I ordered a Medium pepperoni pizza with half side pepperoni only instead of the regular way. Turn out I was given half the amount of pepperoni as well. I counted 12 pieces of pepperoni. Got ripped off.
I would agree with the other ratings in their comments; perfect location, clean, good dough, etc. Was skeptical at first but it was all true. The service was good as well and they were quick. Unlike most of the other stores, they actually have a washroom for customers!! . The location is also good with a pretty good parking lot. The pizza itself was good and the crust was as good as others mention. The place seems clean and bright as well. Last but not the least, the customer service is one of the best part that would bring me back to the spot again!!!
I had a frustrating experience at this pizza store. The staff member’s (her) attitude was quite unpleasant and unhelpful, which only added to my disappointment. To make matters worse, the pizza was underwhelming—it was bland, poorly cooked, not extra cheese and not worth the price. Overall, the combination of rude service and poor-quality food made for a very unsatisfactory visit. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the customer experience.
Probably one of the better Pizza Pizza locations I’ve been to, they consistently put a good amount of cheese, the staff are pretty friendly, and also the pizza doesn’t taste like cardboard like other pizza pizza locations. I’m not sure what this location does differently but it’s working! Got the new Stromboli, and even though it may be pricy at around $9-10 with tax, it was very flavourful, would recommend trying it! There’s a reason why this location got higher ratings than other locations, the food is better here.
Great place to pick up pizza near Woodside . When the kids is at play . The place is close by to. They have walk in special and they don't mind doing half of cheese only and half of pepperoni. Staff are nice and courteous.

The staff at the counter is really impolite. I had a pizza slice and ordered a sause with that . I paid for that as well and when I got the order I didn t get the sause and when enquired about the same she gave a bad attitude saying I didn t pay for any sauces . She could have checked that .really bad .
Pizza was great! The sad part was the workers. 2 female workers were extremely disrespectful and seemed to have some personal issues with me. They kept on mocking and mimicking the way I spoke and my accent??? I felt so confused about why they would treat a customer in such a degrading way when I was being very polite. I would say please and she would make a weird face and imitate the same thing I said in a humiliating and sarcastic manner. I ve never had such an embarrassing and uncomfortable experience at ANY of the other Pizza Pizza stores before and I ve been a customer for years.Very unfortunate experience I had!! So disgusted by their behaviour:/ One thing was clear- they had zero respect for me as their customer.

Went to this location at around 12 am. The lady making pizza was wearing casual clothes. There were also little kids in the kitchen area where the food is being made.

My recent visit to Pizza Pizza was nothing short of fantastic, thanks to Pavans excellent service. The pizza was delicious with a perfect crust and generous toppings. Pavan was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that our order was taken promptly and checking in to see if everything was to our liking.

They don t honour changes in the base sauce . On two separate occasions they gave me no base and I ended up having a plain cheese base when I paid for the base to be changed to bbq.
NEVER ORDER PIZZA FROM THIS STORE!!!! You can order if you want UNHYGIENIC people making your food. Same guy mopping the floor ended up putting the broom/mop down and started making the pizza (Bare hands, without gloves) without even having the courtesy to WASH THEIR HANDS. Good luck eating/ordering here :) P.S.- Wish i could give 0 stars for my experience :)
They always prepare my food super fast but it still has a great taste. The workers are friendly. The shop gets quite busy when the nearby schools let out so 3pm to 4pm is a bit hectic but overall it s clean and located conveniently within the mall. Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space for someone in a wheelchair to be in.

the worst pizza Ive had in years probably not the franchise fault, first off the slice was tiny, like I mean almost comical. It was like eating a tiny thin cracker like the dough, never Rose at all pepperoni tastes like nothing same with the sauce. Visited this place on 15th April around 2 am after watching a movie and had the worst experience ever. Got a slice of the spicy bbq chicken pizza the employee overheated and burnt the slice and gave it to me even after realizing it was not good to serve. I guess they didn t like when we asked about the pizza because we had already ordered a small fries and we got cold and old fries. We never experienced this in any other pizza pizza, the employee had too much attitude and was behaving rudely. We left the place without eating anything.

My friends and I recently visited and were blown away by the delicious Super Pan Pizza he prepared for us. Pavans attention to detail and passion for crafting the perfect pie truly shone through. Not only was the pizza cooked to perfection, but his friendly demeanor and attentiveness made our visit memorable. The crust was crispy yet fluffy, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. Pavan went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic dining experience, and we couldnt be happier. Pizza Pizza is definitely our new go-to spot for mouthwatering pizzas, and well be returning soon, hoping to experience Pavans culinary expertise again. Highly recommend!

Bought pizza there last night. There was barely any sauce on it, DRY, THIN, and crunchy like a biscuit. It s like whoever made it didn t know how to make pizzas!! I gave no special instructions, just a traditional pepperoni pizza, I don t know why I was given the thinnest pizza in the world.
