and the employees are very friendly and courteous and if you have any specific request they will go an extra mile for you. I usually get Half moon cheesy bread or pizza. Will go here in future as usual for sure.

Ordered a panzo, got almost nothing in it. I feel ripped off, $10 for deep fried dough with a bit of sauce and cheese.... This place doesnt even come close to the quality that is coming out of the Golden Mile location, the stuff those bad boys thick...you may have saved yourself a couple bucks, but you lost me for life, I wont be back to this location. Do yourself a favor and take the drive to Warden and Eglinton, its worth your money.

Had a negative review earlier for this place but now it got better. Fast pace with new staff i guess.

Possibly the worst order from a Pizza Pizza. Look at these wings. Ordered extra bbq dipping sauce and when I opened the box, bam, globular amounts of sauce just dumped into the box with wings. Frankly disgusting and made the wings taste terrible. Secondly, the pizza we ordered was cold and very tasteless. Almost as if the pizza was just warmed up and delivered instead of being made then ordered. Wont be calling Pizza Pizza again. Lost a customer. Well be going to Ceasers Pizza or ordering Pizzaville instead.

Horrible..... the guy working there, not wearing a mask.....sign said touch free pizza making, he wasnt wearing any gloves. I was so desperate to eat something, there were 2 Hawaiian slices left, he wanted to give give the smaller one and i mean smaller one. I asked for the bigger one. Ill tell you the look that he gave me was so rude, I only noticed his rude gesture because he wasnt wearing a mask

So it is Pizza Pizza. There are no supersizes in terms of selection and taste, just what you would expect. The location is almost always empty. There isnt much traffic and that is probably because of competition or people like to get a delivery. Last time I was in the area I wanted to get medium Pizza. I had to wait for over 15 minutes which is ok as they are making my pizza from scratch. There is always parking available in the parking area at the back of the plazza. If you are in rush, this location will get you order with no fuss and less wait than normal.

Frequently find that there is a poor selection of slices at the counter. Although the last time I was in I asked if they were making anything else for Alices and they made me a Mediterranean vegetarian slice which was really nice of them.

They serve the best pizza in Scarborough and every time they make it fresh.

There pizza is really yummy. You can also said them to made halal pepperoni and chicken pizza. Mix is only cost $6.50 and only chicken pizza is $7. There sauces is good specially the jalapeno chaddar. And the best part is its open till 2 am in the midnight. Late night fresh meal.

Todays chef was awful. (Ordered at 5pm) pizza dough and crust was not well kneaded. Consistency was like chewing on cardboard. . . What happened to the previous chefs? They made great pizzas. Two orders this month, two low quality pizzas. Wont be coming back for a while.
