I arrived at 2:30 am and was met with a very rude woman. It was an absolutely terrible experience.

I ordered chicken tandoori pizza it was disgusting, taste was very bad doesnt looks like pizza

bs basters didnt give 3 dips i ordered, pizza seems like is missing portions. absolute fools

My family of 6 were at Pizza Pizza 830 Warden Ave at 8pm at night in August.I found there Pizza and wings so good. The service was awesome and a very friendly gentleman served me. This place is one of the best Pizza Pizza locations Ive frequented in the last few years. Food is always great - staff is amazing and the owner Siva goes out of his way to make it a friendly atmosphere. I have a Pizza Pizza right next to where I live and I still order from this location and drive there for pickup or dine in because it is just that good. Definitely a must if youre looking for good food and good vibes.

Ordered double wedges from this location, and when i got home half the box was empty. Other locations do not do this. Very upset.

I have come here so many times and never had the hit or mess experience or any kind of inconsistency. Every time I come here the food actually tastes fresh and delicious! The place is always clean and the owner and employees are so great and welcoming. Its honestly worth it to come here than to branches close to me because I know I wont have to worry about the quality, service or atmosphere. P.S they are open early in the morning too. I come at 9am and they are open and have all of the menu items available.

Do not order from their online website, after pre ordering last night, we selected 6 pm for delivery time, it showed up 11:15 am , a full 6 hours ahead of time. Driver shrugged his shoulders at us and said Im here now, didnt even give us the option to refuse the delivery. Store was combative on the phone blaming us (why would we order our dinner for 11:15 in the morning?) A pizza pizza representative told us that their website shouldnt be trusted and that we should have checked our email. Im sorry, but if you know your website makes mistakes, then you should honor the original order time. What a joke of a company, repeatedly said theres nothing they can do for us, which is a lie because they could honor the original time. **edit Was asked to contact pizza pizza directly, got 0 help other than they will talk to driver. They agreed that their website is abysmal and shouldnt be trusted. Find a better place to order pizza

Worst of the worst experience ever. I ordered my food at around 01:45 am and here comes the delivery guy he was so rude complaining me for ordering late saying he has to come just for the order from his home. I didn t understand if the closing time is 2:00 am how can he complaint me for working?

It s always a pleasure stopping in and seeing Pizza Pizza Danny. The food is always hot and ready when I call a head of time, or if I stop in I usually have a nice chat with whoever is there. I even got to know the main delivery person just from seeing him there at times. If you walk in and greet anybody with a smile. Most likely you ll get one in return.

I delivered pizza for an order from this restaurant; the boss was rude, no welcome, no thanks. Then after I delivered the order he called me back saying he missed an item. Even I asked him to confirm and asked him to give me his address again but he yelled at me on the phone. Anyway, I came back from 20km away and he told me wrong driver with no regret attitude; then said a curtly sorry WHILE TURNING HIS BACK TO ME AND WALKING BACK TO THE KITCHEN!! I haven t eaten here before so I have no comment about the food, but the boss was VERY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. Will not come here again even for any business or meal and not recommend it to my friends either. Other customers and partners should beware of THIS MANS BAD BEHAVIOUR!

You see me standing there for the pizza I ordered right? Yes by all means help all the customers first while my pizza goes cold. Terrible cringe service with fake attitudes. Very bad service. All other pizza store provide at least one sauce but they don t provide. After telling this to them they gave expired sauce to me..totally waste of my money.

I usually come to the pizza pizza at this location which is close to my house. They usually allow me to use the wash room since I m a regular customer. I came Thursday night around 1:30am and there was a girl working there who wouldn t allow me to use the washroom she said it didn t work and she was clearly lying. There were other customers there and I m sure they were allowed to use the washroom. I asked to speak to the owner and she lied again. Employees like this person should be fired. What does she gain from not a allowing a regular customer to use the restroom it s really a shame and don t think I ll be coming back to this location again.

Surprisingly the store is open pretty much 24/7 all days quite literally as you can call many a late night and still make an order. One of the better pizza pizzas I have been to. The guy at the front was very courteous and helpful, paid attention to detail. They carry halal meat toppings and cauliflower dough for special diets. Overall the place is friendly I would definitely come back and give this place another go. Also the cinnamon sticks with Carmel are amazing!

The customer service is absolutely terrible. I went into this location and they gave me the wrong order, when I went back to get the missing order they were screaming and shouting and were refusing to make the order. Never coming to this location again. Do not recommend.

The worst place to order a pizza I ordered pizza here on Skip and asked for a dip, which they didn t give me. I tried to find it under sides and dips but didn t find it anywhere, so I wrote a note as an instruction. In return, they sent me an email notifying me there was an extra charge for that stuff rather than calling me. I was willing to pay for the dip, but they didn t bother to make a single phone call. Then, I turned to Skip Chat Support and explained everything, but they told me they were not able to reach the store. Seriously, are customers crazy for spending their money on things that are not even according to our will? I had a busy day today, so I thought let s order from outside, but I got this kind of service instead. When I got the order, it didn t even tasted good without the dip and I even I had to wait for like an hour and a half for this . I have ordered pizza from several locations, but this is the worst location. To everyone reading this review, don t waste your money here; rather, order from elsewhere. Literally, disappointed.

Food is good. Fills the pizza crave and for a good price. The service is what made the enjoyable. There was a worker who was moving quick, precise and was funny. He really made the experience great. Amazing attitude, really up-beat. I dont expect this from every fastfood worker but it really did make my day.

Ordered Pizza through the app , delivery guy showed up late then the expected delivery time then he refused to give us pizza for free . We had to pay for it and after paying the amount when we opened our box we found this mess in our box . And three expired dipping sauce . Then we called the helpline they promised us to deliver a pizza after 40 minutes and guess what happened the pizza was never delivered. After an hour we again called them then they said that we have already delivered it . Never going on pizza pizza website or store again . Worst customer service .

I have never had such a great slice of pizza from Pizza Pizza until I came to this location. I ordered a pepperoni slice and let me tell you, everything on it had the perfect ratio: perfect amount of sauce, cheese, pepperoni, and toasted to perfection. I usually stray away from Pizza Pizza, but this location has reignited my interest!! Especially from the friendly employee who served us, he was so nice and accommodating and didnt make me feel pressured to order (couldnt decide between a slice at first or a burger). Im so glad I chose the slice, and Im so glad we ended up eating at this location. The employee definitely deserves recognition, so whoever served us on Oct 1, 2023 around 4pm, you definitely made my day with your service and pizza. Thank you!!!

Just ordered a meal as walk in. When paying with visa the guy took the machine and entered 20% as his own tip amount and pressed ok really fast, hoping I wouldnt notice.... just another $3 not a big deal... I ordered Hawaiian pizza and the dude put in a meat lover. I didnt notice until he handed it to me. Than I correct him. He puts the Hawaiian in the oven for 15 seconds and hands me a slighly higher than room temperature slice. Like... Im lost for words. Thanks pizza pizza . On a positive note my coke was ice cold!
