I recently visited the Pizza Pizza at Birchmount and Danforth and had a fantastic experience! The service was quick and friendly, making the visit pleasant right from the start. Caring kind staff member Raijan delivered exceptional service! I wanted a cheese slice for my toddler since they were sold out he offered to make fresh cheese pizza within 7 minutes, he cut it into perfect bite sized pieces as per my request. It was a pleasant experience, this location is always clean and they always get my order right. ☺️

This review’s only concern with Heart-shape pizza promotion. The Valentine's Day promotion for heart-shaped pizza at Pizza Pizza was one of the worst experiences. I ordered it with the intention of showing love and contributing to our local children's hospital foundation. However, the heart-shaped pizza turned out to be so disappointing that I couldn't even share it with my loved ones on this special day. Pls check out the added photo for their outcome.
Probably the best Pizza Pizza location we know of. Better than many local Pizza Huts also. The staff here are very kind and personable. The location is clean and bright. The staff remember you… and even ask about you if they haven’t seen you in a while. One older man in particular is so sweet: genuine, kind, humble, friendly. He often remembers your previous orders also…. Which is so helpful and not to mention simply wonderful in my opinion. Food is made fresh and tastes great. We always have a great experience when we visit. Would recommend that you visit. Fantastic staff team!
Very bad customer service. Food quality worst . They are not giving refund or replacement moreover put our ID on redflag so we done with pizza pizza . 4th time continually worst pizza they gave total 8 pizzas we garbage no one can eat those pizzas . Only this store worst pizza makers and service even more worst. Pizza owner have to take care of his store it’s ruining customer money and pizza pizza customer . Because so many time they gave us not eatable we complained about that no one taking action moreover we are not getting refund . We garbage all pizzas . They waste our money . I do not know you guys gonna take some action or not or just giving false information to us . Pizzas are bad . Workers are rude and racist . Give our money back . Sure i will try i will be more appreciated store owner if i will get any compensation for the inconvenience i faced .
Ordered large butter chicken. Pizza was okay considering the price. It took around 12/15 mins to serve the pizza. This space is large and around 25-35 people can sit. Not very clean but nicely decorated. Lot of options in the menu. The staffs were talking to each other very loudly all the time. Overall experience is not bad.

Friendly staff, must visit place
Their service was very poor. I was ordered a ex laz pizza and want to eat in but more then 40 mnts I have to wait for that. They made the pizza and keep in the upper side on the oven. When I ask for that pizza then they give me. They totally forgot about that it was eat in.
Neither tasty nor spicy very below the expectations never visit again this place I ordered a veg pizza but i think these guys don t want to work.

Walked in at 2am, only one customer in front of me with 2 staff members and it took 20 mins for 2 fried panzerotti. One of them took money then proceeded to make the pizza without a hand wash or usage of gloves. There is no sink on the line so no handwashing was taking place

I just left that place. Omg the guy that took my order was the cashier as well. When I placed my order saw him taking some peppers out of a raw pizza and throwing them back to the container. Bare hands,touching money and then the pizza. Canceled my order and left running. Food

I worked in pizza store, I know whats wrong with pizza. Overfill veggies and its not properly baked.
Worst pizza service ever! The staff is so rude. I ordered large pizza with regular dough and I received thin crust with undercooked veggies. It was also tasteless. Toppings were overfilled that it was falling. I called them to make again , the staff was so rude they said you did our complaint the owner will cut my salary and shout very much on me.

The food here was really good. Only critique have is that they should put something under the metal chairs near the front because every time you move them they make a crap ton of noise. It s really embarrassing. Also, I feel like they should add some more variety with the seasonings that they have otherwise it s a five out of five.
