I visited this place right now and before timing they close. It is written until 0200 AM but closed at 1030. It was written to OPEN. The employees saw us but ignored and cleaning the area and utensils. This is the first time happened at this location as I visited after a long time.

I ordered a popcorn poutine chicken burger pizza and a order of popcorn chicken The poutine had 4 pieces of popcorn chicken and the chicken burger was not it smh...it was actually gross. I dont know about the pizza as its for my kids and they are at school I threw out the burger and poutine in the garbage what a waste of money

Horrible delivery service I paid for contactless delivery, and they did not come deliver it to me as promised. The driver commands you to come meet them downstairs if you live in a building, because they are so busy. If they are busy, the restaurant should hire more staff instead of making it the customers problem to mitigate for THEIR rush. The customer should not HAVE TO accommodate. The delivery driver refused to come upstairs despite me telling them that I paid for contactless delivery (I was sick). But whether I was sick or not, should not matter according to the law. Unprofessional. He left with the food because he wouldnt come upstairs. The drivers name is Ilan.

I ordered for delivery and as per usual they forgot the chilli flakes I am pregnant and ordered my pizza the way I wanted it and of course they messed up as per usual

Ive been ordering at this location for a fairly long time - a few years at least. I always order carryout since its cheaper and I dont have to pay for delivery charges. Last week when I walked in to pick up the lady working there(short curly hair) knew exactly what my order was and she brought it over before I could even give her my information! When she was handing me the pizza I asked her if she knew what my order was? She replied: of course you are Ivan(my first name) and she followed up with: the Terrible! I took it as a joke and said nothing, but her body language wasnt friendly or displaying any joking ques...i paid and picked up the pie and headed for the door and as i was leaving she yelled back at me: Dont worry dont worry you are not Terrible and waived me off with her hand in a dissmissive manner. So after i left I thought about what couldve prompted this outburst and it quickly dawned on me that there is a tip option on their debit/creditcard machine with various tip possibilities ranging from 15%, 25% , 35% to Other and No Tip! I never tip for any carryout since its just that - you get in your car you drive and spend money on gas to go and pick up your own pizza, then they just bring it to you from the top of their oven to the cash register which is all but 3 meters of walking! I also never tip when I order fast food at the drive-thru at any fast food chain like Tim Hortons or Wendys or when I shop at the grocery store...and I will highly encourage anyone willing to go and pick their own pizza to not leave any tip, because no extra service is being provided that will require tipping! Ive always been satisfied with this location considering the pizza quality is hit and miss depending on whos working that day! I understand most employees are underpaid and overworked pretty much all across this particular sector so I will hold no grudge against this fine young lady for intentionally being highly unprofessional and rude to a loyal costumer. I do hope her boss sees this review though and encourages her to DO BETTER next time!

The day before yesterday night me and some of my friends went there and ordered a pizza with chicken and few of the vegetables as toppings but they added ground beef which we didnt ask for and whenever we informed them the boy who took our order took pizza and went inside. After few moment a lady came up with pizza and denied to change it. She gave us some silly excuses as she said that the boy who took order is not a regular staff thats why he did the mistake. Is that our concern? Very poor customer service. The way she behaved was so disheartening. She thrown the pizza in garbage bin in front of us. The manager should take proper action. After-all she ruined everything.

I was not a pizza guy but this place is nearby so I started having pizza more often because the taste is really good and the staff is very polite specially Arshdeep who is having amazing skills of making a pizza of your choice. Love this place

i normally always order on the app for delivery. but a few weeks ago, they called to tell they wouldn t deliver my pizza at my apartment door bc he had multiple orders so i had to put on pants and run all the way down to the lobby to get my pizza. so inconvenient i was so annoyed. i don t think i ll be ordering here anymore. i always tip them and this is too ridiculous for me. in this day and age, delivery to door is the bare minimum.

I used to be a pizza pizza fan. Until these employees at this location served me. This was my third bad experience at this location in a row. The service was slow, and I waited over 15 minutes waiting for my pick up. The cashier ignored me and served someone in front of me. When she was attending to me she was not friendly as she was with the customer she served before me. There was a tip option for a pick up order and I put 0 tip. I believe that this cashier thought that I should give a tip for me picking up an online order? And when I asked for my receipt she provided me it with attitude. It was such horrible customer service that I will never go to any pizza pizza or order from any pizza pizza. Oh yes off course my pizza was cold by the time I got it because I was waiting so long already in line. I would not recommend this pizza pizza. And pay a little more for pizza hut or dominions for better pizza and customer service.

I am surprised by the ratings. I think this is one of the best pizza pizza in whole GTA. You have got excellent staff working there at night. They are really polite, professional and great at making pizza.

The pizza is good. You can buy drinks from nearby dollarama if you feel like the instore drinks are expensive. My only issue is that the washroom is out of service. Its been months, and they just let it stay closed.

DO NOT order from here!!! The delivery service never delivers properly to apartments!!! We have been a Pizza Pizza customer for a long time and the delivery service always let us down. Ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery on 5/24/23 to be paid the door but was called multiple times to pick up from the lobby instead?? No one was willing to deliver the pizza until we told them to cancel the order... I explicitly ordered the pizza to be delivered to my door which is the point of delivery. Never ordering from here again, its a headache compared to other pizza places. Dominos and Little Ceasars have a WAY better delivery service - order from them instead.

I primarily order from here through UberEats pickup, as I live very close by. Ive personally never had an issue with any of my orders, nor with the staff. I get the feeling other customers can just tend to be disrespectful and impatient. Ive been patient and understanding with the staff there, and find I get the same respect back. Maybe everyone else should just try to be a bit more empathic. In fact, the woman working there along with one of her coworkers expressed worry on one of my orders and suggested I order in person so I wouldnt have to pay as much. I was actually using an Uber promotion, but that didnt show up on their end. I really appreciated the fact that they bothered to attempt to save me some money. Sometimes the area inside/outside can be a bit dirty, but I put most of the blame for that on all the school kids they have to serve. That, or just other disrespectful customers who cant be bothered to find a trash can and... not litter. Treat others with respect, and more often than not, youll get it back. Ordered from this location 40+ times, and only plan on adding more over time.

Washroom is broken for a while now. Placed an online order. Marked as a prank order when I have never placed a prank order. What kind of service is that. Staff stated that prank orders happen all the time. Yet this time is was not a prank order. Waited the 20 minutes and when I get there to pick up online order it was not made. Was told that if I wait another 20 minutes they can make it. Will never order from this location again. No apology for the inconvenience. After coming from a long drive and had kids waiting for food. No follow up emails to confirm or cancel this particular order. Would have made a complaint via email but no selection available from confirmation email. Completely disappointed with this location.

Yesterday, we visited a store and placed an order, specifically requesting 1 Coke, 1 Ginger Ale, 1 Nestea, and 1 Fanta. Unfortunately, the staff mistakenly included 2 Ginger Ales. We politely inquired about exchanging the extra beverage, but they informed us that it was against their policy. Despite our attempts to reason with them, they insisted on their policy and even raised their voices. To our shock, the situation escalated, with the cook making offensive remarks about our immigrant status and threatening to involve the police. It was disheartening to encounter such a rude and unprofessional individual in Canada, who chose to berate customers over a simple can of soda. While policies are important, a more respectful and customer-centric approach would have been appreciated, especially in a customer service setting where threats and racial comments should never be tolerated..

I visited there and i was looking for one new food product and i was not sure and i just asked her that is it veg or not because at the same time one of freind gave the order of one item and we were making sure that should we add that item or not but the lady cashier started freaking out on us that make it fast i have so many other orders to prepare it was not even a minute we told that mam yes we understand that you are busy but let us decide and talk politely don t be rude she was like I don t care. Which literally made me feel disrespected.

Bad customer service! Went there to order pizza, she acted weird with us. When I asked about new product she reacted that let me know when you are ready to order and went away, she said she has others works too. I think it is their responsibility to provided information about new product pizza pizza launched, me and my friends we were just asking whether is veg or non-veg as there was no information provided. Also, few topings were not available at the time of order she said we have it when we were looking other topping for replacement she left and started doing her work. She said form the other side that let me know once you are ready she also has other work to do. Possibly the worst Pizza Pizza location I have ever been to! Extremely dirty, small, washroom is apparently broken for months and really unfriendly and rude employees! Employee who makes the pizza touches everywhere and makes pizza without cleaning hands. Dont know why this Pizza Pizza location is so neglected and bad, they have profitable business as customers keeps coming and going because of the brand.

Was just fine, didnt think it was going to dissolve anywhere else or expand any further. *forward to now, West of Midland: Oh wow where have I been the last four years?! Entire East plaza is ripped up, Pizza Pizza has been relocated with completely NEW staff, NEW management?, NEW DESIGN, NEW I dont give a flying frappé attitude. 5 stars because if you love Pizza Pizza and understand how the fast food industry works youll understand what you bought and why you ate it. Im impressed this intersection didnt let Pizza Pizza die and now just a nostalgic Lego piece as I go about my pathetic life observing what you lot do to a place and how society cries about it only because Ive lived here my entire life and had nothing better to do but stick up for the underdogs and try to give people peace. Make your own pizza if its that bad, dont rely on fast food and expect gracious service to the point you get upset, youre in Scarborough under Construction okay this isnt Hollywood!

Had a very bad experience with them placed an order at 8:34 pm the driver came 9:15 pm was on a call with a representative stating it s late wasn t provided with a resolution when asked about what are my options am I getting a free pizza not the case spoke with a supervisor too just interested in covering up for the driver.These guys don t stick with what they quote 40 minutes or free joke.

Disgusting place first of all, I ordered a Panzerotti with chicken, and chilli flakes. When they gave me the Panzo finished, I took one bite and the chicken was frozen, I immediately told them to re-bake my Panzo. Once they gave the Panzo back to me, I took another bite to find 2 long pieces of hair right in the Panzo. I left immediately and told them don t even worry about the refund, I just wanted to leave the establishment in disgust. Unprofessional, not hygienic, and rude service. I would rate this place a 0 star if I could.

Im standing here trying to order a slice and theyre literally ignoring me because they dont have that slice (cheese or pepperoni) and dont want to make a pizza to sell me a slice. The only time you should ever buy a pizza from this store in particular is on Thursday nights when Adonis is working. That guy makes the best pies but every other day or when hes not around, dont waste your time. They skimp on toppings and give you paper thin pizzas to conserve on ingredients. Perhaps if you made better pizzas more consistently like you choose to do upon reopening your store, more people would give you business and you could all keep your jobs? Something to think about. Terrible customer service, not worth the money.

I live near Eglinton/ Midland intersection. The Pizza Pizza shop is near the intersection beside Tim Hortons. My kids like to eat piza. So I visit there infrequently to buy pizza for them. You can also order online and pick up there to save time.

Used to come here a lot before Chicken Joy opened up. There was this worker who wasnt really that nice, and I had to repeat my order about 3 times, since she messed it up. Ordered a pizza here one time, not enough cheese in my opinion. Also ordered a panzerotti from this place once during lunch, and they didnt heat it up enough. Still cold in the inside, had to go and tell them to warm it up again. Also tasted like theyve made it yesterday, it had that strange taste. The restaurant itself is not bad, seating is okay, cleanliness is pretty good.
