Guy in front of me was offered any slice for the price of a pepperoni because it was slim pickings. I get up to the cash and the same wasn t extended to me and the guy also said no charge for the extra sauce which is always free. Not sure what s going on at that location but I certainly wouldn t go back there again.

Best Pizza Pizza in the GTA. Come here with my friends all the time and they charge my phone when I need it.

Last time we ordered large pizza and ordered 4 toppings pizza but we got only 3 toppings. And today they didn t cut pizza. We don t like this kind of service.

The employee working last night was great. unfortunately, I didn t get his name but he greeted me with a nice smile and even thanked me for coming in. also this location was recently taken over by new franchise owners and the service has greatly improved.

I came in today at 6 pm, It was my first time in a pizza pizza restaurant, the pizzas were very tasty, I was helped out really well by the cashier as she guided me on what to choose based on my preferences, she looked very friendly and kind, I really enjoyed coming here, a must try place if you come to Toronto

I went to this pizza pizza location last week Saturday at night. the customer service here is very good, although the restaurent was very busy i was treated with kind words and respect from the cashier, food tasted amazing also.

Ive been ordering pizzas for a while and this store has never failed to reach up to my expectations. Exceptional pizzas and their up to the mark services have kept me spell-bound. They provide a wide variety of pizzas, toppings and sauces both for vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. My most favourite one is Meat Lover-apt for a pizza lover Its my go-to store!! Keep it up guys Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian pizzas available to choose from. I always order the vegetarian options this store provides when I have my Indian family and friends around.

Found a piece of hair in my food. Could not be mine or anyone in my households, our hair is not the short.

They are so customer friendly. They are usually open from 11 am but they opened the door for me at 10 because it was raining outside and also made my order very promptly and not skimpy on toppings at all. I got a large pizza with six cheese as a base, spicy Italian sausage and red onions and green peppers. I will always go here because i know the cook makes pizzas like he would make for himself

I ordered a vegetarian pizza with garlic base and asked the cook that I am strictly vegetarian and wanted him to use a clean cutter to cut my pizza and he made sure of that and even should me before hand which made me satisfied with the restaurant, they also have a clean dining area. Dietary restrictions: The cooks and cashiers are so sensitive about dietary requests you have.

Amazing service! I asked them to custom-make a pizza that wrote Prom? on it and it was great! They even customized it so that the mushroom topping was below the cheese layer, so that when they wrote out Prom? with barbeque sauce it would stand out more! Super nice and friendly during the entire thing too!

i arrived at the location after checking that it s open until 2 am but when i reached at the location at 1:00 am the lady employee told me that we are closed for order she told me that she is busy with some big order but after i asked her for just the drinks she even refused to give us a drink i don t know what s going on with this pizza pizza store .

Ordered from that pizza pizza app (6pm), pizza wings and pop combo. Status didnt change for me to pickup after 30mins so I went there to ask. It was already sitting there done. Pizza and wings are good app and service needs fine tuning.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER HAD. If i can give no stars i would. Went into this location tonight with my husband and was just wanting to see what were their slice option. The lady rudely asked me can i help you and i said im looking. I guess she didnt hear? My husband came in and we started to look at the options. Out of no where the lady screams at us I ASKED HOW MAY I HELP YOU? THATS WHAT YOU SAY TO CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY COME IN We were so thrown back and speechless. Walked straight out. Worst experience ever. This whole interaction happened within 30 seconds of me walking into the store.

Rudest customer service I ve ever encountered. Ordered through the website and received order confirmation only to be told they never received my order. I don t blame the workers for the garbage website but the attitude and gaslighting from the staff was not appreciated.

I wish they gave an option for zero stars! Horrible, horrible service!!! Ordered two medium pizza s for work, one cauliflower crust pizza and the other with vegan cheese. They totally got it wrong! Called to complain and after speaking a supervisor who apologized, replaced it and offered free drinks and two dipping sauces to retract our complaint. Once we did the retraction the free offers were taken away! Very sneaky! Multiple of calls to even get the replacement pizzas!

Worst customer service ever. Ordered 3 extra large pizzas, large fries and a small vegan cheese pizza. They ended up getting the order wrong, so I called back and was told that they couldnt do anything about it and that if we want a new one we would have to pay for it. Whoever answered the call straight up denied the fact that I ordered what I said I did even though the receipt, the pizza and the proof were all there. Never been more disappointed.

The quality of this store is not good, especially when there is a Chinese employee with glasses who has a look down on me. He just does n t speak Chinese with me. Every time I go to this store and wait for my mom to get off work, the one with glasses The Chinese man, I actually know what he is thinking, I know very well, but I do n t want to expose the character of that Chinese man with glasses. My mother ca n t speak Chinese, you speak English with my mother. Dont you look down on your own country and your Chinese compatriots? I have pizza almost once a week. This location isnt my usual but since I was in the area and my regular location was out of the way on my way home, I decided to pick up an order here. Pizza Pizza is generally decent pizza- good quality- so I was expecting a pretty good pizza, right? Nope. This was probably the BEST pizza Ive ever had. Its weird to think. I mean Pizza Pizza is the best pizza Ive ever had? I cant explain it but its true. The pizza I had was amazing. I dont know if this location is always this good but Im already looking to my next visit there. This is not a high traffic area and its a shame that many people might miss this terrific restaurant.

Very poor customer service. The set of guys working there will be talking on top of your pizza,without even using mask,they will waste your time,because they are talkative. I hate their habits,today is my second time experiencing such unwelcome attitude. They need to be careful with the health of others.

Probably the worst pizza I have ever had. Zero taste, zero customer service. Would have given less than one star if possible.

Let me start off by saying employees dont wear no masks. They talk over the food prep table. Im giving you a 1 star because you think having sneeze guard between the employees and the customers works while your talking over the prep tables with your masks taken off. A terrible franchise policy. No need to reply with your lame copy and paste generic message Im not going to email your company about my concerns. Do yourself a favor and read this review to your cooks and educate them on the major pandemic thats happening.

Pizza Pizza has alot of stores and some pretty clear standards, so it isnt easy to distinguish one from another. But the staff at 2351 Brimley road are very professional and unfathomable customer service..

Strange pizza store. I tried to order a pizza and asked them to add an extra topping, but they wouldn t do it. I was ok with paying extra, but they kept telling me no. Not buying from them ever. Weird. Dominoes is better anyway.

I will say worst customer service ever. All i asked them is to cook my pizza properly as pizza sides was totally white. And one of the worker from inside started arguing about nothing and ended up saying this pizza place is not for everyone.

Bad Service. The pizza was ok. Order from here all the time.The Driver was very rude and gave me a weird look like he is asking for more tip, already gave him like more than $3 on less $20 order for less than 2km delivery which they took like almost 45 mins. Still acceptable but the driver was very unprofessional. Very disappointed from my favourite pizza place. NOT GONNA ORDER ANYMORE.
