Today at 1:20pm the person who was taking order was as bad as rude and the pizza was very bad grilled chicken was burn. Having bad experience he was indian guy .

Todays at 1:30 saturday experience was very bad pizza was fully burn and the person who was taking order was so rude and showing his attitude .

Air conditioner is not working for last few weeks, its feels very hot inside so we don t enjoy our meal properly .

Fast and accurate, freshly baked pizza, staffs are amazing! Highly recommended specially if u are around kennedy and steeles. The place looks clean as well. The owner is very kind and helpful.

I ordered a large pizza and a panzerotti. The pizza crust was so delicious and fresh tasting!! I can honestly state that it was the best pizza crust/dough I have had from Pizza pizza all year. I eat at 3 locations. This location knocked it out of the ballpark. I enjoyed the dough/crust more than the toppings!! The panzerotti was a little disappointing. Though the dough was fresh, the filling was a little skimpy and the overall size was smaller than the ones I get from the other locations. So.. next time I am at this location, no panzerotti but definitely a pizza!! The canned pop was also very nicely chilled. It is a huge pet-peeve when I order canned pop and it is just minimally cold. It turns me off of the whole pizza experience. Hot pizza and cold pop go hand in hand. Would I return to this location? Absolutely!! Would I order my panzo from here next time? Highly unlikely. Would I order pizza from here again? You better believe it!! Its been hours since I finished eating that pizza. And I can still feel the enjoyment I experienced from eating the dough/crust. I am in awe of how something so simple can make such a huge difference.

I ordered a large pizza and the chicken was raw , taste even worse with that. After waiting 10 mins for them to pickup the call and they be like we can send you small pizza instead .

Not sure if it was yesterday specifically but my entire family got food poisoning after eating a Pepperoni pizza here. Ive never experienced multiple stomach pains in a night! The staff changes everytime I go there so maybe its the staff that was unsanitary or their ingredients has gone bad. Not to mention the portion size has gone down compared to other pizza places.

Had 2 great slices of pizza

You were hungry, and you wanted to pick up a quick meal, and nothing decent was open around you. After multiple Google searches, you were fed up. You skipped pizza pizza ad the first 3 times because that was an involuntary response by your subconscious mind(for a legit reason), but the 4th time you caved and said screw it!! Ill just pick up a pizza from this place and call it a night. You either picked it up or got delivered to you, but that doesnt matter. As soon as you got in a position to eat, you finished up more than half of the portion and washed it down with a pop. 10 minutes go by, and then it all comes down to hit you. What have you done to yourself?? The filth you feel is real. They probably use the least quality dough, cheese, sause, and whatever else goes on a pizza. Ive never not had a diarrhea after eating here. Also, that leftover you put it aside for breakfast, that can also be used as a weapon now because it has literally turned into a BRICK. The atmosphere and service is pretty chill, no complaints there

I ordered pizza and wings here, the staff themselves is nice and quick working. But the wings, they didnt toss them well, and they got the sauce wrong (completely different from what I ordered ) but it was still good anyways, and they got the pizza perfect, probably the best pizza in my area! The place has good food but they just need to get orders right.

We went to this location just now ordered thin crust pizza and diet coke We received order after 30 minutes We asked for well done Instead of diet coke we received regular coke which was neglected but pizza was not cooked at right temperature Spending 46 dollars is not a joke to eat this uncooked pizza. After showing to the staff Staff yelled at us and also keep shouting i stead of listening to our complaints He was very very rude He also said we should not teach him anything since he is working for couple of years and kept shouting

Probably the issue is with this specific outlet alone. Got my pizza order after some 15-20 mins of wait time. It was just me there, and wasnt any rush hour either. Got my pizza which was just mildly cooked and mostly uncooked, struggled to eat even a single slice! Took it home and cooked the same pizza myself! Never again, and switching to other options for pizza.

It s a very quiet shop and the kids enjoyed their meal very happily.

Bad experience ever. The person who was facing customers on POS was so rude. I dont know the name of him but we were there on 17 June sunday evening around 7.45 PM. He said that be quick to order we have other customers as well. Also we ordered regular crust pizza and got thin crust pizza. He was not accepting his mistake as well. He didnt know what the customer service called.

Overall good experience but the boy who is working in kitchen is very much unfriendly with cashier but the cashier is very good the girl who is working at front is too good but the boy don t have any sense how to treat customers

Overall good experience with location and the staffs are so friendly. Yesterday, me and my family went to this location for dine-in. The billing staff was more informative and provided various options to choose. The chef understood the need for kids and made the pizza as exactly as we want. It was so delicious. Kudos to this store :-)

Hi, the front desk asian girl on tuesday I feel offensive when i go order a pizza. When i didnot catch your words and say sorry, i just want repeat it. But you raise your voice talk louder with impatiently. Come on, not my fault, If donot like this job, thats ok just leave it. If dont like customer or treat people with that attitude, its neither professionals nor standard. The boss will not happy that you push an innocent customer out. Please serve people in canadian way, please donot judge people or deal people with attitude, something not as your thought

Giving 1 since 0 isn t an option. Pizza was over cooked & 1 slice of the XL was missing cheese. 2nd exit door to the patio is locked & there is no garbage container outside so you have to walk around the outside, in across the store to the garbage beside the locked door & all the way back around again. When these concerns were brought up to the cashier, her response was can I help the next customer ? Not a location I can recommended.

A guy over here is shouting at their employe for no reason in front of customers I don t even know why kind service is that given to customers

Bad washroom

There is only one kind of pizza I love the most, pesto pizza. If you buy it as pesto amore, its bit expensive so I just asked for large pizza with pesto sauce, fire roasted peppers, spinach, mozzarella and goat cheese. That way I got it under 20 bucks. Great way to start your weekend with couple of beers.

This place used to be good but then I see the staff started getting replaced every other week. Also If I ask the price of small pizza - they just start punching in the order with the toppings and get mad when I ask the price of medium pizza, like dude just tell me the price of the deal. I only come here for that pesto pizza base but might not be coming for much longer.

The quality is great at this location. And the staff wear masks! That is one of my priorities right now with all the viruses going around.

Long wait time came to pickup the skip order, told me its gonna be 10 minutes, I was waiting for 10 minutes and than I asked how long itvwill take more, than he said 5 more minutes. our time is important as well, and why you told at first it will be just 10 minutes, poor Customer Service and long wait time.
