We got a veg pizza take out It was all just dough not baked properly all the veggies were raw and they forgot to add olive oil n stuff Worst experience

I wish I had a option to give zero to service. The crew member was so rude in giving answers. Literally was interfering when we were having our conversation about ordering. The short , brown guy with beard. Was too rude when we asked for some clarification on combo. Never ever planning to visit here again!

Last night i was there, the short guy working there at late hour,was handling the store by himself ,handling customers, delivering orders and making pizza that was so delicious is really appreciative.

Wow, I normally avoid this location like the plague. This location used to always keep a indian guy on cash that speak little to no english. Always gets my topping wrong and calls me a liar that i ordered wrong when i points out his mistake. A few weeks ago, my parents wanted pizza and insisted we come here because its close instead going to the one i normally go. What a surprise! The Cashier didnt screw up my order this time and the pizza wasnt burnt. Im honestly shocked! I stopped coming completely to this location around 4 years ago because every single visit the cashier would get my order wrong. I guess the management here stepped up since then. Good job.

The worst place to get pizza from, washroom always out of service! The employee don t know how to talk with customers , incredible worst customer service, full of attitude employees, food was not good ! Recommending to go to Don mills pizza pizza or somewhere else, don t come here ever!

The food was amazing but one of the guys working were super rude. The guy at the front desk was kind but the guy making the pizzas was super rude. I ordered a pizza and sat down, my mom asked the guy to use the washroom and he told her it was broken, yet he let other people use it. My mom had to walk across the mall to relieve herself.

I dont know if they are using different ingredients or they have a master pie maker at this location now, but they make their pizza completely different than other pizza pizzas Ive been too. They havent missed a beat in the past year, and I go once a week/biweekly.

We order directly from the store and the person who came for the delivery was not talking to us properly, he was questioning that we dont even know how to use machine for payment, and and said that you immigrants should know about that, what course uh studying and all. Who ever the owner of the store please take care of that, it just happened to us rightnow. No one should be treated like this either at store or for delivery.

They are open till 2 a.m . Perfect For someone like me who likes late night studies with pizza. Also like the vibes of the place.

Today I visited to the store and was confused what to order than Samreet gave a warm welcome and explain each and everything related to toppings and than I took one of them. I used to pick up and buy an XL pizza here every 1 - 2 weeks until the last encounter a couple of weeks ago. When I dropped by in my car to pick up my order late at night an angry homeless man was shouting at me and my mom for a large amount of money. He kept looking at my moms purse and wouldnt leave us alone. I called customer service if a staff could deliver the pizza outside to our car because it was unsafe for us to leave the car with the homeless man harassing us outside but it was also unsafe for the staff to come out too. I told them to cancel my order and that I will go elsewhere because our safety is at risk.

Literally the best pizza in the town, with best customer service. And the thing which adds up to their service is that the shorter guy with glass working in the kitchen always makes sure that the pizza is well done, and the girl in the front always skips the tipping part when it comes to payment. $13.95 literally means $13.95 only*. It s not like if she s pressing 10% or 15% tip and then proceeding as some hidden charge or tip. One thing which the store could work upon is the air-conditioning.. won t say worst but it is bad sometimes, else everything is good. Well done guys.

Went there at about 5:50 on a thursday, purchased some slices and was waiting for the pizza. Asked the guy to open the washroom, was middle aged guy, he said I dont have the key. Asked him if they allow washroom for the customers. He said yes but he didnt have key. Upon askimg where is it, he said boss took it with him. Now this sounds like an excuse to stop people from using their washroom but if it was true then why is the boss taking the key with him? I purchased from your store and you offer the amenity to your customer then why are you denying it when the customer needs it. Disappointed with that.

Worst pizza.Staff extremely rude and unprofessional behavior.We pay them all the service taxes but they dont even provide sanitizer and no access to washroom.They give organaos and chilli flakes like they are diamonds.You cant have extra chilliflakes.

My recent experience at Pizza Pizza left me disappointed and frustrated. Despite placing a simple order for pizza, I was overcharged by $4. Upon realizing the discrepancy, I promptly requested a receipt, only to encounter reluctance from the cashier. It became evident that the overcharge was intentional. After several minutes of delay, I finally received the receipt, along with a fake apology and a refund for the excess amount. Had I not insisted on receiving the receipt, I would have unknowingly paid $16 instead of the correct $12. Such dishonest practices are unacceptable and tarnish the reputation of this establishment. Regrettably, I cannot in good conscience recommend this location to others.

The night cashier the one who is a girl is not good with the customer services talk very rudely im also working in a food service industry and im also cashier , but I will never treat customers like that like that will really effect the goodwill of the store in the market and just because of one person whole store sales can get effect , I request owner to please deal into this matter so we can get a fine experience while giving order .

I recently visited a Pizza Pizza location and had the pleasure of interacting with the cashier on duty. I found them to be friendly, efficient, and professional. They greeted me with a smile, quickly processed my order, and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. They were also able to make helpful suggestions when I was unsure of what to order. Overall, I had a great experience with the cashier and would recommend this location to others.

The order taker did not greet me when i entered and i asked her what the walk in special was and she named them without saying the prices. After i ordered a pizza i noticed the tables had crumbs on them so i sat at a cleaner looking table and it was sticky. I asked the order taker if she could clean it.she said in five minutes. she wiped the table very badly and weak, I said that she missed a spot and she wiped it again the same way and said to me i could move to a different table. And i replied that the other tables are dirty. Then the cook asked her something in thier language and asked me what was wrong i told him what happened and he said are you sitting at all the tables?. I said what? And he said she cant clean all the tables. I said i never told her to clean all of them. I just want my table cleaned. He said he dont have time to clean the tables. And said to me to have a seat.i told him he didnt understand what the issue is and he wouldnt take responsibility for the messy lobby. The washroom also was filthy. I lost my appetite and got a refund. The cook refused to give his name and the order taker lied and said she doesnt know his name.

This is for only the guy who was working on Jan 29, i went their around 8 PM for pick up my pizza he made my veggie pizza so fabulous he is so good at making pizzas keep it up

We order sweet potato fries in a cup but they give me the fries in a brown paper bag with a lot of oil, and it looks like a garbage food its so disgusting. We ordered two medium pizza .. it was pretty good and after that we ordered one half moon it was actually raw and when we say them staff replied very rudely with that it is was it is . Well, it was they first time that me and my friends experienced this kind of things !!!!

Worst customer service n food

This is the second time I ordered jalapeños poppers and they literally burned it. I visited this store couple of time in the last month and night staff is very rude. Very disappointed with their service. The store wasn t even busy when I went to pick up.

The girl who took our order in the night time is very rude and we make our order before 1 and the store closes at 3 so still they didn t opened the restroom. I ordered jalapeño poppers and a large sized pizza. Pizza was good but the poppers were burnt and some of them didn t have sauce inside them. That girl didn t even gave us napkins. And i really didn t liked the way she was behaving with everyone. I understand, sometimes there are so many things going in life but if you are working at a store like this you should atleast keep a smile on your face. She looked so exhausted.

My pizza always comes fast and efficient. Everytime i order at night they are always so friendly and I appreciate it a lot. The employees at night on the weekdays and weekends should get a pay raise for their jobs and be really friendly with their customers.

I ordered a large veggie pizza from this store first of all the lady who takes our order was very confuse she mis punch the dipping sauces when i explain them that you charge us for 3 dipping sauce then a man came from back with beard scolding us overalll pathetic service and poor experience I wouldn t recommend the food as well the whole pizza was burnt ..wastage of money

But the guy gave me with creamy garlic base. He refused to accept his mistake. Today i order 5 chicken bites the cashier gave chicken wing and again she will not accept her mistake. They should train their staff properly

It doesnt seem like this Pizza Pizza opens at 11am as advertised. They always come in at 11:30am. There were at least two occasions where they were not here so if youre ordering from the location, make sure you dont pay in advance. Odds are youre getting the pizza for free. Pickup is 30 minutes or less guaranteed.

The Manager Of This Branch Must Fix The Washroom It s Ben 8 Months The Washroom Is Not Working !!!!

This review is solely for the health safety protocols followed, is not regarding the quality or taste of the food served here. I went in to pick up an order yesterday and of the three employees, one of the employees (male with a beard) was mask less. He was talking, roaming around, touching food without following any covid safety protocols. This is terrible and I would caution anyone to order from this store.

I order pizza once a week and this location has the best walk-in special in this area. Its actually better than the other Pizza Pizza locations and the other pizzerias around this area. The Punjabi lady with the long hair makes all the pizzas and she knows how to make and cook the dough properly. She also puts just the right amount of sauce and cheese to make it come out almost perfect. Im all for the fancy gourmet type of pizzas, but if you want a basic pepperoni one this comes pretty close to perfection. One more thing: where else can you get an extra large one topping pizza for $9.99 these days?!?!

Very disappointing. I got charged for my order twice. The driver told me that my payment did not go through, so the driver asked me to complete another payment attempt. Apparently, my first attempt did go through. I called the store to request a refund for the first transaction and the people there are very unhelpful. I was just told to call Pizza Pizzas customer service.

Very disappointed, worst delivery guy. I ordered pizza and provided all the information required for delivery. Store attendant called and asked for the information again, which i gave. Later i got a call from Parth patel, he was shouting at me and was yelling for not providing complete information. Disrespectful guy asked to come at the intersection to get the order. If i am paying for delivery fee, why should i walk to intersection to receive my order. I addressed the issue to store attendant. He was not helpful too. Worst service!!

There was a big piece of a blue rubber glove in my pizza and all you offered me was a credit that expired in 6 months. And then after much argument you gave in and provided a refund. You could ve done better to avoid this review.

Just walked in today about an hr ago and ordered the 2 medium 2 topping special. Told the cashier I wanted them both well done. My fault for not looking at them before I left. I threw out most of both pizzas so disgusting, wont be buying pizza from this location again! P.s the cashier was looking at me fishy after he gave me mg pizzas. If youre going to offer dine in seating than you should offer customers a washroom to use. otherwise state takeout only. Food was ok, service needs a little help.
